Ubiquitous is an agriculture revolution, the Industrial Revolution, the fourth revolution to equal an information revolution are Ubiquitous. Historic agriculture was revolutionary, but the Industrial Revolution was a revolution of the physics space that was a base of a mankind civilization, and the informatization revolution that Cyber Space saw a prime while world wide web service was expended was a revolution of cyber space. In spite of economic slump, the Real Estate PF(project financing) market competes for receiving large project orders. While the project is successful, the Real Estate PF still guarantees a high benefit ratio. But the initial stage of the project involves many risks. There are many financial, constructional, legal, and other risks. After searching for possible risks, we must consider a management plan. This study executed a question investigating risk factors and management plans. Those who have studied for 3 or more years have concluded that the question objects are developer, construction company, and financial institution staff. The main management plans take actions for proper benefit rate security and loan repayment. This study has also been verified through the actual case. The study results will help solve the Real Estate PF project's risks.

Purposes: This study has the purpose to the improvement of health promotion for local residents through delivery of high-quality medical service by improving imbalance of medical use and seeking an improvement plan for accessibility of effective medical service by understanding the pattern of medical use by region. Methodology: As for the method, this study derived results at the significance level of p<0.05 through chi square test(χ² test) and Generalized Estimating Equation(GEE) SAS 9.4 version by using the data of the 7th Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing 2018. Findings: Study results show that local residents use medical service such as hospitalization care and outpatient visit more as compared to the residents in Gyeonggi-do/large or medium-sized cities. The more the number of chronic disease, the more they select hospitalization care rather than outpatient visit. Results also show that patients engaged in labour tend to select outpatient treatment rather than hospitalization treatment. Meanwhile, severity of disease turned out to be higher amongst medical care beneficiaries than that of national health insurance patients when comparing the types of medical security. Practical Implications: In stead of solving the problem of the difference in medical use by region from the aspect of income and economic level, an integrative solution shall be provided putting viewpoint on the social phenomenon suited to the changes of the times. This study suggests a plan for using a health and medical community care center that acts as a gate keeper of regional medical service.

Today, all the countries of the world newly recognize importance of sea, which are focused on efforts for security of marine territory and fishes resources. Many of the coastal state, to strengthen the rights of their own country EEZ, marine survey and continental shelf development, travels through such maritime jurisdiction in the territorial sovereignty and the EEZ overlaps, deepening complex interests between neighboring countries cooperation activities of the fierce competition, the domestic and foreign been has been carried out. Under such circumstances, is devastated coastal of China, our territorial waters and EEZ has been violated more and more, in spite of the powerful crackdown maritime public power, illegal fishing more resistance intensified. They tend to be gradually organization, collectivization and atrocities. Currently, illegal fishing of Chinese fishing boats in the West Sea of Korea, including the waters near Yeonpyeong Island is prevalent as operating in the coast of the country. Furthermore regrettable one is illegal on a scale and the situation where South Korea of scale of damage caused by it have not been accurately grasp of the operation, but that there is damage of Korea official duty enforcement to crack down the increase to illegal operations year after year have occurred. Violent, illegal fishing of Chinese fishing boats, in order to eradicate the operations of insane at our sea, we investigated to the infringement situations of fisheries resources by multiple fields. each of problems presenting a specific preservation plan in accordance with the function and role of the maritime enforcement organization and other government organization the point. at the same time we will try to seek measures such as a scheme that it is possible to increase the capacity.

Voice over Internet protocol(VoIP) is call's contents using the existing internet. Thus, in common with the Internet service has the same vulnerability. In addition, unlike traditional PSTN remotely without physical access to hack through the eavesdropping is possible. Cyber terrorism by anti-state groups take place when the agency's computer network and telephone system at the same time work is likely to get upset. In this paper is penetration testing for security threats(Call interception, eavesdropping, misuse of services) set out in the NIS in the VoIP. In addition, scenario writing and penetration testing, hacking through the Voice over Internet protocol at the examination center will study discovered vulnerabilities. Vulnerability discovered in Voice over Internet protocol presents an attack and defense plan.

Recently, there has been a tendency for accidents occurring in manufacturing to lead to serious accidents and serious industrial accidents and to extend to community disasters. In accordance with the Third Plan (2015-2019) of the National Security Management Plan, the Safety Administration announces and promotes improvement measures to minimize industrial accidents and disasters. In the case of industrial accidents from KOSHA 2015 to 2017, the accident rate of the metal-related manufacturing industry is 1.57%, which is more than three times higher than the average 0.50% of all industries. As a result of investigating the causes of disasters, 72% of workers were found to be caused by unsafe behaviors. In addition, insecure behaviors are closely related to safety consciousness, and a survey on safety consciousness was conducted for workers in this field. Safety consciousness improvement has the affirmative effect on accident prevention and it is a factor to reduce accidents.

Regarding a long-term strategic plan in the food and agriculture sector, R&D policies and investment trends in major overseas countries are reviewel. The importance of efficient resource management is emphasized along with continuous government support for R&D in the agri-food industry. In response to facing social issues such as climate change, food security, food safety, health, and environment, research and innovation agenda is mainly focused on harmony between economy and environment, human nutrition and health as well as animal and plant health, and an integrated ecosystem approach. Particularly in the food sector, public investment is generally made in food safety, nutrition and health, and private investment for food processing and manufacturing. Public-private collaboration is carried out in order to enhance the efficiency of R&D innovation and development strategies in the agri-food industry.

To carry out multi-domain operations included in the U.S. Department of Defense's national security strategy in 2018, timely data sharing between C4I systems is critical. Several studies of the Korean military have also raised the problems of interface and standardization between C4I systems, and it is necessary to establish a new plan to solve this problem. In this study, a solution to the problem was derived through case analysis that the U.S. Department of Defense has been pursuing for about 20 years to implement the data strategy after establishing the data strategy in 2003. and by establishing a data strategy suitable for the ROK military C4I system operating environment, developing a data model, selecting a standard for data sharing, and proposing a shared data development procedure, we intend to improve the data sharing capability between ROK military C4I systems.

The materials, parts, and equipment industries are the backbone of the manufacturing industry and a key element of competitiveness. However, in the case of Korea, as it relies on foreign countries for core materials, parts, and equipment, it is in danger of not only industrial competitiveness, but also security. This study first looked at the outline and current address of the materials, parts, and equipment industries, identified problems and improvements, and examined the efforts and achievements so far for the localization of materials, parts, and equipment in Korea. In addition, after looking at the improvement measures for the government's material, parts, and equipment industry at the institutional level or at the ecological level, the current status and actual condition of localization of local materials, parts and equipment were investigated, and problems and improvements were analyzed. Lastly, this study presented a technology development plan for localization of parts and materials in the region and various institutional improvement plans related to commercialization.
