  • Today, crops face many characteristics/diseases. Insect damage is one of the main characteristics/diseases. Insecticides are not always effective because they can be toxic to some birds. It will also disrupt the natural food chain for animals. A common practice of plant scientists is to visually assess plant damage (leaves, stems) due to disease based on the percentage of disease. Plants suffer from various diseases at any stage of their development. For farmers and agricultural professionals, disease management is a critical issue that requires immediate attention. It requires urgent diagnosis and preventive measures to maintain quality and minimize losses. Many researchers have provided plant disease detection techniques to support rapid disease diagnosis. In this review paper, we mainly focus on artificial intelligence (AI) technology, image processing technology (IP), deep learning technology (DL), vector machine (SVM) technology, the network Convergent neuronal (CNN) content Detailed description of the identification of different types of diseases in tomato and potato plants based on image retrieval technology (CBIR). It also includes the various types of diseases that typically exist in tomato and potato. Content-based Image Retrieval (CBIR) technologies should be used as a supplementary tool to enhance search accuracy by encouraging you to access collections of extra knowledge so that it can be useful. CBIR systems mainly use colour, form, and texture as core features, such that they work on the first level of the lowest level. This is the most sophisticated methods used to diagnose diseases of tomato plants.

  • Mostly in motor fault detection the instantaneous values 3 axis vibration and 3phase current in time domain are acquired and converted to frequency domain. Vibrations are more useful in diagnosing the mechanical faults and motor current has remained more useful in electrical fault diagnosis. With having some experience and knowledge on the behavior of acquired data the electrical and mechanical faults are diagnosed through signal processing techniques or combine machine learning and signal processing techniques. In this paper, a single-layer LSTM based condition monitoring system is proposed in which the instantaneous values of three phased motor current are firstly acquired in simulated motor in in health and supply imbalance conditions in each of three stator currents. The acquired three phase current in time domain is then used to train a LSTM network, which can identify the type of fault in electrical supply of motor and phase in which the fault has occurred. Experimental results shows that the proposed single layer LSTM algorithm can identify the electrical supply faults and phase of fault with an average accuracy of 88% based on the three phase stator current as raw data without any processing or feature extraction.

  • Since most of the information is transmitted through the network, eavesdropping and interception by a third party may occur. Appropriate measures are required for effective, secure and confidential communication in the network. Steganography is a technology that prevents third parties from detecting that confidential information is hidden in other media. Due to structural vulnerabilities, information protected by encryption and steganography techniques can be easily exposed to illegitimate groups. In order to improve the limitations of LSB where the simplicity and predictability of the hiding method exist, I propose a technique to improve the security of the message to be hidden based on PRNG and recursive function. To enhance security and confusion, XOR operation was performed on the result of selecting a random bit from the upper bits of the selected channel and the information transformed by the RS-box. PSNR and SSIM were used to confirm the performance of the proposed method. Compared to the reference values, the SSIM and PSNR of the proposed method were 0.9999 and 51.366, respectively, confirming that they were appropriate for hiding information.

  • For the future prosperity of any society, the sound growth of children is essential. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurobehavioral disorder which has an impact on social interaction of autistic child and has an undesirable effect on his learning, speaking, and responding skills. These children have over or under sensitivity issues of touching, smelling, and hearing. Its symptoms usually appear in the child of 4- to 11-year-old but parents did not pay attention to it and could not detect it at early stages. The process to diagnose in recent time is clinical sessions that are very time consuming and expensive. To complement the conventional method, machine learning techniques are being used. In this way, it improves the required time and precision for diagnosis. We have applied TFLite model on image based dataset to predict the autism based on facial features of child. Afterwards, various machine learning techniques were trained that includes Logistic Regression, KNN, Gaussian Naïve Bayes, Random Forest and Multi-Layer Perceptron using Autism Spectrum Quotient (AQ) dataset to improve the accuracy of the ASD detection. On image based dataset, TFLite model shows 80% accuracy and based on AQ dataset, we have achieved 100% accuracy from Logistic Regression and MLP models.

  • This research originated from the need to enhance the security of secure multiparty computation by ensuring that participants involved in multiparty computations provide truthful inputs that have not been manipulated. While malicious participants can be involved, which goes beyond the traditional security models, malicious behaviors through input manipulation often occur in real-world scenarios, leading to privacy infringements or situations where the accuracy of multiparty computation results cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, in this study, we propose a signature scheme applicable to secure multiparty technologies, combining it with secret sharing to strengthen the accuracy of inputs using authentication techniques. We also investigate methods to enhance the efficiency of authentication through the use of batch authentication techniques. To this end, a scheme capable of input certification was designed by applying a commitment scheme and zero-knowledge proof of knowledge to the CL signature scheme, which is a lightweight signature scheme, and batch verification was applied to improve efficiency during authentication.

  • With the innovative development of ICT technology, hacking techniques of hackers are also evolving into sophisticated and intelligent hacking techniques. Threat detection research to counter these cyber threats was mainly conducted in a passive way through hacking damage investigation and analysis, but recently, the importance of cyber threat information collection and analysis is increasing. A bot-type automation program is a rather active method of extracting malicious code by visiting a website to collect threat information or detect threats. However, this method also has a limitation in that it cannot prevent hacking damage because it is a method to identify hacking damage because malicious code has already been distributed or after being hacked. Therefore, to overcome these limitations, we propose a model that detects actual threats by acquiring and analyzing threat information while identifying and managing cyber bases. This model is an active and proactive method of collecting threat information or detecting threats outside the boundary such as a firewall. We designed a model for detecting threats using cyber strongholds and validated them in the defense environment.

  • Malwares are becoming a major problem nowadays all around the world in android operating systems. The malware is a piece of software developed for harming or exploiting certain other hardware as well as software. The term Malware is also known as malicious software which is utilized to define Trojans, viruses, as well as other kinds of spyware. There have been developed many kinds of techniques for protecting the android operating systems from malware during the last decade. However, the existing techniques have numerous drawbacks such as accuracy to detect the type of malware in real-time in a quick manner for protecting the android operating systems. In this article, the authors developed a hybrid model for android malware detection using a decision tree and KNN (k-nearest neighbours) technique. First, Dalvik opcode, as well as real opcode, was pulled out by using the reverse procedure of the android software. Secondly, eigenvectors of sampling were produced by utilizing the n-gram model. Our suggested hybrid model efficiently combines KNN along with the decision tree for effective detection of the android malware in real-time. The outcome of the proposed scheme illustrates that the proposed hybrid model is better in terms of the accurate detection of any kind of malware from the Android operating system in a fast and accurate manner. In this experiment, 815 sample size was selected for the normal samples and the 3268-sample size was selected for the malicious samples. Our proposed hybrid model provides pragmatic values of the parameters namely precision, ACC along with the Recall, and F1 such as 0.93, 0.98, 0.96, and 0.99 along with 0.94, 0.99, 0.93, and 0.99 respectively. In the future, there are vital possibilities to carry out more research in this field to develop new methods for Android malware detection.

  • An effective educational program warrants the inclusion of an innovative construction which enhances the higher education efficacy in such a way that accelerates the achievement of desired results and reduces the risk of failures. Educational Decision Support System (EDSS) has currently been a hot topic in educational systems, facilitating the pupil result monitoring and evaluation to be performed during their development. Insufficient information systems encounter trouble and hurdles in making the sufficient advantage from EDSS owing to the deficit of accuracy, incorrect analysis study of the characteristic, and inadequate database. DMTs (Data Mining Techniques) provide helpful tools in finding the models or forms of data and are extremely useful in the decision-making process. Several researchers have participated in the research involving distributed data mining with multi-agent technology. The rapid growth of network technology and IT use has led to the widespread use of distributed databases. This article explains the available data mining technology and the distributed data mining system framework. Distributed Data Mining approach is utilized for this work so that a classifier capable of predicting the success of students in the economic domain can be constructed. This research also discusses the Intelligent Knowledge Base Distributed Data Mining framework to assess the performance of the students through a mid-term exam and final-term exam employing Multi-agent system-based educational mining techniques. Using single and ensemble-based classifiers, this study intends to investigate the factors that influence student performance in higher education and construct a classification model that can predict academic achievement. We also discussed the importance of multi-agent systems and comparative machine learning approaches in EDSS development.

  • Different industries mostly rely on quality certification for promoting their products or brands. Although getting quality certification, specifically by human experts is a tough job to do. But the field of machine learning play a vital role in every aspect of life, if we talk about quality certification, machine learning is having a lot of applications concerning, assigning and assessing quality certifications to different products on a macro level. Like other brands, wine is also having different brands. In order to ensure the quality of wine, machine learning plays an important role. In this research, we use two datasets that are publicly available on the "UC Irvine machine learning repository", for predicting the wine quality. Datasets that we have opted for our experimental research study were comprised of white wine and red wine datasets, there are 1599 records for red wine and 4898 records for white wine datasets. The research study was twofold. First, we have used a technique called backward elimination in order to find out the dependency of the dependent variable on the independent variable and predict the dependent variable, the technique is useful for predicting which independent variable has maximum probability for improving the wine quality. Second, we used a robust machine learning algorithm known as "XGBoost" for efficient prediction of wine quality. We evaluate our model on the basis of error measures, root mean square error, mean absolute error, R2 error and mean square error. We have compared the results generated by "XGBoost" with the other state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, experimental results have showed, "XGBoost" outperform as compared to other state of the art machine learning techniques.

  • Medical imaginings assume a important part in the analysis of tumors and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an image segmentation technology, which shows an angular sectional perspective of the body which provides convenience to medical specialists to examine the patients. The images generated by MRI are detailed, which enable medical specialists to identify affected areas to help them diagnose disease. MRI imaging is usually a basic part of diagnostic and treatment. In this research, we propose new techniques using the 4D-MRI image segmentation process to detect the brain tumor in the skull. We identify the issues related to the quality of cerebrum disease images or CSF leakage (discover fluid inside the brain). The aim of this research is to construct a framework that can identify cancer-damaged areas to be isolated from non-tumor. We use 4D image light field segmentation, which is followed by MATLAB modeling techniques, and measure the size of brain-damaged cells deep inside CSF. Data is usually collected from the support vector machine (SVM) tool using MATLAB's included K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. We propose a 4D light field tool (LFT) modulation method that can be used for the light editing field application. Depending on the input of the user, an objective evaluation of each ray is evaluated using the KNN to maintain the 4D frequency (redundancy). These light fields' approaches can help increase the efficiency of device segmentation and light field composite pipeline editing, as they minimize boundary artefacts.
