자동차 선적 및 납기를 위한 동적 최적화 (A Dynamic Optimization for Automotive Vehicle Shipment and Delivery)

  • 완성차의 빠르고 안전한 납기를 위해 자동차 업계는 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 생산 후 선적까지 완성차가 조립공장내에 체재하는 시간의 감축을 통해 총 주문시간을 줄일 수 있음과 동시에 총수송비용 또한 줄일 수 있다. 전통적인 선적계획법들은 조립공장내에서 발생하는 동적인 사건들을 다루는데 한계가 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 선적과정중에 발생할 수 있는 동적 사건들을 해결하는 다중 에이전트 기반 선적 방법을 제시하고 있다. 시뮬레이션을 이용한 실험 결과를 통해 이러한 방법이 주문시간, 작업효율, 품질 및 수송효율의 증진을 가져올 수 있음을 보였다.

Identification of Factors Influencing the Operability of Precast Concrete Construction Shipment Request Forms

  • Recently, interest in the precast concrete (PC) construction method has been increasing. The PC construction process consists of i) design, ii) production, iii) transportation, and iv) installation. A PC field manager at the site submits a shipment request form to the factory one to three days before the installation of the PC component. Numerous matters should be considered in writing a shipment request form. Incorrect shipment request forms may cause standby resources, waste of resources, premature work conclusion, or excessive work. These issues can lead to an increase in construction costs, replanning of PC component installation, or rework. In order to prevent such problems, PC component installation should be simulated based on the shipment request form. Accordingly, this study aims to identify factors influencing the operability of shipment request forms for PC construction. To this end, this study derived factors influencing i) initiation of the activity, ii) addition or deletion of activities, and iii) an increase or decrease in the activity execution time. As a result, this study identified flow, the features of PC components, condition of PC components, unloading location, installation location, input equipment and labor, number of anchors, number of supports, weather, strike, and accident. Further studies should verify the factors derived in this study based on focus group interviews.

단기수출보험의 연속수출 면책약관에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Exemption Clause of Recurring Shipments in Short-term Export Credit Insurance)

  • The exemption clause of recurring shipments refers to the insurer's exemption in Short-term Export Credit Insurance for the additional shipment which was shipped on board while any foregoing shipment was unpaid beyond its due date over 30 days. The recurring shipments are constituted with two factors: the due date of the foregoing shipment and the shipment date of the additional export. The exemption clause of recurring shipments has been eased by extending the grace period for payment up to 60 days from 30 days for the transactions between exporters and importers having the history of payments which were made customarily in delay. This research argues that the current grace period is for the buyers who customarily delay their payments, and that the insurer introduce a grace period for shipment in favor of exporters for the additional shipment which was delayed in on-boarding due to reasons beyond the control of exporters. In consideration of the waiting time and the on-boarding time at ports for container freight, shipments are frequently delayed, which entails those shipments to be indemnified by the exemption clause of recurring shipments. Roll-overs and Blank Sailings also cause the container freight to be delayed in on-boarding. This research is expected to contribute to further development of Short-term Export Credit Insurance in K-SURE.

볼락 방류사업의 현황 및 과제 - 경제효과분석을 중심으로 - (The Current Status and Tasks of Rockfish Restocking Project based on Economic Performance Evaluation)

  • This research was as part of restocking project conducted until 1986. The necessity of its economic and scientific verification on restocking project increased. The economic analysis of this project was intended to measure its effectiveness of rockfish restocking throughout certain water areas. The rockfish restocking in 2008 was carried two regional governments of Gyeongnam and Busan. 3-year average annualized performance is 3.76 million rockfish restocked and 940 million won invested. As Gyeongnam restocked 3.62 million rockfish and invested 890 million won, most of rockfish stocking accomplished in Gyeongnam. The public shipment was the 3-year average amount was about 400 tons. Each Suhyup shipment as follows; TongYong 66.6 tons, Namhae 23.6 tons, Samcheonpo 17.2 tons; Yeosu 13.3 tons, Geoje 4.7 tons, Goseong 3.1 tons, Hadong 1.0 tons. The private shipment was assessed by the interview of relevant market participations. The high percent areas of public ship were Nemaha, Goseong 90% and Geoje 80% or more. Hadong and Samcheonpo were about 50%. TongYong was 10% and the lowest. The private shipment was calculated using the percentage of private shipment surveyed. The total amount of private shipment was 4.8 billion, where 4.5 billion was TongYong, where most of private shipment is being made. The positive economic benefit occurred when the percent of restocked is over 15% in the overall catch. The percentage of restocked investigated with genetic test was 58.2%. With 58.2% ratio of restocked, there was 3.8 times economic benefit according to approximately 3.6 billion won. Economic effects were highly significant. As catch increased according restocking, joint market commission increased. Joint market commission was calculated as total restocked shipment multiplied by the ratio of commission, the calculated commissions were as follows; Hadong 5.0%, Geoje 4.8%, Goseong 4.8%, Namhae 4.8%, Samcheonpo 4.3%, Yeosu 4.3%, TongYong 4.0%. According to calculation results, annual commission fee of ₩60,000,000 was raised during 2006~2008. The fishing catch bulk for entertainment significantly increased in sea area carried with mass restock.

In the model, it is allowed for each product to be shipped in lot to the buyers even before the whole product production is not completed yet. Each product lot is dispatched to the associated buyer in a number of shipments. The buyers consume their products at fixed rates. The objective is to the production and shipment schedules in the integrated system, which minimizes the total cost per unit time. The total cost consists of production setup cost, inventory holding cost and shipment cost. For the model, an iterative optimal solution procedure with shipment consolidation policy incorporated. It is then tested through numerical experiments to show how efficient and effective the shipment consolidation policy is.

양계장에서 입식 및 출하작업시 분진과 가스상 물질의 노출 측정 조사 (Exposure to Dust and Organic Gas during Chicken Entrance and Shipment Tasks in Poultry Farms)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate area exposure of airborne dust and organic gas during entrance and shipment of chicken in poultry farms Methods: Total dust was measured with NIOSH method 0500. The volume of distributed dust and organic gas(Ammonia, TVOC, Hydrogen Sulfide) were measured using direct reading instrument. Results: The range of concentrations of total dust in area sample was $0.07{\sim}4.91mg/m^3$ during the entrance of chicks and $4.37{\sim}9.4mg/m^3$ during shipment respectively. Concentration of ammonia reached approximately 9 ppm during shipment. There was a difference of concentration of total dust in the area sample between shipment and entrance tasks. Conclusions: It was found that the development of a special intervention program by type of task should be considered for reducing respiratory health effects among poultry farmers.

노지감귤의 출하구조 분석 (An Analysis on Shipment Structure of Field Tangerine in Jeju)

소규모 물량을 가진 간선수송문제의 수송계획 (Truck Scheduling for Linehaul Operations with Small Amount of Shipment)

  • One of the most important problems encountered by parcel transportation firms or LTL (Less-than-truckload) firms is the planning of daily linehaul operations. The transportation firm's goal is to determine the most efficient way to move all freight from its originating terminal to its destination terminal after each shipment is picked up from the shipping dock. The purpose of this study is to design a transportation system and develop an efficient scheduling algorithm for linehaul operations carrying small amount of shipment. This paper presents three approaches for efficient linehaul operations. The first approach examines drivers using the roundtrips which start from a terminal, visit several terminals, and return to the starting terminal. The second approach uses a freight assembly center where drivers take freight for a number of destination terminals which they then swap for freight for their starting terminal. The third approach is similar to the second approach in that it uses a transshipment point like a freight assembly terminal for shipment, but it has several transshipment points since each shipment may have a different transshipment point. In this study, we developed a mathematical formulation and algorithm for each approach. The experimental results using data of a LTL firm show that the third approach is more efficient than the other two. Mileage and overnight stays of the third approach are reduced by 10% and 30%, respectively.

  • This paper deals with a transportation problem with two objectives, that is, transportation cost and vital-route shipment. In the transportation problem minimizing cost is sometimes conflicting minimizing vital-route shipment. This paper develops an algorithm finding paneto-optimal solutions in minimizing vital-route shipment and cost, and also presents theoretical backgrounds for developing an algorithm.
