Recently, elevator inspection and self-examination were strengthened through the revision of the Elevator Safety Management Act, but there have been no significant reduction in serious accidents and major failures. Therefore, the government intends to lay the foundation for reflecting the safety quality rating system, which adjusts the elevator inspection cycle, as a policy to induce safety management of preemptive and active management entities. This study systematically reviewed and classified the safety quality rating system for elevator inspection cycle adjustment in previous studies, collected expert opinions, and reconstructed the key items into realistic evaluation items, and evaluated and scored the relative importance of each factor through the AHP technique.

The scope of this study is the construction conformity assessment system according to the new paradigm of construction management To minimize the differences between domestic and international state, construction Conformity Assessment is subdivided into system certification and product certification. For the former, WASCON(Worldwide Assessment System of Construction Quality Maturity Stage) is applied. For the latter, AQUA(Advanced Quality Assessment System) was developed and adopted to model project for demonstration. Both systems are designed to enable quantified rating, integrated into PQCS(Project Quality Certification), which is an advanced project quality certification system. The construction work observing PQCS will gain quality score on its own quality certificate(Quality mark on construction itself or facilities is also available, if needed or preferred by customers). This Quality Rating System will inspire and encourage any related parties. PQCS score would let supplier/constructor recognize how much themselves are operating effectively and efficiently, offering them the opportunity of redeeming their weaknesses.

2006년 1월 9일부터 시행되고 있는 주택 성능 등급 표시제도는 능동적(Active)대책으로서의 인명안전 확보에 대해 어느 정도의 등가성을 확보 할 수 있는 소방시설의 품질 및 성능 향상에 관한 내용을 포함하는 것으로 화재 안전의 확보차원에서 매우 바람직한 방향의 정책이라 보여 진다. 본 연구는 현재 국내에서 시행되고 있는 주택성능등급 표시제도의 항목 중 "화재-소방" 분야의 등급시행 활성화를 위해 각 성능 등급 분야에 대한 이론적 배경을 고찰하고 세부 평가 방식에 대한 합리적 개선점을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 결과, 현행 주택 성능등급 제도에 따른 "화재-소방" 분야의 성능 향상을 위해서는 성능 등급 세부 항목에 대한 배점 기준을 상향시키는 제도적 정부 시책이 우선적으로 뒷받침 되어야 하고, 아울러 소방 관계법 규정의 시급한 관련 법규 제정이 필요 하다는 전제조건이 선결되어야함을 알 수 있었고, 이를 바탕으로 현행 세부 평가기준에 대한 개선안을 제시하였다.

In the resent years, the early evaluation of concrete quality, construction and maintenance has been considered as all is of major concern due to the increase of loading and the degradation of structures related with time. This paper presents evaluation of structural safety performance using measured data of construction, on the basis of a field measurements for the prevention of unreliable concrete works. Measurements analyzed in this paper are early quality condition and performance assessment, serviceability performance by cracks and deflection, rating performance by loading, durability performance by chloride attack and carbonation. Thus, a quantitative assessment model of resistance capacity was developed here to meet the requirement for deteriorated concrete structures. The model focuses on damage mechanical of concrete structures deteriorated by initial damage factors for concrete quality and environment factors such as chloride and carbonation attacks. These results could provide useful information for concrete structures interested in design, construction and maintenance.

Approximately 40,000 elevators are installed every year in Korea, and they are used as a convenient means of transportation in daily life. However, the continuous increase in elevators has a social problem of increased safety accidents behind the functional aspect of convenience. There is an emerging need to induce preemptive and active elevator safety management by elevator management entities by strengthening the management of poorly managed elevators. Therefore, this study examines domestic research cases related to the evaluation items of the elevator safety quality rating system conducted in previous studies, and develops a statistical model that can examine the effect of elevator maintenance quality as a result of the safety management of the elevator management entity. We review two types: odds ratio analysis and logistic regression analysis models.

This study is to develop a new scoring system for rating Hazard analysis and critical control points prerequisite evaluation items for meat shops to provide a more objective and accurate evaluation of food safety compliance. The importance of each item was measured by looking at the hazard severity level and the rate of non-compliance associated with it. It was found that the new scoring system is more stringent and gives a clearer picture of compliance with the most critical safety standards, and therefore is expected to have a positive effect on the hygiene and safety of livestock products.

This study analyzed the factors affecting the educational effect of safety innovation education for management of public institutions. A survey was conducted on 294 CEOs and executive directors of public institutions (divided into construction sites, workplaces, and research facilities) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the impact of educational participants' characteristics and behavioral intentions after safety innovation education. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the executive director had a higher behavioral intention than the CEO, and the education quality, education instructor, and educational environment all had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral intention. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to safety innovation education for management of public institutions

This paper resorts to rock mass rating and rock mass quality to draw value based on the evaluation of rock and to draw interrelation formula in relation to rock mass quality, A comparative analysis was given of survey values reported in the existing documents. This paper has tried to find out the relationship between RMR and Q System for the sake of choosing rational reinforcing patterns and of the safety of tunnels. The results run as follow: RMR=8.251n(Q)+43.83. This paper has also tried to find out the relationship between RMR and Q System by using Fuzzy Approximate Reasoning Concept. We suggest that those in charge should not depend on a single system only after evaluating the classification of rocks, and compare one result with another for the good of keeping track of the condition of base rocks in a better way.

본 연구는 요양병원 의사 및 간호 인력 대상으로 차등등급에 따른 의료서비스 질 향상 및 만족도, 병원운영성과에 대하여 어떻게 인지하고 있는지를 파악함으로써 차등등급제도가 효율적으로 운영되기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 의사 등급과 간호 인력 등급에 따른 차이분석을 위해 독립표본t검증을 실시한 결과, 의사2등급에서 환자권리향상과 경영 효율성이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 간호 인력 2등급에서 환자안전향상, 진료향상, 환자권리향상이 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 의사 및 간호 인력 등급에 따른 차이분석을 위해 ANOVA분석을 실시한 결과, 환자안전향상, 병원재정, 병원위상에서는 의사 1, 간호 인력 2등급에서, 환자권리향상 및 자기계발에서는 의사 2, 간호 인력 1등급에서 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 전반적으로 의사, 간호 인력의 등급은 높지만, 1등급과 2등급 간의 차이는 각 부문 별로 상이한 결과가 나와 향후 요양병원 차등등급제의 의사 및 간호 인력 1, 2등급 간의 산정기준 개편을 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다.

This study analyzed effective capacity building education plans for public institution management supervisors. A survey was conducted on 635 management supervisors of public institutions (99 institutions) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the characteristics of educational participants and the impact of educational satisfaction on professionalism improvement after capacity building education. As a result of statistical analysis, the professional improvement according to the affiliation of educational participants was higher in the workplace and construction site divisions than in the research facility division, and the professional improvement according to the working period was higher for more than 15 years than for less than 5 years and less than 15 years. In addition, the quality of education had a significant positive (+) effect on the degree of professional improvement. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to capacity building education for public institution management supervisors
