The interest of self-organization materials that have uniform and regular structure in nano scale has been grown due to their utilization in various fields of nanotechnology. An attractive candidate among these materials is anodic aluminum oxide film, which are formed by anodization of aluminum in an appropriate acid solution. The anodic aluminum oxide film has a highly ordered porous structure with very uniform and nearly parallel pores that can be organized in an almost precise close-packed hexagonal structure. In this study, we attempt to make Au dot arrays, which were fabricated using anodic aluminum oxide film as an evaporation mask. The Au dot arrays have a uniform sized dots and spacing to its neighbors and the average diameter of Au dots is about 60 nm corresponding to them of the mask.

이 논문은 인터넷으로 중첩 NEMO 네트워크가 연결될 때 최적화가 요구되는 두 가지 연결성을 고려하고 있다. 하나는 인터넷과 중첩 NEMO 네트워크 사이의 연결이고, 다른 하나는 중첩 NEMO 네트워크 내부의 MR간의 연결성이다. 이러한 연결성은 IPv6에 기반하고 있으며, 중첩 NEMO 네트워크는 NEMO를 인식하는 AR(Access Router)에 의해 구성될 수 있다. 특히 이 논문은 중첩 NEMO의 토폴로지 특성을 나타내는 트리 기반한 토폴로지 정보를 포함하고, 트리 구조를 가지는 주소 체계를 제안한다. 이 제안은 기존에 대표적인 RO(Route Optimization) 제안들과 비교할 때, MR 홈 네트워크로의 BU(Binding Update) 성능은 가장 효율적인 접근과 비슷하였고, 내부라우팅 효율은 가장 효율적으로 나타났다.

This study is to give a three-dimensional view of the concept of rurality and ruralness in terms of time-span, perceived object and awareness level. In the precedent studies ruralness or rurality has been approached as the category of usefulness resources called amenity. This overlooked the perceived representation, institutional reference and rurality of ideological values. Rurality appears as a cumulative representation of being rural from the past to the present, but ruralness exists as a desirable form or value for the future. Through this study, it has been analyzed that ruralness consists of six realms such as environment, community, self-reliance, aesthetics, enjoyable amenity and settlement, and of three or four sub-realms by each amounting to 20 in total. According to the vocabulary listing by the survey to 30 experts, rurality for the past-present is mainly imagined as of natural environment, agriculture, landscape, and community history, while ruralness for the future is frequently described as of communities, settlement and self-reliance by number of references. Through the vocabulary extraction, 17 words in the level of mid-conception are induced including ecology, comfort, history, agriculture, landscape, place, culture, convenience, etc. In conclusion the concept of ruralness along with rurality could be organized into three different layers of perception consisting of representation, norms and usefulness.

우리나라는 여름철에 강우가 편중되어 있고 동고서저의 산악지형으로 수자원확보가 어려운 실정이며 이는 곧 하천의 유지유량확보의 어려움과도 직결된다. 이러한 수자원확보를 위해 최근 기존 저수지 둑을 높이는 사업이 전국적으로 활발히 진행되고 있으며 이는 저수지나 댐의 수체와 같은 수자원을 보다 적극적으로 활용하여 그 가치를 높임과 동시에 하천에 대한 활용도를 높이고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 저수지나 댐의 저류량에 기여하는 강우량, 유입량과 같은 수문학적 자료의 심도 있는 분석이 필요하며 수문변수들이 나타내는 복잡한 패턴에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 저수지나 댐의 저류량에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 수문변수들을 전체적으로 파악하기 위해 수집된 수문자료의 각각의 특성 및 자료들 사이의 복합적인 관계를 파악하였으며 이를 위하여 패턴분류 분야에서 그 적용타당성이 입증된 자기조직화 지도(Self-Organizing Map: SOM)를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 대상지점은 섬진강 유역내에 위치한 주암호를 대상지점으로 선정하였으며 패턴분석에 사용한 수문자료의 기간은 2007~2010년까지 5년간의 월평균 자료를 활용하였다. SOM의 적용 결과, 측정수문자료에 대한 전체적인 특성을 패턴분류를 통해 분류하였으며, 각 변수에 대한 패턴별 상대성을 고려한 클러스터별 특성 및 시간적 이질성을 파악할 수 있었다. 이는 측정 자료에 대한 분석 기법개발의 일환으로 향후 수자원 확보에 대한 개발 및 정책의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

A variety of end-functionalized polymers were grafted spontaneously onto multi-walled carbon nano-tubes (MWNTs) using a solution mixing process. The end-functional groups of the polymers underwent noncovalent grafting to the defect sites at the surface of the purified MWNTs through zwitterionic interaction or hydrogen bonding. The physically grafted polymers including polystyrene (PS), poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), polyethylene oxide (PEO), and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) provided sufficient compatibility with an organic solvent or polymer matrix, such that the nanotubes could be finely dispersed in various organic media. This approach is universally applicable to a broad range of polymer-solvent pairs, ensuring highly dispersed carbon nanotubes through simple solution mixing.

This study investigated the phenomenon of modern people enjoying tattoo culture in Korea from the perspective of post subculture. A qualitative study was conducted using both literature review and in-depth interview methods. For post-subculture perspectives, the theories of Maffesoli (2017) and Thornton (1996), which are suitable for interpreting contemporary tattoo culture, were reviewed in terms of seven concepts: sporadic network, grouping, fluid participation, temporary emotional bond, self-distinction, pursuit of underground culture, and display and concealment. Semi-structured questionnaires were constructed and administered based on the organized characteristics. Five cultural qualities of the tattoo phenomenon in Korea were derived based on post-subculture concepts. Sporadic formation is related to the pattern of inflow into tattoo culture, and "streaming" participation is based on fluid participation and temporary ties. Distinction within subculture is based on self-distinction and pursuit of underground. The costume-playing ordinary concept includes the characteristic of controlling the exposure of tattoos in society. Finally, formation of the consumer tattoo market was newly discovered in Korean tattoo culture.

Highly ordered gold nanodot arrays have been successfully obtained by vacuum evaporation using an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) as a shadow mask. An AAO mask with the thickness of 300 um was prepared through an anodization process. The structure of the nanodot arrays was studied by a field- emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). A tapping mode atomic force microscope (AFM) was employed for studies of height and phase feature. The nanodot arrays were precisely reproduced corresponding to the hexagonal structure of the AAO mask in a large area. In the gold nanodot arrays, the average diameter of dots is approximately the same as the AAO pore size in the range from 70 um to 80 nm and 100 nm center-to-center spacing. EDS analysis indicated that the gold dots were almost entirely consisted of gold, a highly demanded material.

In this paper, we describe the new unsuperivised learning algorithm, SASOM. It can solve the defects of the conventional SOM that the state of network can't converge to the minimum point. The proposed algorithm uses the object function which can evaluate the state of network in learning and adjusts the learning rate flexibly according to the evaluation of the object function. We implement the simulated annealing which is applied to the conventional network using the object function and the learning rate. Finally, the proposed algorithm can make the state of network converged to the global minimum. Using the two-dimensional input vectors with uniform distribution, we graphically compared the ordering ability of SOM with that of SASOM. We carried out the recognitioin on the new algorithm for all Korean phonemes and some continuous speech.

Purpose: This study was done to review Taegyo types, the practice of Taegyo, factors of Taegyo, and the effect of Taegyo programs in Korea. Method: This study reviewed the preceding research related to Taegyo through websites, articles, and books. Result: As a result of a review of Taegyo types, the practice of Taegyo, factors of Taegyo, and the effect of Taegyo programs through websites, articles, and books, it was summarized that pregnant women were independent people able to practice Taegyo from pre-pregnancy to childbirth for baby's health. If she practiced encouraging behaviors of Taegyo with her husband's physical, emotional, and economical support, she and her husband would easily transition to parenthood and form strong attachments with their baby. In addition, the rate of mother's postpartum depression was decreased. However, some pregnant women felt a psychological, social, and economical pressure to practice Taegyo. Conclusion: Activating organized and accessible to support systems and community networks, such as community health centers, nurses can help pregnant couples to increase self-care through the performance of Taegyo.

We developed a high performance bottom contact, organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) array on plastic using a self-organized process. The effect of OTS treatment on the PVP gate insulator for the performance of OTFT on plastic has been studied The OTFT without OTS exhibited a field-effect mobility of 0.1 $cm^2$/Vs on/off current ratio of > $10^7$. On the other hand, OTFT with OTS, exhibited a field-effect mobility of 1.3 $cm^2$/Vs and on/off current ratio of>$10^8$.
