The Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH) accreditation system was initiated in 2013 in the form of mandatory accreditation system in order to improve patient safety and the quality of medical service at LTCHs. By June 2016, the accredited LTCHs were 76.2%. This research was conducted to review the implementation process in the first cycle and to promote development of the second cycle of LTCH accreditation system. There are some changes which reinforced the accreditation standards, accreditation survey, and public access to accreditation results in order to strengthen patient safety in the first cycle LTCH accreditation system. LTCHs which participated in the accreditation system achieved certain outcomes in respect to patient safety and employee satisfaction. However, there are several urgent problems in placement criteria of night duty health care providers, reinforcement plans in the accreditation system, and incentives for accredited hospitals. In order to solve these problems, the most important thing is to clearly recognize the fact that the healthcare accreditation system is not the means for control and regulate hospitals but a system to induce hospitals to continue to strive for improvements in patient safety and medical service quality. In addition, it is required that LTCHs, accrediting agency and the Ministry of Health and Welfare compromise and cooperate to seek solutions every time issues related to the accreditation system arise.

독성, 환경 노출 및 인체에 대한 위해성 유해성 등 안전성에 대한 문제점을 가지고 있는 나노물질의 확인 및 안전성 확보의 요구가 점차 높아지고 있다. 나노물질은 화학물질로 이용될 뿐만 아니라 소비자가 이용하는 제품으로 범 분야에 걸쳐 활용되기 때문에, 보다 효과적인 나노물질의 안전관리 제도화를 위해서는 각국의 정책사례를 규제 강도별, 나노 적용분야별, 규제대상 종류별로 구분하여 정책 동향을 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 나노물질의 잠재적 위험성을 최소화시키기 위해서는 사전예방원칙을 적용한 제도의 구축 또한 필요하다. 더불어 국내 실정에 적합한 정책 수립을 목표로 하고, 국제 흐름에 선제적, 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 방안도 함께 고려해야 한다.

The Public Address and Passenger Information System of Rolling Stock should be able to perform automatic announcements in connection with TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System), common announcements and emergency announcements for safe operation and the passengers. CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) System also should be able to watch passenger compartment for safety. Those equipments are very important thing for train service and safety. but the installation of equipment is restricted by space, weight, modulation. therefore, Passenger Information Intergrated System(PIIS) is required to consider economical efficiency, technical trend, expansion and space insufficiency. and system based on IP network has to be considered as new PIIS. so PIIS could meet economical efficiency and expansion. and it could go further and share network with TCMS and others.

Recently, marine traffic engineering has been developed until that possible to estimate a change in traffic flow caused from some transformations of the traffic condition and to assess whether changed traffic condition is can be accepted as a useful thing in navigation or not by compute simulation. This paper's main substance is assessment of the present marine traffic safety at these area adjacent to Pusan harbor. Also in this study, it was carried out in order to be convinced of validity of round about TSS to expect changing in traffic flows by the institution of round about TSS and to assess expected traffic flows by using Environmental Stress assessment model.

At the Rolling-stock, most important thing is thorough maintenance for safety as a mass transit. Recently, many studies of cost down method and acquisition of high reliability have being progressed with considering of safety. Maintenance cost is closely relative to the preventive maintenance. But generally the preventive maintenance is decided in compliance with an experience. So the study of cost down method at the preventive maintenance is difficult. In this study, many results of effectiveness and optimization for the preventive maintenance are checked. Then., it is possible that efficiency preventive maintenance method will be able to suggest.

Last 2003, the CRM mayor was not lively glaringly. At beginning of the year, it may be said that gained result fewer than half of that is forecasted. Under the these environments, defines the LTV rule that can improve the customer value. And then, Scheduling plays an important role in shop floor planning. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem.

The most important thing in the garments enterprises is fast reaction. Expecially in the China has both many population and large territory, so each region of China, for instance, northeast, northwest, huanan, huabei, has various climate and considerably different temperature. As a result China garments enterprises require different clothes at the same time. This study build a reliable market-response process as a sub module of SCM that lay emphasis on production and sale cope with specific character of China. This process build a information chain including manufacture-planning, manufacture-ordering, production, arrivals of goods, distribution, sale, sale-evaluation, cross shipment, supplement shipment, and ordering popular goods and similar products. As a result of those, the focused points of this process are real time data gathering and various analysis of data, so it can be possible supporting more faster and more accurate market decision making system and our proposed goal is accomplishment of management profit.
