The displacement monitoring of unstable block at the rock slope located in the Cheonbuldong valley of Seoraksan National Park was carried out using Terrestrial LiDAR. The rock slopes around Guimyeonam and Oryeon waterfall where rockfall has occurred or is expected to occur are selected as the monitoring section. The displacement monitoring of unstable block at the rock slope in the selected area was performed 5 times for about 7 months using Terrestrial LiDAR. As a result of analyzing the displacement based on the Terrestrial LiDAR scanning, the error of displacement was highly influenced by the interpolation of the obstruction section and the difference of plants growth. To minimize the external influences causing the error, the displacement of unstable block should be detected at the real scanning point. As the result of analyzing the displacement of unstable rock at the rock slope using the Terrestrial LiDAR data, the amount of displacement was very small. Because the amount of displacement was less than the range of error, it was difficult to judge the actual displacement occurred. Meanwhile, it is important to select a section without vegetation to monitor the precise displacement of unstable rock at the rock slope using Terrestrial LiDAR. Also, the PointCloud removal and the mesh model analysis in a vegetation section were the most important work to secure reliability of data.
The purpose of this study was to develop a hybrid model forecasting the optimal number of employees for the hotel MICE and investigate indicators' reliability and validity empirically. The dominant approach of manpower planning has long been conducted based on heuristic experience in the field of Hotel and MICE. There is little research on the manpower planning and forecasting in the hotel and MICE studies. However, it is significantly important to ensure how many the optimal number of employees are calculated to meet the goals of the company as well as the expectation of their customers. A focus group interview was used to collect data through a series of surveys. A total of 289 samples were collected to test validity of finalized indicators for forecasting the optimal number of employees for the Hotel MICE. The study developed 15 quantitative indicators and 19 qualitative indicators to forecasting the optimal number of employees for the Hotel MICE, based on three types of groups such as 'service-oriented', 'stability-oriented', and 'profitability-oriented' hotel company The study revealed the econometrics formula for the practical application for this field.

A collaborative system supports collaboration among participants by providing functions such as group composition and management of data shared for collaboration. In recent years, research on collaborative services based on the blockchain technology has been done to guarantee the reliability of collaboration processes and outcomes. The diversity of the application domains in which collaborations are performed and the various characteristics of the participants in the collaboration group naturally leads to various forms of collaborative processes. In order for these processes to produce the desired outcome of the collaborative efforts, it is desirable to specify the appropriate collaborative process in advance, so that the participants can understand and agree on the process, carrying out the collaboration. In this paper, we propose a method to control flexible collaborative processes according to workflow specifications in the Ethereum-based collaborative service environment. The specification of the workflow for the designated task is stored in the Ethereum smart contract and the process of performing the task is controlled according to the stored workflow specification. For this, we introduce JSFlow which is a simple workflow specification method using JSON and an Ethereum library to utilize it.

It is known that buried rebars inside concrete structures are protected from corrosion due to passive layer. It is very important to delay the timing of corrosion or evaluate a detection of corrosion initiation for the purpose of cost-beneficiary service life of a structure. In this study, corrosion monitoring was performed on concrete specimens considering 3 levels of cover depth(60 mm, 45 mm, and 30 mm), W/C(water to cement) ratio(40.0%, 50.0%, and 60.0%) and chloride concentration(0.0%, 3.5%, and 7.0%). OCP(Open Circuit Potential) was measured using agar-based socket type sensors. The OCP measurement showed the consistent behavior where the potential was reduced in wet conditions and it was partially recovered in dry conditions. In the case of 30 mm of cover depth for most W/C ratio cases, the lowest OCP value was measured and rapid OCP recovery was evaluated in increasing cover depth from 30 mm to 45 mm, since cover depth was an effective protection against chloride ion ingress. As the chloride concentration increased, the effect on the cover depth tended to be more dominant than the that of W/C ratio. After additional monitoring and physical evaluation of chloride concentration after specimen dismantling, the proposed system can be improved with increasing reliability of the corrosion monitoring.

The field of geospatial information is rapidly changing due to the development of sensor and data processing technology that can acquire location information. And demand is increasing in various related industries and social activities. The construction and utilization of three dimensional geospatial information that is easy to understand and easy to understand can be an essential element to improve the quality and reliability of related services. In recent years, 3D laser scanners are widely used as 3D geospatial information construction technology. However, 3D laser scanners may cause shadow areas where data acquisition is not possible when objects are large in size or complex in shape. In this study, 3D model of an object has been created by acquiring oblique images using an unmanned aerial vehicle and processing the data. The study area was selected, oblique images were acquired using an unmanned aerial vehicle, and point cloud type 3D model with 0.02 m spacing was created through data processing. The accuracy of the 3D model was 0.19m and the average was 0.11m. In the future, if accuracy is evaluated according to shooting and data processing methods, and 3D model construction and accuracy evaluation and analysis according to camera types are performed, the accuracy of the 3D model will be improved. In the point cloud type 3D model, Cross section generation, drawing of objects, and so on, it is possible to improve work efficiency of spatial information service and related work.
The purpose of this study is to diagnose problems by analyzing the status of system and user in order to activate the Urban Planning Information System(UPIS). The UPIS has been distributed to all local governments through pilot and expansion projects since 2003 to utilize spatial information in urban planning and administration. The original purpose was to use GIS to support planning and to support scientific decision making, but now the main task is to designate and manage zoning districts related to land use. Therefore, the UPIS is responsible for the production (preparation procedure) and management of the local district information for use in the Korea land use information system, which is an upper concept defined by the law, but it is evaluated that its identity is ambiguous and utilization rate is low. This study is conducted to investigate the four aspects (business process, database, system, citizen service) of UPIS, and suggest concrete improvement measures. To summarize, each individual system exists in the Korea land use information system, but they all share similar data and have a linked work flow. Therefore, we suggested that the DB current plan should be established to improve the reliability of data and to redefine the business process around the UPIS.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between transaction justice and customer performance. In this study, data were gathered from questionnaires from customers and suppliers of manufacturing outsourcing service, and reliability, validity, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were conducted and the hypothesis was verified through the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1)Transaction justice has a significant positive effect on customer's business performance. Distribution and Interactional justice have a small effect on business performance, but Procedural justice has a significant positive effect. 2)Transaction justice has a positive effect on partnerships. 3)The partnership between the customer and the supplier has a positive effect on the customer's business performance. 4)Partnership has positive effect on customer's management performance through mediating justice. This study is based on the fact that justice acts as a independent variable in the transactional relationship between the customer and the supplier in the manufacturing outsourcing and this is the first case that empirically investigated the effect of the justice on the customer's management performance. In order to effectively cope with a rapidly changing business environment and effectively improve management performance, it is necessary to make efforts to improve justice, especially procedural justice, by utilizing outsourcing effectively in a global competition. In this respect, this study provides important implications for the both academically and practically.
A fast foot of information communication technology is appearing as expansion of prompt administrative service desire and national participation desire regarding administration. This is following again by government innovation and demand of customer-oriented governmental implementation with information technology. The Ministries of Education and Human Resources Development proceeded with National Education Information System(NEIS) for the aim of educational informatization at a highest global level. NEIS that was operated from 2003 established a system in Educational Offices in 16 cities/province and the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, and connected all educational administration organizations and primary and middle schools with Internet. Thus, NEIS processes electronically the general administration affairs in educational administration organizations each unit school. The NEIS school affairs business system that is newly enforced is producing an important documentation (of semi-permanent level) such as personal information and grade of students including School Human Document with electronic methods. However, we need to guarantee authenticity, integrity, reliability and usability of documentation because school affairs business system is producing important documentation under poor circumstances. According to this necessity, school affairs business system analyzed how many a record management function includes by the ISO 15489 that was an international record managerial standard. On the basis of these analyses, I will present a plan for management of a school documentation in this study. These researches are meaningful in electronically analyzing a record management function of the National Education Information System(NEIS) and in documentarily approaching management plan. I expect theses researches to be able to used as useful data for documental management plan preparations regarding a productive documentation of all kinds of business systems using in public institutions as well as National Education Information System(NEIS).

This study present ways to collect archives scattered before archives management systems were adopted according to archives management. As a prior investigation, the scope and characteristics of business archives are defined. Visit to business organization to collect data and interview with officials responsible were carried out as a preliminary investigation to conduce acquisition policy. Based on the results of the investigation, acquisition policy of Meritz was conducted. into internal and external collection activities, event collection activities. Value appraisal and display appraisal of archives were established as a appraisal policy for efficient management and utilization of collected business archives. This study takes the case of Metitz Fire & Marine Insurance Co, Ltd (Meritz) as a example to present ways to manage business archives specifically.
This study is analyzing the effects of energy conservation consciousness on Korean energy saving behavior through the mediating effects of energy-related broadcasting media, such as TV. The study is carried out through the survey with structured questionnaire for each factors, using a mediating analysis based on PROCESS Macro proposed by Hayes (2013). The results of the study have been found that people with higher energy conservation consciousness displayed energy saving behavior more frequently and more actively for energy saving behavior as they were more exposed to energy-related broadcasting media. By energy-related broadcasting media the effect of energy public service ad and campaign was the largest at 15.3%, followed by energy news at 12.1%. But energy documentary has no effect on energy saving behavior. Based on the results of this analysis, it is necessary to establish a broadcasting policy that enhances the frequency of energy-related broadcasting media and energy documentary that can induce energy saving behavior. It is also necessary to make efforts to increase the reliability of analysis through empirical data such as electricity bills and fuel cost which show the actual saving level by energy saving behavior.
