Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate undergraduate nursing students' volunteering activities, volunteering motivation- needs, sociability and satisfaction in their major for those who take the social service activities, and to provide basic information for operating the credit system of social service activity as service-learning system. Method: This study is a descriptive study and the participants were 363 of 2nd- and 3rd-year students at a nurses' college in I City, who completed the basic course of volunteering, and the survey was conducted during April 2004. Result: The group who participated in counseling service as a volunteering activity was high in volunteering motivation-needs, sociability and satisfaction in their major. In the group who performed volunteering through circle activities, those who volunteered for children, who participated longer and who had an active attitude showed high volunteering motivation-needs. In the group who had volunteering activities during weekdays, those who took an active attitude toward volunteering showed high sociability. Those who were somewhat dissatisfied with volunteering activities, however, showed significantly high sociability. Satisfaction in the major, namely, nursing was higher in senior students, in those who participated in volunteering activities for the first time at college, those who had religion, those who are active in volunteering activities and those who were highly satisfied with volunteering activities. Considering that active attitude toward volunteering activities and high volunteering motivation-needs enhance nursing students' satisfaction in their major, it is necessary to upgrade the current volunteering activities to the level of service learning. That is, it is necessary to develop new service learning in nursing curriculum that utilizes volunteering activities as well as what they learn in major for community societies.

Purpose : This study was conducted to check the effect on nursing college students' major satisfaction, adjustment to college life and nurse's image nursing students before clinical practical education. Methods : The study surveyed 209 college students majoring in nursing science in the city of B for the period of April through May 2022. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0 to determine the frequency, percentage ratio, average, and standard deviation. Statistical analyses included the t-test, analysis of variance, pearson's correlation coefficients. Results : As a result of this study, the average degree of satisfaction with majors was 3.88±.50, the average of college life adaptation was 3.26±.47, and the average of the nurse image was 3.90±.51. The major satisfaction according to the general characteristics of the study subjects showed a statistically significant difference in the motive for choosing a department (F=3.70, p=.003) and the thought of a nursing job (F=2.95, p=.004). The adjustment to college life according to the general characteristics of the study subjects showed a statistically significant difference in grade (F=3.50, p=.001), department selection motivation (F=2.69, p=.022) showed a statistically significant difference. The nurse image showed a statistically significant difference in residence type (F=6.00, p=.001) and nursing job thinking (F=2.11, p=.036). The correlation between the variables of the study subjects showed that major satisfaction was found to have a positive correlation with adjustment college life (r=.51, p<.001) and nurse image (r=.54, p<.001). It was found that adjustment college life had a positive correlation with the nurse image (r=.32, p<.001). Conclusion : The higher the degree of satisfaction with the major of nursing students prior to clinical practice education, the higher the degree of adaptation to college life. It is need to intervention studies that can improve the image of positive nursing.

Objectives : This study identified the mediating effect of satisfaction with clinical practice on the relation between nursing students' satisfaction with major and career preparation behavior. Methods : Study participants were 454 nursing students with a clinical practice experiences who were enrolled as members of two university in Korea. Data were collected with self-report questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS 19.0 program. Results : Satisfaction with major was positively correlated with career preparation behavior, and satisfaction with clinical practice was also positively associated with career preparation. A mediating effect of satisfaction with clinical practice was found in the relation between satisfaction with major and career preparation behavior. Conclusions : Universities and departments should provide much effort and support for the development of clinical practice experience curriculum and hands-on training that are appropriate for the students' level and interests so that their outcomes can be connected to the career preparation behavior.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of nursing professional intuition, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, self-leadership, and career preparation behavior of nursing college students, and to identify factors that influence career preparation behavior. Method: This study was a descriptive research study to analyze the factors affecting career preparation behavior. The data collection period was from August 03 to 30, 2020 for 4 weeks. The survey conducted an online survey of 220 students in grades 3-4 who were enrolled in 6 nursing departments located in P metropolitan city and G province, and have clinical practice experience. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 20.0 program. Results: Career preparation behavior had a significant positive correlation with nursing professional intuition(r=.455, p<.001) and self-leadership(r=.539, p<.001), and major satisfaction(r=-.337, p<.001) and clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.380, p<.001) had a significant negative correlation. Self-leadership(β=.424, p<.001) was the most significant factor influencing the study subjects' career preparation behavior, nursing professional intuition(β=.170, p=.010), clinical practice Satisfaction(β=.127, p=.047), employment information(β=.122, p=.023), major satisfaction(β=.137, p=.042) in the order, these variables were found in the order of The explanatory power of the factors affecting the subject's career preparation behavior was 40.2%. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to help nursing students' career preparation behavior, a strategy to provide a variety of employment information and a strategy for nursing intervention that can improve self-leadership, clinical practice satisfaction, and major satisfaction is required.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 전공만족도와 대학생활 적응이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행되었다. U시의 간호대학생 154명을 대상으로 하여 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 자료의 분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 간호대학생들의 전공만족도, 대학생활 적응은 전문직 자아개념에 양의 상관을 보여주었고, 전공만족, 대학생활 적응은 전문직 자아개념에 영향을 주는 요인임을 확인하였다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 전문직 자아개념을 향상시키기 위해 전공만족도를 높이고 긍정적인 대학생활 적응을 돕는 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하며, 제도적 뒷받침이 요구된다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 낙관성, 학업탄력성 및 전공만족도의 수준을 확인하고 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위함이며, 횡단적 서술적 조사연구로 설계하였다. 부산지역의 일개 대학에서 간호대학생 286명을 편의표집하였고, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 23.0 프로그램으로 기술통계, t-검정, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 위계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 낙관성 평균점수는 3.85±0.54점, 학업탄력성은 3.87±0.52점, 전공만족도는 3.75±0.63점이었고, 전공만족도는 낙관성, 학업탄력성과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 회귀분석을 통해 낙관성(β=.385, p<.001)과 학업탄력성(β=.356, p<.001)이 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 독립변수에 대한 최종 모형의 설명력은 49.2%였다. 이에 따라 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 높이기 위해서는 낙관성과 학업탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 간호교육과정 내에 도입하여 관리하는 노력이 요구된다.

본 연구는 자기효능감, 전공만족도, 임상실습 스트레스가 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 경상북도 소재 K대학교 간호학과 3,4학년 142명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하고 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 일반적 특성에 따른 핵심간호술 수행자신감은 학년(F=-2.08, p<0.05)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 핵심간호술 수행자신감은 자기효능감(r=.50, p<.001)과 전공만족도(r=.62, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 핵심간호술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도(β=.49, p=.002), 자기효능감(β=.24, p<.001)으로 41.7%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 핵심간호술 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위한 교육적 전략을 수립하고 이와 더불어 자기효능감과 전공만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 COVID-19를 경험한 간호대학생의 간호사이미지, 전공만족도와 간호전문직관, 불안 간의 관련성을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2022년 5월~7월까지 경기도 S시 간호대학생 230명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 간호사 이미지는 간호전문직관(r=.635, p<.001) 및 전공만족도(r=.581 p<.001)와 양의 상관관계를 나타났고 간호전문직관은 전공만족도(r=.504, p<.001)는 양의 상관관계를 불안(r=-.143, p=.030)은 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 COVID-19를 경험한 간호대학생은 간호사 이미지, 전공만족도, 간호전문직관을 높이고 불안을 낮추기 위해 위한 다양한 중재 프로그램이 모색하여야 할 것이다.

Purpose: This exploratory study aims to identify the influence of clinical practice belonging, satisfaction with major, and work values on the level of career identity among nursing students. Methods: The subjects of this study are 251 senior students from three nursing departments located in a metropolitan city. Using SPSS 22.0, the study uses technical statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The average scores for clinical practice belonging, satisfaction with major, and work values were 3.61, 3.87, and 3.70 out of 5.00, respectively, and 2.85 out of 4.00 for career identity. The factors affecting students' career identity were clinical practice belonging, aptitude, satisfaction with clinical practice, satisfaction with major, indoor work, service and employment at hospitals with 40 percent being explained by these variables. Conclusion: Through this study we found that clinical practice belonging has the greatest impact on career identity. In order to enhance clinical practice belonging, universities and clinical institutions need to develop new programs and curricula.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 간호전문직관, 대학생활적응의 관계를 확인하고, 전공만족도와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 간호전문직관의 역할을 파악하여 대학생활적응을 돕는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구대상자는 K시와 P시에 소재하는 4년제 대학 2개교에서 간호대학생 553명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 시행하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2016년 11월 07일부터 11월 25일까지였다. 설문에 응답한 데이터는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계(평균, 표준편차), t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchical regression analysis으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 전공만족도는 5점 만점에 3.86점, 간호전문직관은 5점 만점에 3.97점, 대학생활적응은 5점 만점에 3.34점이었으며, 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 간호전문직관(r=.640, p<.001), 전공만족도와 대학생활적응(r=.510, p<.001), 간호전문직관과 대학생활적응(r=.448, p<.001)은 각각에서 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있었다. 그리고 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 대학생활적응과의 관계에서 간호전문직관이 유의한 조절효과(F=8.460, p=.004)와 부분매개효과(${\beta}=.21$, p<.001)를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 전공만족도가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 간호전문직관이 매우 중요한 요인임을 보여준다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 높이기 위해서는 전공만족도를 높이고, 나아가 올바른 간호전문직관을 확립할 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.
