남성 캐쥬얼 웨어 점포의 서비스품질에 따른 고객만족과 관계 마케팅 (Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Marketing according to Service Quality of Men's Character Casual Clothing Brand Stores)

  • This study had a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction and relationship orientation. The subjects of this study were: 1) to examine the conceptual structure of service quality perceived by males consumers of character clothing brands, 2) to examine of the service quality on customer satisfaction, and 3)to examine relationship between customer satisfaction and relationship orientation. The questionnaire was collected between October, 28 and November, 8 in 2002. Samples of 271 respondents were obtained. The sample consisted of males in their twenties and thirties who had a experience on buying character clothing brands in Seoul. To analyze the data, reliability analysis, percentage, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were applied. The results were as followings: 1) As a result of factor analysis, the service quality were identified by four dimensions: environmental service, personal service, products service, and promotion service. 2) As a result of correlation analysis and regression analysis, the service quality had a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Especially products service was the most important factor for customer satisfaction, followed by environmental service. 3) As a result of correlation analysis, customer satisfaction had a positive influence on relationship orientation.

요양시설 입소노인의 시설 만족도, 불안, 자아존중감, 스트레스, 우울이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Facility Satisfaction, Anxiety, Self-esteem, Stress, and Depression of the Elderly in Care Facilities on Their Life Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 요양시설 입소노인의 시설 만족도, 불안, 자아 존중감, 스트레스, 우울이 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 밝히려는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 K시에 소재한 요양시설 입소노인 271명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSSWIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, 일원변량분석, 상관분석 등을 실시하였고, 실증분석은 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였다. 분석결과에 대하여, 첫째, 입소노인의 성별과 연령, 교육정도, 배우자 유무에 따른 생활만족도의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 생활만족도는 서비스 만족도, 의료서비스 만족도, 시설환경 만족도, 자아존중감과 상관이 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 자아존중감과 서비스 만족도, 시설환경 만족도가 높을수록, 가족관계 스트레스가 낮을수록 생활만족도가 높다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때, 요양시설 입소노인의 생활만족도는 자아존중감과 서비스 만족도, 시설환경 만족도가 긍정적인 영향을 주는 중요한 요소임을 시사한 것이라 할 수 있다.

경제활동 노인의 우울이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어 일 만족도의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction in the Impact of Depression on Life Satisfaction of the Working Elderly)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 경제활동을 하는 노인의 우울과 일 만족도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 우울이 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주는 데 있어 일 만족도의 매개효과를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법: 자료는 한국보건사회연구원에서 주관한 2017년도 노인실태조사 자료를 근거로 이차 자료분석을 실시하였으며 65세 이상의 노인 중 경제활동을 하는 노인 3060명을 대상으로 하여 경로모형을 만들고 경로분석과 매개효과 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 결과: 우울과 일 만족도, 삶의 만족도는 모두 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주는 요소들의 효과 크기는 우울(.38, p=.019)과 일 만족도(.22, p=.009) 모두 유의하였으며 일 만족도에 영향을 주는 우울(.20, p=.009)의 효과도 유의하였다. 우울이 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 일 만족도의 매개효과(Z=7.17, p<.001)가 유의하여 우울은 일 만족도를 매개로 하여 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 경제활동을 하는 노인의 우울과 일 만족도는 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치며 그 중 우울은 일 만족도를 매개로 하여 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 노인의 삶의 만족도를 증진시키기 위해서는 일 만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책 및 간호 중재가 필요하다.

산학 실습 근무 여건이 호텔 및 외식 전공 학생들의 산학 실습 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 전북 지역을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Working Conditions on Internship Satisfaction of Hotel & Restaurant Management Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of working conditions on internship satisfaction. Hotel & Restaurant management students at universities in Jeonju participated in this study. Out of 156 questionnaires, 149 were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 and descriptive analysis, frequency test, factor analysis, reliability test, chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, duncan's multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used. Based on the result of the conducting factor analysis, the working conditions were classified into 2 factors: work suitability and work environment. Internship satisfaction was classified into 3 factors: internship preference, education and work satisfaction, company satisfaction. Cronbach's alpha was calculated for the reliability of the survey instrument. Consequently, the working conditions were shown to affect internship satisfaction. Among the working conditions, work suitability had a lower effect on internship satisfaction than work environment. At the resort used in this study, the salary level was high, but the level of work environment, internship preference, and company satisfaction was low. The students wanted attend an internship program at the desired place to be hired and found that it was more important to be assigned to the desired department than having a higher salary.

백화점 중간관리 형태에서 백화점 및 패션업체의 권력원천과 판매원의 직업의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Power Sources of Department Store and Fashion Company, and Salesperson's Job Consciousness on Job Satisfaction in the Middle Management System of Department Store)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of power sources of department store and fashion company, and salesperson's job consciousness on job satisfaction in the middle management system of department store. Questionnaire data from 193 salespeople in the middle management of department store were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, coercive power, informational and expert power, and referent power of department store had significant effects on job satisfaction. The coercive power of department store had a negative influence on job satisfaction, while informational and expert power, and referent power of department store had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, referent power, expert power, reward power, coercive power of fashion company had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Third, referent power of department store had a greater influence on job satisfaction than other power sources. Fourth, job commitment and pride, prospect awareness had a positive influence on job satisfaction, while professional self-awareness had no effect on job satisfaction.

  • The goal of this research is to compare influences for living periods between physical functional satisfaction and psychological emotional satisfaction in a ghetto area. The research site is 'Sujin1 dong' in Sungnam city which is one of the oldest residential areas in the city. Based on the analysis of the urban contexts for the research site, surveys are conducted to gather the data which are treated by several statistical techniques: 'Factor analysis', 'Reliability Analysis', 'Multiple regression analysis'. Through the statistical process, conclusions are drawn as follows. In the ghetto urban area, (1)-The higher the psychological emotional satisfaction, the longer the living period, (2)-The longer the residence period, the lower the physical and functional satisfaction, (3)-The two satisfactions tend to be opposite to each other according to the living period. (4)-The psychological emotional satisfaction is more related with living period than the physical and functional satisfaction is.

병원 내부고객 만족경영이 구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원 인식과 조직공정성 지각의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of the Internal Customer Satisfaction Management on Job Satisfaction at General Hospital - Focused on the Moderating Effect by the Organizational Support Awareness and Organizational Justice -)

  • The purpose of this study is proving the effects of the internal customer satisfaction management on worker's job satisfaction at general hospital. In the relationship between the management and the satisfaction, the study also finds the moderating effect of the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice. For this study, it was surveyed targeting 270 employees who work in seven general hospitals in Busan. As the result, 246 questionnaires returned. All of these questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The method of analysis is descriptive statistics using SPSS VER. 18.0, correlation analysis, regression analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. The main results of empirical analysis were as follows: First, in the effect of the internal customer satisfaction management to worker's job satisfaction, it has positive effect to internal communication and the commission of authority and it has positive effect to worker's job satisfaction. Second, the organizational support awareness & the organizational justice have moderating effect on the relationship between the internal customer satisfaction management and worker's job satisfaction. Third, the study proves that supporting management hierarchy shows positive effects for all socio-demographic characteristics in the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice.

글로벌 화장품 브랜드의 소비자 만족도 분석: 텍스트마이닝 기반의 사용자 후기 분석을 중심으로 (Customer Satisfaction Analysis for Global Cosmetic Brands: Text-mining Based Online Review Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study introduces a systematic framework to evaluate service satisfaction of cosmetic brands through online review analysis utilizing Text-Mining technique. Methods: The framework assumes that the service satisfaction is evaluated by positive comments from online reviews. That is, the service satisfaction of a cosmetic brand is evaluated higher as more positive opinions are commented in the online reviews. This study focuses on two approaches. First, it collects online review comments from the top 50 global cosmetic brands and evaluates customer service satisfaction for each cosmetic brands by applying Sentimental Analysis and Latent Dirichlet Allocation. Second, it analyzes the determinants that induce or influence service satisfaction and suggests the guidelines for cosmetic brands with low satisfaction to improve their service satisfaction. Results: For the satisfaction evaluation, online review data were extracted from the top 50 global cosmetic brands in the world based on 2018 sales announced by Brand Finance in the UK. As a result of the satisfaction analysis, it was found that overall there were more positive opinions than negative opinions and the averages for polarity, subjectivity, positive ratio, and negative ratio were calculated as 0.50, 0.76, 0.57, and 0.19, respectively. Polarity, subjectivity and positive ratio showed the opposite pattern to negative ratio, and although there was a slight difference in fluctuation range and ranking between them, the patterns are almost same. Conclusion: The usefulness of the proposed framework was verified through case study. Although some studies have suggested a method to analyze online reviews, they didn't deal with the satisfaction evaluation among competitors and cause analysis. This study is different from previous studies in that it evaluates service satisfaction from a relative point of view among cosmetic brands and analyze determinants.

Analysis of Factors Affecting Major Satisfaction

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze general characteristics and empathy factors of nursing student's major satisfaction. Participants in this study were 235 students from both located in J do and C do Universities. The research method was a cross-sectional survey and the survey period was from September 1 to 10, 2017. The questionnaire was used to investigate general characteristics, empathy, and major satisfaction. The analysis was based on frequency analysis, p value of t or F value, Pearson correlation, regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The result of this study were as follows: (1) The C University showed higher satisfaction than J University(3.44), (2) the factors affecting major satisfaction were school location, grade, religion, cognitive empathy, and emotional empathy correlated, Regression analysis was used to examine factors that correlated with major satisfaction, followed by hierarchical regression analysis to identify the most influential factors. (3) The result of the analysis showed that the greatest influence factors on major satisfaction were the University location(${\beta}=.325$, p<.01), the cognitive empathy (${\beta}=.287$, p<.01), and the next order was negative grade(${\beta}=-.230$, p<.01). Based on the results of this stud, the following conclusions can be drawn. The most influential factor in the major satisfaction was the school location, but this was an irreversible factor. Therefore, if the cognitive empathy factor and grades are corrected, it can be said that it can increase the satisfaction of major in nursing University students. In this study, it was emphasized that cognitive empathy contained in the course of nursing education program and suggested guidance on major satisfaction in lower grades.

보행자 전용도로의 이용자 경관만족 요인분석 -분당 신도시를 중심으로- (The Analysis of User's Degree on Landscape Satisfaction Factors for Pedestrian Road -Case Study of Bun-Dang New Town-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate factors and variables which have significant effects on landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road in Bun-dang new town and to suggest basic information for urban pedestrian road design. These works consist of two phase. First, we tested the Hye-Cheon college students' degree of landscape satisfaction for 37 spots of urban pedestrian road and then selected 10 sports slide by the Sturges' formula. Second, we analysed factors and variables on landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road using the semantic differential scale method and then processed using descriptive analysis, factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1) The difference of landscape adjectives between the highest score of landscape satisfaction slide and the lowest score landscape satisfaction slide were diversity of vegetation, plenty of the shade of a tree, naturalness and cleanness. 2) Diversity of vegetation, width of road, freedom of danger and diversity of environment can be significant variables of major effects on landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road by using the multiple linear regression analysis. 3) Factors covering the landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road have been found to be Environment of urban pedestrian road and Constitution of urban pedestrian road. By using the Varimaxs' rotation factor analysis for the number of factors' cumulative percentage has been obtained as 64%. 4) Environment of urban pedestrian road and Constitution of urban pedestrian road can be significant factors of major effects on landscape satisfaction of urban pedestrian road by using the multiple linear regression analysis. In conclusion, the landscape satisfaction factors and variables of urban pedestrian road need to be considered in plan or design the urban pedestrian road.
