This study is a investigation research to examine total 123 children's thought, perception and coping method about measles, with 62 children who had experienced the measles and 61 good health children in the school, which had spread to a primary school in kyoungsang-bukdo province. The data collection was done from December 6 to December 8. The analysis of data was SPSS(10.0) for descriptive statistics. The data were collected from total 123 children, 62 of them who had diagnosed measles on October, 2000, when the measles had ended, were used a purposive sampling, the others who had a good health were used a convenience sampling. From three to six grade students made out directly the questionaire in the way of self-questionaire, and from one to two grade students, made out answering the question which the researcher had read the items. The researchers call back the students to complement the contents about the items inadequate answers, so they raised the reliability. The results were as follows. 1. The results of observe carefully the measles infection degree by a sex, the boys(27.4%) were sick severely compared with girls(9.7%)were sick weakly compared with the boys(27.4%)(p〈0.01). 2. The 62.9 percents of infected children by measles thought that they were infected at school, regarded the doctors as a first judge, and had caught the measles because of their fault. The results of observe carefully, 33.8 percents children of infected by measles had have a secondary vaccination. To the question whether they go to institute or not while suffering from the measles, 35.5% children didn't go there since they had heard the fact they infected the measles. 3. To a question of asking if close mend caught the measles, what will they do, 65.1% children of caught the measles answer ‘I can't meet my friend'(p〈0.001). It was significant that infected children have more interests than didn't infected children. The 22% children of didn't catch the measles take great interested in health compare with the 12.2% children of infected the measles(p〈0.05). To the question if they listen the preservation of health broadcasting, 63.4% children answer ‘I listen well’. It was significant between the infected group and didn't infect group(p〈0.05). To the question if they delivery to the written information at home, it was significant between the infected group and didn't infect group(p〈0.05). 4. The infected group of 69.1% children think the health is most important in their life school than any other they like study.
The object of this study is to help the government-affiliated public institutions, which are ahead of the Immediate Disclosure of Original Official Documents in 2016, to conduct a systematic disclosure of the original official documents on the basis of records management. As of now, many government-affiliated public institutions are facing difficulties in systematically conducting the immediate disclosure of original official documents as they lack specialists in records managements, let alone a system for carrying out the procedures. In this situation, the study induces insights on this matter by inspecting former cases of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, and of Seoul Metropolitan Government. Moreover, the study examines the examples of three government-affiliated public institutions, which are establishing a records management system to better cope with the immediate disclosure of original official documents. The institutions are in the beginning stages of building up a system for records management and immediate disclosure of original official documents. Therefore, the characteristics of these institutions must be considered in working out the strategy for immediate disclosure of original official documents. For this reason, this study reflected the attributes of each institute in establishing a self-developed records management system; in which, the disclosure of original documents based on registrars and records management system is made possible. This study also suggests functional requirements that must be included in coping with the immediate disclosure of original official documents.

Recent changes in corporate environment, both internal and external, have led to permanent restructuring, which has left baby boomers facing a serious threat to their jobs due to an unprepared involuntary retirement. In line with this period of time, resilience has become important in terms of overcoming the psychological hardships of retirement. In response, the study conducted a study on the effect of resilience on career path conversion among involuntary retirees of baby boomers. The effect on career conversion on the personal characteristics of baby-boomer retirees has been verified by significant differences in gender and job type. In addition, the results of verification of the effect of recovery elasticity on career path transition confirmed that recovery elasticity has a very significant effect on career path transition, and the positive effect of the positive factors among the lower factors was verified to have a very significant positive effect on situational perception, coping method and support, and it was confirmed that interpersonal ability also has an effect on positive effect. However, the ability to self-control did not have a significant effect. Thus, for baby boomers who have to prepare for career transformation after retirement, the resilience has been proven to be a very necessary ability to overcome their hardships and make successful adaptations, and it is expected that it will be very useful in the course of career transition counseling for baby boomers.
The purpose of this study was to identify the components of how clients perceive the counselors' authenticity in actual counseling, and to examine the therapeutic changes and processes related to the counselors' authenticity. In-depth interviews were conducted with 12 clients majoring in counseling at graduate school, and as a result of analyzing using the Grounded theory approach, 57 concepts, 40 sub-categories, and 14 categories were derived. The major results of this study are as follows: first, the components of counselor authenticity perceived by clients were identified as 'honesty', 'sincere attitude', and 'heartfelt caring'. Second, counselors' authenticity was found to bring about deeper and generalized therapeutic changes when a deep level of acceptance and empathy for the client was accompanied. Finally, therapeutic changes in counselors' authenticity were found to be 'increasing self-understanding and acceptance', 'generalization of authenticity modeling', and 'increasing initiative in coping with problems'. This study contributed to the increase of the practical knowledge of the counselors' authenticity by identifying the therapeutic value of authenticity and factors, and provided the implications to education and training for novice counselors.

In this study, we tried to find out the difference in confidence in performing Healthy Life on CPR before and after CPR education to middle school volunteers. Through the above statistical analysis process, the following findings were obtained: First, the general characteristics of the respondents who participated in this survey were higher than that of boys, followed by third, first and second graders. Second, junior high school volunteers were shown to have similar confidence (Chonbach's α=.80) and confidence (Chonbach's α=.76) before CPR education, and confidence in the degree of social contribution (Chonbach's α=7.77). Third, the Pearson Rates Correlation was performed to see the correlation between grade, gender, pre-education confidence, post-training confidence, confidence in the application of airway methods, confidence in the patient's breathing, confidence in chest compression, confidence in the use of defibrillators, and post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation education. As a result, it was confirmed that there was a significant correlation between all the spokesmen. In particular, post-training self-confidence was the highest correlation with coping confidence in case of cardiac arrest, followed by chest compressive confidence. Comparing and reviewing these findings and prior studies as shown above, we were able to establish that CPR education has an impact on the confidence performed by gender.
The purpose of this study is to explore a risk and a protective factors of adolescent runaway based on the previous researches. Runaway of adolescents is increasing, and it is longer and more habit gradually than past. The prevailance methods of runaway is no longer effects on the decrease of adolescent runaway. Now there is to accept adolescent runaway, and has to support the difficult life conditions and the emotional distress of adolescent post-runaway. This means that must be identify and treatment the protective factors having an buffering effect as well as the risk factors influencing on runaway. Although the worse factors related family are the highest risk factors of runaway, others factors including negative peer relation, a academic stress also an have significant influence on runaway. And the protective factors mediating the negative influence of risk factors are an monitoring and controlling of parent as authoritative rearing attitude, a social support, a positive coping strategies, a self-esteem, and a conventional peer group. Protective factors prevent from runaway behavior, as well as improve a resilience of adolescents in the poor environment. The tasks of follow study are to investigate empirically the mediating effects of the protective factors on the problem behavior of post-runaway and resilience of runaway adolescents based on the systematic research design.

The purpose of this study is to develop the competencies to help micro entrepreneurs who have experienced failure to successfully re-challenge. To this end, relevant literature published from 1977 to 2022 was analyzed, behavioral event interviews (BEI) were conducted with 7 successful micro entrepreneurs, and focus group interviews (FGI) were conducted three times by inviting competency development and HRD experts. Based on these research activities, the draft about competencies for micro entrepreneurs who had have failure was derived. And then inviting 12 experts in related field for Delphi Analysis, the final competency model that helps micro entrepreneurs successfully recover were developed as follows : Competency Groups(small business owners, recovery from failure), 8 detailed competencies(seize business opportunities, business planning, business differentiation, operation management, market exploration, research and development of products and services, positive self-regulation, overcoming and coping with failure experiences), 22 competency factors, and 72 behavioral indicators. This study has an academic significance in that it developed the competencies required for micro entrepreneurs recovering from failure. In addition, the results of this study can be used to develop a competency-based education program for micro entrepreneurs and to select suitable candidates for support programs.
This study studied the life experiences of story grandmother activities on the meaning of a happy life and positive growth for the elderly through phenomenology. This study period was conducted with pre-interviews from March 2021, and research was conducted until July 2022. As for the research method, 9 elderly women were selected as a Colaizzi phenomenological research method suitable for the work of exploring and understanding life as it is, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, the happiness experience of the elderly provides a life that responds to positive changes, gives positive meaning, and actively discovers in a desire-ful life, a comparative life, and a adaptation and coping happy life. Second, the elderly experienced the meaning of life by experiencing the happiness of moments in the self-realized life of the upward · downward theory. Third, the growth of the elderly is a happy change in PERMAS of positive psychology, pursuing life with positive emotions, immersion, and positively related meaning and purpose of life, and growing while looking at life with achievement and strength. Since this study targets elderly women aged 65 or older who are engaged in story grandmother activities, there is a limit to generalizing the research results, so it is suggested to study the growth process of more diverse age groups and various types of volunteer activities in the future.
This study was conducted to study the effects of the TA Theory and the TA Program, an educational testing tool developed to improve functional communication skills for dental hygienists. The results taken from the experiment using the TA program has been verified by Examination Tool for Personnel Communication developed by Chung(2001). 44 in two experimental groups and 16 in control group took part in TA Program training sessions. The experimental Group I received TA technique training session for 12 hours per day in a period of three days and Group II for 6 hours per day in a period of two days. From this experiment, the following conclusion was obtained. The results are as follows: 1) As it can be seen from the results of the examination taken prior to the experiment, the subjects of the control group and experimental groups were homogenous in all categories including self-disclosure, awareness, evaluation and acceptance of feedback, self-expression, coping with feelings, clearness, avoidance, dominance, handling of differences, and perceived acceptance. 2) After the training of TA Program was completed on Group I and II, the examination results are as follows: Control Group (1.5158), Group I (1.8260) / Control Group (1.4684), Group II (1.9985). The results of Group I and II (1.7970 and 1.9985 respectively) therefore showed a meaningful difference. 3) From the results of the experiment it is shown that dental hygienists' communication skills improved after receiving the TA Program training. Therefore TA Program may be used as an effective tool for such purpose. 4) As it can be observed from the data, Group I and II showed difference in the degree of improvements. Therefore, there needs to be a further investigation on the effects of the difference in training period. 5) This program is not only limited to the education of dental hygienists but may be widely applied to various forms of education and teaching methods.
The purpose of this study was to develop a parenting intervention program and determine the efficacy of the program with low-birth weight infants and their mothers. Nine dyads for the experimental group and twelve dyads for the control group discharged from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a University Hospital in Seoul were recruited for the study. For the intervention group, programmed education and support which focused on the maternal sensitivity of the infant's behavior. rearing environment. motherinfant interaction and infant care were given to each subject. Individual counseling and home visits were provided at discharge, one week after discharge. and one and three months of corrected age in every infant. Structured questionaires were administered and feeding interactions were videotaped and coded by a blinded certified observer. A Quasi-experimental design was conducted for this study. Postpartum depression, maternal self esteem. infant care burden, HOME. mother-infant interaction, and infant development were measured. Results were in favor of the intervention versus the control group. On the Beck depression inventory, intervention mothers showed decreasing trends in depressive symptom vs control mothers although, there were statistically no significant differences between the two groups at each time. The mean score of experimental group was 11.55(mild depression state) at discharge and became 8,6(normal state) at 1 month of corrected age. On the other hand, the mean score of the control group was 13.92(mild depression state) at discharge and became 14.0. Maternal self esteem in both groups improved over time. Infant care burden in both groups was also shown to increase over time. There was a significant difference between the two groups in HOME(p=.0340) at 3 months of corrected age. HOME scores of the experimental group and the control's were 31.10 and 25.58, respectively. Mothers' emotional and language responses were significantly high in the intervention group compared with the control group(p=.0155). Intervention group (53.33) showed a significantly high quality of motherinfant interaction compared with the in control group (42.80)(p =.0340). Intervention group mothers appeared have a better quality of mother-infant interaction behaviors. On the other hand, there was no statistical difference in the infant part between groups. Intervention group infants had higher trends in a general developmental quotient: although, there was no statistical difference between groups. The general developmental quotient of intervention infants was 102.56 and control's was 91.28. However, the developmental quotient of the domain of 'individuality-sociality' was higher in the intervention group infants compared with the control's(p=.0155). The concerns identified by parents revealed two domains of an infants' health management -knowledge and skills in caregiving of lowbirthweight-infants, characteristics of lowbirthweight infants, identifying a developmental milestone, coping with emergency situations and relaxation strategies of mothers from the infant care burden. Interview data with the mothers of low-birth weight infants can be used to develop intervention program contents. Limited intervention time and frequency due to time and cost limitations of this study should be modified. The intervention should be continuously implemented when low-birth weight infants become three years old. An NNNS demonstration appeared to be a very effective intervention for the mothers to improve the quality of mother-infant interactions. Therefore intervening in the mothers of low-birth weight infants as early after delivery as possible is desirable. This study has shown that home visit interventions are worthwhile for mothers only beyond the approach as an essential factor in ability of facilitating a growth fostering environment. In conclusion. the intervention program of this study was very effective in enhancing the parenting for the mothers of low-birth weight infants, resulting in health promotion of low-birth weight infants. The home-visit outreach intervention program of this study will contribute to the health delivery system in this country where there is a lack of continuous follow-up programs for low-birth weight infants after discharge from NICU, if it is activated as part of the home visit programs in community health systems.
