본 연구는 일반인, 일반범죄자, 성범죄자의 집단 간 비교를 통해 한국 성인 성범죄자의 심리적 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 성범죄자 123명, 일반범죄자 102명, 일반인 162명을 대상으로 심리적 특성을 조사하고 집단 간에 특성에 차이가 있는지를 검증하였다. 이에 선행연구에서 보고된 우울, 분노, 자기존중감, 공감, 충동성, 수치심, 사이코패스 성향, 알콜의존 변인을 조사하였으며, 이를 분석한 결과 다음과 같다. 성범죄자가 일반범죄자보다 높은 변인들은 우울, 충동성, 충동성-인지였으며, 성범죄자가 일반인보다 높은 것은 우울변인이었다. 일반범죄자는 자기존중감, 사이코패스 성향에서 성범죄자보다 높게 나타났다. 일반인이 일반범죄자보다 높은 변인은 충동성, 충동성-인지였다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 가지는 의의, 연구의 제한점, 추후 연구에 대한 제언을 논의에서 하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based sexual health program for women undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancer and their partners, and to evaluate the validity of the developed program. Methods: A web-based sexual health program was developed and evaluated: analysis (needs assessment on 23 patients and content analysis through literature review and web search), design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Results: The web-based sexual health program for women undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancer and their partners was structured with sexual life, sexual response cycle, change of sexual function, sexual dysfunction related to treatment, and useful method for sexual dysfunction. This program included a video to improve for understanding and a bulletin board to promote bi-directional interactions between program users and providers. Experts and users rated this program in terms of efficacy, convenience, design, relevance, and usefulness. This program contents were found appropriate and satisfactory to both experts and users. Conclusion: This web-based sexual health program for women undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancer and their partners would contribute to sexual health promotion for gynecologic cancer women and their partners.

최근 몇 년간 성폭력범죄는 우리의 머릿속에서 크게 인식되어 일반시민의 범죄 두려움은 크게 증가하였다. 이러한 성폭력범죄의 경우 다른 폭력범죄와 달리 암수성이 강하며, 이와 동시에 범죄자의 재범률이 매우 높은 특징을 가지고 있다. 우리나라의 성폭력범죄자 실태를 살펴보면, 성폭력범죄에서 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 강간의 경우 2009년도에 발생한 강간범죄 중 약 62%가 범죄경력이 있는 자들로서, 범죄경력자 들에 의한 범죄가 많이 발생하였으며 범죄경력자에 의한 피해가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이렇게 심각한 사회문제를 발생시키는 성폭력범죄에 대한 대책방안으로 법무부, 여성가족부에서 실시하는 사전예방적 성범죄자 예방을 위한 활동과 재범방지를 위한 활동에 대해서 살펴보고 경찰의 우범자관리 및 성범죄 전력자 신상정보 등록대상자 1:1 담당 경찰관 운영 제도, 그리고 외국의 성범죄 전력자에 대한 관리제도를 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 우리 경찰의 법적, 제도적, 실무상의 어려움을 제시하였으며 해결방안으로서 매뉴얼 제작, 관련법 개정, 전문 경찰관교육 등과 같은 해결방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험의 심층내용을 탐색하고 이에 대한 개입전략을 개발하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 성폭력 상담 현장에서 3년이상 근무한 12명의 성폭력 상담자를 대상으로 심층 면접을 실시하였다. 그리고 개념도(concept mapping) 방법을 활용하여 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험에 대한 내용 탐색과, 그 개념 구조를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험에 관한 60개의 핵심 문장을 추출하였다. 이후 심층 면접 참여자와 같은 조건의 평정 참여자 19명에게 핵심 문장을 분류하고 평정하도록 한 뒤, 다차원적 척도법과 군집분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 x축의 부정적 인식차원과 심리·정서적 차원, y축의 개인 내적 차원과 행동적 차원이 나타났고, 일에 대한 몰입과 회의감, 정서적으로 동화되는 경험, 성에 대한 과민성, 남성에 대한 경계 증가, 안전감 위협이라는 5개의 군집이 나타났다. 이는 성폭력 상담자가 경험하는 성폭력 상담자 대리외상의 내용을 범주화하여 파악할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였을 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 결과들을 토대로 그동안 국내 성폭력 상담자 대리외상에 대한 양적인 연구에 필요성이 대두 되었던 결과를 다시 확인 하였고, 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 척도 개발의 필요성을 확신하는 결과였다.

본 연구는 TV에서 아동성폭력이 어떻게 재현되는지를 알아보기 위하여 KBS 1TV '시사기획 쌈'에서 방영된 시사다큐멘터리 두 편의 서사구조와 발화내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 아동성폭력의 가해자는 그들을 감시하고 처벌하는 시스템으로 인해 스트레스를 받으며, TV서사는 이들의 인권과 피해자의 아픔 사이에서 중립적인 태도를 취하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 가해자의 음주나 정신병력 등 '비정상적'인 면을 강조하며, 남성의 사회적 권력은 형벌을 감해주거나 처벌받지 않도록 함으로써 여성의 피해를 개인적인 아픔으로 사사화한다. '작고 쉬우며 약한' 여성으로 성적 대상화되는 아동성폭력 피해자는 보복을 두려워 하고, 상처를 안은 채 살아가는 무기력한 모습으로 재현된다. TV다큐멘터리 '시사기획 쌈'을 통해 보여준 아동성폭력의 재현은 사건중심의 즉각적이고 단편적인 서사를 구성함으로써 아동성폭력의 사회적 맥락을 이해하는데 소홀히 하였으며, 한국사회의 실정을 고려한 효율적이고 장기적인 대책마련이나 국민적 참여를 충분히 이끌어내지 못했다는 점에서 그 한계를 드러낸다.

이 연구는 교사들을 위한 성폭력예방교육을 대체할 기능성 게임을 제작하는 과정에서 게임의 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 사전 작업으로 진행되었다. 대상자의 분석과 새로운 교육서비스로 성폭력예방 기능성 게임의 활용을 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 디자인씽킹의 방법론에서 고든기법과 서비스 블푸프린트 기법이 적용되었다. 대상자 분석에서 나온 결과는 기능성 게임의 목적에 부합하는 요소와 재미 및 지속적인 교육이 되도록 하는 것이었다. 또한, 성폭력예방교육과 함께 기능성게임 참여자에게 교육이수 확인도 제안되었다.

노년기의 활동 가운데 성(性)생활은 매우 중요한 활동임에도 불구하고 지금껏 우리 사회의 유교적 가치관과 노인에 대한 선입견으로 무시되어 온 것이 사실이다. 노골적인 성행위의 노출, 몇 번의 등급보류로 화제가 되었다가 결국 18세 이상 관람가로 결정된 "죽어도 좋아"라는 영화도 노인의 성에 대한 일반인들의 시각을 단적으로 보여주는 예이다. 이런 이유로 노인의 성은 은밀한 곳에서 노골적으로 표면화되어 노인들의 어린이 성추행이나 성범죄, 공원 내 불법매춘 등이 자주 매스컴에 오르내리고 있으며, 노년기의 성을 인정하지 않는 사회문화 분위기로 인해 현실적으로 고통 받는 노인들이 증가하고, 이는 노년의 만족스런 삶의 질 저하에 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이와 같은 상황 속에서 만화콘텐츠는 노년기 성교육을 위한 가장 적절한 교구로 활용될 수 있다. 만화콘텐츠의 오락적 기능과 장르적 특성은 대상 노인들에게 성에 대한 이해를 보다 자발적이고, 쉽게 전달할 수 있으며 간접체험에 따른 동기 유발과 효과적인 활동을 위한 교구로서 기능할 수 있다.

Purpose: This paper reports the results of a descriptive study that aims to identify the factors that affect the parental efficacy of mothers with preschoolers on child sexual education. Methods: Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from 189 mothers who had preschoolers in four kindergartens in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from June to August, 2015. Results: The factors that had an effect on the parental efficacy of mothers with preschoolers on child sexual education were marital intimacy (${\beta}=.32$, p<.001), the degree of perceived sexual knowledge (${\beta}=.29$, p<.001), sexual education experience from one's parents (${\beta}=.21$, p=.001), and educational level (${\beta}=.14$, p=.021); the explanatory power was 28.9%. Conclusion: The factors affecting the parental efficacy of mothers with preschoolers on child sexual education were marital intimacy, subjective sexual knowledge, sexual education experience from one's parents, and the educational level. In developing a sex education program for mothers with preschoolers, it is necessary to reflect the contents that can enhance marital intimacy. In addition, it is necessary to develop a differentiated mother sex education program considering her demographic characteristics and career in sexual health.

We would like to identify the current status and the problem of the material for sexual education in Korea by analyzing the contents and the subjects of the materials. The 274 materials were collected from 80 institutes from March 1999 to June 1999. The collected ones were analyzed according to title. year of production. producer. subjects of materials and contents. Also, the materials in the internet was searched. Result were summarized by the descriptive statistics with SPSS/PC as followings: Type of materials were video tape (155), books (70), projection slides (43) and CD-ROM (6); Number of production from each institute were 54 from Planned Parenthood Federation of Korea, 39 from Korea Broadcasting System. 23 from Seoul School Health Center. 22 from Seoul Education and Science Research Institute, 16 from Korea Sexual Violence Relief Center, 13 from Republic of Korean National Redcross. and 10 from Korea Educational Development Institute; Subjects of the materials were middle and high school children (55), teachers (35), primary schoolchildren (17) and adult (14), preschool children (5). One hundred forty eight materials did not indicate the specific subjects; Thirty institutes had been providing the information for sexual education and the counseling. According to the above results. we suggest the followings: The systematic development of materials for sexual education appropriate to the specific subjects should be done: Materials in the CD-ROM and internet homepage should be developed more and more; The evaluation tool should be developed and adapted to the materials for the recommendation of the good materials; Database of the sexual materials should be provided for further development, evaluation and utilization.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 성희롱 인식을 파악하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구의 참여자는 J 도에 소재한 2개 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생 366명이었다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 3월 19일부터 3월 30일까지 이었으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 독립표본 t검정, 일원분산분석, 이변량 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 간호대학생의 성희롱 인식은 평균 3.45점이었으며 성별, 연령에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 성희롱 인식은 자아존중감, 성 역할 고정관념과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 간호대학생의 성희롱 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별, 성 역할 고정관념, 자아존중감으로 나타났으며 본 모형의 설명력은 13.4%이었다.
