주요국의 제네릭 의약품 활성화 정책 고찰과 시사점 (Lessons from Generic Promotion Policies in Other Countries)

  • Backgrounds: Escalating pharmaceutical expenditure has threatened the sustainability of National Health Insurance system in Korea. Generic medicines allow patients to access safe, effective, high-quality medicines at low cost, thus insurers could achieve significant financial savings by promotion of generics, if they are priced much lower than the originator. The purpose of this study was to review generic pricing as well as promotion policies in other countries and assess the implication of those policies. Methods: We reviewed the main measures adopted by the developed countries such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, especially in countries where governments are the largest third-party payers or insurance finance resource is the national health insurance. Results: The foreign countries's experience with generic medicine policy shows that demand-side policies such as physician budgets, international nonproprietary name prescribing, generics substitution, patients co-payment as well as supply-side policies relating to pricing and reimbursement seems to play a critical role in developing the generic medicines market. Conclusion: Various strategy should be implemented to promote generic drug use.

  • Due to the lack of visualization services and organic combinations between public and private buildings data, the usability of the basic map has remained low. To address this issue, this paper reports on a solution that organically combines public and private data while providing visualization services to general users. For this purpose, factors that can affect building prices first were examined in order to define the related data attributes. To extract the relevant data attributes, this paper presents a method of acquiring public information data and real estate-related information, as provided by private real estate portal sites. The paper also proposes a pretreatment process required for intelligent machine learning. This report goes on to suggest an intelligent machine learning algorithm that predicts buildings' value pricing and future value by using big data regarding buildings' spatial information, as acquired from a database containing building value attributes. The algorithm's availability was tested by establishing a prototype targeting pilot areas, including Suwon, Anyang, and Gunpo in South Korea. Finally, a prototype visualization solution was developed in order to allow general users to effectively use buildings' value ranking and value pricing, as predicted by intelligent machine learning.

  • 전기에너지는 저장성이 없기 때문에 부하의 불규칙적인 변화에 대한 실시간 대처가 어렵다. 그 중 전력 계통의 대규모 공급지장에 대비하여 안정적인 공급을 위해서 예비력을 운영하고 있다. 그러나 예비력을 운영함으로써 전력계통 전체에 경제적 손실이 발생하는데 이를 최소화하기 위해서는 적정예비력 확보와 적절한 가격보상이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 예비력시장을 운영함으로써 발생하는 기회비용을 반영하여 에너지와 예비력 가격 설정방법을 제시하였다.

Impacts of Marketing Capabilities on Competitive Advantage and Business Performance: Application of IPMA

  • Purpose: Based on the resource-based view and the competitive advantage theory, the study views marketing capabilities (product, pricing, delivery/inventory, and promotional support) as sources of competitive advantage (differentiation advantage and low-cost advantage) and examines their impacts on competitive advantage, which in turn, will influence non-business and business performance. Research design, data and methodology: Data were collected from 149 representatives of franchising companies in South Korea and analyzed with SmartPLS 3.3.7. Results: First, promotional support and product have a significant impact on differentiation advantage. Second, pricing and promotional support have a significant impact on low-cost advantage. Third, differentiation advantage has an influence on non-financial and financial business performance. Fourth, low-cost advantage has an impact on non-financial performance but has no significant direct impact on financial performance. Fifth, non-financial performance is related to financial performance. Finally, the result of IPMA shows that importance and performance values of exogeneous variables are different depending on firm size. Conclusions: The findings suggest that franchisors should focus on different marketing capabilities depending on their strategic focus and objectives. Finally, the findings based on an IPMA suggest that small companies perceive low-cost advantage as important, while their counterparts do not. Several theoretical and managerial implications are offered.

대리운전 시장의 지역별 수요 예측 모형의 성능 향상을 위한 방법론 연구 (A Study on Methodology for Improving Demand Forecasting Models in the Designated Driver Service Market)

  • 대리운전 시장의 요금체계는 이용자의 대리운전 서비스 요청 시, 주위 대리운전 기사의 수, 대리운전 서비스 이용자 수, 날씨 등의 다양한 영향에 의해 실시간으로 변하는 Dynamic Pricing의 특징이 있다. 불확실한 변동성은 대리운전 서비스 요금을 상승시켜 고객의 이탈과 대리운전 기사의 배차거부를 유발하는 주된 원인이 되며, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 적절한 수요를 예측하고 선제적으로 대응하기 위한 수요 예측모형의 도입이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 대리운전 서비스 이력 데이터를 활용하여 지역별, 시간대별 대리운전 서비스 수요를 예측하는 모형을 제시한다. 이후 실제 대리운전 서비스 이력 데이터를 활용하여 시간과 요일에 따른 조건부 확률을 구축하고 이를 예측 모형과 결합한 Time-Series with Conditional Probability 방법론을 제안하였으며 실험을 통해 SARIMA, Prophet의 기존 시계열 모형보다 성능이 우수함을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 제안된 방법론을 통해 구축된 수요 예측 모형을 활용하여 대리운전 서비스의 단기 전략 수립에 활용할 수 있다는 시사점이 있다.

건물 외벽청소 로봇의 비즈니스 모델 개발 (Business Model Development of Facade Cleaning Robot)

  • We develop a business model for facade cleaning service robot system that provides service by meeting the market needs and environments. The size of the facade cleaning market is growing rapidly in recent years due to the increasing importance of indoor space and the modern trend of building construction methods. Also, maintenance of exterior appearance of buildings has become an important factor in residential and commercial facilities. Though demand for facade cleaning services is rising, the current facade cleaning services are performed dangerously in a human labor-dependent way. It is desirable that the existing human resource service should be replaced with robot-based services. In addition, quantitative analysis of rental pricing model was conducted to propose effective launch of products to the market. The robot system is economically attractive from the consumer's point of view. When the actual facade cleaning robot service is released, it is expected that verification of the business models and more accurate analysis with specific figures can be performed.

Airline Passenger Repurchase Behavior Intention Model: Moderating Effect of Leisure and Corporate Travel in Korea Market

  • Purpose: This research aims to explore the effects of airline's pricing and service quality through service distribution process on repurchasing intention of the air passengers with meditations of passenger satisfaction and airline brand. Research design, data and methodology: This paper particularly focused on employing the moderating effect with two different market segmentations, namely leisure and corporate purpose travelers, in the Korean market. The total sample size of this research is 363 respondents of the general public in Korea. For the methodology of this research, structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized for the statistical analysis. Results: It figured out that passenger satisfaction is ultimately the most important among variables of price, service quality and repurchase intention for both groups. On the contrary, the relationships, between price and airline brand in both groups, and between airline brand and repurchase intention in the leisure travel only, were not noted as beneficial effects. Conclusions: More noteworthy was that airline brand had a positive influence on repurchase intention in the corporate travel group. Based on this research, the results will deliver the contributions to the commercial airlines in the future.

3G 이동통신망 출현에 따른 접속료 정책의 개정 타당성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Validity of Interconnection Policy Revision with the Advent of 3G Mobile Network)

  • 최근 국내 주요 이동통신사들이 W-CDMA R5(HSDPA)망을 본격 상용화함에 따라, 이에 알맞은 새로운 3G 이동통신 접속료 산정방안의 조속한 도입에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있으나, 이에 대한 체계적인 연구사례를 찾기 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 접속료 산정방안 도입의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 3G 이동통신과 관련된 기술, 시장, 규제 측면에 대한 통합적인 분석을 수행한다. 연구결과, 합리적인 접속료 산정과 관련한 3G 망 특성상의 여러 가지 기술적 한계, 이동통신 시장의 발전속도의 가변성, 사전규제의 타당성 검증문제, 그리고 수집 가능한 해외사례 등을 고려했을 때, 즉각적인 원가기반 접속료 산정방안 마련 및 적용은 합리적이지 못하며, 해당 시장의 성숙 또는 All-IP망으로의 진화 이후로 접속료 산정방안 개선시기를 미루는 것이 효율적임을 제안한다.

온라인 콘텐츠의 컨조인트 분석 : Video on Demand 서비스 사례를 중심으로 (Conjoint Analysis of Online Content : A Case of Video on Demand Service)

  • 온라인 콘텐츠는 경험재의 성격을 띄고 있어 사용자가 경험하면서 어떠한 속성들을 중심으로 가치를 부여하는 지를 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 TV드라마 다시 보기를 중심으로 전문가들의 심층 면접을 통하여 온라인 콘텐츠의 주요한 속성들을 도출하고 이어서 이렇게 도출된 속성들에 대하여 컨조인트 설문을 통하여 데이터를 수집하여 사용자가 각 속성에 부여하는 상대적 가치를 파악하였다. 가격, 장르, 부가서비스, 연기자가 중요한 영향을 미치는 속성들로 도출되었고 이들을 촬영한 컨조인트 분석에서는 '가격'이 제일 민감한 속성으로 나타났고 다음으로는 장르, 부가서비스, 연기자의 순서로 중요성이 높았다. 여성의 경우 남성에 비해 가격에 대한 중요도가 높았고, 남성은 장르를 더 중요시했다. 연구결과가 시사하는 바로는 온라인 콘텐츠의 속성들의 조합에 따라서 가격이나 부가서비스의 성격을 달리하는 전략이 유효할 수 있다는 결론을 낼 수 있었고 이에 따른 이용자 층 세분화 전략, 부가서비스의 특화 전략을 제시할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 온라인 콘텐츠 가격 설정을 위한 헤도닉 모델 개발의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

패스트푸드 레스토랑 이용객의 재방문 의도 영향 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Intention of Revisit in Fast Food Restaurant Visitors)

  • The objective of this study is to examine how the factors influence each other by determining the appropriate measurement standard in fast food restaurants based on the evaluation of attributes, perceived pricing, value, satisfaction and intention of revisit, and present an effective marketing strategy for fast food restaurants based on the analytical results by patrons and market segmentations. The study surveyed 195 subjects and processed the result using SPSS for Win. V. 12.0. For statistical analysis, Frequency, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, and Regression Analysis were put into operation. As a result of the Factor Analysis of the evaluation of attributes, 3 factors have been extracted. The results showed that restaurant attribution evaluation had a positive effect on the perceived value($R^2adj=0.357$, p=0.000), satisfaction($R^2adj=0.346$, p=0.000) and intent of revisiting($R^2adj=0.389$, p=0.000); perceived pricing had a positive affect on the perceived value($R^2adj=0.464$, p=0.000), satisfaction($R^2adj=0.113$, p=0.000) and intention of revisit($R^2adj=0.276$, p=0.000); perceived value had a positive affect on satis-faction($R^2adj=0.327$, p=0.000) and intention of revisit($R^2adj=0.515$, p=0.000); and satisfaction had a positive affect on intention of revisit($R^2adj=0.442$, p=0.000).
