  • Appling high technology of aerospace to automobile, so it is able to progress safety which is a goal of future automobile and to approach development of self-control automobile. This is realized dynamic model of airplane at DFCS(Digital Flight Control System). The DFCS calculates control values for self-control flight. If this high technology applies to automobile, then it is able to be maneuvered automobile like UAV's self-control flight. In this paper is reanalyzed automobile dynamic applied load control model used high-tech of airplane. It analyzes riding comfortable according to movement of automobile using the load control model, presents method of solution for improvement riding comfortable and presents example of self-control system used the load control model for self-control driving.

A Study on Self-regulated Learning, Attentional Control, and Fatigue Related to Breakfast Characteristics of University Students (대학생의 자기조절학습, 주의력 조절, 피로 및 아침 식사 특성)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of breakfast characteristics of university students on their self-regulated learning, attentional control, and fatigue in order to provide-basic data for establishing desirable eating habits, self-regulated learning skills using attentional control, and advisable learning habits of university students. Method: The level of fatigue was estimated using the Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Critical flicker frequency (CFF). Attentional control was measured using the Attentional Control Questionnaire (ACQ) adapted by Yoon. Self-regulated learning was surveyed by the Self-Regulated Learning Test developed by Chung. Data from atotal of 142 university students were collected from November 30 to December 9, 2011. Result: 69% of the subjects skipped their breakfast. Attentional control has a negative correlation with fatigue (r=-.179, p=.033) and a positive correlation with self-regulated learning (r=.352, p<.001). The multiple regression model of self-regulated learning consists of attentional control (t=3.218, p=.002), commuting time (t=-3.076, p=.003), understanding the importance of breakfast (t=-2.413, p=.008), and skipping breakfast(t=-2.195, p=.030) and its R-square was 21.8%. Conclusion: Learning efficiency of university students should be improved by means of attentional control, which is related to self-regulated learning. Also, it is essential for university students to establish healthy lifestyles including regular eating habits and attentional control, in order to improve their self-regulated learning.

Convergence Study on The Structural Relation among Self control, Fairness, and Happiness (자기통제, 공정함, 행복 간 구조적 관계에 관한 융합연구)

  • The purpose of the present convergence study is to investigate the relationship among self control, fairness, and happiness. It is to determine whether fairness had a mediating role in the relationship between self control and happiness. Participants were 275 undergraduate students. Self control, fairness, and happiness scales were used. For data analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, structural equation modeling analysis were conducted. The present study used structural equation modeling to examine the relation among variables. The analyses revealed that the present data best fit the research model in which self control were directly associated with happiness and mediated by fairness(${\chi}^2(51)=91.723$, TLI=0.919 CFI=0.937 RMSEA=0.054). The results indicate that self control affect happiness directly. And also self control affect happiness indirectly by mediation of fairness. Self control had a positive effect on fairness and happiness. This suggests that it is important to have educational and psycho-social interventions to improve happiness of undergraduate students.

An Analysis of the Effects of Smartphone Addiction on Self-control by University Students of Radiology Major (방사선 전공 대학생의 스마트폰 중독이 자기통제력에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • The study analyzed questionnaires of 431 radiologists in the field of radiology for identifying the effects of smartphone addiction on self-control for college students using smartphones. The results showed that the standard of living for smartphone addiction was higher for middle-income brackets, and that for girls, it was high for gender. Male students showed high self-control among men and women, while those who are not addicted to smartphones showed high levels of self-control among non-addicted people. In addition, the results of correlation are gender and smartphone addiction (r=.221, p<.001) showed a static correlation between smartphone and self-control (r=-.371, p<.001) It has been found that there is a negative correlation. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that university students will be able to improve their program development and self-control ability to prevent smartphone addiction and will be used as basic data for prevention education.

The Moderated Effects of Self-control on the Relationship between Excessive Use of the Internet and the Stress Levels of Elementary School Children (초등학생의 인터넷 과다 사용과 스트레스와의 관계에 대한 자아통제력의 중재효과)

  • This study examined the moderated effects of self-control on the relationship between elementary school children's excessive use of the Internet and their stress levels. The participants were 403 elementary school children from Chungnam-do. The instruments used were the 'Internet Addiction Autodiagnosis Scale (K-Scale)', the 'Stress Scale' and the 'Self-control Rating Scale'. The collected data were analyzed by t test, F test and the Scheffe test for a post hoc test, Pearson's partial correlation and stepwise multiple regression, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for reliability by SPSS program (17.0 version). The results were as follows : First, it was found that there were significant differences in terms of excessive use of the Internet, stress levels, and self-control by gender, grade, academic achievement, the beginning year of first Internet access and the number of hours of Internet usage hours per day. Second, there were significant positive correlations between excessive use of the Internet (r = .40, p < .001) and stress levels (r = .44, p < .001) and the immediate satisfaction of self-control. Finally, the immediate satisfaction of self control was seen to moderate the relationships between the total scores for the excessive use of the Internet and stress levels and between withdrawal of excessive use of the Internet and the accompanying stress levels.

  • A fuzzy dynamic learning controller is proposed and applied to control of time delayed, non-linear and unstable chemical processes. The proposed fuzzy dynamic learning controller can self-adjust its fuzzy control rules using the external dynamic information from the process during on-line control and it can create th,, new fuzzy control rules autonomously using its learning capability from past control trends. The proposed controller shows better performance than the conventional fuzzy logic controller and the fuzzy self organizing controller.

The Effect of Self-Growth Program on the Self-Concept and Peer-Relationship of Elementary School Student (자기성장 프로그램이 초등학생의 자아개념과 또래관계에 미치는 효과)

  • The Purpose of this study is that self-growth program searches effect self-concept and peer-relationship with elementary school student, and advance following assumption to achieve this purpose and achieved study. First, self-concept point of experiment group students who execute self-growth program will be improved is meaning than self-concept point of control group students. Second, peer-relationship point of experiment group students who execute self-growth program will be improved is meaning than peer-relationship point of control group students. Third, effect that self-growth program gets to self-concept may be meaning difference according to sex. Fourth, difference that impact that self-growth program gets in peer- relationship is meaning according to sex may join. Chose fifth-year student 2 class 68 people (experiment group n=34, control group n=34) in I primary school locating to Jeonrabuk-do Iksan-si to verify above construction for study target. Disposal about experiment group executed over 10th for 60-80 minute 2 times in a week because investigator uses reconstructing self-growth program with virtue research paper such as learning program for own growth of Lee-Hyeong-Deuk (1998). In order to verify the effect after experiment, 1 collected materials for estimation by providing the subject children with questionaires about self-concept and peer-relationship before and after the experiment, and then analyzed the average differences in number of marks between the experiment group and the control group before and after the experiment through and by using One-Way ANOVA, and SPSS 11.0 program. The following is the result what I obtained from the above study. First, there was significant difference is between average difference before and after of experiment group and control group which execute self-growth program in self-concept elevation ($F_{(1,66)} =28.734$, p <.001). From the sub-variable, there was significant difference in academic self ($F_{(1,66)}=6.423$, p<.05), Social Self ($F_{(1,66)}=48.331$, p<.001), Physical Self ($F_{(1,66)}=11.074$, p <.01), sentimental self ($F_{(1,66)}=9.402$, p <.01) Second, there was significant difference is average difference before and after of experiment group and control group which execute self-growth program in peer-relationship promotion ($F_{(1,66)}=24.109$, p <.001). From the sub-variable there W3S Significant difference in trust ($F_{(1,66)}=14.507$, p<.001), respect ($F_{(1,66)}=15.271$, p <.001). Third, there was expose that significant difference does not exist in average self-concept before and after by sex of experiment group which executes self-growth program, and was not shown significant difference in sub-vairable. Fourth, there was expose that significant difference of whole peer- relationship and in respect of sub-variable in average peer-relationship before-after by sex of experiment group which execute self-growth program, but significant difference did not appear in trust. Could get conclusion that self-growth program is effect in elementary school student self-concept elevation and peer-relationship promotion according to these study finding, and confirmed possibility that self-growth program may contribute to change emotional special quality of children positively in education spot.

Effects of Elderly's Anger Management on Interpersonal Relationships-Mediating Effects of Generativity

  • Purpose: This study examined how interpersonal relationship abilities in the elderly affected anger control abilities, as well as the mediating effects of generativity in the relationships between interpersonal relationships, anger control abilities, and self-integration. Research design, data and methodology: The study consisted of randomly selected 300 elderly people currently residing in welfare centers for the elderly, senior citizens colleges, social welfare facilities and other centers in the Seoul or Gyeonggi area. SPSS 23.0 was utilized for this study. Results: Through this research, the effect of interpersonal relationships on anger control ability and self-integration was observed. Not only that, the effects of interpersonal relationship abilities on anger control and self-integration and the mediating role of generativity, was also closely examined. Conclusion: Anger control ability was found to have a direct positive effect on interpersonal relationship abilities. Anger control ability had a direct and positively correlated effect on self-integration. Additionally, ability to control anger was found to have a positive effect on generativity, and generativity was found to have a positive effect on interpersonal relationship ability, but it was not statistically significant. Anger control ability had a positive effect on generativity, and generativity had a positive effect on self-integration.

Body Satisfaction and Self-esteem according to Weight Control of Female Middle School Students (서울 일부 여자 중학생의 체중조절 여부에 따른 신체만족도 및 자아존중감)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate self-esteem, body image, body cathexis and body attitude of female middle school students. A total of 298 subjects were included in this study. Subjects were classified into weight control group and a non weight control group. As a result of analyzing body shapes satisfaction was higher in the non weight control group 2.83 than in the weight control group 2.28 (p<0.001). The weight control group revealed lower body satisfaction than the non weight control group. The result of the reason for weight control was the ratio of 'weight loss' 84.6%, respectively (p<0.001). Factors impacting physical image of female middle school students were analyzed as friends (3.46), internet (3.22), and TV (3.13). Results suggest that educational program should be combined with a positive emphasis on physical image and self-esteem for female middle school students. Also, there was a high correlation between body weight and self-esteem. Results indicate that female middle school students are interested in weight loss with the wrong body image. Therefore, female middle school students should be provided with an educational approach to such issues so that they have a realistic perception of their body and form realistic values about self-esteem and body.

The Moderating Effect of Self-Esteem on the Association between Academic Stress and Self-Control in Adolescents (청소년의 학업스트레스와 자기통제에 있어 자아존중감의 조절효과)

  • The present study examined the capacity of Korean adolescents' self-esteem to buffer against the negative impact of academic stress on self-control. Based on the prevention science perspective, the conceptual framework for this study was developed from the strength model of self-control. Data for the present study were taken from the fourth wave of Korean Youth Panel Study. A sample of 2,169 students in the eleventh grade was analyzed to identify relationships between the study variables. As expected, self-esteem moderated the association between academic stress and self-control. Implications for the study findings are discussed.
