QoS(Quality of Service) is defined "The collective effect of service performance which determines the degree of satisfaction of a user of the service" by ITU-T Rec. E.800. The final goal of information system is to secure the performance efficiency within the required time. The security QoS framework is the modeling of the QoS measurement metrics, the measurement time schedule, instrument, method of measurement and the series of methodology about analysis of the result of measurement. This paper relates to implementing issue and performance measuring about blended mechanism between networking technology and security technology. We got more effectiveness in overall network security, when applying and composing amalgamated security mechanism between network technology and security technology. In this paper, we suggest techniques being used on infrastructure system and also offers a security QoS methodology as a model of more effective way. Methodology proposed in this research has proven that it is possible to measure response time through the scheduled method.

VoIP utilizes the Internet for the services, and therefore it is vulnerable to intrusions and attacks. Because provided services deal with information related to privacy of users, it requires high level security including authentication and the confidentiality/integrity of signaling messages and media streams. However, when such a protocol is implemented in a VoIP phone, the implementation can have limitations due to the limited resources. The present study purposed to implement VoIP security protocols and to evaluate their performance in terms of connection quality and voice quality by applying them to SIP proxy and UA (User Agent). In the result of performance evaluation, the application of the security protocols did not lower voice quality, but connection quality was high in the DTLS based security protocol. As the protocol was applicable to signaling and media paths based on DTLS, we found that it can be a solution for the limited resources of VoIP phone.

Currently the international flight passenger visit at Incheon International Airport increased 12.4% compared to January 2017. Such increase affects on the congestion of an airport and the security check is one of the most congested area. There is a prejudice that airport security is not related to the airport service and is only a type of control that limits the quality of service. However, considering the huge impact that airport security agents have on passenger move within the airport, trustworthy, fast and kind service at airport security check is one of the most important part of airport service quality improvement. This research is an importance performance analysis of Incheon International Airport security service passenger satisfaction and its significance using IPA method. This research will contribute to the improvement of airport operation and service quality, by proving the relation between airport security and service.

In the era of the Internet and ubiquitous computing, IS users are still facing a variety of threats. Therefore, a need of more tightened information security service increases unprecedentedly. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which IT assets (i.e., network, system, and information influence) and Information Security Service (i.e., confidentiality, integrity, nonrepudiation, authentication) affect information security qualty positively, leading to users' satisfaction eventually To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 177 questionnaires. Results reveal that both IT assets and Information Security Service influence informations security quality positively, and user satisfaction as well. From the results, it can be concluded that Korean government's recent orchestrated efforts to boost the IT assets and Information Security Service helped great improve the information security quality and user satisfaction.

Quality rating of machine security systems is difficult because both tangible and intangible services are included. However, still, the research template applied the SERVQUAL model with the intention of confirming machine security systems' service quality formation and experimentally inspecting the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, the following highlights the experimental research outcomes and their implications for small-scale businesses utilizing machine security systems in the Daegu region. First, after observing whether the determining factors constitute service quality, four components were found to have significant influence on customer satisfaction. Additionally, in observing any differences in their influences, the following in order were observed as having influence on customer satisfaction: empathy, assurance reliability, responsiveness, and tangibility. Moreover, though companies‘ newest facilities and equipment are important, it can be concluded that a company employees’ prudent consideration, individual interest, reliability, and assurance for the customer carry greater importance. Secondly, though we intended to survey machine security systems by employing the SERVQUAL model, determinant factor analysis results found applying SERVQUAL model in its original state a challenge. According to results from determinant factor analysis, the basis for forming service quality is determined by assurance reliability, empathy, tangibility, and responsiveness. Furthermore, in future research, while more accurately distinguishing between assurance and reliability, a more appropriate model must also be considered for modification in domestic machine security system industry‘s service quality evaluation.

This study explores performance factors of a casino information system for foreigners, empirically examines the causal relation between these factors and business performances through organizational trust and job satisfaction and suggests a plan to develop such a information system. We found that information quality positively impacted on perception of information security, but negatively on job satisfaction; system quality positively did on security reliability, but negatively on job satisfaction; service quality positively did on trust in information security and job satisfaction; lastly security reliability positively did on job satisfaction. We found that information quality, system quality and service quality would affect perceived information security and job satisfaction.

Network access control should be able to effectively block security threats to the IT infrastructure, such as unauthorized access of unauthorized users and terminals, and illegal access of employees to internal servers. From this perspective, it is necessary to build metrics based on relevant standards to ensure that security is being met. Therefore, it is necessary to organize the method for security evaluation of NAC according to the related standards. Therefore, this study builds a model that combines the security evaluation part of ISO / IEC 15408 (CC: Common Criteria) and ISO 25000 series to develop security metric of network access control system. For this purpose, we analyzed the quality requirements of the network access control system and developed the convergence evaluation metric for security of the two international standards. It can be applied to standardization of evaluation method for network access control system in the future by constructing evaluation model of security quality level of network access control system.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of sleep quality and occupational stress on health-related quality of life among a university's security workers. Methods: 128 security workers voluntarily participated in the study. The survey asked demographic, health related, job related factors, the Korean Occupational Stress Scale Short Form(KOSS-SF), sleep quality questionnaire, and 12-Short Form Health Survey version 2.0(SF-12v2). The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, multiple linear regression, and multiple logistic regression. Results: The interrupted rest time was significantly negatively related to occupational stress. The occupational stress significantly affected sleep quality. The significant variable affecting Physical Component Score(PCS) and Mental Component Score(MCS) was sleep quality and occupational stress, respectively. Conclusions: HRQOL was founded to be affected by occupational stress and sleep disorder among the security workers. Based on this study, we suggest that the management of both occupational stress and sleep quality is crucial to improve the HRQOL.

The private security industry has expanded in proportion to economic developments throughout the world, largely because the existing security services provided by the government do not satisfy demands of various economic entities and people in the society for better security service. Therefore, it would not be unfair to say that security services by private sectors are decided by its quality, price, and customers' needs. A refined management system, however, is essential to assess qualification of security companies and their service quality, given the nature of public goods of security service. Despite the steady growth of private security industry in Korea, however, it has been continuously criticized that its security management system for better qualification of security guards, training, and private security companies have not been fully updated enough to guarantee good quality. This paper aims to gain insights to effective policy formation in the Korean private security industry, through reviewing the licensing system of private security guards and the Approved Contractor Scheme (hereinafter the ACS) in the UK- that has on one hand systematically regulated private security industry, but on other hand has enforced public-private cooperation by laying significant stress on autonomy of private security companies. The distinctive characteristic of the UK policy for the private security is that the Security Industry Authority (hereinafter the SIA), an independent authority, is leading development of the private security industry of the UK through specialized private security regulation and enhanced service quality. In addition, the UK is developing quality of security service with transparent financial management and recruitment of good quality security guards by adopting not only substantially specified regulations and standards, but the voluntary ACS system. Moreover, the SIA analyzes customers' demands for security service specializing the policy for private security through conducting a variety of surveys. With the analysis of the UK private security system, this paper suggests that the Korean government change from a non-specialized private security regulation system by the National Police Agency to an independently specialized private security authority like the SIA and adopt the compulsory licensing and the ACS system of the UK.

Today Internet is only Best-Effort service. During the past few years, new types of internet applications which require performance beyond the best-effort service that is provided by the current internet have emerged. These applications required QoS(Quality of Services) guarantee and Security between end-to-end. In this paper simulations Differentiated Services that IETF(Internet Engineering Task Forte) has proposed one of QoS(Quality of Services) guarantee VPN(Virtual private Network) using QoS(Quality of Services) guarantee and IP Security between end-to-end.
