간호여대생의 지각된 부와의 의사소통, 부의 정서표현, 성정체성이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The effect of perceived father communication, emotional expressiveness and gender identity on self-efficacy of nursing college female students)

  • 본 연구는 간호여대생의 지각된 부와의 의사소통, 부의 정서표현, 성정체성이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 자기효능감 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 B시의 간호학과 여학생으로 자료수집은 2016년 5월 23일부터 5월 27일까지 였고, 최종 270부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 자기효능감은 $3.21{\pm}0.38$점으로 나타났고, 일반적 특성에 따른 자기효능감은 경제상태(F=5.13, p=.006), 부와의 관계(F=4.74, p=.001), 성적(F=5.22, p=.006), 성만족(F=4.00, p=.004)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 연구대상자의 부와의 의사소통, 부의 정서표현, 성정체성, 자기효능감과의 상관관계에서 자기효능감은 개방적 의사소통(r=.30, p<.001), 긍정적 정서표현(r=.37, p<.001), 성정체성(r=.26, p<.001)과는 정적 상관관계, 폐쇄적 의사소통(r=-22, p<.001), 부정적 정서표현(r=-.26, p<.001)과는 부적상관관계를 나타냈다. 연구대상자의 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 부의 긍정적 정서표현, 부정적 정서표현과 성정체성으로 나타났고, 설명력은 18.2%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 간호여대생의 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 확인하기 위한 반복연구가 필요하고, 자기효능감의 영향 요인에 대한 중재가 필요하다.

노인의 가족지지와 삶의 질 (A Study on Perceived Family Support and the Quality of Life in the Elderly)

  • In modern society, the human average life span has been prolonged due to medical benefits and changes in society, which results in the rapid and world -wide increase in the population of elderly. Consequently, the field of nursing science, as well as the field of many other discipline, has shown increasing interests in issues on the elderly. In addition, to improve the quality of life for elderiy people a great deal of effort has been made. The purpose of our study is to analyze the correlation between family support and quality of life in order to develop basic data for nursing interventions to maintain life satisfaction of the elderly. The sample consists of 108 subjects residing at home whose ages are over 65 years old. The data has been collected, from November 11, 1996 to November 23, 1996, through interviewing the elderly using a questionnarie. For the family supoort we used two: 1) the 5 - point Likert scale questionnarie developed by Gallo and Warren (Family support I) and 2) the 5-point Likert scale developed by H. S. Kang(Family support II), and for the quality of life we used the 3 - point likert scale questionnarie developed by Choi, Young Hee. For data analysis we used percentages, means, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and ANOVA. The results of our study are as follows: 1. For perceived family support I & II, the minimum score is 12 & 19, the maximum score is 32 & 46, the mean score is 24.49 & 34.90, respectively. 2. For Quality of life, the minimum score is 13, the maximum score is 39, the mean score is 28.61. 3. there is a very strong correlation between the perceived family support of the subjects and Quality of life (for I r=0.35047, p<.001 and for II r= 0.60558, p<.001). 4. The relationship between the general characteristics of the elderly and our two variables. family support and Quality of life, is as follows: 1) According to age(for II F=5.32, p<.01), the amount of monthly pocket money(for II F= 3.52, p<.05), inmate(for I F=2.93, p<.05, for II F=2.84, p<.05), economics(for I F=8.99, p<.01. for II F=7.51. p<.01), supporter(for I F=4.01. p<.01. for II F=3.43, p<.01), there is a statistically significant difference in family support. 2) According to the amount of monthly pocket money(F=6.69, p<.01), inmate(F=2.24, p<.05), economics(F=15.38, p<.01), there is a statistically significant difference in Quality of life. In conclusion, it can be said that the family support is an important variable to the Quality of the elderly life.

루브릭을 활용한 자유탐구 지도가 초등학생의 자유탐구에 미치는 영향 및 인식 조사 (The Effect and Cognition of Open-Inquiry Lesson using Lubric on the Elementary Student's Open-Inquiry)

  • The purpose of this research is to find the effect of the lesson using open-inquiry report Lubric on open-inquiry standard and science process skill; to find the change of cognition on open-inquiry for elementary school 5th grade students. Two classes (elementary school 5th grade) were selected which located in a small and medium-sized city for this research and they were separated as an experimental group and a comparative group. Open-inquiry lesson was done by referring teaching method which introduced through the curriculum. The procedure was understanding about open-inquiry, making open-inquiry subject, planning, and performing inquiry, mid-term, performing inquiry, making a report, presentation, and evaluation. Open-inquiry report Lubric which developed by Sook-Kyung Kim et al. (2010) was provided to the experimental group. Comparative group was instructed by using open-inquiry report which introduced to the elementary school 5th grade science text book. Interview paper was developed in order to check out the effect of the research by using a test paper of science process skill. The following could be found out through the research. After open-inquiry lesson, 10 open-inquiry reports(5 reports from experimental group, 5 reports from comparative group) have been drawn at random as samples from the total 62 sets (30 reports from experimental group, 32 reports from comparative group) and evaluated by a researcher and two elementary school teachers who have master degree. The reliability of the 3 scorers was 0.923 of mean correlation coefficient. And then the researcher evaluated all open-inquiry reports. The average score of open-inquiry report was 66.78 for experimental group, 54.27 for comparative group, respectively. And there was a significant difference at p<0.05 level as a result of the t-test. The experimental group rated high at p<0.05 level according to the analysis of post-science process skill test. According to the result of survey, both experimental group and comparative group had understood open-inquiry activity. It was especially rated high for experimental group on understanding scientific inquiry process, interest and satisfaction in open-inquiry and re-participation rate. By interviewing experimental group, it is recognized that the students utilized Lubric very well through the overall process. Finally, self-evaluation was done during open-inquiry activity and it was reported that the students gained more knowledge about science and changed to positive about science. As a result, the lesson using open-inquiry report Lubric was effective for students to improve writing skill of an open-inquiry report and science process skill and finally changed the cognition to positive about open-inquiry lesson.

부산지역 여성고객들의 외식소비성향이 긍정적 감정반응과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Relation between Effects of Positive Emotional Response of Female Customers in Busan and Behavioral Intention according to Their Food Service Consumption Propensity)

  • 본 연구는 전문한식당을 이용한 경험이 있는 부산지역 여성들을 대상으로 외식소비성향에 따른 긍정적 감정반응이 행동의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 3월 10일부터 3월 25일까지 설문조사를 진행하여 248부를 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS을 이용하여 빈도분석 확인적 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형(SEM : structure equation model)을 시행하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 5개의 요인으로 분석되었고, 확인적 요인분석에서 평균분산추출값(AVE)은 .508~.665이고, 합성신뢰도(CR)값은 .905~946값으로 집중타당성이 있는 것으로 판명되었다. 가설 검정에서 가설 1은 외식소비성향은 긍정적 감정반응에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 설정하였는데, 맛 추구형(${\beta}$=.325, t=3.907, p<.001), 건강 추구형 (${\beta}$=.190, t=2.688, p<.001), 분위기 추구형 (${\beta}$=.188, t=2.515, p<.001)로 분석되어 가설 1은 채택되었다. 가설 2는 긍정적인 감정반응은 행동의 도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 설정하였는데, 표준화 경로계수가 ${\beta}$=.496(t=6.388, p<.001) 분석되어 가설 2는 채택되었다. 외식업체 경영자들은 여성고객들의 외식소비성향에서 맛 추구형이 긍정적인 감정반응에 가장 큰 영향력이 있다는 점과 고객들이 긍정적 감정반응(유쾌함, 편안함, 만족함, 즐거움)을 느낄 수 있도록 업체의 분위기를 만드는 것이 중요하다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

충남 일부 지역 대학생의 식사의 질, 식행동 및 에너지 평형상태 조사 연구 (A Study on Diet Quality, Food Behavior and Energy Balance of College Student in Chungnam Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of food behavior on dietary food intake status and health condition based on research of food behavior and nutritional intake status of university students in the Chungnam area. The average age, height, and weight of the subject group were 22.1 years old, 174.2 cm, and 67.0 kg for the male students and 20.9 years old, 161.8 cm, and 53.4 kg for the female students, respectively. From the nutritional intake status data, the averaged daily energy intake of both groups, male and female, are lower than the dietary reference intake(KDRI), as 2,169.2 kcal and 1,846.2 kcal, males and females, respectively. The lipid intake ratio was higher than the dietary reference figure, and the carbohydrate intake ratio was determined to be in the proper range. Male students(54.6%) and female students(52.0%) of the entire subject group skipped a breakfast mainly due to insufficient time, and the time at which meals were consumed, was determined to be irregular generally. In a day, male and female students have a heavier dinner than lunch(p<0.05), respectively. Meat and fishes are preferred by the entire subject group, and the number of students, who do not eat carrot and mayonnaise(p<0.05), was determined to be the highest, of all foods surveyed. The averaged daily activity coefficient and the resting energy expenditure shows significant difference(p<0.001) between two groups; was 1.7 and 1.6 and the second was 1,404.3 kcal/day and 1,292.5 kcal/day for the male and female groups, respectively. As the number of attempting to reduce body weight(p<0.001), the amount smoking(p<0.001), or the frequency of drinking alcohol increases, BMI decreases. On the other hand, as body shape satisfaction increases, BMI increases also.

기본 간호학 실습교육에서 모듈 학습자료 개발과 그 효과 연구 - 감염과 배설에 관한 실습 교육을 중심으로 (Study on the Development of Modularized Instruction and the Effect of Its Application - Focused on the Asepsis and Elimination Practice -)

  • This study was done to develop self - directed learning modules related to asepsis and elimination including urine and stool for Fundamentals in Nursing practice education contents and to measure the effectiveness of those modules. The subjects of this study were 96 sophomore students in the nursing college. Self-directed learning modules were developed by the researcher on the basis of the Lippincott Learning System of Kruger (1986) and Modules for Basic Nursing Care of Ellis (1992). Videotape was editted by using videotape made by the Lippincott Company and Film strip made by the Trainex Company with Korean dubbing. Self-directed learning was done for one week with the asepsis module and two weeks with the elimination modules after confirming the requiered level of knowledge acquisition through pre-test. For measuring proficiency in self-directed learning, a written test for cognitive domain, a sufficiency test for psychomotor domain, and a confidnece examination for affective domain were given. The data were analyzed using descritive statistics, and Pearson correlation coefficient using a SPSS-PC program. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Sufficiency test and confidence examination grades showed high levels in both asepsis and elimination. 2. Written test grades showed a high level in asepsis and elimination of urine but showed a medium level in eliminationin of stool. 3. Grades of sufficiency and confidence in asepsis and elimination practice were statistically significant with a moderate positive correlation (r=0.4- 0.5, p<0.001). 4. Grades of sufficiency and written tests in asepsis and elimination practice also were statistically significant with a moderate positive correlation (r=0.5-0.7, p<0.001). 5. Students showed relatively high contentment with the self-directed learning modules themselves but revealed relatively low contentment with video program and the self-directed learning process. In conclusion, this study disclosed that proficiency levels in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains were high when asepsis and elimination modules were applied. Also students showed high satisfaction with the modules themselves, but didn't show high contentment with the video programs. In considering low contentment with the self-directed learning process, it is estimated the students had experienced some difficulties about using self-directed learning modules because this was their first exposure to the self-directed learning module and they were already accustomed to the demonstration-practice method.

집중형 수문모형을 활용한 홍수유출자료 공간적 확장성 분석 (Spatial Extension of Runoff Data in the Applications of a Lumped Concept Model)

  • 홍수빈도해석이나 홍수예측과 같은 홍수조절을 위한 필수적인 정보는 유출자료이다. 하지만, 소규모 유역의 경우 유출자료를 측정하지 않는 미계측 유역의 다지점 분석과 총량분석을 위한 정보가 너무 부족한 실정으로 이를 극복하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 집중형 모델인 저류함수법를 활용하여 충주댐유역을 세분화하여 적용하였다. 충주댐 유역은 22개의 소유역으로 분류하였으며 충주댐 수위관측소의 유출자료의 공간적 확장성을 검증하였다. 홍수사상은 1990년부터 2009년까지의 21개 홍수사상을 활용하여 한 곳(충주댐 유입량)의 자료를 중심으로 22개 소유역의 저류함수법의 수문지형학적 특성에 관여하는 매개변수(k, p, $T_l$)를 고정하고 홍수사상마다 달라지는($f_1$, $R_{sa}$)를 최적화 하며 22개 유역의 유출자료를 생산하였다. 교차검증 지점인 영춘과 판운 수위관측소의 평균 Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE)는 충주댐의 유입량이 0.71을 나타낼 때 각각 0.67과 0.52를 나타내 유출자료의 확장성에 있어서 만족(NSE > 0.5)하는 범위에 들어 집중형 모형을 활용한 유출자료의 확장가능성을 보였다.

건강수준이 노인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Health Status and the Quality of Life of the Rural Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the health status on the quality of life of the rural elderly, and to examine the conditional effect of socialsupport for that influence. 'Quality of life' used in this study was defined by unidimensional approach. The data were collected by conducting individual interviews with 296 rural elderly people aged 60 and the above who were living in one township of Kangwondo, between the time period of October and November 1995. The main findings are as follows: 1. Hierarchical regression analyses were carried out to examine the relative contribution of three set of variables on the quality of life. The first step, which included sociodemographic factors showed that the coefficient of determination (R$^{2}$) was 8% and income was a statisically significant variable. The second step, by adding health related factors, revealed that the R$^{2}$ was increased to 34% by 26% point and the degree of health recognition was the statistically significant variable. The third step, by projecting additionall social support related variables revealed that the R$^{2}$ was 42% 2. The conditional effect of social support was analyzed to examine the influence the health status has on the quality of life. The results are as follows: 1) The IADL and the degree of social contact interacted, resulting in that the higher degree of social contact boosted the stronger effect of IADL. 2) The effect of subjective health recognition on the quality of life is depended upon degree of family ontact. 3) The effect of eyesight on the quality of life is depended upon degree of satisfaction in social relation. The lower the degree of social support was, the bigger the influence of health related variables affecting quality of life became. This study explains that health status is a major factor in predicting the quality of life of the aged. Particularly the subjective health recognition was an important factor as the perception of quality of life.

안양시 B초등학교 학교구강보건실 운영사업이 학생구강건강에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of an Oral Health Program by B School Dental Clinic in Anyang City)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 구강보건사업에 대한 유용성을 제시하고자 안양시에 소재한 B초등학교의 학교구강보건사업의 사업군과 대조군을 대상으로 구강건강상태 및 구강보건지식, 태도, 행동 그리고 이와 관련된 변수들의 연관성을 조사 분석한 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 조사 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 성별, 학년, 부모의 직업, 부모의 교육수준과 영구치우식경험도의 차이를 보면 성별과 학년에서 두 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 있었다(p < 0.05). 2. 학교구강보건실 구강보건사업의 사업군과 대조군의 구강보건 지식, 태도, 행동 수준을 비교해 본 결과 행동과 태도에서 두 집단 사이에 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며(p < 0.05), 지식에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3. 학교구강보건실 구강보건사업의 사업군과 대조군의 구강건강인지도, 구강건강상태만족도, 구강치료필요도에 따른 차이를 비교해 본 결과 두 집단 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다(p > 0.05). 4. 주관적 구강건강인지도, 건강상태만족도, 치료필요도, 구강보건지식, 태도, 행동, 영구치우식경험도간의 상호연관성에 대한 분석결과 구강보건에 대한 지식이 높을수록 구강보건에 대한 태도와 행동이 적극적이었으며(P < 0.01), 구강보건태도가 좋을수록 행동에 적극적이었다(p < 0.05). 5. 구강보건에 대한 태도가 양호할수록 영구치우식경험도는 낮게 조사되었으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었고(p > 0.05), 구강보건행동과 영구치우식경험도와는 약간의 음의 연관성이 있었다(p < 0.05). 6. 주관적 구강건강인지도와 구강건강상태만족도는 강한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 영구치우식경험도가 높을수록 구강건강인지도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다(p < 0.05). 또한 영구치우식경험도가 높을수록 구강병치료가 필요하다고 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 구강보건지식이 높고 태도가 좋을수록 구강치료가 필요없다고 느끼는 것으로 나타났다(p < 0.05).

자궁적출술 후 여성과 배우자의 성생활 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Sexual Life between Women and Their Spouses after Hysterectomy)

  • The purpose of this comparative study is to find out women and their spouses' sexual life and the factors affecting on their sexual life after women's hysterectomy. The data were the 110 questionaires which were collected from the participants, the 55 women who had undergone a hysterectomy due to gynecologic disease or benign tumor of genital organs and their spouses from January 1, 1999 to January 30, 2002 in one general hospital located in Seoul, Korea. Questionnaires were mailed to couples, who agreed to participate on the study and self reported questionnaires returned in the pre-stamped envelopes. And personal visits were made for those couples who did not respond. Tools for Sexual life and characteristics of sexual activities were reconstituted by the author based on Kim(1996) and Chang(1988)'s tools and were reviewed by a nurse specialist. Data analysis was done by SPSS 10.0 program using frequency, percentage, mean, S.D. Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, oneway ANOVA and multiple regression. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Of all female subjects, 80% had experienced hysterectomy below the age of 50. 2. 72.8% of female subjects and 67.3% of male subjects did not receive any sexual education & counseling before and after the surgery. More than 60% of both female and male subjects answered that it was necessary to have a sexual counseling. And 40% wanted to receive sexual counseling from a professional sexual counselor. 3. More than half of couples started their first coitus within 4 weeks after the surgery. And 88.9% of females and 85.2% of males answered that they were experiencing orgasms with their sexual relationship. 4. Influencing factors on the satisfaction level of sexual life were couple's intimacy and sexual discomfort in women and couple's intimacy and sexual knowledge in spouses. These factors explained the 33% and 24% of total variance respectively. In conclusion, the result suggests that it is necessary for couples to receive a professional sexual education and counseling to improve couples' quality of life. It is also necessary for institutions to use prepared nurses by receiving sexual counseling and education program as a professional sexual counselors or educators so as to provide individualized sexual education and counseling for their clients.
