Multi-item inventory problems can be well characterized by the nature of interaction of the quantities and timing. This interaction may be due to the effect of certain combination of orders. It is that the set-up cost of ordering individual items can be saved by jointly ordering at a time. This study finds a decision criteria of optimum inventory policy through the comparisons of individual multi-item order policy(IMP), joint multi-item order policy(JMP), augmented multi-item order policy(AMP) in cost ratio. Subsequently we assume that there exists a unique optimum order level corresponding to an optimum reorder range for the augmented multi-item order, at which a cost saying is maximum.

This study investigates 55 preservice secondary mathematics teachers' situational understanding of functional relationship. Functional thinking is fundamental and useful because it develops students' quantitative thinking about the world and analytical thinking about complex situations through examination of the relations between interdependent factors. Functional thinking is indispensable for understanding natural phenomena, for investigation by science, and for the technological inventions in engineering and navigation. Therefore, it goes without saying that teachers should be able to represent and communicate about various functional situations in the course of teaching and learning functional relationships to develop students' functional thinking. The result of this study illustrates that many preservice teachers were not able to appropriately represent and communicate about various functional situations. Additionally, it shows that most preservice teachers have limited understanding of the value of teaching function.

Information always comes with security and risk problems. There is the saying that, "The tall tree catches much wind," and the risks from cloud services will absolutely be more varied and more severe. Nowadays, handling these risks is no longer just a technology problem. So far, a good deal of literature that focuses on risk or security management and frameworks in information systems has already been submitted. This paper analyzes the causal risk factors in cloud environments through critical success factors, from a business perspective. We then integrated these critical success factors into a business model for information security by mapping out 10 principles related to cloud risks. Thus, we were able to figure out which aspects should be given more consideration in the actual transactions of cloud services, and were able to make a business-level and general-risk control model for cloud computing.

Carthami tinctorii Fructus is known for its good effect on diseases such as fracture, menorrhalgia, menoschesis, puerperium aneilema and so on. The study of irritation and toxicity of Carthami oil aquapuncture solution applied topically to the skin and the eye mucous membrane were carried out to prove the safety of Carthami oil aquapuncture solution in clinical use. Animal for the research was the rabbit and the solution for the test was made from Carthami semen. 6 animals were used for the skin test and 9 animals were used for the eye mucous membrane test. In results, both tests proved that Carthami oil aquapuncture solution makes no irritable reaction on skin and eye mucous membrane of rabbit. We consider that this result is helpful for saying about the safety of Carthami oil aquapuncture solution in clinical use.

The Principle of space composition in modern architecture is thought about functionalism that based on function and program but the present age attempt that escapes form of former space composition. The present age brings fast development than former ages, so we need the space which has correct flexibility on New Age for escaping in existing structural formality. Specially, the space that boundary of existing plate, column and wall is crumbled as becoming possible technological support with social backgrounds. What this study saying is the analysis about the relation between the concept of topology and the consecutive space composition. Therefore, there is the purpose understanding a characteristic of continuity of the plate through the topological concept and understanding the roll in interior space.

We attempted to purify radiolabeled RNA using Sephadex G-15 and G-50 chromatography instead of commercial RNA purification kit. In the Sephadex G-15 chromatography the major portion of RNA was eluted in the fractions ranging from 3rd to 5th whereas broad elution profile of RNA was obtained from the Sephadex G-50 chromatography. The elution profile and purity of RNA obtained from Sephadex G-15 chromatography was very similar to that by commercial RNA purification kit. Furthermore, operating time required for purification of RNA by Sephadex G-15 was rather smaller than that by commercial kit. Overall results suggest that the purification of radiolabeled RNA using Sephadex G-15 is more money and time saying than using commercial RNA purification kit.

How can a train move? While a car is driven by a driver who gets the traffic information and takes the road, a train is operated on the designated(or predetermined) track by the operator or the control center. There have been a great deal of changes and evolutions in the railroad environment. Along with these transitions, there have been also a considerable amount of changes in the control center. There has been no detailed analysis for the control center even though its importance has been recognized. It goes without saying that CCC(Central Control Center)'s importance as the core of the train driving system. Such an importance is true for the automated driving system such as the light rail system. Therefore this paper analyzes the CCC of AREX(Airport Express) from the various aspects, i.e., organization, personnel assignment, the way of working, qualification and job analysis for the operator.

This research is on the design and introducing of integrated thermal performance of super energy saying building, called 3 Liter house which can be sustained with 3 liter oil(kerosene) per $yr.m^2$. 3 liter houses(Passive houses) offer extended living comfort with only 15 to 20% of the space heating demand of conventional new building. To achieve this purpose, the efficiency of building components is improved, such as walls, windows or ventilation system and the construction technology is improved, such as the prevention of thermal bridge and the air tightness. The fuel cell is used as alternative energy. Energy consumption of 3L house is 2.08 [liter/$yr.m^2$] in monitoring result of $2006/2/1{\sim}2/7$ and ACH50 is 0.67 in result of Blow Door Test, therefore 3L House is well- insulated and well- airtighted house.

This study is to research application cases of domestic ventilation system for developing ventilation system which is energy-saving and improve Indoor Air Quality and to research application possibility of foreign hybrid ventilation system. This is a basic research data of developing ventilation system for energy saying and improving indoor quality which that research the function and a feature of the ventilation system which is applied in five domestic skyscrapers over 30 floors, and research application instances and features of foreign hybrid ventilation system.
