본 연구의 목적은 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하여 한국의 주요 언론 매체를 통해 드러난 학교 공간 혁신 정책의 실행과 관련 이슈를 알아보는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 언론에서 발행한 학교 공간 혁신 관련 기사 총 519개를 수집하여 빈도 분석과 네트워크 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과를 기반으로 학교 공간 혁신의 특징을 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 학교 공간 혁신은 미래교육에 대한 대응으로 추진되고 있다. 둘째, 사용자가 학교 공간 혁신의 주체로 참여한다. 셋째, 전문가는 협력 체제를 갖추어 학교 공간 혁신을 지원하고 있다. 넷째, 학교 공간 혁신에 지역사회를 적극적으로 참여시키고 있다. 다섯째, 교육부와 교육청의 주요 사업으로, 상향식과 하향식이 조화를 이루어 진행되고 있다. 본 연구 결과는 학교 공간 혁신 정책의 주요 이슈를 이해하고, 차후 연구와 실천에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 최근 국가 수준에서 대규모로 추진되고 있는 학교공간혁신 사업의 교육적 효과를 조사·분석하기 위한 도구를 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 학교공간혁신의 교육효과를 분석하기 위해서는 학교공간혁신으로 변화되는 공간의 구조에 대한 분석이 우선 가능해야 하며, 공간의 변화에 따라 수반되는 교육의 변화 즉, 학교교육 및 학교생활, 교육적 성과 등에 대한 조사·분석이 가능해야 하며 이를 위한 사용자 설문조사 도구를 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통한 설문조사 도구는 학교공간혁신 사업에서 사전기획 단계에서의 사전조사 그리고 공간혁신의 교육적 효과 조사·분석을 위한 사후평가 도구로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 사용자 교육적 가치의 중요성을 목표로하는 학교공간혁신의 개념 연구를 통하여 학교공간이 학생들의 교육활동을 중심으로 하는 국가수준의 교육자치 목표 및 기본가치와 상호관계성 연계 정도에 대하여 사용자를 중심으로 조사·분석을 하고자 하였다. 이는 교육자치 혁신 교육과정과 학교 자치적 다양한 교육활동과 연계된 학생, 교사 즉 수요자의 요구도 분석을 통해 수요자 중심 즉 수요자의 요구가 최대한 반영되는 학교공간혁신 연계 방안 등을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 교육자치 혁신과 학교공간 혁신의 기본개념 고찰과 국가수준의 2015개정 교육과정과 교육자치 혁신과정에 대한 문헌조사 및 교육목표, 교육과정의 기본가치 인식 조사를 실시하였으며, 원도심지역 학생, 교사를 대상으로 교육의 기본가치, 학교교육의 기능, 학교환경 및 공간 구성 방향, 학교공간에 대한 조사분석으로 학생과 교사의 인식도를 파악하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to think about the educational effect of school space innovation project through user participation, to investigate and analyze the actual situation of user participation school space innovation project of elementary, middle and high schools of Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, The educational effect was analyzed. After the students and teachers participated in the improvement of the school space, the students' skills were improved. Overall, emotional abilities were most cultivated, and elementary school students were most physically cultivated. The intimacy created by participation and activities and play-oriented projects may have helped to develop students' abilities. In addition, the school became fun after user participation, and there was a positive effect of increasing a sense of apathy and belonging. The expansion of user participation has resulted in not only the satisfaction of space but also the friendship and emotional part of students. As a result of this study, the school space constructed through the user participation process brought about significant educational changes in school life and individual quality of life in the learning activities and school life of teachers and students, the main users of the school space.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 다양성이 접목된 융합적이고 창의적인 교육이 가능한 공간의 필요성이 강조됨에 따라, 학교공간혁신사업의 하나로 사용자 참여설계에 의한 공간의 재구조화 수행을 목적으로 한다. 연구 내용은 부산 Y초등학교를 대상으로 사용자가 함께 참여하는 과정을 통해 소통하면서 다양한 요구사항과 구체적인 아이디어, 방안을 도출하고 적용해나가는 과정을 거쳐 최종 디자인에 이르는 과정을 거쳤다. 연구 결과 1~6학년의 획일화된 교육공간에서 벗어나 공간의 다양성을 추구하였으며, 혁신으로 만들어진 공간의 만족도를 위해 그 공간을 사용하는 다양한 사람들의 사용자 참여설계가 필수적임을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 학년별 특성이 반영된 다양한 공간디자인 개발에 중점을 두고 있으며, 1인 1 캐비닛을 빌트인하여 개인적 공간을 확보했다는 것이 특징이다. 이와 같은 사용자 참여의 과정에서 다양한 의견을 수렴하여 조율하고 함축시킨 후 디자인으로 구체화시켜 공간에 적용함으로서 학교공간의 가장 바람직한 변화를 가져올 수 있을 것이다.

학령인구의 급격한 감소에 따른 학교의 소규모화가 가속화되고 있으며, 지역 및 학교 소멸에 대한 위기가 고조되고 있는 상황에서 소규모학교에서 미래교육 대응에 대한 필요성이 점점 증가하고 있다. 미래에는 유연한 교육과정, 디지털·인공지능 기반의 교실 수업 개선 등과 같은 교육과정을 통해서 학생들의 학교생활 만족도 향상, 창의성 및 인성 함양, 학업성취도 향상, 협력적 소통 역량 강화와 교사들의 교수학습 방법의 변화 등의 교육적 효과가 중요하다고 볼 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 학교공간혁신 등 학교시설을 미래지향적인 공간으로 변화시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 소규모 학교에서 미래형 교육체제가 무엇인지를 살펴보았고 학교공간 변화와 학교교육 상관관계, 스마트 환경 등 공간혁신의 교육적 효과와 지속가능성에 대한 인식을 중점적으로 분석하여 향후 소규모학교 공간혁신사업의 바람직한 추진 방향을 제시하였다.

Today, the paradigm of education is changing from teacher-centered, facility-centered, supplier-centered to student-centered, people-centered, and user-centered. In 2019, the Ministry of Education promoted the school space innovation project to provide a school space as a balanced life space, such as learning, play, and rest, through educational activities led by students, who are the leaders of the future society. Based on this, Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education prepared a manual for practice while carrying out a project to build a future classroom. In those projects 'user participatory design' is applied as a new design approach and facilitators play an important role as experts in the process of user participatory design. However, it is different from the guidelines by the Ministry of Education in terms of facilitator role; facilitator in Incheon's future classroom projects can be in charge of designer part. This was possible because the design scope was limited to the classroom space and the construction permit work was not applied, and the Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education seems to be able to successfully implement the plan derived through 'user participatory design' under the responsibility of the facilitator. However, this may be considered to be inconsistent with the basic purpose of the school space innovation project. In the case of the school unit project, it is considered that more systematic supplementation is necessary.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct and indirect impact of innovation space factors on the growth of semiconductor enterprises. Design/methodology - This empirical study uses the financial statements of 83 semiconductor listed companies in 23 provinces from 2004 to 2019 approved by CSRC (2019). A stepwise regression and backward regression are employed in order to examine the role of innovation space to expand technology investment in promoting business growth and uses South Korean Samsung's investment in China as a test case. Findings - Results indicate that innovation space, technology input, geographical area, owner's background, operating years and financing liabilities all contribute to a boost in business growth. Factors such as carbon emission, financial liberalization, government efficiency, technology input, and financing liabilities further influence management growth. Innovation space follows a nonlinear pattern, and this plays a positive role in magnifying the influence of technology on management growth. Additionally, operations of the state-owned companies and expansionary financing enterprises are influenced by the external economy. Regarding the spatial distribution, the Samsung investment in 24 companies in China shows that Samsung focuses on the acquisition of scarce resources for semiconductor production as a component of its investment and innovation strategy. Originality/value - Even though prior research has considered the concepts studied here, this study contributes to empirically evaluate the direct impact of innovation space on business growth, and the indirect impact of innovation space on business growth through technology investment. This study includes an in-depth discussion of the practical effects that innovation space has on China's economy, using a case of South Korean Samsung's investment in China as a test the empirical findings.

Indigenous innovation is the main strategy for China during 2006 - 20 period. China may hope that indigenous innovation policy will spur on industrial upgrading. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the indigenous innovation policy. The paper begins with the background of the strategy, follows the detailed content of the national strategy, then analyzes how the strategy is implemented. We find that the package of indigenous innovation policy is constructive and efficient for a catch-up economy with clear industry targets but not good for innovation. If China want to be an innovative country, it needs to give market competition more space to incubate and eventually yield increment or disruptive innovation, even radical innovation. Chinese enterprises cannot close themselves off to the global technology system. Only open innovation can give Chinese enterprises the possibility to win in the next wave of innovation in the world and make China an innovative country.
