  • This study examined the individual investors' Behavior and proposed the research task how significant difference within and among investor's personality types. First of all, we investigated factors that influence individual investor's investment behavior, such as, openness, will to achieve, self-monitoring. As result investors who have lately five number of holding stock are more dependent on openness and will to achieve.

간호대학생의 성격특성과 의사결정유형이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Personality Characteristics and Decision Making Type on Self-Leadership of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of personality characteristics and decision making type on the self-leadership of nursing students. Methods: The participants were 336 nursing students using a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: There were significant positive correlations between self-leadership and extraversion (r=.50, p<.001), agreeableness (r=.22, p<.001), conscientiousness (r=.60, p<.001), openness to experience (r=.36, p<.001), and rational style (r=.47, p<.001). However the correlation between self-leadership and dependent style was significantly negative (r=-.11, p=.044). Conscientiousness (${\beta}$=.60, p<.001), extraversion (${\beta}$=.28, p<.001), and rational style (${\beta}$=.21, p<.001), openness to experience (${\beta}$=.18, p<.001), and degree of leadership level (${\beta}$=.10, p=.020) were identified as factors affecting self-leadership. The explanation power of this regression model was 50.0% and it was statistically significant (F=67.52, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that effective self-leadership programs should be developed by including conscientiousness, extraversion, openness to experience, and rational decision making.

영재교육에 있어 성격 5요인의 자기조절학습 및 학업성취도 예측에 관한 연구 (Influence of Big Five Personality on Self-Regulation Learning and Achievement in Gifted Education)

  • 본 연구는 질 높은 영재교육을 제공하기 위해 영재의 성격 5요인의 요소인 개방성, 성실성, 외향성, 수용성 및 신경증이 영재교육의 성과인 자기조절학습과 학업성취도를 예측하는 지를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 A영재교육원 학생 95명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 영재의 개방성, 성실성, 외향성, 수용성, 신경증, 자기조절학습 및 학업성취도간의 관계를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영재의 수용성, 개방성, 성실성 순으로 자기조절학습을 유의하게 예측하였다. 둘째, 영재의 신경증, 자기조절학습 및 외향성 순으로 학업성취도를 유의하게 예측하였다. 셋째, 학업성취도에 유의한 예측력을 보이지 않은 영재의 개방성, 성실성, 수용성은 자기조절학습을 매개로 학업성취도에 대한 예측력이 유의한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 영재교육에서는 영재의 성격 5요인을 관리할 수 있는 프로그램을 통하여 영재교육의 성과인 자기조절학습과 학업성취도를 높여 나가야 할 것이다.

노인의 성격특성이 자아존중감 및 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Personality Traits on Self-Esteem and Life Satisfaction of the Elderly)

  • This study aimed to analyze the influential relation among personality traits, self-esteem and life satisfaction of the elderly and to analyze the differences in the conceptual variables according to demographic factors. The survey was conducted from January 10 to February 20 in 2011, and the participants were 282 seniors over the age of 60 in Gangwon province areas. As a result, the personality traits of the elderly were classified into openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and extraversion. There were partially significant differences in the personality traits, self-esteem and life satisfaction according to demographic factors. The personality traits such as openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and extraversion had a positive impact on self-esteem and satisfaction of positive life. The neuroticism of personality traits had a negative impact on satisfaction of positive life, while it had a positive impact on satisfaction of negative life.

자기효능감, 조직문화 및 팀 성과의 관계에서 지식공유의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of the Knowledge Sharing in the relationship among Self-efficacy, Organization Culture, and Team Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 자기효능감과 조직문화가 조직 내의 팀 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 외부변수로는 자기효능감, 조직의 개방성, 공유문화, 경쟁문화를 선정하였으며 지식공유를 매개변수로 선정하였다. 종속변수로는 팀 성과를 선정하여 외생변수 및 매개변수가 종속변수에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 조사 하였다. 데이터는 국내 건설회사에 종사하는 임원진 100명을 대상으로 설문지조사를 통해 수집하였으며 수집된 데이터는 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 자기효능감, 공유문화, 경쟁문화는 지식공유 및 팀 성과에 직 간접적으로 모두 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 조직의 개방성은 지식공유나 팀 성과에 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 지식관리 활동과 업무성과와의 구조적인 관계를 파악하여 효과적인 지식 공유를 위한 전략을 제시하는데 이용될 수 있다.

기혼남성의 혼외관계 경험과 관련변인 연구 (A Study on extramarital involvement of Married Men and the related variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the trends and related variables of extramarital involvement among married men. Subjects were 248 married men who completed a questionnaire about the concept of extramarital involvement, extramarital sexual experience, demographic variables, personal variables(self esteem, impulsiveness and openness), marital variables(marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction). The results are as follows; First, there was no significant difference between the group who thought extramarital involvement meant intimate relationship including sexual intercourse and the group who did not. Second, rate of married men who had engaged in extramarital involvement was higher by 19.0 percentage points than rate of those who had not. Third, results of logistic regression analysis showed that marital period, impulsiveness, openness, marital satisfaction, and sexual satisfaction influenced men's extramarital sexual experience. Among these variables, sexual satisfaction proved to be the most influencing factor.

  • Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the influence of field practice on subjective well-being and domains of life satisfaction in paramedic students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 143 paramedic students from March 5 to 31, 2016. The questionnaire consisted of subjective wellbeing, openness to experience, and domains of life satisfaction. The statistical analysis was done with SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: The number of field practice had a lesser influence on degree of life satisfaction and positive emotions. Field practice did not influence negative emotions. Those who were open to experience tended to have higher degrees of personal satisfaction and competence irrespective of field practice. Conclusion: Openness to experience can enhance the life satisfaction and competence against the stressful conditions paramedic students experience in field practice.

자아정체성과 성격이 SNS 이용, 온라인 정보취득과 정보전달에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Personality and Self-Identity on Online Information Acquisition and Information Transmission and SNS Usage)

  • 본 연구는 SNS 이용자들의 자아정체성과 성격 특성이 SNS 이용행태와 정보행동(정보취득, 정보전달)에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구대상은 SNS를 이용하는 대학생 180명이며, 최종 완성된 171개의 설문지를 바탕으로 회귀분석과 상관관계 분석이 실시되었다. 먼저, 성격 5요인 중 성실성을 제외하고 개방성, 외향성, 친화성, 신경증 모두 SNS 이용행태와 정보행동에 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자아정체성 차원 중 사회적 정체성 지향성은 SNS 이용시간, 친구 수, 집단정체성은 정보취득과 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 더불어, SNS 정보행동 예측변인을 위한 다중회귀분석 결과, 정보취득의 예측변인은 SNS 이용시간, 개방성, 친화성, 자아정체성(집단 정체성)인 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 정보전달의 예측변인은 SNS 개수, 이용시간, 개방성, 신경성이었다. 정보전달 예측변인인 신경성은 본 연구에서 부적인 예측변인으로 신경성이 낮을수록 정보전달 활동을 많이 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 기존 문헌의 연구결과와 다르게 나타나 추가연구가 필요하다.

공정무역커피 소비자의 가치, 태도 및 행동의도의 인과관계 - 윤리적 소비의식의 조절효과 - (Effect of Values on Attitudes and Behavioral Intentions of Consumers towards Fair Trade Coffee - Moderating Effect of Ethical Consumption Consciousness -)

  • This study investigated the effects of values towards Korea fair trade coffee consumers upon attitudes and behavioral intentions and verified the moderating effects of ethical consumption consciousness between relationships among values, attitudes and behavioral intentions. A total of 283 data were analyzed for consumers of fair trade coffee residing in Seoul. Structural equation models were used to identify the relationship between the variables. As a result of the analysis, Schwartz (1994)'s 30 value items were factored into four areas: openness to change, self-enhancement, conservation, and self-transcendence. The value of 'self-transcendence' showed a significant positive impact on attitudes toward fair trade coffee, whereas 'openness to change' had a significant negative impact. Positive attitude toward fair trade coffee showed a significant impact on intentions to buy fair trade coffee. In addition, a moderating effect of ethical consumption consciousness between attitude and behavioral intention was found. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

지방자치단체 공무원의 성격특성이 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (서울특별시 강남구 공무원을 중심으로) (On the Effect of Big5 Personality Traits of Local Government Officials on Job Exhaustion (Based on government officials in Gangnam-gu, Seoul))

  • This study aims to investigate the effect of personality traits (Big5) of local government officials on job exhaustion. First, we examine the correlation between personal characteristics of individual employees and self-efficacy and the correlation between factors of civil servants' personality characteristics and job stress. Also, it was confirmed whether self-efficacy had a significant effect on job exhaustion and whether job stress had a significant effect on job exhaustion. In order to empirically study this research model, we held a survey based on the employees of Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The main results of this study are as follows : First, it was confirmed that sincerity among personality characteristics affects positive self-efficacy and neuroticism affects negative self-efficacy. However, it was confirmed that extroversion, affinity, and openness were not correlated with self-efficacy. Second, neuroticism has a positive influence on job stress and openness has a negative effect on job stress. However, there was no correlation between extroversion, affinity, sincerity and job stress. Third, the relationship between self-efficacy and job exhaustion turned out to give a negative effect. Finally, job stress was positively influenced by job exhaustion. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the study on personality characteristics (Big5), job stress, and job exhaustion, which have been studied based on service industries, to local government officials. The purpose of this study is to suggest job training for enhancing personality traits that can help reduce the job burden of local government officials.
