The purpose of this study is to analyze whether mathematics education course can improve secondary pre-service math teacher' belief and correlation on pre-service math teacher' belief and mathematics education achievement. In order to achieve this purpose, the test was conducted to the subject of 34 pre-service secondary math teachers of the grade 2 and grade 4 who were chosen from H university in D city and we analyzed the results. Findings on this study are as follows. First, there was meaningful difference in the pre-service math teacher' belief with significant level of 0.05. This proved that mathematics education course was effective on improving pre-service math teacher' belief. Second, there was not meaningful correlation in the pre-service math teacher' belief and mathematics education achievement.

본 연구는 중등예비수학교사의 학생의 학습에 대한 노티싱을 살펴보기 위해 시작되었다. 이를 위해 4명의 중등예비수학교사가 중학교 수학수업에서 학습보조교사 활동을 하고 작성한 일지를 조사하였다. 일지에 나타난 학생에 대한 노티싱은 선행연구의 분석틀을 기초로 하여 알아차리기, 해석하기, 반응하기의 세 가지로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 중등예비수학교사들은 대체로 학생에 대한 일반적인 알아차리기가 많고 수학적 사고에 대한 해석하기가 상대적으로 적게 나타났다. 반응하기에서는 질문을 통한 학생의 사고 촉진보다는 학생들에게 설명하기가 많이 나타남을 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 중등예비수학교사 교육프로그램에 주는 시사점을 논의하고자 한다.

본 연구는 교원양성기관 프로그램에서 교육실습이 아닌 형태의 현장실습을 포함한 수업을 통한 중등예비수학교사의 반성과 그 변화에 대해 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 정규 수학수업에서 학습보조교사 활동을 한 중등예비수학교사 2인을 대상으로 사례연구를 진행하였다. 2015년도 1학기 수업에 참여한 중등예비수학교사들의 학습보조교사 활동 보고서 및 간담회 등의 자료를 통해 반성내용을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 학습보조교사 활동을 한 중등예비수학교사의 반성내용은 교사, 학생, 교과내용, 자기 자신 순으로 많은 것으로 나타났고 시간이 지남에 따라 학생에 대한 반성이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 중등예비수학교사가 참여한 수업의 형태에 따라 반성내용의 비율도 달라짐을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this article is to suggest using portfolio for professional development of secondary pre-service mathematics teachers based on actual application case. To achieve this goal, 28 pre-service mathematics teachers developed their own portfolios in the regular study course for one semester under the pre-planned components of portfolio. Then they participated in the survey of their beliefs in mathematics and mathematics education and in the structured interview for drawing implications of using a pre-service mathematics teacher portfolio. According to the collected data, developing a pre-service mathematics teacher portfolio made a significant difference in beliefs of mathematics teachers' roles and showed the potential to improve the professional development of pre-service mathematics teachers as well as their learning. Continued investigation for more effective components of a pre-service mathematics teacher portfolio would be needed.

Because statistical concepts are important parts in school mathematics, mathematics teachers have trained by special education model. In this study, a desirable direction of curriculum on probability and statistics at pre-service for mathematics teacher is considered. We proposed four subjects as Exploration and Analysis of Data for Mathematics Teacher, Probability and Statistics I, II for Mathematics Teacher and Statistical Software for Mathematics, and suggested the constituents and something being kept in mind for each subject.

본 연구의 목적은 중등 수학 예비교사의 신념을 조사하기 위하여 특별히 예비교사의 교수-학습 개념에 대해 알아보고 학년 및 성별의 차이를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 통해 확인한 Chan & Elliot(2004)의 설문도구를 이용하여 인천 지역의 중등 수학 예비교사 86명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 예비교사들은 교수-학습 개념에 있어 구성주의적인 개념에 매우 동의하는 것으로 나타났다. 학년 비교 결과에서는 전통적인 개념관련 문항들에서 4학년이 3학년에 비해 약간 더 동의하는 것으로 나타났고, 성별 비교 결과로는 남자가 여자에 비해 전통적인 개념에 약간 더 동의하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구 대상과 범위에 있어 제한점을 지니지만, 교사 교육자들에게 예비교사교육의 변화를 위한 기초적인 정보를 제공할 것이다.

The main purpose of this work is to propose programs of discrete mathematics for the department of mathematics education of teacher training universities. There is a description of the characteristics, goal, syllabus and contents of discrete mathematics course for pre-service teacher, followed by principles for teaching the subject.

본 연구는 테크놀로지 활용 지원체계의 확대, 교사의 지식과 신념, 교사교육 프로그램의 분석 틀의 문헌연구를 기초로 국내 수학교육과의 관련 교육의 현황과 현안, 발전 방향을 탐색하였다. 강좌개설 및 운영 자료는 설문조사와 강의계획서로 수집한 결과 강의는 수업의 향상을 목적으로 하며 전체 학과의 1/3에 수학교육관련 ICT 강의가 개설되지 않았다. 테크놀로지 통합 예비 중등수학교사교육을 위하여 국가적으로 교육과정의 방향과 세부내용의 부조화, 소프트웨어와 교과서 등 지원 부족 문제 해결을 통한 교육현장 개선과 교사교육의 포괄적, 세부적 방향설정이 중요하며 무엇보다도 테크놀로지 활용 관련 비전의 공유가 필요하다.

This study conducted a survey to examine the knowledge formation and utilization of computer among beginning teachers of secondary school mathematics. We found that beginning teachers who had more experiences of taking computer utilization classes at teacher education institutes showed more interest in computer and saw the necessity and effectiveness of computer usage for teaching students. Teachers chose GSP the most among computer utilization knowledge learned in pre-service teachers program, and GSP is used the most in mathematics classes. However, they answered that computer is not so much available in class due to lack of hours and the relevant resources. Lastly, beginning teachers answered that the computer knowledge learned in in-service teacher program was more useful than that in pre-service. Thus, the professional development in utilizing computer should be improved through diversifying teacher training contents for beginning teachers as well as for pre-service teachers in teacher education institutes.

본 연구는 예비교사들이 수학적 의사소통을 지도할 수 있도록 하기 위해 대학 수학 강좌에서 학습 일지를 쓰게 하는 경험을 제공하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 예비교사의 수학 학습에서 학습 일지는 반성적 사고, 개념적 탐구, 정의적 영역의 표출, 자기 주도적 학습 계획, 학습의 기록 등의 역할을 담당했다. 예비교사들은 학습 일지 쓰기를 통해 수학 교수 학습 상황에서 갖게 되는 여러 교육적 관점을 수업 방법, 수업의 조직 및 운영, 평가, 교사의 자세 측면에서 구체적으로 생각하게 되었으며, 학습 일지 쓰기가 왜 중요한지, 어떻게 지도하며 무엇을 유의해야 하는지도 생각하게 되었다. 학습 일지 쓰기는 예비교사에게 교육적 상황에서 마주치는 여러 사안을 고민하고 대처할 수 있게 하는 경험의 장으로서 의의를 가진다.
