The Effectiveness on the Perception of Service Quality in MRO Transactions

  • Purpose - This study aims to provide a clue on which factors current managers and many more potential entrepreneurial applicants were required to concentrate on presenting effective research methods in the effects of purchasing companies' perception of service quality about suppliers of MRO industrial goods on the quality of relationships. Research design, data, and methodology - To accomplish the purpose of this study, we plan to conduct a research model with factors of MRO service quality as the leading variables and conduct a causal analysis using regression analysis on their influence relations. Results - In order to achieve the above purpose, it is necessary to select service quality factors suitable for the characteristics of MRO industrial goods supplier companies. And it is necessary to develop a plan for improving the relationship quality with buyer companies by understanding the sales orientation of MRO industrial goods supplier companies. Also, they develop a combined strategy capable of facilitating relationship quality by clarifying the role of rapport. Conclusions - It is expected that these results will provide strategic clues which service quality factors should be improved from the perspective of supplier companies and will provide various information on educational training sales skills of the sales staff.

패스트푸드 레스토랑의 서비스 품질과 브랜드 신뢰, 브랜드 차별, 그리고 재방문 의도 간의 영향관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships among the Fast-Food Restaurants' Service Quality, Brand Trust, Brand Distinctiveness, and Revisit Intention)

  • This study was conducted to identify the relationship among various service quality clues, brand trust, brand distinctiveness and revisit intention focusing on fast-food restaurant consumers. Using online questionnaires tool in South Korea, a total of 450 questionnaires were distributed and 390 participants were used for further statistical analysis through SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for Windows. Four service quality factors (menu, interior, exterior, staff) were extracted from twelve questions. According to the result of this study, several service quality factors of fast-food restaurants' have positive effects on brand trust and distinctiveness. Specifically, staff and menu and exterior were significant predictors of brand trust, and staff and menu of fast-food were critical antecedents of brand distinctiveness. In addition, the brand trust has positive influence on brand distinctiveness as well as revisit intention. Although there are many studies which proved the relationships among various selection attributes and other outcome variables such as brand loyalty or image, little research explained the relationships among service quality factors of fast-food restaurants, brand trust, brand distinctiveness, and revisit intention. Therefore, present study will contribute to provide significant results and some practical implications in both the fast-food restaurant industry and academic research.

  • This study first tries to investigate factors that determine the quality of mobile game contents. Based on the information and information system-related studies, our research proposes to show the relationships among the quality of mobile game contents, the level of perceived easy of use and the perceived usefulness. Mobile game contents service providers can get insight on factors that should be considered to improve the quality of contents services. Also, the research findings provide a clue on the success of mobile game service.

프랜차이즈 패밀리레스토랑의 유형적 요소가 무형적 요소에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Visible Clues on Non-visible Clues in Context of Franchise Family Restaurants)

  • This study was conducted to examine the relationships among various visible clues and non-visible clues as perceived by franchise family restaurant consumers. Using online survey tool in South Korea, total 450 survey was distributed and 400 participants were used for further statistical analysing with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. Twelve items were categorized into four visible factors (food, interior, exterior, employee). The result shows that food and employee have positive effects on brand reputation and distinctiveness, and the interior and employee were critical antecedents for brand distinctiveness. In addition, the brand reputation and brand distinctiveness have positive influence on experiential value as well as revisit intention. Although there were many studies which demonstrated the relationships among various quality clues and other outcome variables, such as brand image, loyalty, little research explained the relationships among visible elements of franchise family restaurants, brand reputation, brand distinctiveness, and revisit intention. The present study will provide theoretical and practical implications for both academia and the franchise family restaurant industry. (what is the meaning of the red part?)

외식 배달 서비스에 대한 소비자 관점 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Consumer Perspectives on Food Delivery Services)

  • Various non-face-to-face services are being activated due to the influence of the Corona 19 virus around the world. However, unlike the rapid development of delivery services, social awareness of delivery services is causing many problems. Therefore, in this study, we analyze the quality attributes of delivery services from the consumer's point of view, and based on the results, we try to derive a direction for service improvement. In this study, quality factors were established through interviews and surveys with actual consumers, and quality attributes were classified through the Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. "Attractive" is ('Ease of ordering, Accurate delivery to the designated place'), "One Dimensional" is ('Variety of payment methods, Accurate delivery on time, Accurate delivery of ordered food, Degree of non-deformation of packaging conditions, etc., Convenience of use time'), "Must be" is ('Kindness of the delivery person'), "Reverse" is ('provision of services, service response to order discrepancies'). This study has academic significance in that it compensated for the disadvantage of not being able to interpret the mathematical meaning of the Kano model with Teamco's customer satisfaction coefficient. It also has practical implications in that it provides an indirect clue to future improvement directions.

  • 산업사회에 있어 시대의 화두는 창업인바 창업의 활성화는 새로운 직업을 창출함으로써 고용극대화와 경제전반에 걸친 활성화에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있으며 그 유인책중 하나가 창업보육시스템이고 그 중심에 창업보육센터가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 창업보육센터 지원서비스의 질적 수준 도움정도가 만족도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 창업보육센터의 효율적 운영방향과 정책방향을 수립하는데 기여하고 하나의 논의의 단초를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 설문지를 개발하고 총500부의 유효 표본을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 창업보육센터가 입주기업이나 창업 준비자에게 제공하는 서비스 중 질적 수준과 도움정도는 센터 및 지원서비스에 대한 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주었으며 매니저의 역량과 관련기술특성은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

교구의 품질 요인 분석 및 만족도에 관한 연구 : 초등 교사를 중심으로 (A Study on the Analysis of Quality Factors and Satisfaction of Teaching Tools: Focusing on Elementary School Teachers)

  • 교구를 사용한 교육이 학생과 교사 모두에게 중요하지만, 유통되는 교구의 품질 문제는 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 교구를 세 가지 품질요인으로 구분하여 분석하고, 초등 교사들의 교구에 대한 만족도 및 재구매 의도를 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 현직 초등학교 교사를 대상으로 1차 CIT 조사와 2차 설문조사로 나누어 진행하였으며, 분석도구는 PLS 통계프로그램을 활용하였다. 실증분석을 통해 제품 품질과 교육 품질, 서비스 품질은 교사 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 교사 만족도는 재구매 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 통해 교사들이 교구를 구매 또는 평가할 때 중점을 두어야 할 부분과 교육에 유용하게 활용할 수 있도록 통찰을 주고, 연구자들에게는 제품 품질 개선을 위한 연구에 중요한 단초가 되며, 교구를 생산 및 유통하는 기업에게는 신제품과 콘텐츠 개발에 유효한 지침을 제시하고자 한다. 이후에는 교구와 교사 외에, 교구와 여러 대상 간의 유기적인 관계에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하며, 이를 향후 연구로 제안한다.

스마트폰의 현황 분석을 통한 상황인식서비스의 발전방향 제시 (A Study on the Development Plan of Situation-Aware Service Based on the Characteristics Analysis of Smartphone)

  • 일상생활에 미치는 영향이 확산되고 있는 상황인식서비는 위치기반서비스와 소셜네트워크서비스로 분류되며, 스마트폰의 GPS 및 전자나침반 기술의 정확도에 따라 상황인식서비스 품질이 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 상황인식서비스를 이용할 때 가장 중요한 단초가 될 수 있는 GPS, 전자나침반(Digital Compass), 무선통신, 공간정보(Geospatial Web)를 활용함에 있어서의 위치적 정확도에 대하여 분석하였다. 스마트폰을 이용한 위치 및 방향 결정 정확도 실험 결과 실외에 비하여 낮은 실내 위치 및 방향 정확도와 플랫폼으로 활용되는 공간정보가 갖고 있는 오차에 의해 상황인식서비스 이용 시 정확한 정보를 제공 받지 못하는 문제점이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 실내 위치 결정 정확도 향상 방안으로 Wi-Fi를 이용한 측위 방법 등이 있으나 실외에서 사용하는 GPS에 비해 많은 보완 사항이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 상황인식서비스의 플랫폼으로 활용되는 공간정보의 품질 향상을 위하여 DSM을 이용해 폐색영역을 보정한 실감 정사영상의 제작이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

LDA 알고리즘을 이용한 프랜차이즈 연구 동향에 대한 토픽모델링 분석 (Topic Modeling Analysis of Franchise Research Trends Using LDA Algorithm)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to derive clues for the franchise industry to overcome difficulties such as various legal regulations and social responsibility demands and to continuously develop by analyzing the research trends related to franchises published in Korea. Research design, data and methodology: As a result of searching for 'franchise' in ScienceON, abstracts were collected from papers published in domestic academic journals from 1994 to June 2021. Keywords were extracted from the abstracts of 1,110 valid papers, and after preprocessing, keyword analysis, TF-IDF analysis, and topic modeling using LDA algorithm, along with trend analysis of the top 20 words in TF-IDF by year group was carried out using the R-package. Results: As a result of keyword analysis, it was found that businesses and brands were the subjects of research related to franchises, and interest in service and satisfaction was considerable, and food and coffee were prominently studied as industries. As a result of TF-IDF calculation, it was found that brand, satisfaction, franchisor, and coffee were ranked at the top. As a result of LDA-based topic modeling, a total of 12 topics including "growth strategy" were derived and visualized with LDAvis. On the other hand, the areas of Topic 1 (growth strategy) and Topic 9 (organizational culture), Topic 4 (consumption experience) and Topic 6 (contribution and loyalty), Topic 7 (brand image) and Topic 10 (commercial area) overlap significantly. Finally, the trend analysis results for the top 20 keywords with high TF-IDF showed that 10 keywords such as quality, brand, food, and trust would be more utilized overall. Conclusions: Through the results of this study, the direction of interest in the franchise industry was confirmed, and it was found that it was necessary to find a clue for continuous growth through research in more diverse fields. And it was also considered an important finding to suggest a technique that can supplement the problems of topic trend analysis. Therefore, the results of this study show that researchers will gain significant insights from the perspectives related to the selection of research topics, and practitioners from the perspectives related to future franchise changes.
