  • The organization which is does sale activity in 21c, face a radical environment changes and high competition. To overcome from these situation, employee who is does sale in field are important to set sustainablity to the organization. A sales person is one of member in organizations, so they have a relation with other employee in process of job. To increase there performance and satisfaction, LMX is focused by many researchers. LMX can increase job satisfaction which can increase job performance thought organizational justice. And career of employee can has moderate effect between LMX and organizational justice. To figure out casual relationship among factors, researcher conduct a empirical analysis use 210 samples from SME saleman. Result of empirical study show us every hypothesis which researcher set up has supported. Based on this result, reseacher provide manageric implications and conclusions.

생활폐기물 소각장 작업자의 작업환경과 작업복 현황 분석 (The Analysis of Actual State of Working Environment and Working Uniforms for Burning Waste Workers)

  • This study analyzes the actual state of the working uniforms worn by burning waste workers to protect their body from the hazardous environment. Directions for improvement of the clothing fabrics is also suggested. We visited and interviewed those persons who worked in the burning waste plant in Seoul and in Gyunggi Province. 245 workers were surveyed by questionnaires, and 211 workers out of 245 were statistically analyzed. Frequencies and percentages were calculated and $\chi$$^2$ test, ANOVA and Scheffe Post hoc comparison methods were utilized to test some hypothesis. The working uniforms were classified as four general types: separate type, disposable-coverall. overall, and winter clothes. At present, the working uniforms are not suitable for the conditions which they are used. There is a lack of ventilation and an inability to absorb perspiration limited elasticity, and the uniforms are prone to static shock. The degree of satisfaction varied significantly, based on the worker's educational background and main work. However, only a small percentage of workers interviewed were satisfied with the appearance and the fit of the present working uniforms. The working duration had a negative impact on the satisfaction of the worker. This results suggest that materials, colors, design and size of working clothes must be improved. The suggestions are as follows: Firstly. to use disposable non-woven fabrics finished to increase moisture regain. Secondly. to use the bad air permeability fabrics to protect the skin from absorbtion of harmful gases, flying dust, heavy metals, etc.

  • 아파트시장의 환경변화와 소비자 특성의 변화로 인해 아파트 선택시 소비자의 구매의사결정도 과거와는 매우 다른 양상을 보이고 있다. 아파트 건설업체들은 고객만족도를 높이기 위해서는 주거환경을 이해하고, 차별화된 주거가치를 고객들에게 제공하여야 한다. 그러나 지금까지의 선행연구에서는 주거환경이 주거가치, 주거만족, 재구매의도간의 관계에 대한 통합적 연구가 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부동산뿐만 아니라 마케팅 분야의 관련 선행연구들을 토대로 주거환경이 주거가치, 주거만족, 재구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 이러한 주거가치와 주거만족은 재구매의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 향후 아파트 건설업체의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 유용한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

  • 업무혁신으로 기업 운영의 핵심 전략이 될 것으로 기대한 모바일 오피스는 BYOD 환경에서 정보보안 이슈로 확산이 더디게 진행되었다. 본 연구는 기업의 모바일 오피스 서비스 만족과 지속적 사용에 대해 정보보안 요인들이 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 선행연구를 통해 모바일 오피스 정보보안에 대해 고찰하고 모바일 정보보안 위협에 대한 대응방안을 분석하였다. 연구 모형과 가설을 도출하고 설문 기반의 정량적 실증 분석과 전문가 인터뷰 기반의 정성적 실증분석을 통해 연구의 주요 결과를 규명했다. 이를 통해 모바일 오피스 서비스 만족과 지속적 사용을 위한 실무적인 시사점과 향후 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

충북지역 학교급식 영양(교)사의 친환경 농산물 사용실태와 인식 및 만족도 (Use, Perception and Satisfaction of Dietitians with Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products in School Food Service in Chungbuk Area)

  • This study aimed to investigate the use of environmentally friendly agricultural products (EFAPs) in Chungcheongbuk-do and the perception and satisfaction of school dietitians with EFAPs. The study survey was conducted from April to Jun 2018. Among 195 dietitians, 54.4% were nutrition teachers and 51.3% were working in elementary schools. Of the participants, 65% answered that the percentage of EFAPS in the total food cost was 10~30%. The most used EFAP food group was grains (64.6%), followed by vegetables (26.2%). The main reasons for using EFAPs were subsidies for EFAPs from local governments (85.1%) and students' health (52.3%). The average daily subsidy for EFAPs from the local governments was 201~500 won at 45.1%, and 200 won or less at 34.9%, which was based on one meal per student. In questions on satisfaction with using EFAPs, satisfaction with safety (3.93 out of 5 points) scored the highest, followed by nutrition (3.74), freshness (3.70), appearance (3.32), diversity (2.85), and price (2.78). Therefore, to expand the use of EFAPs in school food service, it is necessary to expand the provision of subsidies and increase EFAP production diversification.

위드 코로나 시대의 원격근무 솔루션 지속 사용 의도에 관한 연구: TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment) 모델을 중심으로 (Continuance Intention to use Remote Work Solutions(RWS) in the with Covid-19 Era: Focused on the TOE (Technology-Organization-Environment) Model)

  • 본 연구는 TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment) 모델을 기반으로 원격근무 솔루션(RWS)의 기술적, 조직적, 환경적 측면을 고려해 위드 코로나 시대 이용자들의 지속사용 의도를 설명할 수 있는 연구 모형을 제안하였다. 연구 모형 및 가설 검증을 위해 국내 원격근무 솔루션 사용자를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였고 부분최소자승법(Partial Least Square, PLS)을 이용해 411개 수집 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기능성과 보안성은 생산성 향상과 만족도에 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 또한 조직 준비성은 생산성 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치나 만족도에는 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 드러났다. 정부지원은 원격근무 솔루션의 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었으나 건강에 대한 우려와 지속사용의도와의 상관관계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 생산성 향상과 만족도, 지속사용의도 간의 상관관계들은 모두 유의한 것으로 확인되어 총 11개 가설 중 9개 가설이 지지되었다.

Multi-dimensional Emotional Intelligence Effects on Intrinsic/Extrinsic Motivation and Job Satisfaction: Analysis Using Laborer Perceived Organizational Support

  • Purpose - Based on previous studies, this study extends current research and investigates whether the sub-factors of emotional intelligence increase job satisfaction or employee intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and perceived organizational support. Research design, data, and methodology - This study categorizes service employees' (consultants) emotional intelligence into four sub-factors: regulation of emotion, appraisal of emotion, utilization of emotion, and expression of emotion. The study then investigates the sub-factor effects on job satisfaction. A total of 353 valid questionnaires were collected. Results - The results of the path analysis showed that appraisal, utilization, and expression of emotion had a positive effect on intrinsic motivation, and utilization of emotion had a positive effect on extrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation had a positive effect on perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion - As consultants' utilization of emotion is rendered as the ability to use emotion to improve performance, the conclusion is that such factors as monetary performance incentives are important in order to boost job satisfaction of the consultants.

N 스크린 서비스의 이용행태, 콘텐츠, 기능, 비용이 이용 만족도와 지속이용의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of User Behavior, Contents, Function, Cost on Use Satisfaction and the Continued Use Intention of the N-screen Service Users)

  • 본 연구는 N 스크린 서비스의 이용 행태(교차이용, 개인별 단말기 보유량, N 스크린 이용을 위한 지불금액, N 스크린 이용시간), 콘텐츠 특성(채널의 다양성, VOD의 다양성), 기능적 요인(시스템품질, 인터페이스, 결제시스템), 비용에 대한 이용자의 인식이 이용만족도와 지속이용의사에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. N 스크린 유료 경험이 있는 이용자를 대상으로 (N=498), 웹을 통한 설문조사를 한결과, 이용만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 기능적 요인 중 인터페이스로 나타났으며, 결제시스템, VOD의 다양성, 채널의 다양성, 비용 순으로 유의한 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이용자 차원에서 N 스크린 서비스 만족에 영향을 주는 요인들을 밝혀냄으로써, 스마트 미디어 환경에서 OTT 서비스 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

제품의 모듈화 전략과 고객만족의 비선형적 관계에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Nonlinear Relationship between Product Modularity and Customer Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - To meet the needs of various customers in an uncertain market environment, many companies use product modularization strategies. Modularization of a product means that one product consists of several components and that the type of product can be changed according to the combination of components. The greatest feature of modularity is that changes in one component do not significantly affect the physical changes in the other component to which they are connected. Modularization of products is recognized as a very important strategy to reflect increasingly complicated customer requirements to products and respond to the needs of various markets. Many studies have been made in connection with the concept of mass customer satisfaction. There are many prior studies that modularization of such products positively affects the operational performance (manufacturing cost, fast delivery, etc.) and innovation of the product. However, excessive modularization has been found to have a negative effect on this performance. However, there are very few studies on the nonlinear relationship between product modularization and customer satisfaction. Supplementing these academically insufficient parts is very necessary when considering the current market environment. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to make up for the shortcomings of academic research in Korea, this study collects data through questionnaires in electronic, auto, and defense industry. This is because these industries are using modularity of products. based on lots of previous studies and information overload theory, we made two hypothesis and verify with empirical analysis. All 108 data were used. We used the R program and SPSS program for statistical verification. Results - As a result of the study, modularization of products showed positive relationship with customer satisfaction to a certain level. However, it has been found that when the modularization is over and beyond a certain level, there is a negative relationship with customer satisfaction. Conclusions - Excessive modularization of products can have a negative impact on customer satisfaction. This result can be understood as a result of human limited rationality due to information overload. Therefore, it is important for companies to apply appropriate modularity to product design.

문화예술회관 옥외공간 경관구성요소의 이용만족도 연구 (A study on User Satisfaction of Landscape Component Factors for Outdoor Space of Culture Art Center)

  • The purpose of this study is to present direction in outdoors space planning and design after direction through user characteristic analysis through spectacle component establishment of culture art center outdoors space through on-the-site analysis and literature investigation to culture art center of Seoul city and capital region 17 places in this research. The data was collected from classification and bisection kind, subdivision kind, and great classification composed to 17 items. User satisfaction side and Variable that is looked below satisfaction than average appeared to bench, pergola, sculpture facilities, pavement facilities, border facilities. And these facilities were analyzed dissatisfaction. When see satisfaction model, when make up culture art center or similar facilities in local government hereafter because parking facilities and rest area cause big effect in satisfaction, is judged that is item to consider most preferentially. In most case, parking lot security from outdoors space, resting place security, security of field performance facilities etc. taking a serious view because tendency that users see performance or use most vehicles except neighborhood walking area for a rest, a walk etc.. is trend. But, is judged that physical side so that can feel satisfaction as space security of quantitative side is important but users utilize substantially and side that is the program are more important in hereafter.
