With the development of information and communications technology (ICT) and big data technology, anyone can easily obtain and utilize vast amounts of data through the Internet. Therefore, the capability of selecting high-quality data from a large amount of information is becoming more important than the capability of just collecting them. This trend continues in academia; literature reviews, such as systematic and non-systematic reviews, have been conducted in various research fields to construct a healthy knowledge structure by selecting high-quality research from accumulated research materials. Meanwhile, after the COVID-19 pandemic, remote healthcare services, which have not been agreed upon, are allowed to a limited extent, and new healthcare services such as health recommender systems (HRS) equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) and big data technologies are in the spotlight. Although, in practice, HRS are considered one of the most important technologies to lead the future healthcare industry, literature review on HRS is relatively rare compared to other fields. In addition, although HRS are fields of convergence with a strong interdisciplinary nature, prior literature review studies have mainly applied either systematic or non-systematic review methods; hence, there are limitations in analyzing interactions or dynamic relationships with other research fields. Therefore, in this study, the overall network structure of HRS and surrounding research fields were identified using citation network analysis (CNA). Additionally, in this process, in order to address the problem that the latest papers are underestimated in their citation relationships, the GraphSAGE algorithm was applied. As a result, this study identified 'recommender system', 'wireless & IoT', 'computer vision', and 'text mining' as increasingly important research fields related to HRS research, and confirmed that 'personalization' and 'privacy' are emerging issues in HRS research. The study findings would provide both academic and practical insights into identifying the structure of the HRS research community, examining related research trends, and designing future HRS research directions.

Ultrasonic inspection methods are widely used for detecting flaws in materials. The signal analysis step plays a crucial part in the data interpretation process. A number of signal processing methods have been proposed to classify ultrasonic flaw signals. One of the more popular methods involves the extraction of an appropriate set of features followed by the use of a neural network for the classification of the signals in the feature space. This paper describes an alternative approach which uses the least mean square (LMS) method and expectation maximization (EM) algorithm with the model based deconvolution which is employed for classifying nondestructive evaluation (NDE) signals from steam generator tubes in a nuclear power plant. The signals due to cracks and deposits are not significantly different. These signals must be discriminated to prevent from happening a huge disaster such as contamination of water or explosion. A model based deconvolution has been described to facilitate comparison of classification results. The method uses the space alternating generalized expectation maximization (SAGE) algorithm In conjunction with the Newton-Raphson method which uses the Hessian parameter resulting in fast convergence to estimate the time of flight and the distance between the tube wall and the ultrasonic sensor Results using these schemes for the classification of ultrasonic signals from cracks and deposits within steam generator tubes are presented and showed a reasonable performances.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate Toegye's simhak in relation to spiritualism. In general, we call Chu Hsi's learning "lihak" (the learning of principle) while Wang Yangming's learning is described as "simhak" (the learning of mind). However, we sometimes call Toegye's learning "simhak" in spite of his respect for Chu Hsi's philosophy of li. Toegye's simhak is different from Wang Yangming's. Nonetheless, Toegye too, highlighted the existential meaning of truth. Toegye regarded simgyung (the book of mind) as one of the most important classics for self-cultivation. As is well known, Toegye's main concern was concentration on mind and heart cultivation. Toegye understood li as a spiritual being, which can actualize itself. The goal of simhak is to become a sage. For a sage, there is no contradiction between moral norm and human desire. To become a sage, Toegye developed the theory and practice of mind cultivation. Toegye's simhak has some common characteristics with Louis Lavelle's philosophy of spiritualism. Both Toegye and Louis Lavelle lay great emphasis on self reflection and spiritual life. In particular, Toegye developed the concrete method of mind cultivation. In the 21st century, human beings are confronted with spiritual crisis in many aspects. Toegye's simhak can be advanced as useful wisdom to keep one's mind in a peaceful and harmonious state.

Confucius said, "at fifteen, I had my mine bent on learning, At thirty, I stood firm, At forty, I had no doubt, At fifty I knew the decrees of Heaven, At sixty, my ear was an obedient organ for the reception of truth, At seventy, I could follow what my heart desired, without transgressing what was right." This dissertation's aim is to articulate the ideas and methodology of 'learning to become a sage' based upon his saying. Confucius believe in reality of the human mind & it's nature. What Heaven has conferred is called the human nature. An accordance with this human nature is called path of human duty. Confucius's concept of human path is realization of humanness. Confucian's Human relationship is none other than conscientiousness and altruism. This Rule is expressed in the confucian version of reciprocity: "What you do not wish for yourself, do not do to others." Confucian principles of reciprocity imply is equal to Kantian Categorical imperative. This principles imply universalizability and equal consideration.

This article's aim is to contrast Dasan's commentary with Chu-tzu' and old commentary on The Meaning of learning(學) and ming(命) in Confucius Analects analects. Confucius Analects analects began with Confucius said, " Is it not pleasant to learn with a constant perseverance and application?"(1:1), and closed with Confucius said, "Without recognizing the ordinances of Heaven, it is impossible to be a superior man. We can consider Confucian analects as theory of science. I've tried to define the meaning of learning(學) in Confucius Analects, at first. The Meaning of learning in Confucian analects have 1) Technology, 2) the way of human relation, 3) liberal ar, and 4) 'learning to become a sage. Chu-tzu defines learning(學) in Confucius Analects as 'learning to become a sage'. Dasan's considered learning(學) as science in general. Chu-tzu' and old commentary defined zhiming(知命) in Confucius Analects is 'to know the fact that there is destiny in man's life(ex, life and death). Dasan reinterpreted ming(命) in Confucius Analects as human mind-nature.

This experiment was carried out to select adaptable winter wheat varieties to deep seeding for developing early maturing, cold tolerant, and high yielding varieties. Varieties adaptable to deep seeding had deep crown and cold tolerant or early maturing characteristics. Varieties which had deep crown at 6cm seeding depth were Namkwang, Wonkwang, Suweon #202, Milyang #5, Milyang #7, Kitagamigomugi, Norin # 4, J ukoku # 81, Sage, Blueboy, Expection, Oasis, C.I. 14034, Rossalka, Benhur, Biserka, Martonvasar-1, and Martonvasar-2.

Fishman and Larson (1987) derived tropical tropospheric column ozone by subtracting stratospheric column ozone measured by the Stratospheric Aerosol and Gas Experiment (SAGE) from total column ozone obtained by the Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS). Later, the Convective Cloud Differential (CCD) method (Ziemke et al., 1998) indicated stratospheric ozone is invariant with longitude and concluded the zonal variation of total ozone determines the zonal variation of tropospheric ozone. Firstly, the author suggests a new term of the "Pro-Engineer's Doctrine" on every engineering work. This renewed term should be in their minds who are doing any kinds of scientific and technological works in his/her field. The term, "doctrine", is based on a wise sage, renewedly, so-called "The Way of the measuring squire(혈矩之道)" saying in one of the Oriental classics. Also, he explains here another term, "Investigation of things, attainment of knowledge(格物致知)" that is very similarity to the "Pro-Engineer's Doctrine" from the same book.

국제간 정보통신전달 수단으로 인공위성과 해저케이블이 상호보안적으로 사용되어 왔다. 특히 최근에 와서는 해저 광케이블의 등장으로 국가간 정보통신전달 수단으로 케이블의 역할이 급격히 증대되고 있다. 해저케이블은 열악한 해양환경에 노출되어 있으므로 건설시나 운용중에 손상 받을 가능성이 아주 크며 그로 인한 파급효과가 엄청나다. 또한 해저케이블 사고시 복구에 많은 시간과 어려움이 뒤따르며 비용도 막대하다. 따라서 해저케이블의 안전성을 확보하는 것은 매우 중요하며 이에 대한 보호대책이 절실하다. 본 논문에서는 해저케이블의 건설 및 운용상에 발생할 수 있는 여러 불안전 요인들을 찾아 그에 대한 대책방안을 고찰해 보고자 한다.
