The Difference of Price Zone Evaluation According to Type of Consumer and Purchasing Behavior

  • This study examines whether there are differences in consumer's evaluation price zone on the clothing clue (the type of clothing, brand, time of fashion, place of origin, material. submaterial, place for sale) according to consumer purchasing behavior. Therefore the ultimate goal is to offer help in fixing price when establishing marketing of the clothing industry by grasping the actual price set by consumers under the IMP system. The female consumers of 20s and 30s were chosen as study subjects for their sensitivity to the purchase of clothing. The tests carried out in this research are: SPSSIPC+ is used for frequency Analysis. The Results of this study are showed as the following: It was analyzed that 4 types of consumer are the reasonable consumption oriented consumer, fashion oriented consumer, the no care of fashion consumer and high price oriented consumer Among the several kinds such as the type of clothing, brand, time of fashion, place of origin, material, submaterial, place for sale, only on the type of clothing, there are difference in the type of the consumers, on the time of buying clothes, in the behavior of buying clothes and also on the degree of fashion and the place of origin among such kinds.

국내 저가 화장품 브랜드에 대한 감성적 경험이 브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emotional Experience with Korea's Low-Price Cosmetic Brands on Brand Relationship)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional experience dimension on the brand of the low price cosmetics and to empirically investigate the effect of emotional experience on the relationship between customers and brand. Data were collected for 10 days starting on March $2^{nd}$ 2009. Questionnaires were distributed to 517 female college students who experienced to purchase the products of the low price cosmetic brand and answers were collected. The results of analysis on collected data showed that the emotional experience was classified into sense, spatial environmental emotion, sales promotion emotion, salesperson emotion and visual/verbal identity, and emotional experience on low price cosmetic brand had a positive effect on the relationship between customer and brand. Specifically, it was showed that emotional experience on low price cosmetic brand significantly affected the customer satisfaction, brand trust and brand attachment. In terms of effect of emotional experience on customer satisfaction, the orders in the degree of influence were following: the sense, spatial environmental emotion, sale promotion emotion and salesperson emotions. In terms of effect of emotional experience on brand trust, the orders in the degree of influence were following: the sense, salesperson emotions, sale promotion emotion and spatial environmental emotion. In terms of effect of emotional experience on brand attachment, the orders in the degree of influence were following: the sense, spatial environmental emotion, salesperson emotions, visual/verbal identity and sale promotion emotion.

  • 소비자들의 특성 등 안경원 경영에 필요한 다양한 정보들을 구체적인 데이터 분석에 의존하기 보다는 다년간의 운영 경험에 따른 경영자의 경험에 의존하는 경향이 크다고 할 수 있다. 안경원의 제품 판매에 있어서 다양한 정보들을 수집하고 분석하는 것은 안경원의 지속적인 발전에 매우 중요한 요소라고 판단된다. 본 연구는 내구시내 중심가에 위치한 1개 안경원에 대하여 지난 2013. 1월부터 2013. 10월까지 10 개월 간 조사 대상 안경원에서 발생한 판매 정보를 이용하여 안경 및 렌즈 등의 판매 현황, 월별, 요일별, 가격대별 판매 정보를 수집하고 경향 등을 분석하고 비교해 보았다. 본 연구 데이터는 안경원의 제품 판매 수량 또는 금액을 직접적으로 표현하는 것이 곤란하여 조사 기간 중 판매된 제품 수 또는 매출액에 대한 비율로 환산하여 표기하였다. 국산보다는 수입 안경테 및 선글라스의 판매 비중이 압도적으로 높았으며, 렌즈의 경우에는 국산 렌즈보다는 수입 렌즈의 판매 비중이 다소 높았다. 가장 많이 판매된 가격대는 30 만원 이상 50 만원 미만이었다. 그리고 평일 보다는 주말 또는 공휴일에 판매가 급증하였으며, 여름을 정점으로 서서히 증가하다가 여름 이후에는 감소함을 확인 할 수 있다.

권리사용료의 지급과 관세평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Payments of Royalty & License Fee and Customs Valuation)

  • This study tries to conduct a systematic analysis on whether adding up the royalties and license fees or not in measuring the taxable amount of tariff. We have confirmed that three main criteria to decide whether it is yes or not are non-inclusion, relatedness and condition of sale. We also have realized that whether satisfying a condition of sale or not depends on license agreement, sales contract, special relationship and so on. Furthermore, we have made case studies of bonded factory, film's domestic distribution, exempt royalty and license fee, price for exclusive use of relevant technology, retroactive application of price change and strict interpretation. Based on the case studies we have derived the following conclusions: First, the royalties and license fees only actually paid to the licensors may be added to taxable amount. Second, the royalties and license fees incurred after the imported goods are made into domestic goods may not be added up. Third, the royalties and license fees paid as a price for use may not be added up. Fourth, the analogical interpretation of relevant codes is not accepted.

판매촉진 수단이 의류제품 평가에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effect of Sales Promotional Marketing Means on Evaluation of Clothing Product)

  • This study was designed towards female college students to find out how increasing promotional marketing means are affecting the evaluation of clothing products; qualify perception, value perception, and purchase intention. 704 female college students participated in this study and SPSS package was used to analyze gathered data. The results of this study were as follows: First, the use of sales promotional means and preference had a significant difference among students demographic factors(residence, whole Income of the family, allowance, and clothing expenses). Second, qualify perception, value perception, and purchasing intention were the three factors of clothing product evaluation. Third, normal price and $30\%$ sale price clothing was perceived as high quality product and $50\%$ sale price clothing was perceived as high valued product. Purchasing intention was high when low price was suggested or promotional gift was given. Fourth, when considering product price as the factor of product evaluation, there were significant difference between the prices of product. And also, considering the product price, there were significant difference among factors of product evaluation and sales promotional means. Fifth, there was significant correlation between qualify perception, value perception, purchasing intention, usage and preference of promotional means. Further more, value perception was main factor that affected purchasing intention.

매도후임대의 리스크 대비 성과의 비교분석: 선박투자회사 출자 및 선박 인수 사례를 중심으로 (A Comparative Analysis of Risk-to-Performance of Sale and Lease Back: Based on the cases of ship investment company investment and ship acquisition)

  • Purpose - I analyzes risk-to-performance evaluated in the market using data from sale and lease back. Specifically, I analyze from the perspective of financial institutions that purchase sale and lease back based on the cases of investment by ship investment companies and acquisition of ships. Design/methodology/approach - I use 49 sale and lease back data from 2017 to 2019 for empirical analysis. Findings - The main results of this paper are as follows. First, after sale and lease back of domestic ships, the average amount of sales by the leased shipping company is 25.1 billion won, the average amount of investment by the purchased financial institution is 14.6 billion won (60%) and the average length of the ship is nine years. In ship finance, sale and lease back is deemed to be appropriately used as a means of restructuring for a large amount of money. Second, the main risk factor for sale and lease back of domestic ships is credit risk and can be measured in VaR in practice. As a result of the empirical analysis, the average credit risk burden ratio is 9%. As a major risk factor, low creditworthiness of restructuring companies is the key. Third, as a result of measuring the profitability of financial institutions that purchase sale and lease back of domestic ships at a net current price, it has an average value of 300 million won, but the deviation by case is very large. Fourth, the risk adjusted performance of sale and lease back of domestic ships is 0.54 on average compared to the total risk capital, and 0.52 compared to the stock-risk capital, and as with profitability earlier, the deviation of each case is very large and misaligned. In order to boost the sale and lease back market for large and long-term assets, in order to overcome low profitability as a prerequisite for future participation of commercial purchased financial institutions, it is expected that purchase decisions based on expectations versus risk will be necessary. Research implications or Originality - The results of this paper are expected to broaden the understanding of sale and lease back and foster the ability to assess long-term risk and performance. Based on this, it is believed that rapid restructuring of companies through sale and lease back of large amounts of long-term assets will greatly increase the utility of the domestic financial market.

The Analysis of Pine Stumpage Prices Based on Timber Sale Characteristics of the Southern United States

  • The stumpage price changes were calculated and analyzed from the data collected by Timber Mart-South from 1998 to 2007. We analyzed the relationship between pine sawtimber stumpage prices and timber sale characteristics using hedonic pricing method. Quadratic transformation was employed for sale size and contract length. Stumpage prices increased with sale size, contract length, bid sales, and the number of bidders. The presence of above average or excellent grade, market conditions, and logging conditions also are positively related to stumpage prices.

초고층 주상복합 건물의 개발사업 단계에 따른 주변지역 아파트가격의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Changes of the Apartment price in Accordance with Project process of Super high-rise mixed use buildings)

  • High-rising buildings are a sort of solution to recent cities. Till now real estate development was concentrated in new development on vacant lots, and it resulted urban sprawl. Generally large cities are confronted with the exodus of industry and population from city. High-rising buildings solve many problems associated with this problem. The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of super high-rise mixed use building project process on apartment price. For this study, the hypothesis is that price of apartments is influenced by project process of super high-rise mixed use building. The study concerned 4 variations of project process that is building permits stage, sale stage, construction starting stage and stage of moving into building. The target projects of buildings are selected by number of floor(over 40 floors) and construction time. And 48 apartment complex are selected around super high-rise mixed use building. This study uses hedonic price function to analysis effect of project process of super high-rise mixed use building. A price of apartments is defined as a dependent variable. Characteristics of residence, complex, district and super high-rise building are defined as independent variables. The results are as follows; first, there is no error in price model of this study. Second, it is found that apartment price was influenced negatively by building permit stage and sale stage of super high-rise mixed use building. But that was influenced positively by construction starting stage and stage of moving into building of that. Third, as the project process of super high-rise mixed use building was proceeded, price of apartments was increased.

직.간접석탄액화공정의 경제성 평가 (Economic Evaluations of Direct/indirect Coal Liquefaction Processes)

  • This report examines the economic feasibility of a commercial 50,000 barrel per day direct/indirect coal liquefaction (DCL/ICL) facility to produce commercial-grade diesel and naphtha liquids from medium-sulfur bituminous coal. The scope of the study includes capital and operating cost estimates, sensitivity analysis and a comparative financial analysis. Based on plant capacity of 50,000BPD, employing Illinois #6 bituminous coal as feed coal the total capital cost appeared $3,994,858,000(DCL) and $4,942,976,000(ICL). Also, the internal rate of return of DCL/ICL appeared 13.27% and 12.68% on the base condition. In this case, coal price and sale price of products were the most influence factors. And ICL's payback period(6.8 years) was longer than DCL's (6.6 years). According to sensitivity analyses, the important factors on DCL/ICL processes were product sale price, feed coal price and the capital cost in order.

  • In accordance with the guidelines on the balcony structure changes in December 2005, most of tenants were moving into apartment housing, expand the balcony, but some large deviation between the price construction costs set of cases, due to overuse and the cause of the dispute, and the housing law amended in 2007 due to price cap system is implemented, the cost of expansion the balcony overdose pointed out that there is set to boost the sale price has been raised. These issues in order to improve the government in January 2008, the "Note costs by the balcony expansion" suggested guidelines to protect the rights of tenants and wants to promote the settlement of the sale price cap system. This study calculated the "Note costs by the balcony expansion" window system based on double or single, high performance insulation window system of the quantitative performance analysis of each type window that purpose.
