Strategies of Home Health Care Services Linkages in Korea Based on Delphi Technique (델파이 기법을 이용한 우리나라 재가간호서비스 연계방안)

  • Today, home health care services needs a linkage plan of the customized home visiting health service in public health center, the medical institute home health care service, and home visiting nursing service based on long term care insurance for the elderly program which acknowledges the independence and professionalism of the home health care services while minimizing overlap through linking the projects. So, this study was performed by applying the Delphi technique, which draws agreement from professional opinion, to determine a method to link home health care services in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. Specialists agreed on 24 important items within the two domains of institutional linkage and medical linkage. And the significance of this study is as follows. The 24 items deduced for the approved nursing service linkage plan are expected to improve the home health care service business system, enhance the quality of home health care service, and bring increased satisfaction for service recipients. Also, seeking ways to minimize overlap in service can increase the effectiveness of health care and public health management at a national level. In addition, it is considered that this will ultimately reduce public medical costs as well as improve home health care service.

Effects of Medical Service Quality on the Customer Satisfaction and Intention of Revisit in Cancer Patients (의료서비스품질이 암환자의 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze effects of medical service quality on the customer satisfaction and intention of revisit in cancer patients. To achieve purpose of the research, the data was collected from 420 patients in university hospitals using a standardized questionnaires. Using the structural equation modeling(SEM), this study examines the relationship among medical service quality, customer satisfaction and intention of revisit. The results show that the medical service quality factors such as medical expertise, administrative service have positive effects on the customer satisfaction which positively relates to intention of revisit. Medical expertise, convenience, administrative service of the medical service quality factors have positive influence upon intention of revisit. Therefore, the results of this study show that the medical service quality factors which are medical expertise, administrative service leading to customer satisfaction are important factors to revisit hospitals.

Moderating Effects of Switching Cost on the IT Service Switching Intention (IT서비스 전환의도에 대한 전환비용의 조절효과)

  • Nowadays IT service users meet various new IT services and are considering a switch into a new IT service. IT service providers are also developing the strategies to retain and expand their customer base. Studies on switching intention have been one of the most interesting topics in the on-line and off-line markets. In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the IT service switching intention. Our research model includes the relationship between 'switching intention' and 'habit', 'alternative attractiveness', 'present service satisfaction'. In addition, we try to find the effect that 'habit' and 'alternative attractiveness' give to 'switching intention' through 'present service satisfaction'. Finally, the moderating effects of 'switching cost' are examined. This empirical paper proves that 'habit' and 'present service satisfaction' give effects to 'switching intention', and 'alternative attractiveness' give the indirect effects to 'switching intention'. In addition, 'switching cost' has the moderating effects between 'switching intention' and 'habit'.

Relationship among Role Conflict, Ambiguity, Overload and Service Delivery Level of Tour Conductor (국외여행인솔자의 역할갈등, 모호성, 과부하와 서비스 제공 수준과의 영향관계)

  • Many approaches exist for studying travel service quality, employee's satisfaction, and traveler' satisfaction. Although tour conductor play an important role in travel service, there is a lack of research on how to conceptualize and measure tour conductor's role, role stress and service delivery level. So this paper presents a conceptual framework and research approach for examining the role conflict, ambiguity, overload, and service delivery level of tour conductor in group package and the impacts of role stress on service delivery level. Results indicate that there are significant affection on service delivery level of TC among the role conflict, ambiguity, and overload. For the most part, the role conflict and ambiguity more impacted on responsibility and empathy with service encounter, the role overload affected on professional and tangibles. In conclusion, the studies reported here highlight the importance of individual effort as well as organizational police in reducing strain and improving service delivery level.

FAST Search Engine Customizing for S&T Information Service (고객중심의 과학기술정보 서비스를 위한 FAST 검색엔진 커스터마이징)

  • According to develop the web technology, the data providers are trying to offer the efficient service for customers. Specially it is necessary to improve efficiency of the search function to help user access easily useful information their want. KISTI has introduced and customized the FAST search engine to improve search performance of the national science and technology information portal service system. But the design work for hardware and software implementation of search engine is important above all. In this paper, we discuss about the design and custormizing skill of FAST engine for the KISTI S&T information search service.

  • The effects of the U-Police Service is expected to go much beyond present police service. Scientific police service using the UIT will enable the police to confront rapidly to the crimes which has been in the blind spot of law enforcement in the result of insufficient police forces and maintenance of law and order by putting police manpower first. Cetizens' feeling of safety from crimes is also expected to be much improved and this will bring about noticeabe effect on crime prevention by suppressing the crime impulse in advance. This thesis have come up with various research results by interviewing police officers and citizen of the City of Seoul under the circumstances that there has been no positive and analytical studies on the areas that the UIT could apply to or the possibility of utilizing the UIT. As we apply the UIT to the police service, how we solve the problem occurring by adopting the UIT and how much we can protect private information is much more important than what kind of service we can provide. Especially, embodiment of U-Police service is a necessary precondition for constructing ubiquitous city in near future. Following studies to draw relevant research results by expanding the objects of the study are much needed including the study on the measurement of efficiency of U-Police service in each service sectors which the UIT applies to.

Effects of MyData Service Attributes on Intention to Use (마이데이터 서비스 속성이 이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • MyData service integrates and manages user's personal data such as finance, credit, etc, and is expected to provide useful information to the user as personal data in various fields are gradually integrated. Discovering factors that affect the intention to use of MyData service is a very important topic for understanding that service. To this end, in this study, the attributes of the MyData service were derived, and the derived service attributes were grouped together by using factor analysis. As a result, we found four factors such as "convenience", "usefulness", "security", and "control". After that, we established our research model to analyze the causal relationship between these four factors and the intention to use of MyData service. According to the analysis results, among the factors of the MyData service attribute, "convenience", "usefulness", and "control" had a significant effect, and "security" did not have a significant effect. In particular, it was confirmed that "control" had the greatest influence on the intention to use. This study suggests that MyData service provider need to make users recognize they are controlling their data and develop services that provide various benefits to users.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effect and possibility of instructional design conducted by integrating writing education and community service activities based on service learning. Service learning is a teaching method that encourages students to improve learning and self-development through experience by applying the knowledge they have learned in college to the real life of the community. After the course was operated, the effectiveness of the teaching method investigated and analyzed for the participating university students, beneficiaries of service, and staffs of service organization. As a result of the study, meaningful results in cognitive, affective, and social aspects were presented for university students, and positive effects and high satisfaction were confirmed for beneficiaries of service and staffs. As a teaching methord that considers the growth and development of students from various angles. the quantitative and qualitative performance analysis and research of service learning should be conducted continuously.

Analysis of Factors Affecting Acceptance Attitude of AI Chatbot Consulting Service: Focused on Service Value Mediating Effect (인공지능 챗봇 서비스의 수용태도에 미치는 영향요인 분석 : 서비스 가치 매개효과 중심으로)

  • In this study, it was necessary to examine consumer acceptance attitudes from an in-depth and multifaceted perspective at a time when the need for chatbot services in various industrial fields is increasing and being activated in earnest. Accordingly, this study conducted a structural equation model to examine not only the structural relationship between ease, usefulness, and playfulness among the main functions of chatbot services and their acceptance attitudes, but also whether there is a mediating effect of service value in the relationship. As a result of the main study of this study, it was identified that the relationship between the ease, usefulness, and playfulness factors, which are the main functional sub-factors of the chatbot service, and their acceptance attitude and service value had a statistically static influence relationship. Based on these research results, the main research conclusions suggest that when companies in various fields provide chatbot services in the future, it is necessary to clearly determine the influencing factors that can affect the chatbot service acceptance attitude and provide these services. Through this, it is expected that the AI chatbot service will strengthen communication with consumers and establish itself as a customized and personalized counseling service.

This paper's goal that these study finding leads as digital contents industry discusses individual enterprise's success and failure as field of business in quickening period yet but domestic digital contents industry field will be roared and may can have competitive power by enterprises which wish to already started business or inaugurate an enterprise enter in field with successful beginning and direction and develop continuously.
