  • In recently, our social is entering to service infinite competitive time., So If companys don't give satifactory and an impression customers, they don't exist. The Companies that operate railway are promoted(Seoul metro). The Korail, Seol metropolitan Rapid Transit Corperation, Incheon Rapid Transit Corporation), they are into a stronger competitor. So the service for customer is more inportant to improve the image and administration than before. Especially, station workers who work near the customer are important for cooperation image. But, there are only a few employees to operate the station like ticketing in railway station, There aren't reinforcement the service employees and expanse the utility system. especially, since the transportation card is introduced in 1996, the customers who use the T-Money card are increased. So the change of service system is necessary to provide a substantial service to customer. This paper derives the problems through analysising the operating system of station, and presents the improvement to provide substantial services to customer

(N+1) 형식의 지능망 서비스 시스템에서의 부하균형 분석 (Load Balancing Analysis For (N+1) Type Intelligent Network Service Systems)

  • The main idea behind the Intelligent Networks (IN) concept is the separation of switching function from the service control, in order to meet various service requirements of subscribers and development of new services in time. The (N+l) architecture of the IN service system consists of front-end processors (FEP) and back-end processors (BEP), which is in service in a domestic telecommunication company, and balances the traffic load for services among the processors. Under this architecture, the IN service system can distribute the traffic load dynamically, and M services are easily launched and manipulated minimizing impacts on the existing services. This paper traces the performance of the (N+1) structured system by means of the simulation approach, and shed a light on the result.

Design and implementation of Mobile U-health Service Platform - Feces and Urine Sensing U-Care Scheme -

  • This paper presents a novel method to design and implement mobile u-health system by defining the essential elements of mobile healthcare services. We choose common service elements for the proposed u-healthcare scheme and design the service platform. Especially we focus on automatic feces or urine sensing u-care scheme to prove the effectiveness of our platform. We construct the system with sensing part with a manikin and a diaper wireless communication part with feces or urine sensing data, and coordinator system based on the u-health platform defined in this paper. Experimental results show that our scheme is useful in the area of u-care service for the handicapped, the elderly, and patients who can hardly move by themselves. In addition the designed scheme offers a realized u-care scheme with the purpose of advanced developing tools for application or service developers.

  • Recent web environment needs a web service method that can integrate the individual web service. The UDDI registry can accommodate this need by classifying the information of the web service system for an easy retrieval of the information, thus it reduces the time to find a specific web service. Using the basic information search function of the UDDI registry, the web provider can offer various types of information to the client. In this paper, we implemented the process of registering the information to the UDDI registry and retrieving the various types of information from the UDDI registry in a given format.

  • Our platform introduced in this paper is based on DAVIC specifications which define high quality multimedia services with some extensions to provide user friendly and uniform interface to its users. We designed and implemented an integrated service platform for high quality interactive multimedia services, swithed digital broadcasting, and Internet services. The integration in terms of a service provider system, a delivery system, and a service user system is taken into account. Our research results in the development of integrated high quality interactive and digital broadcasting multimedia services with web-based common user interface and its experience will be feedback to the field trial service which will be launched from next year.

전남 초등학교의 급식유형별 급식관리 실태 (Food Service Management in Elementary School in Chunnam Province)

  • This study was undertaken to assess the school flood service management and its perception by dietitians. Questionnaries were developed and answered by 162 dietitians in elementary schools in Chollanam-do. The duration of the flood service system was the longest in remote areas followed by rural and urban areas. The average number of persons served a day was 680 per dietitians. More than three schools were supervised by 52.4% of dietitians. Lack of facilities, including restrooms for the flood service personnel and storage compartments for convenience products were indicated. Regardless of the type of school flood service system, the dietitians pointed out that they urgency needed gas fryers, gas griddles and vegetable cutters, which would be helpful in preparing fried flood for the students. Despite the dietitians' eagerness to teach nutritional education, 80.9% of the respondents did not provide nutritional education to the students, because of the lack of class roomtime. It was suggested that the teaching nutritional education by dietitians was desperately needed for the improvement of health and the nutritional status of school children.

A Study on the Methodology for CTQ Selection in the course of 6-Sigma Activity about Service Company

  • As customer's needs change rapidly in recent days, the evaluation scale about service quality is changing against the variation of the customer's needs. It is fact that the need of change which established evaluation ways about service quality rise more and more. 6-Sigma activity, called "most innovative management strategy in 20th Century", have many problems apply to service company. The important one between these problems is the problem about Critical To Quality(CTQ) Selection caused from the absence of more precise evaluation system. The objective of this study is the development of methodology for CTQ selection coincide to service company. It is the basic logic that the way to regard MOT mainly effects about total customer satisfaction index(CSI) as CTQ, after the development of the evaluation system based on MOT with customers. Also, the study focused on the case of department store progress to exhibit the reasonableness of this logic.

충남지역 영양교사의 학교급식지원센터 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects on a Nutrition Teacher's Satisfaction for the School Food Service Center in the Chungnam Province)

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of elementary, middle and high school nutrition teachers in the Chungnam province concerning the free school food service. We surveyed satisfaction related to policies on school food service and the school food service center. Satisfaction on the school food service center was separated according to four dimensions; perception, food materials, operational system and service. Furthermore, we analyzed factors that affect satisfaction with the school food service center with a multiple regression model. First, satisfaction about the free school food service and dietary life education are higher than the total average of satisfaction with the policy about the school food service. Second, satisfaction about a variety of food materials and reasonable prices are lower than total average of satisfaction with the school food service center. Third, when more teachers have a high level of a positive perception and have higher satisfaction with the operational system of the school food service center, then they also subsequently display higher satisfaction with the school food service center. Therefore it is necessary to improve or make up for pricing and diversity on food materials by the school food service center.

  • 전통적인 서버/클라이언트 구조에서 클라이언트는 이미 알고 있는 서버에 접속하여 정보를 얻거나 웹 검색 등과 같은 방식으로 정보나 서비스를 이용하였다. 그러나 최근에 다양한 장치들이 인터넷에 접속 가능하게 되었으며, 이들 장치들이 제공하는 정보와 서비스의 갱신 주기가 짧고, 서비스 제공자이면서 동시에 서비스 소비자가 되는 특징을 보인다. 이런 상황에서는 네트워크 상에 존재하는 새로운 정보나 서비스를 찾기에는 전통적인 방식이 부적합하다. 본 논문에서는 장치가 네트워크에 접속되면 서비스의 프로파일을 주변의 모든 장치들에게 방송 형태로 알리는 서비스 푸시 모델을 제안한다. 임의의 네트워크 장치가 새로 연결되면 네트워크 상에 이미 존재하는 서비스 프로파일 목록을 한 번에 얻거나 서비스 제공자로부터 새로 푸시된 서비스 프로파일을 즉각적으로 얻게 되어 언제든지 서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 P2P 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 JXTA 플랫폼을 이용하여 서비스 푸시 시스템을 구현하고 실험을 통해 서비스 푸시 시 서비스 프로파일 전파 시간, 네트워크 진입시 서비스 목록을 받는데 걸리는 시간, 서비스 호출에 따른 실행 응답 시간 등을 측정하였다.

중앙행정기관의 클라우드 시스템 도입 현황 (A Study on the Current Status of the Central Government's Cloud System Adoption)

  • 중앙행정기관의 클라우드 전환은 국가정보자원관리원이 자원통합을 추진하면서 시작하였다. 초기에는 HW의 클라우드 서비스를 위해 IaaS 기반으로 추진하였으나, 공통업무의 클라우드 서비스를 위해 SaaS로 확대하고 있다. 공통업무의 대표는 문서생산과 기록관리이다. 문서생산은 클라우드 온나라시스템으로 대표되며 '15년부터 '18년까지 중앙행정기관에 보급하였고, 자치단체 보급은 '18년 시범 사업을 시작으로 단계적으로 추진하고 있다. 기록관리는 클라우드 RMS (Records Management System)로 대표되며, '16년부터 '18년까지 중앙행정기관에 보급하였고, 자치단체 보급은 클라우드 온나라시스템 추진상항을 고려하여 추진하고 있다.
