This study examines the effects of the public's perception of emergency medical service (EMS) on the public health system's brand equity and the moderating effect of governance on this relationship using Keller's customer-based brand equity model. It uses four EMS functions: rescue/first-aid and transfer activities; disaster prevention, preparation, and response activities; educational activities in urgent situations; and medical treatment in emergency rooms to examine the effects of them on brand meaning of the public health system. Our findings are important for understanding the public as customers of the public health system and devising and/ or adapting healthcare policies and marketing strategies to develop brand equity and increase customers' loyalty to the public health system.

With the entry into the aging society, we are increasingly interested in wellness, and personalized medical services through artificial intelligence are expanding. In order to provide personalized medical services, it is difficult to provide accurate medical analysis services only with the existing hospital system components PM / PA, OCS, EMR, PACS, and LIS. Therefore, it is necessary to present the hospital system model and the construction plan suitable for personalized medical service. Currently, some medical cloud services and artificial intelligence diagnosis services using Watson are being introduced in domestic. However, there are not many examples of systematic hospital system construction. Therefore, this paper proposes a hospital system model suitable for personalized medical service. To do this, we design a model that integrates medical big data construction and AI medical analysis system into the existing hospital system components, and suggest development plan of each module. The proposed model is meaningful as a basic research that provides guidelines for the construction of new hospital system in the future.

The purpose of this study is to findout the effect of using of the hotel information system(HIS) on the hotel service quality. To show how important the using level of the information system in the hotel, we surveyed some domestic and overseas deluxe hotels. For an empirical analysis, Authors have collected 574 questionaires from 4 countries during Feburary to August, 2003. Factor Analysis and Regression Analysis were applied in this research. The results are as follows: There are a close relation between using level of the hotel information systems and service quality. Authors insists that to maximize service quality efficiency in the hotel, a balanced using level of the information system should be made in the following fields: front-office operating system(FOS), back-office operating system(BOS), outlet operating system(OOS) and interface operating system(IOS).

This study was to examine the operation strategy of terrestrial broadcasting system on channel image and N-screen service. Nowadays, terrestrial broadcasting system provides video streaming service based on internet. In other words, terrestrial broadcasting system provides N-screen service through TV-PC-Smart phone-Tablet PC. But it is different for terrestrial broadcasting system to analysis the choice criterion of program. Only, channel image of terrestrial broadcasting system expanded into N-screen. Finally, channel image of terrestrial broadcasting system is the competition strategy. It is necessary for terrestrial broadcasting system to prepare the strategy of program choice for users, original contents, new platform and service in connection with N-screen.

In this paper, we develop an application service of user authentication system using context awareness technology. The proposed security printer system service is applying 'NFC(Near Field Communication) technology', 'authentication system using communication with server, according to context awareness to application system. Our system extracts several context-awareness elements that happen through the user's printing with server communication. The proposed system property elements contain as print time, number of printing and name of document, etc. based on working memory operation as DB. This proposed system provide with context-awareness weight algorithm and analyzes the service which decides success or failure of user's printing. The develop app service is formed and applied when approved user who gets request. Approved user according to these context awareness tech will be provided with final service after authenticating again for the certain NFC card to reader. This results cab be contributed an authentication service based on context awareness weight algorithm and improved performance of management service in secure service applications.

This paper proposed a service satisfaction index in the service design. We utilize the service blueprint as the basic tool for the service process analysis, construct a service flow fishbone diagram which consists of the encounters representing the interaction between customer and service deliverer. To evaluate the service satisfactions of the service element a service satisfaction function is used. The service satisfaction function has the generic properties of the prospect theory with the probabilistic utility value in order to evaluate the service bundle which Is constructed by tangible and intangible service elements. A numerical example using the A/S service of Electronic Co. is presented for the verification.

The key issues of recommendation systems provide the contents satisfying the interests of users for the huge amounts of contents over internet. The existing recommendation system use the algorithms considering the users' profiles and context information to enhance the exactness of a recommendation. However, the existing recommendation system can't satisfy the requirements of service providers because the business models of service providers is not considered. In this paper, we propose the mobile recommendation system using the composite contexts and the recommendation weights applying the business model of service providers. The proposed system retrieves the contents of the contents providers using composite context information and apply the recommendation weights to recommend the suitable contents for the business models of service providers. Therefore, we provide the contents satisfying the consumption value of users and the business models of service providers to mobile users.

A general medical information service in hospitals recently has been rapidly developed in the effective patient management due to the digitalization. In addition, the hospitals make an effort to support the medical information service in ubiquitous environment. A key requirement in ubiquitous environment is the ability to communicate between the image viewer system using the DICOM standard and a server system to support the medical information service. This paper describes a remote networking system based on the mobile terminal with RFID technology for the medical information service. In order to apply the overall configuration, we first implemented the DICOM viewer system, configured the database to store the patient information, and realized the server/client networking system in mobile terminal environment. In particular, this paper showed the capability for the medical image-based communication as well as the text-based communication.

Background : There have been many studies and efforts about quality management in health services, but there were not founded quality assessment on social services. This study was designed for understood level of quality on social service, identified for correlation factors of quality assessment on social services in general and teaching hospitals in Korea. Methods : The subjects of this survey were 80 leaders of social service units. The survey data from each subjects were measured to evaluate level of quality that service provider perceived of sample hospitals. Social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities, perception of quality assurance system in that hospitals were measured. Under the method of one-way ANOVA, t-test and correlation, associated factors of quality assessment in social work service was analyzed. Results : The major findings were as following ; First, the level of quality perceived showed less score, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome. Second, social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities showed high score, but quality assurance system of hospitals showed less score. Third, the level of quality assurance system of hospitals, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Conclusion : The quality of social work service correlated positive hospitals's quality assurance system, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Therefore, to assure the proper level of quality, qualified for hospitals system of quality assurance, and needed to a educational program for enhanced social workers's attitudes in quality assurance activities.

A seamless handover between the 3G LTE and legacy 3G system is required for the smooth deployment of the 3G LTE system which is the next generation cellular network system. Especially on voice call handover, the service interruption time is very sensitive for user's satisfaction and therefore, a seamless voice call handover scheme is necessarily required. However, handover between the 3G LTE and the 3G CS system is hard to be achieved due to the lack of interface between two systems and the restriction of radio resource. In this paper, a new network entity called SCSE is proposed and inter-working between the 3G LTE and the 3G CS systems is enabled. Also contributed to the feature of the SCSE, the handover procedure is simplified and the service interruption time is minimized as a consequence. The evaluation result shows that the proposed SCSE scheme exclusively meets the service interruption time requirement which is smaller than 300 ms.
