This study was to investigate the association among satisfaction of nutrition labeling, change of purchase behaviors, and dietary life care, based on the awareness of nutrition labeling at expressway rest areas. The subjects (n=903) were divided into two groups, according to the awareness of nutrition labeling: Awareness of Nutrition Labeling (ANL) group, n=367; Non Awareness of Nutrition Labeling (NANL) group, n=536. Effort of health care and identification of nutrition labeling was significantly higher in the ANL group, compared with the NANL group. As for the main reason for not identifying nutrition labeling, 'not interested in nutrition labeling' was the highest in the ANL group, and 'Don't know nutrition labeling is provided' in the NANL group. Identification ratio of nutrition labeling in future was significantly higher in the NANL group, compared with the ANL group among the subjects who didn't identify nutrition labeling before. After their becoming aware, a change of food purchase after reading the nutrition labeling was significantly higher in the ANL group, compared with the NANL group. Health beliefs on the nutrition labeling were significantly higher in the ANL group, compared with the NANL group. Satisfaction of nutrition labeling was also significantly higher in the ANL group, compared with the NANL group. The ANL group also expressed a necessity of expansion of nutrition labeling, compared with the NANL group. In the ANL group, identification of nutrition labeling was significantly higher in the hard effort group, compared with the little effort group of dietary life care. Therefore, improvement and campaign of nutrition labeling for consumers at expressway rest areas, especially for the NANL group, will be effective in identifying nutrition labeling for their health care.

This study presents an improved inspection system for slopes adjacent to educational facilities. For this, field investigations for 5 schools and 3 universities were performed to analyze the engineering stability of infrastructures, which ensure the safety of students and educational officers. Educational laws and the relevant enforcement are reviewed to understand the problems of current laws and enforcement. The results reveal that the engineering measures and reinforcement are required for the slopes of 36%. Also, the improvement of social awareness and regular inspection is needed to maintain the educational infrastructures. The suggested inspection system includes the fundamental and detailed checklists and guidance for non-engineering specialists.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the awareness and performance towards the dental radiation protection behaviors in dental institutions in Busan and Gyeongnam. Methods : Two hundred and one dental medical institutions in Busan and Gyeongnam participated in the survey from March 10 to April 4, 2014. The data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 for ${\chi}^2$ test, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results : There were significant differences in the awareness and performance towards the radiation protection behaviors according to age, monthly income, and type of hospital(p<0.05). Protective equipment influenced on the awareness and performance of dental staff and patients(p<0.001). The important variables on dental radiation protection included protection facility and education of protective equipment. It is found the variable to affect the performance of dental radiation protection was protection facility, wearing of protective device staff and patients, education on RSM. Conclusions : These results can provide the basic data for the effective dental radiation safety management and improvement for the dental institutions.

우리나라 어린이 교통사고 사망자 수는 현재 OECD 회원국 평균 수치 보다 높게 나타나고 있으며 이에 어린이 보호구역 사고율을 감소시키기 위해 주의를 기울일 필요가 있다. 교통사고분석시스템 TAAS 통계에 따르면 2015년 ~ 2019년 어린이(12세이하) 교통사고 통계자료에서 보이는 바와 같이 최근 우리나라 어린이 교통사고 사망자 수는 꾸준히 감소하고 있으나 사고건 수와 부상자 수는 지속적으로 증가, 감소를 반복하고 있다. 우리나라 어린이 교통사고의 사고건 수와 부상자 수가 증감을 지속적으로 반복하고 있는 상황에서 위의 통계와 동일하게 어린이 보호구역 내 어린이(12세이하) 교통사고 사고건 수와 사망자 수, 부상자 수 또한 2019년도부터 크게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구는 선행연구(어린이 보호구역 사고위험도 실태조사를 통한 개선방안에 관한 연구, 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 통한 어린이 교통안전시설 개선방안에 관한 연구)와 달리 어린이 교통사고 중 가장 높은 사고율을 보이고 있는 어린이 보호구역 내 어린이 교통사고를 예방하기 위해 교통안전시설물 실태조사와 더불어 운전자의 안전의식에 관한 설문조사를 통해 연구를 진행한 후, 이를 통해 문제점을 분석하여 어린이 보호구역 내의 교통 안전성 향상 및 운전자의 안전의식 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하고자한다.

This paper provides an integrated view on human and system interaction in advanced and automated systems, which adopting computerized multi-functional artifacts and complicated organizations, such as nuclear power plants, chemical plants, steel and semi-conduct manufacturing system. As current systems have advanced with various automated equipments but human operators from various organizations are involved in the systems, system safety still remains uncertain. Especially, a human operator plays an important role at the time of critical conditions that can lead to catastrophic accidents. The knowledge on human error helps a risk manager as well as a designer to create and control a more credible system. Several human error theories were reviewed and adopted for forming the integrated perspective: gulf of execution and evaluation; risk homeostasis; the ironies of automation; trust in automation; design affordance; distributed cognition; situation awareness; and plan delegation theory. The integrated perspective embraces human error theories within three levels of human-system interactions such as affordance level, psychological logic level and trust level. This paper argued that risk management process should dealt with human errors by providing (1) reasoning improvement; (2) support to situation awareness of operators; and (3) continuous monitoring on harmonization of human system interaction. This approach may help people to understand risk of human-system interaction failure characteristics and their countermeasures.

본 연구는 화재 피해의 최소화를 위한 근본적 대책 중의 하나인 유도시스템에 필수적인 피난 유도음 도출을 위한 기초 연구로서, 소방공무원과 일반인을 대상으로 피난자들의 화재에 대한 일반의식과 선호 피난 유도음을 파악하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로서 1) 응답자들은 집이나 직장과 같은 익숙한 장소에서는 화재 안전의식이 점점 높아지고 있고 있으나, 새로운 공간을 접했을 경우 아직도 화재 안전의식은 높지 않는 것으로 나타냈다. 따라서 낯설은 공간에서의 화재 안전의식 향상을 위한 교육 및 제도 개선이 필요하다고 판단된다. 2) 화재 발생 시 견딜 수 있는 예상시간과 및 안전하게 피난할 수 있는 여유시간에 대한 조사 결과, 여유시간이 매우 짧은 것으로 인식하고 있어 초기 대응에 대한 적절한 대처가 필요하다. 3) 시야가 확보되지 않는 상황에서 피난 유도시스템의 피난 유도음으로 여성의 음성으로 "비상구는 이쪽입니다"와 함께 싸이렌, 빛을 병용하는 피난 유도 하는 시스템을 가장 선호하였다.

고용노동부의 산업재해 사고사망 통계에 따르면 건설업의 사고 사망자는 458명으로 사고사망자의 77.3% 가 50세 이상이며, 41.9% 가 60세 이상 고령층인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 건설현장에서 근무중인 고령근로자 68명을 대상으로 안전교육, 보호구, 안전의식에 대해 파악하고자 설문조사를 진행하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 고령 근로자들이 가지고 있는 모순적인 안전의식을 재고하기 위해 시각자료를 활용한 안전 교육의 다양화의 필요성에 대해 확인하였다. 또한, 보호구에 대한 높은 필요성 인식과 현장 착용에도 불구하고 보호구 착용에 소극적인 근로자를 위한 개인 신체에 맞는 보호구 지급과 주기적인 교체 등의 보호구의 개선의 필요성에 대해서 확인하였다.

The main goal of this study is to examine the current status of architectural glass in terms of its risk for inflicting injury in elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools. Through objective analysis of data contributed by the investigation of the cause, degree of seriousness, and bodily location of injury, the hazardousness of architectural glass in educational facilities will be evaluated. Most importantly, this study is an attempt to increase awareness of the need for establishing a safety standard in the installation of safety glass in order to prevent injuries inflicted by architectural glass in educational facilities.

The construction industry has the most safety accidents among domestic industries. Special care must be taken because disasters in the construction industry lead to social problems caused by huge property losses and casualties. As a result of this, there is a growing awareness of disasters occurring in the construction industry, and government departments are tightening regulations on safety management. In particular, the OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Agency) focuses on the expansion of protection targets and the clarification of responsibility in the full amendment OSHA. As a result, a study that focuses on safety management by client's responsibility is needed. In this study, the project performance capability assessment of construction project management contractors, which is being carried out with uniform assessment criteria without considering the characteristics of the construction project, is considered and all the amendments to the OSHA are considered, and the factors were derived for improvement measures.

건설업의 사망만인률은 더이상 줄어들지 않고 답보상태에 있으며 이를 개선하기 위한 발주, 설계, 시공, 건설사업관리 등 다양한 건설참여자 주체의 노력이 있다. 정부에서는 타 산업 대비 높은 건설업의 중대재해를 줄이기 위해 건설참여자들의 안전수준을 평가하고 이를 공표하여 경각심을 갖도록 하고 있다. 그러나 안전관리 수준평가의 항목, 기준, 절차에 있어서 현장 상황에 맞지 않는 점들이 나타나고 있어 이들의 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 안전관리에 가장 열악한 상황에 있는 건설기술용역사업자에 대한 안전관리 수준평가의 개선을 위해 기존 안전관리 수준평가 결과분석, 평가자 및 피평가자 심층인터뷰(FGI)를 시행하였으며 이를 근거로 평가의 개선방향을 도출하였다.
