Purpose : This study examines the relationship among nursing students' self-leadership, the maturity of their career attitudes, and satisfaction with their studies to investigate these elements' impact on nursing students' satisfaction with their major course of study. Methods : A total of 236 students enrolled in the College of Nursing were identified as potential research subjects. The study was conducted between October 1 and November 2, 2017. A structured questionnaire was used to investigate the students' self-leadership, the maturity of their career attitudes, and satisfaction with their major course of study. SPSS for Windows 20.0 was used for statistical analyses. Results : The study's results found an average score for self-leadership among nursing students was 3.61 out of 5, their average score for career attitude maturity was 3.14 out of 5, and the their average score for career attitude maturity was 3.14 out of 5, and the average satisfaction level was 3.79 out of 5. These results indicate that the students' levels of satisfaction with the major are higher when their levels of self-motivation are stronger. In addition, the motivation for application, self-motivation, and satisfaction with academic subjects had an influence on their satisfaction with the major, where the explanatory power was 32.7 %. Conclusion : Based on these results, the development of self-motivation and a curriculum that can improve students' satisfaction with their academic subjects is necessary to enhance nursing students' satisfaction with their major course of study.

Purpose: This study involeved a descriptive survey to identify clinical practice satisfaction, self-esteem, and nursing professionalism of nursing college students and determined the factors that affected their nursing professionalism. Methods: Data were collected through a survey of conducted from December 4 to December 20, 2019 (N=186). The relationship among variables was analyzed using Pearson's coefficient correlation and affecting factors for turnover intention were identified by using multiple linear regression. Results: The research results demonstrate that the mean of nursing students' clinical practice satisfaction mean was 3.64 (5 total), the mean of self-esteem was 3.84 (4 total), and the mean of nursing professionalism mean was 3.89 (5 total). Nursing professionalism was significantly different by age and satisfaction with major. Nursing professionalism had positive relationships with clinical practice satisfaction, self-esteem, and satisfaction with major, but had a negative relationships with age. Clinical practice satisfaction, self-esteem, satisfaction with major, and age were identified as influencing factors in turnover intention, and the explanatory power was 43.3%. Conclusion: A strategy to increase clinical practice satisfaction and to enhance self-esteem in nursing college students is necessary. Likewise, further analysis and programs to improve clinical practice environments and training systems should be implemeted.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습에 대한 자아존중감, 감정노동과 전공만족도 관계를 파악하고자 실시되었다. 연구대상자는 B광역시와 K도 소재 임상실습을 경험한 199명의 간호학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구기간은 2015년 8월 3일부터 8월 17일까지이었다. 자료 분석결과 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 감정노동, 전공만족도는 3.53, 3.26, and 3.46점(5점 척도)이었고, 상관관계 분석에서 자아존중감은 전공만족도에 양의 상관관계를 보인 반면 감정노동은 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 회귀분석결과는 대학생활만족도, 학업성적, 자아존중감 이었다. 이들 변수의 설명력은 34%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 위해서 대학생활만족도, 자아존중감, 학업성적 관리가 요구된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare nursing professionalism between diploma students and bachelor students and to identify differences in factors affecting nursing professionalism according to nursing educational system. Methods: The participants were 462 nursing students who had completed all clinical practicum courses. Of these students, 255 were from one of 2 diploma degree colleges and 207 were from one of 3 bachelor degree universities. Collected data included general characteristics, professionalism, nursing image, self-efficacy, satisfaction with nursing as a major, and satisfaction with clinical practice. Results: Age, religion, grade point average, motivation for admission, nursing professionalism and satisfaction with clinical practice were significantly different between diploma and bachelor students. Image of nurse, satisfaction with nursing as a major and satisfaction with clinical practice were common factors influencing nursing professionalism in both groups. Self-efficacy was a significant factor only for diploma degree students and religion was a significant factor only for bachelor degree students. Conclusion: For more positive nursing professionalism by students, more attention should be paid to enhancing positive nurse images, satisfaction with nursing as a major and satisfaction with clinical practice during the students' period of study.

본 연구는 학제별 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도를 확인하고, 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 비교하기 위해 두 도시의 1개 전문대학 간호과와 2개 대학교 간호학과에 다니는 2~4학년생 420명을 대상으로 자존감, 자기효능감, 대인관계, 전공만족도 및 임상실습만족도에 대한 설문지를 작성하도록 하였고, 기술 통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Hierarchical multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 3년제와 4년제 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도는 자존감, 자기효능감, 대인관계, 전공만족도와 유의한 순 상관 관계가 있었다. 3년제 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도였고, 26.8%를 설명하였으며, 4년제 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도와 대인관계 및 성별이었고, 31.9%를 설명하였다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도를 높이기 위해서 전공만족도와 대인관계 등의 영향 요인을 기초로 한 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 간호전문직관이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행한 서술적 조사연구이다. 일개 대학 간호학과 4학년 123명을 연구대상자로 선정하였으며, 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2022년 10월부터 12월까지 자료수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 T검정, 분산분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자료분석결과 전공만족도, 간호전문직관 및 임상수행능력은 양적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 전공만족도와 간호전문직관은 임상수행능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 임상수행능력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도로 나타났으며, 모형의 설명력은 51.9%였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 강화를 위해서는 무엇보다 전공만족도를 높일 수 있는 간호교육과정 개발을 제언한다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2019년 6월 17일부터 6월 24일까지 G도 및 C도에 소재한 2개 간호대학생 159명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석 방법은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 일반적 특성 중 성별, 연령, 종교활동, 성적, 간호술기술 습득에 도움이 되는 방법, 자신의 건강상태는 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. 전공만족도는 학습 자기효능감, 기본간호술수행자신감, 실습만족도와 유의한 양의 상관관계에 있었으며, 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 이들 변수의 설명력은 63.0%이었다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 전공만족도 증진을 위해 학습 자기효능감, 기본간호술수행자신감, 실습만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발 및 검증이 필요하다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the correlations among nursing professionalism, clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. Method: The subjects were 184 nursing students recruited from one college located in D city. Data were collected using structured questionnaire, and analyzed with the PASW 21.0 program. Results: The results indicate that nursing students have levels of nursing professionalism, and clinical practice satisfaction that are higher than the median. Nursing professionalism showed differences according to plans for academic performance, major satisfaction, personality, and personal relations. Nursing professionalism was significantly correlated with clinical practice satisfaction, major satisfaction. Conclusion: Clinical practice satisfaction, and academic performance were the most influential factor predicting greater nursing professionalism. Thus, these factors should be considered when developing a program for enhancing nursing professionalism.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 자아존중감, 공감과 우울의 주요 변인이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 가설모형을 구축하여 경로분석을 통해 직·간접영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 2023년 3월 2일 부터 3월 30일까지 C도에 소재한 2개의 대학 200명을 대상자로, 자료분석은 SPSS 26과 AMOS 23으로 하였다. 최종 모델에서 자아존중감(𝛽=.29, p=.001), 공감(𝛽=.49, p=.001), 우울(𝛽=-.21, p=.032)이 전공만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며 자아존중감(𝛽=.12, p=.031)은 우울을 매개하여 전공만족도에 간접효과를 나타났다. 전공만족도에 대한 공감, 자아존중감, 우울의 설명력은 36%로 확인되었다. 자아존중감과 공감을 높이는 것은 직접적으로 전공만족도를 높일 뿐만 아니라 간접적으로 우울을 낮춰 자아존중감을 높이면 전공만족도를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 높이는 간호교육프로그램 개발 시 자아존중감, 공감을 높이고 우울은 낮출 수 있는 인지행동전략을 개발해야 할 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of major satisfaction in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement among nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from 142 nursing students from March 5 to March 9, 2018, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. Results: Academic self-efficacy had a significant effect on both major satisfaction (${\beta}=.31$, p<.001), and academic achievement (${\beta}=.43$, p<.001). The parameter of major satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the dependent variable, academic achievement (${\beta}=.22$, p=.007), and the independent variable, academic self-efficacy, also had a significant effect on academic achievement (${\beta}=.39$, p<.001). Thus, major satisfaction was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between academic self efficacy and academic achievement. The Sobel test showed that the path of the academic achievement and academic self efficacy variables was significantly mediated by major satisfaction (Z=2.99, p=.003). Conclusion: Academic self-efficacy was found to affect academic achievement, and major satisfaction was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between academic self efficacy and academic achievement.
