The assessment of specific impacts on the environment is a preventive measure for environmental protection which is based on the definition and proposal of measures that can prevent harmful effects, reduce or eliminate them. In the physical sense, vibration is the oscillating motion of an object with the effect of internal or external forces applied to it. People who touch a vibrating surface or object will feel these vibrations. In general, there are two types of vibration exposure. The first are the vibrations of the hands and arms transmitted by the held parts of tools or machinery. The second are whole-body vibrations transmitted from a seat or surface to a motorized car. The risk of injury to workers exposed to vibration varies depending on the size, frequency, type, duration of exposure, and organ affected. The purpose of this paper is to review the measurements of vibrations in the Kosovo Energy Corporation in the mine Sibovc Southwest, where coal with a rotary excavator is exploited and the evaluation of vibrations for working conditions for workers working in that environment and improving working conditions for the measurement of vibrations we have used the device Minimate DS 078, the purpose of such environmental impact assessment is to collect data and predict the harmful impacts on the environment, namely the impact on water, air, soil, life and health of as well as identify and propose measures that could prevent, reduce or eliminate altogether.

Vibrating test of vehicle component can be possible in lab-based simulators instead of field testing owing to the development of technology in control algorithm as well as computational process. Currently, Multi-Axial Simulation Table(MAST) is recommended as a vibrating equipment, which excites a target component for 3-directional translation and rotation motion simultaneously and hence, vibrational condition can be fully approximated to that of real road test. But, the vibration-free performance of target component is not guaranteed with MAST system, which is only simulator subjective to the operator. Rather, the reliability of multi-axial vibration test is dependent on the quality of input profile which should cover the required severity of vibrating condition on target component. In this paper, multi-axial vibration testing methodology of vehicle component is presented here, from data acquisition of vehicle accelerations to the obtaining the input profile of MAST using severe data at proving ground. To compare the severity of vibration condition, between real road test and proving ground one, energy principle of equivalent damage is proposed to calculate energy matrices of acceleration data and then, it is determined the optimal combination of special events on proving ground which is equivalent to real road test at the aspects of vibration fatigue using sequential searching optimal algorithm. To explain the vibration methodology clearly, seat and door component of vehicle are selected as a example.

Dynamic analysis of a three-axle heavy truck is carried out with rigid body model and flexible body model. To see the effects of chassis flexibility, the chassis is modeled as flexible body. The mass matrix, stiffness matrix, and vibration normal modes of the chassis are obtained by a finite element analysis program, and four vibration normal modes are used in the flexible body model. The vehicle model consisting of a frame, a cab, suspensions, an engine, a deck, a seat, and tires, has total 77 degrees of freedom. The result shows that the peaked acceleration in the flexible model is lower than that of the rigid body model.
Magneto-Rheological (MR) fluid is suspension of fine magnetic particles in a liquid carrier such as silicon oil or water. MR fluid exhibits solid-like mechanical behavior into chain or clusters with high yield stress when magnetic field is applied to the particles. The response of MR fluids is very quick and reversible after removal of the field. MR Fluids have high yield stress (up to 5kPs) and operate in low voltage power supply. Recently, MR damper using MR fluids was open used in vibration control system such as structural devices, seat vibration controllers and helicopter rotor systems, but it is too big in size and heavy. Therefore, it is not appreciate to rehabilitation devices such as prosthetic limbs.

It is treated more seriously than ever as the customer requirements are becoming a high-quality and diversification. Among the various elements to affect customer's evaluation of automobile quality, BSR(buzz, squeak, rattle noise) are considered to be a mostly contributing factor. Rattle Noises in cockpit modules are one of the major concerns mentioned above. Recently, measurements of the BSR noise between the parts that make up the products from the perspective that the structural causes. For structures that make up material has not been any consideration of the BSR noise characteristics. The aim of this study is to clarify the characteristics of noise occurrence in vehicle cockpit module that consist of plastic material after measuring noise by rattle special testing instrument.

The primary purpose of this study is to observe the dynamic behavior within a vehicle on chassis dynamometer throughout cleat impact testing with two different constraining setups (Tie-down strap and one point fixation). Throughout this empirical experiment, no outstanding dynamic behavior characteristics are observed between two setups and thus, the performance of the one point fixation device is validated. Neither the interior noise nor acceleration at driver seat rail and knuckle is heavily influenced by two different constraining methods. However, one point fixation is far more advantageous considering its shorter set up time and its capability of measuring traction force with its built in force sensor.

Simple spring-damper-mass models have been widely used to investigate whole-body vortical biodynamic response characteristics of the seated vehicle driver. Most previous models have not considered the effect of wobbling masses; i.e. heart, lungs, liver, intestine, etc. In this study, 4 -DOF seated driver model including one non-rigid mass representing wobbling visceral mass, 5-DOF model including intestine, and 10-DOF model including five lumbar vertebral masses were proposed. The model parameters were identified by a combinatorial optimization technique. simulated annealing method. The objective function was chosen as the sum of error between model response of seat-to-head transmissibility and driving point mechanical impedance and those of experimental data for subjects seated erect without backrest support. The model response showed a good agreement with the experimental response characteristics. Using a 10-DOF model, calculated resonance frequency of lumbar spine at 4Hz was matched well with experimental results of Panjabi et al.

In oder to generate various shock signals in a field study, a passenger car was driven at several speeds over road profiles that included a number of half sine shaped bumps of various heights. A triaxial SAE pad sensor was mounted on the front passenger seat to measure the acceleration signals which might produce subjective discomfort. The measured accelerations were correlated with the subjective assessments of 14 subjects. The magnitude of subjective discomfort was found to be proportional to the VDV and also the peak to peak of the frequency weighted acceleration signal.

The purpose of this research is to observe that the acoustic characters of classroom have some difference by several conditions. TSP has used to measure impulse response and such physical indexes as RT(Reverberation Time), D$\sub$50/, and STI(Speech-Transmission-Index) are computed by it. we investigate difference under some conditions such as when students were present at each classroom and when was not so, and when professor used a microphone and unused it. In this study, we found that reverberation time when people take a seat is lower than was not so. we wish to help one who work for construction industry, as they build a kind of classroom
