Digital transformation represents one of the main obstacles facing several government, private, and non-profit sectors that help stabilize digital transformation in the Arabic region. One of the helpful ways to improve the level of freedom, productivity, and flexibility among employees to accept the BYOD approach is using their own devices to perform their work both in and outside the workplace. This study focuses to present the differences between the main three economic sectors, which represent the most important pillars of the economy in Saudi Arabia within the Kingdom's Vision 2030. BYOD also has great importance to the stakeholders for raising their awareness by expressing the implications, if the concept of BYOD is widely and correctly adopted. The study uses the diffusion of innovation (DOI) framework and quantitative analysis data to determine the main dimensions and important factors that help increase the awareness of the target audience. The number of participants in this study was 830, and the participants are mixing between the government, private, and non-profit sectors. The main findings showed a significant impact of several factors such as the importance of knowledge, ease of use, employee satisfaction, risk awareness, and attention to increase the level of acceptance in three main sectors study for using the BYOD approach widespread and professional use.

Cerebral palsy is one of the most serious forms of disorders of the psychophysical development of children, which manifests itself in disturbances of motor functions, which are often combined with speech disorders, other complications of the formation of higher mental functions, and often with a decrease in intelligence. The article will discuss the speech disorder in children with cerebral palsy. Emphasis is placed on some important aspects, which should bear in mind, investigating the problem of specifics of speech development of children with cerebral palsy. In particular at the heart of speech disorders in the cerebral palsy is not only damage to certain structures of the brain, but also the later formation or underdevelopment of those parts of the cerebral cortex, which are of major importance in linguistic and mental activity. This is an ontogenetically young region of the cerebral cortex, which is most rapidly developing after birth (premotor, frontal, temmono-temporal). It is important to take into account, that children with cerebral palsy have disturbances of phonemic perception. Often, children do not distinguish between hearing sounds, cannot repeat component rows, allocate sounds in words. At dysarthria, there are violations of pronunciation of vowel and consonant sounds, tempo of speech, modulation of voice, breathing, phonation, as well as asynchronous breathing, alignment and articulation. As a result, we identified the main features and specifics of the speech development of children with cerebral palsy and described the conditions necessary for the full development of language. Language disturbances in children's cerebral palsy depend on the localization and severity of brain damage. Great importance in the mechanism of speech disorders has a pathology that limits the ability of movement and knowledge of the world.

Through COVID-19, the importance of supply chain management of raw material minerals has been maximized. In particular, supply chain management is important for rare metals, which are difficult to manage demand and supply, in order to secure raw materials for the parts and materials industry that Korea is actively promoting. In this study, a system was established and evaluated to select Critical minerals that need to respond to Korea's industrial structure and global risks by quantifying tangible and intangible risk factors. Global Supply Concentration, Supplying country risk, Policy Social Environment Regulation, Domestic Import Instability, Risk responsiveness, Market Scale, Demand Fluctuation and Economic Importance were evaluated as evaluation indicators. The degree of risk and risk impact were quantitatively measured using the criticality matrix-criticality level. After evaluating 40 types of minerals used in domestic new growth businesses, 15 types of Critical minerals(Li, Pt, Co, V, REE, Mg, Mo, Cr, Ti, W, C, Ni, Al, Mn, Si) in Korea were selected. The results are expected to be used to establish policies to strengthen resource security and to make decisions to form a company's raw material portfolio.

The defense environment is rapidly changing, such as nuclear and missile threats of North Korea, changes in war patterns, and a decrease in military service resources due to low birth rate. In order to actively respond to these changes, the Korean military is promoting Defense Innovation 4.0 and is trying to foster an army armed with high technology such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analysis, etc. In this regard, we analyze the effectiveness of the radar-based AI scientific guard system applied by high technology for guard operations using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). We first select evaluation factors that can assess the effectiveness of the scientific guard system, and analyze its relative importance. Each evaluation factor was selected by deriving a significant concept from operating principle and how they work, and by consulting experts on the correlation between each factor and effectiveness of the scientific guard system. We examine the relative effects of the radar-based AI scientific guard system and existing scientific guard system based on the importance of the evaluation factors.

Due to the full revision of the Digital Signature Act (enforcement on December 10, 2020), various certificates are being released and competing in the market. Under fierce competition, the certificate market share of large IT platform companies is increasing, and it is predicted that they will eventually monopolize the market. Therefore, identifying the consumer's certificate choice factors and understanding the difference in importance between the choice factors are essential elements for establishing a company's strategy for the certificate market and product positioning, and are key points in setting the government's certificate policy direction. In this study, consumers' certificate choice factors were extracted based on the details of preceding papers and surveys, and based on the extracted choice factors, 4 choice factors (reliability of issuer, program installation, certificate usage method(how to use), versatility(where to use)) were identified through a Delphi survey. As a result of conjoint analysis by conducting a consumer survey with selected choice factors, the reliability of the issuer was found to be the most important utility value. In order of importance, the certificate usage method(how to use), program installation, and versatility(where to use) appeared.

The relevance of the research topic lies in the necessity to use social networks as innovative tools of marketing communications. A wide audience and the ability to segment the market for a specific consumer determine the construction of a corporate strategy, which will be based on using the social networking approach. The spread of the global coronavirus pandemic has led to the rapid development of remote communication channels between the company and the customer. The issue of using marketing tools in social networks acquires the most urgent importance in the modern world of the introduction and implementation of the company's marketing strategies. The purpose of the academic paper is to study the use of social networks as features of implementing the marketing campaign. Social networks are the result of the development of digital technologies and the processes of creating an information society involved in the digital space. The objectives of the research are to analyse the opportunity of using social networks as a tool for marketing communications and their implementation at the level of its widespread use by enterprises and establishments. It is significant to create an advertising campaign by defining the target audience and outlining the key aspects, on which the company is focused. The research methodology consists in determining the theoretical and methodological approaches to the essence of introducing social networks and their practical importance in the implementation of marketing activities of companies. The obtained results can significantly improve the quality of functioning of modern enterprises and organizations that plan to master a new market segment or gain competitive advantages in the existing one. The academic paper examines the essence of social networks as a tool of marketing communications. The key principles of the development of digital social platforms were revealed. The quality of implementing the advertising campaign in the social network was studied, and further prospects for the development of using social networks as a component of the marketing strategy were outlined. Therefore, the academic paper analyses the problems of using social networks as a marketing tool.

According to a research by global IT market research institute IDC, CSIM(Converged Security Information Management) market of Korea was estimated to be 1.7 trillion KRW in 2010, and it has grown approximately 32% every year since. IDC forcasts this size to grow to 12.8 trillion KRW by 2018. Moreover, this case study exemplifies growing importance of CSIM market worldwide. Traditional CSIM solution consists of various security solutions(e.g. firewall, network intrusion detection system, etc.) and devices(e.g. CCTV, Access Control System, etc.). With this traditional solution, the the data collected from these is used to create events, which are then used by the on-site agents to determine and handle the situation. Recent development of IoT industry, however, has come with massive growth of IoT devices, and as these can be used for security command and control, it is expected that the overall amount of event created from these devices will increase as well. While massive amount of events could help determine and handle more situations, this also creates burden of having to process excessive amount of events. Therefore, in this paper, we discuss potential events that can happen in CSIM system and classify them into 3 groups, and present a model that can categorize and process these events effectively to increase overall efficieny of CSIM system.

The occupational socialization process of security and secretary service goes through four stages of preparation, adaptation, conflicts, and maturity and dynamic and incessant changes. The preparation stage includes the preparation to become a security and secretary service, the importance of what to prepare, usefulness of college education, required courses, and certificates. The adaptation stage includes the percentage of bodyguard and secretary, systematic nature of work, stagnation of the job, abilities required for a security and secretary service, elements to work on, job satisfaction, information sources, professionalism of the job, and future of the job. In the conflicts stage includes conflicts at work, difficulty of security and secretary service, problem-solving efforts, advice and consultation, satisfaction with workload, job stress, perceptions of others for security and secretary service, experience of trying to get another job, and supplements. And the maturity stage includes the changes to the roles and capabilities of a security and secretary service, autonomy of business management, degree of others' recognition of one's abilities, methods to evaluate job performance, salary, social status and pride, and efforts for self-development.

Korea domestic casino industry has been experienced an explosive growth marking the highest quantity and quality with rapid growth of domestic economy since the 1960s. However there are really lack of study about presenting guideline for establishing risk management planning reflected characteristics of casino industry. Therefore, we analyzed previous studies about concept of the risk and criteria and drew dimension of safety supervision reflecting characteristics of casino industry. we, also, identified detailed safety management factors as well as classified three dimensions of environment, human and facility on the dimension of safety supervision. This study was designed to examine effect relationship between risk management factors and performance of security management organization focused on The mediation effect of atmosphere of organization We used two different tools for data analysis: SPSS 18.0 for the descriptive statistics and PLS 3.0 to validate the integrity of the research model and proposed hypotheses that is main effects from risk management factors to security management organization and mediation effects of atmosphere of organization. The data analysis confirmed the importance of risk management factors to enhanced performance of security management organization. The mediation effect of atmosphere of organization, also, supported relationship between risk management factors and performance of security management organization. It provided theoretical and practical implication for building risk management strategy well suited casino company and conducting security management.

The purpose of this research, the importance of security and the means to carry out the spirit of Taekwondo is to identify. First, the target of more than 2 years of taekwondo training has continued to set as a guard, and experience to respond faithfully to the general staff to the administrator from 9 respondents were selected to accomplish this purpose. Through the course of a series of studies which have drawn the following conclusions. First, taekwondo training is created through the politeness, lot of nerve, patience, self-mastery, indefatigable the spirit of taekwondo in the security mission is a positive impact. Typically, the bodyguards make a statement through the body and mind will acquire the spirit of taekwondo. The spirit of taekwondo becomes an important material on the process of security mission as the stress and the occurrence of the situation, such as conflicts within the organization to overcome the negative situation. Second, it requires the right attitude in life, mental health, flexible social attitudes based on the taekwondo spirit. Therefore, the security guards needed in the organization the opportunity to learn the position could get the hierarchy between protection and bodyguard, or supervisor bodyguards and low class bodyguard.
