  • 본 논문에서는 홀로그래피용 감광물질로서, 앞으로 가장 발전가능성이 있다고 기대되는 photopolymer에 대해서 언급하고자 한다. 홀로그램은 물체에서 방출되는 빛의 파면에 대한 정보를 기록하는 필름을 말하며 이러한 홀로그램을 이용한 기술을 홀로그래피라고 한다. 먼저 홀로그램 및 홀로그래피의 개념과 원리에 대해 서술하고 현재 사용되고 있는 홀로그래피용 감광물질인 silver-halide나 dichromatic gelatin 등에 대해 소개한다. 이와 비교하여 photopolymer가 가지는 특성과 장점을 기술하고 photopolymer를 기반으로 한 holography의 발전에 따른 차세대 holographic applications에 대해 알아본다.

  • Eldery generation is a strategic purchasing consumer group in domestic fashion market for the future. The thesis of this study is that identifies needs and desires of eldery women by researching clothes purchasing behaviors and clothes selection standards. For the study, a questionnaire was used as a method of mearsurement and the eldery women in Seoul and Kyonggi were selected as a sample. Data was processed by SPSS $PC^+$ program and analyzed by using frequency, percentage, $x^2$-test and t-test. As a result of this study, clothes purchasing behaviors and clothes selection standards of eldery women can be recognized in related to age and others. A based on the results, this study is expected to assist that marketers can establish effective marketing strategy for the silver fashion business.

  • Recently most Elderly in 2050 Our country is becoming an "aging society" at a speed far more rapidly than expected, the interests of silver industry is also increasing. Many researches about the elderly are already presented in academic world, especially in the field of housing environment, the housing plans on the basis of physical, social and emotional characteristics for the elderly are proposed. As the number of elderly participating in economy activities is getting higher, we selected on "active aging" generation which given a definition by OECD. In this research, we examine the present situation related to the needs for leisure time with the elderly who want to have their comfortable life. This purpose of this study is to survey the residential facilities for elderly, and how that facilities are reflected to their needs for the leisure. This study will indicate to the direction of plans in elderly housing.

고무 매트의 합성 및 항미생물 활성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activity of Rubber Mat)

  • Cysteine-silver complexes were prepared and investigated the antimicrobial activity on rubber mat manufactured with waste rubber. We are exposed to harmful bacteria and fungi all the time. We manufactured antimicrobial mat to be imposed to mats that it can prevent generation of bacteria and microorganisms, and restrict their reproduction. Infection of medical devices causes significant morbidity and mortality. For aim of this study, we measured the antimicrobial mat manufactured with cysteine-Ag complex by CCD, FT-IR and NMR. The effect of mole ratio of cysteine-Ag complex on antimicrobial activity to bacteria and fungi is investigated. Reduction rate is evaluated using the Quinn method. Antimicrobial activity of complex on mole ratio 1:4 was effectively inhibited. The complexes had a better antibacterial activity than antifungal activity on rubber mat.

In Vitro Cytotoxicity of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles in Cultured Statens Seruminstitut Rabbit Cornea Cells

  • The possibility of eye exposure for workers participating in manufacturing of nanoparticles or consumers using products containing nanoparticles has been reported, but toxicity studies on the eye are scarce. In this study, cytotoxicity of five nanoparticles including silver, ceria, silica, titanium and zinc were tested using Statens Seruminstitut Rabbit Cornea (SIRC) cells. When cells were treated with nanoparticles with concentrations of $1-100{\mu}g/mL$ for 24 hr, zinc oxide nanoparticles showed higher toxicity to cornea cells. $LC_{50}$ of zinc oxide nanoparticles was less than $25{\mu}g/mL$ but those of other nanoparticles could not be calculated in this test, which means more than $100{\mu}g/mL$. Generation of reactive oxygen species was observed, and expression of apoptosis related biomarkers including Bax and Bcl-2 were changed after treatment of zinc oxide nanoparticles, while no other significant toxicity-related changes were observed in cornea cells treated with Ag, $CeO_2$, $SiO_2$ and $TiO_2$ nanoparticles.

Viruses, Bacteria and Helminths of Invasive Carp: Insights from an In Vitro Assay and a Survey with Native Fishes in a Large Midwestern River

  • Pathogen introductions associated with aquatic invasive species threaten ecosystems and biodiversity worldwide. Bigheaded carps (BHC), including Silver Carp Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, Bighead Carp H. nobilis, and their hybrids, are prolific, invasive pests in central US rivers. However, little is known about pathogen effects on invading BHC or how BHC affect the disease risk profile for native fishes in receiving ecosystems. We therefore conducted, from May 2013-December 2014, a systematic pathogen survey for BHC and native fishes in the Wabash River watershed, Indiana, USA. We found Pseudomonas fluorescens, P. putida, and Salmonella enterica DNA in BHC as well as native fishes, although none of these bacteria were exclusively present in BHC. DNA from other bacterial taxa was detected only in native fishes and Common Carp Cyprinus carpio. No gastrointestinal helminths were detected in BHC, although they were common in most native fishes examined. We also conducted in vitro studies on BHC tissues (skin, gill, fin, and fry) and found high sensitivity to Largemouth Bass virus, viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus, and infectious pancreatic necrosis virus. We conclude that BHC are not heavily burdened by bacteria, viruses and parasites in the invaded study ecosystems, although they do harbor native bacteria and show potential for high sensitivity to endemic viruses.

SSP 주파수 진폭변조가 Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide와 $\beta$-endorphin, cGMP에 미치는 영향 (Effects of frequency - amplitude electrical stimulation on sympathetic neurotransmitter and vasoactive intestinal peptide)

  • Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) is a very potent dilatator and a nonadrenergic, noncholinergic (NANC) neurotransmitter or neuromodulator in the peripheral and the central nervous systems. The mechanisms of action of VIP were examined in aortic circular and in uterine longitudinal smooth muscle strips of the rat. The effects of sympathetic neurotransmitter were investigated in gastric and aortic circular muscle strips of the mouse and the rat. The effects of silver spike point, SSP, low frequency electrical stimulations of VIP, sympathetic neurotransmitter and $\beta$-endorphin were examined in plasma, serum and 24h urine from the healthy volunteer. In gastric smooth muscle strips from the mouse, adrenergic neurotransmitter norepinephrine was inhibitory effected, followed by caused phasic and tonic contraction to the, muscrine receptor agonist carbachol and acetylcholine, respectively. In urine from the healthy volunteer, both norepinephrine and epinephrine were significantly decreased in continue type and low frequency (3 Hz) of SSP electrical stimulations. The contractile responses to S-HT in uterine longitudinal smooth muscle strips of the rats were completely decreased by a VIP 1 $\mu$M. The contractile responses to PGF2$\alpha$ were not decreased by a VIP. In plasma and serum from the healthy volunteer, both VIP and $\beta$-endorphin were significantly increased in continue type and low frequency (3 Hz) of SSP electrical stimulations. Therefore, this study demonstrate that VIP has the capacity to relax vascular or gastric smooth muscles in part by stimulating the generation of NO, and silver spike point low frequency electrical stimulation has the capacity both to decrease sympathetic neurotransmitters and to increase VIP, $\beta$-endorphin.

스마트 폰 UI의 디자인 철학에 따른 잠재적 사용자 확보 (Securing of Potential Users of Smartphone UI due to the Philosophy of its Design)

  • 지금까지 스마트 폰 사용자는 Innovator, Early Adopter가 주 고객이었다면 가격 안정화와 인터넷을 즐기는 노인세대가 등장하면서 소외계층에 대한 중요성 및 체계적인 분류와 집중, 전략의 필요해졌다. 그리고 노년계층만으로 국한된 소외계층이 아닌 자신의 의지에 따라 사용자가 될 수 있는 잠재적 사용자에 대한 세분화와 그들을 확보할 수 있는 UI에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 그들을 확보하기 위해 iPhone의 스큐어모피즘, MS 메트로UI, Google 머티리얼 UI가 변하는 과정에서 UI의 기본구성요소(WIMP)가 어떻게 적용되어 왔는지 분석하였다. 분석결과 스큐어모피즘은 완전히 새로운 것이 아닌 사용자에게 외면 받았던 부분을 보완 개선하는 방식으로 천천히 잠재적 사용자를 확보하고 있고 메트로 UI는 터치UI개념으로 처음부터 잠재적 사용자를 고려하였지만 새롭고 획기적인 UI로 그들을 확보하지 못했다. 하지만 Google의 머티리얼 UI는 스큐어모피즘 UI와 메트로 UI의 단점을 보완하고 가성비를 내세워 잠재적 사용자 중 최종수용자까지 확보할 수 있는 UI로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 잠재적 사용자를 확보하기 위해서는 스마트폰을 왜(why) 사용해야 하는지에 대해 사용자 스스로가 공감할 수 있도록 해야 하며 직접적인 대화와 관찰의 피드백을 통해 더욱 체계적인 UI연구로 접근해야 함을 제언한다.

실버소비자의 건강기능 제품에 대한 만족과 지식이 웰빙에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the 'Silver Consumer's Product Satisfaction and Knowledge on the Health Functional Consumer's Well-being)

  • 본 연구는 자금의 고령화 사회에서 실버소비자의 웰빙을 향상시키기 위한 근본적인 마케팅노력이 필요하다는 관점에서, 실버마케팅과 소비자웰빙의 연관성에 이론적 근거를 두고 있으며, 그 구체적인 연구목적은 첫째, 실버소비자의 건강기능 제품 만족을 결정하는 소비 전(全) 단계의 여러 가지 만족 요인이 실제로 소비자 웰빙에 영향을 미치는가를 일차적으로 실증 분석하고, 둘째, 제품 만족요인에 의해 소비자 웰빙을 가져오는 그 과정에서 실버소비자의 건강기능제품의 제품지식이 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 이차적으로 실증 분석하는 데 둔다. 따라서, 실버소비자의 건강기능제품에 대한 제품만족은 건강관련 소비자 웰빙에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구가설 1과 실버소비자의 건강기능제품에 대한 제품지식에 따라 제품만족이 건강관련 소비자 웰빙에 미치는 영향은 긍정적으로 강화될 것이라는 연구가설 2를, 설문조사를 통한 자료수집과 통계적 실증분석에 의해 검증하였다. 검증결과, 연구가설 1은 채택되었으며, 연구가설 2는 부분적으로 채택되었다. 본 연구의 건강기능제품의 효율적 웰빙마케팅을 위한 실무적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건강제품의 실버소비자 웰빙수준을 높이기 위해서는 소비 사이클 전반에 걸친 다각적인 노력이 필요하며, 구입-준비-소비-유지-처분 전(全)단계에서 소비자의 장기적인 만족을 위한 건강기능제품을 개발해야 한다. 또한 소비자 웰빙은 다양한 욕구의 총합으로 구성되므로, 긍정적 정서적 경험의 증대와 부정적 정서적 경험의 저감의 목표를 동시에 충족시키기 위한 노력이 필요할 것이다. 둘째, 건강기능제품에 관한 실버소비자의 지식을 높이기 위한 마케팅 노력이 동시에 이루어져야 할 것이다 즉, 실버소비자의 제품지식을 높이기 위해서는 건강기능제품에 대한 친숙성과 전문성을 제고하고 다양한 경로를 통해 그들의 제품지식을 높이는 것이 필요하다. 단, 본 연구의 분석결과는 건강기능제품에 관한 소비자의 높은 지식은 건강기능제품의 준비만족과 유지만족에의 관점에서만 소비자웰빙에 긍정적인 효과의 강화를 보인다는 점에서 제한적이라고 할 수 있지만, 이러한 분석 결과는 제품지식이 준비단계의 욕구와 밀접한 관계를 가지며 유지단계의 정보 이용에 더욱 관련성이 있을 것이라는 선험적 인식을 보여 주고 있다. 결론적으로 실버소비자를 대상으로 제품만족, 제품지식 및 소비자웰빙에 대한 실증 연구가 부족한 실정에서 본 연구의 시도는 시의성이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 특히 실버소비자의 건강기능제품의 소비와 관련하여 제품만족의 전 단계가 소비자웰빙에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대한 인과관계를 규명하였고, 그 과정에서 제품지식 수준의 조절변수 효과가 부분적으로 존재할 가능성이 있음을 관찰하였다는 점이 웰빙마케팅 연구에 기여하는 바라고 할 수 있을 것이다.

노인의 외식실태 및 외식태도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Survey of the Dining out Behavior of Korean Older Person)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate several aspects of eating out behaviors among older persons. In aging society, need of seniors are getting higher than before, they want to have a good quality of life. Specially it is changed in family structure and life style. The food habits of older person will be getting change. Hence this study tried to show the various thought of eating out behaviors, interested factors to select restaurants and menus, tendency to do eating out, inconveniences to use of eating out so on. The questionnaires were completed by 150 older persons living over 60 years old in Busan. They were mostly health and active. The most study were focused young generation however the old generation was not interest in eating out behaviors. Therefor this study gave a lot of approach to develop food habits for old person. The result were as followed: The attitude of eating out were positive, once or two times in a week was highest response 138(92%). As frequently selected food were vegetable and Korean food restaurants. Moreover older person expect a meaningful food culture among older person. As a bad grade of eating out were not to be kind to seniors, never concern to characteristic older. They wanted to have a food for their health and to share with their spare time. The study of eating out style will be very important issue of silver industry. To develop menus and to make older person culture is very needed in aging society.
