The purpose of this study was to identify imported apparel selection behavior according to Mongol women's conspicuous consumption orientation. A self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection. First, factors of conspicuous consumption orientation were high price and luxury brand, fashion style, altruism, prestige, and brand. Mongol women were segmented into the price and prestige pursuit group, the fashion and brand pursuit group, the altruism pursuit group, and the conspicuous consumption retard group. Second, factors of motivating the selection of imported apparel were value, symbolism, and aesthetics, and Mongol women considered the aesthetics of imported apparel important. Married Mongol women in their 30's chose imported apparel because of its symbolism. More married women selected imported apparel because of its value and more educated women selected imported apparel because of its aesthetics. Women with higher apparel expenditure selected imported apparel because of its value and symbolism. Quality, diversity, and the fit of imported apparel were the selection criteria for Mongol women and they were satisfied with the quality, diversity, and fit of the imported apparel. Brand awareness was very important when selecting imported apparel but the women's satisfaction level was significantly low. Third, more women in their 30's, unmarried, or with a lower educational level were found in the price and the prestige pursuit group, and the price and prestige pursuit group and the altruism pursuit group selected imported apparel for its aesthetics. More unmarried women in their 30's with a higher educational level were found in the fashion and brand pursuit group and selected imported apparel for its value, symbolism, and aesthetics. More unmarried women in their 20's with a higher educational level were found in the altruism pursuit group, but unmarried women in their 20's with a lower educational level were found in the conspicuous consumption retard group.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify effects of pelvic floor muscle exercise on sexual function and to present basic information on promoting sexual function for employed middle-aged women. Method: Data were collected from July to September, 2005 from a sample of 25 conveniently selected middle-aged working women from B city. For personal reasons, 10 dropped out, leaving 15 women who were treated with the exercise for 6 weeks. Outcome measures on sexual function were assessed by a self-report questionnaire based on the Female Sexual Function Index(Rosen et al, 2000 and translated by Kim, 2004). Cronbach ${\alpha}'s $ for the two studies were .82 and .96 respectively and for this study, .81. Descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon signed rank test were used to analyze the data. Results: The mean score for sexual function was 21.42(range 2-36). There were significant improvements in total sexual function, and 4 sub-scales of sexual function, sexual arousal, vaginal lubrication, orgasm, and coital pain. No significant improvements in sexual desire or sexual satisfaction were found. Conclusion: The small sample means findings must be interpreted with caution, but do suggest that pelvic floor muscle exercise could be an effective exercise for improvement of sexual function.

Purpose : This study aimed at understanding the lived experience of new graduate nurse in hospital setting.Method : This study was based on a phenomenological approach. For this study, 8 new graduate nurses participated. The unstructured in-depth interviews were carried out from June to October, 1998. The data was analyzed Van Kaam's method.Results : Clinical new graduate nurses experienced clinical adaptation and endeavor, professional conflict of nursing, disability of nursing performance, work stress and management, maladaptation of human relationships, diverse emotions of interpersonal relationships, change of personal identity, difference between theory and reality of nursing.Clinical adaptation and endeavor included to get familiar with hospital life, satisfaction and worth for nursing, to get familiar with scoldings, calm down by oneself, efforts for self-development. Professional conflicts of nursing included future uncertainties in the hospital, dissatisfactions in work, doubts and regrets in nursing.Disability of nursing performance included lack of knowledges and skills, desolate working, stresses from mistake in working. Work stress and management included psychological signs and symptoms, physical signs and symptoms, management of stress. Maladaptation of human relationships included unsuitabilities in nursing unit climate, difficulties in human relationship. Diverse emotions of interpersonal relationships included regrets and absurdities to clients, thanks and regrets to colleagues, difficulties with doctors, sense of rivalry with colleague nurses. Change of personal identity included to become narrowing life circle, change of personality. The differences between theoretical knowledge and practice included needs of systematic pre-education for clinical nursing practice, differences between nursing educations and clinical practices.Conclusion : Therefore, the human resource management reflecting new graduate nurses' experiences should be developed.
This study started why do consumers use the counterfeit goods. We executed the pretest through the depth interview, and made an purchase motivation scale, useful benefit factor and cost factor scale of counterfeit goods. We found out having the recognition difference of China consumers with Korea about these. The results is as follows. First, A counterfeit motivation appeared to the recognition difference appeared in a ostentation, economical efficiency and self-satisfaction factor with korea and china consumers. Second, counterfeit useful benefit factor organized to a personal significantly and economic benefit and the recognition difference appeared. Third, Counterfeit good useful cost composed to the personal good-quality, economic and social image of cost factors, and the recognition significantly difference appeared to all of cost factors with Korea and China consumers. These results are helpful for a depth understanding about the counterfeit use behavior, and will be utilized for the public campaign to reduce such behavior.
This study of male workers of small manufacturing companies with 50 or less determine the level of job stress and Investigated the relevance of these demographic characteristics, health behaviors, and job-related characteristics. The study subjects were 856 male workers, health checkups and screening agencies are engaged in small manufacturing companies with 50 or less people. Data collection period from April 1, 2010 until June 30, during the self - administered questionnaire through a survey was done. The Study results, several demographic characteristics, health-related behavioral characteristics and job-related characteristics of the variables and job stress is surveyed, there was a significant association. Drinking status, occupation, hours of sleep, leisure activities, whether working position, duration, number of hours per week, for inpatient and outpatient experience, whether in the workplace satisfaction, especially those affecting the job stress factors, such as has been pointed out, Therefore, in order to reduce job stress, health-related behaviors and the work environment, and efforts to improve the content of the job.
Purpose: Dysmenorrhea is a menstrual condition characterized by severe and frequent cramps and pain. Effective treatment methods for dysmenorrhea are not yet fully understood. This research compares the effects of pain killers and heated red bean pillows. Methods: Data were got on demographic data, menstrual cycle status, and activities of daily living (ADLs) limitations, dysmenorrhea severity and menstrual pain scores. Following a 10% drop-out rate, 44 young women satisfied the inclusion criteria. To prevent any bias, the experimental and control groups were selected from different campuses. We used two sizes of red bean pillows: $13{\times}11.5cm$, weighing 400g; and $15{\times}18cm$, weighing 220g. For analysis, we used IBM SPSS statistics 19.0. Results: Ninety-nine point seven percentage of total subjects reported moderate to severe dysmenorrhea and 63.6% reported as moderate to severe daily activities limitations. The mean pain score with visual analogue scale was $80.2{\pm}9.42$ of 100 and 86.4% used pain killers to alleviate menstrual discomfort in all the subjects. In both groups, all three variables showed significant improvement and the Moos's Menstrual Distress Questionnaire (MDQ) scores changed significantly between menstrual and post-menstrual time point at within groups and not significantly different at premenstrual and menstrual time point at between groups. However, the MDQ score was significantly higher in experimental group than control group at post-menstruation time point and the degree of satisfaction was higher in the control group. Conclusion: This research shows that red-bean pillows on the abdomen are effective in assisting the ADL and diminishing pain severity. With regard to its safety the study indicates it can be a convenient and safe option for female students with menstrual discomfort in schoolas a non-pharmacological self-help.

This study was performed to identify the tendency and benefits of outdoor recreation in rural areas. The preferences and importance of the benefits of outdoor recreation activities in rural areas were simultaneously compared and analyzed through the discussion of a four quadrants portfolio map using importance-performance analysis. The social benefits in quadrant i had the characteristics of 'sharing nice experiences with others', 'having contact/interchange with others', 'colleagueship/helping each other', 'being together with friends', and 'making new friends.' These social benefit types were perceived as very important characteristics, but the real level of achievement was rather low. Thus it seems necessary, in the process of program development, to apply the social benefit types to the characteristics of the participants. The experience of nature and relaxation benefits in quadrant ii had the characteristics of 'relaxation and recreation', 'understanding nature', 'nature experience', 'getting away from everyday life', and 'experiencing new things.' These benefits and experience of nature were regarded as very important characteristics by the participants in outdoor recreation and, at the same time, their real achievements were highly recognized, thus they seemed to be proper types for the goals involved in developing an outdoor recreation activity program in rural areas. The personal and challenge benefits in quadrant iv had the characteristics of 'training of mental ability', 'improvement of self-esteem', 'fitness', 'increase in determination', 'possible danger', 'achievement', 'excitement', and 'adventure.' These benefits had less importance to the participants, but had relatively high achievement, thus it might be important to make further suggestions for the direction of development according to the participants' tendency, seasons and facilities.
This study examined body perception, body design behavior and clothing style for women in their 20s according to the period of body design experience. Body perception was analyzed from the two viewpoints of seeing the body as the subject of social suppression and as the means of self-expression. This could lead to understanding how modern women perceive their bodies based on experiences of body design. In-depth Interviews conducted through semi-structured questionnaires among women in their 20s were divided into body design experience less than 24 months and the group of body design experience more than 24 months. The results of this study are as follows. First, both groups did not feel satisfaction in terms of body perception. Women in the less than 24 months group showed their eager for firm body as well as skinny body influenced by social media, while the group with more than 24 months, felt a strong suppression to have a perfect body as a professional due to the expectations of others. Second, the group with less than 24 months conducted body designs to satisfy themselves, while group with more than 24 months focused on the body shape changes through systematic exercise and a strict diet plan that indicated a strong desire to show their perfect body to others. Third, the two groups showed differences in their clothing style.

As the living environment is regarded as a key factor that affects the quality of life of the elderly, the necessity for an accurate measurement of depression for the elderly has increased. In order to diagnose accurately, it is crucial to consider variables such as the cognitive characteristics and living conditions. In this study, 301 persons over 65 years old who live in single and couple elderly households over 65 years were surveyed from 1 January 2018 to 2 February to measure the dwelling depression by applying projective images. The correlations between the dwelling depression and projective images are clarified and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated. The correlations between the geriatric dwelling depression index(GDDI) and the GDDI based on projective images(GDDI-I) are clarified. The accuracy of the GDDI-I is analyzed. As a result the projective image questionnaire has a correlation with the existing self-report questionnaire. It is hoped that the results will provide a basis for further researches on psychological diagnoses using the projective method.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the frequency and severity of role conflict experienced by nurses in the hospital. Methods: For this survey a self-report questionnaire on nurses' role conflict was used for data collection. Participants were 472 nurses in hospitals with over 500 beds. The questionnaire had 82 items classified into five categories (role activity, relationships between: nurse-nurse, nurse-patient/caregiver, nurse-doctor, and nurse-other department staff). The questionnaire was developed through focus group interviews with nurses according on their work experiences and literature reviews that were validated by the researchers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics for frequency and severity of nurses' role conflict. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for the questionnaire was .95 (frequency), .97 (severity). Results: Mean score for nurses' role conflict was 1.64. The highest frequency for nurses' role conflict was in the category, relationship between nurse and patients or their families ($2.00{\pm}0.46$). The highest severity for nurses' role conflict was in the category; relationship between nurses and doctors ($1.96{\pm}0.56$). Conflict about nurses' role activity showed both high frequency ($1.99{\pm}0.39$) and severity ($1.95{\pm}0.43$). Conclusion: Results indicate a need to develop programs to improve interpersonal relationship so as to reduce role conflict and encourage nurses' professional satisfaction and achievement.
