The exhibition industry, as technology-intensive, eco-friendly industry, contributes to regional and national development and enhancement of its image as well, if it joins cultural and tourist industry. Therefore, We need to revitalize the exhibition industry, as actively holding an exhibition event. However, to attract a number of exhibition audience, the work of enhancing audience satisfaction and awareness of value for participation should be prioritized after improving quality of service within exhibition hall. As one way to enhance the quality of service, it is thought that the way providing personalized service geared toward each audience is needed. that is, if audience avoids the complexity in exhibition space and it affords them service to enable effective time and space management, it will improve the satisfaction. All such personalized service affordable lets the audience's preference on the basis of each audience profile registered in advance online grasp. and Based on this information, it is provided with exhibition-related information suited their purpose that is the booth for the interesting audience, the shortest path to go to the booth and event via audience's smart phone. and it collects audience's reaction information, such as visiting the booth, participating the event through offered the information in this way and location information for the flow of movement, the present position so that it makes revision of existing each audience profile. After correcting the information, it extracts the individual's preference. hereunder, it provides recommend booth and event information. in other words, it provides optimal information for individual by amendment based on reaction information about recommending information built on basic profile. It provides personalized service dynamic and interactive with audience. This paper will be able to provide the most suitable information for each audience through circular and interactive structure and designed smart-phone application supportable for updating dynamic and interactive personalized service that is able to afford surrounding information in real time, as locating movement position through sensing. The proposed application collects user‘s context information and carrys information gathering function collecting the reaction about searched or provided information via sensing. and it also carrys information gathering function providing needed data for user in exhibition hall. In other words, it offers information about recommend booth of position foundation for user, location-based services of recommend booth and involves service providing detailed information for inside exhibition by using service of augmented reality, the map of whole exhibition as well. and it is also provided with SNS service that is able to keep information exchange besides intimacy. To provide this service, application is consisted of several module. first of all, it includes UNS identity module for sensing, and contain sensor information gathering module handling and collecting the perceived information through this module. Sensor information gathered like this transmits the information gathering server. and there is exhibition information interfacing with user and this module transmits to interesting information collection module through user's reaction besides interface. Interesting information collection module transmits collected information and If valid information out of the information gathering server that brings together sensing information and interesting information is sent to recommend server, the recommend server makes recommend information through inference with gathered valid information. If this server transmit by exhibition information process, exhibition information process module is provided with user by interface. Through this system it raises the dynamic, intelligent personalized service for user.
As the smart phone is propagating rapidly, the importance of mobile advertisement has also grown. One of the main characteristics of the Internet and smart phone advertising is that they can deliver personalized advertisements to each customer. The smart phone enables the identification of additional personalized information such as the customer's location and the accessibility to the site at any place any time. As the Internet platform becomes richer, firms that offer the ad services via the wired PC Internet and wireless smart phone are seeking various types of personalized ads. However, their service platform and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) platform should be suitable to the characteristics of personalized ads. This research explores various types of personalized ad methods and evaluates their adequacy encompassing four types of ad service platforms (such as search portal, news portal, e-mall servers, and SNS) and two types of ICT platforms (PC Internet and smart phone). To this end, we classified the personalized ads into seven types: three basic types and four composite types. The basic types of ad methods are identified by considering the current activity that the customer is engaged, the individual profile and log history, and the customer's current location or planning location. Four composite types of ad methods are constructed as the combination of these basic types. For those types of ad methods, we evaluate whether each ad method adequately maps with four types of ad service platforms and two types of ICT platforms. We proposed a metric of evaluation and demonstrated the concept with illustrative numbers. Specifically, we analyze and compare personalized ad methods in three ways. Firstly, the possibility of implementing a personalized ad method on the platform is analyzed to confirm the degree of suitability. Secondly, the value of personalized ad method is analyzed based on the customer accessibility. Lastly, expected effectiveness for each personalized ad method is computed by multiplying the possibility and the value. Through this kind of analysis, the ad service providers as well as advertising companies can evaluate what kinds of personalized ad methods and platforms are possible and suitable to maximize their ad effectiveness on the Internet and smart phone platforms.
Due to the development of digital appliance, role of TV causes both-way by introducing IPTV, and SNS service causes big change of watching environment and residence environment. There are good conditions on the role of integrated control because it is arranged in the living room which secures movement most effectively and because family members can easily use, and the degree of use is high. Therefore, we infer user's needs by analyzing user scenario and current role of TV in home network environment. Primarily, we collect surveys of development scenario and technology which companies suggest TV applied by home network service, and secondly, we comparatively study scenario which the companies mentioned above suggest through observing user scenario, and study the role of IPTV in the future through actual scenario-based experiment by ethnography. After analyzing user scenario through case study and experiment, there are integrated device studies mainly in company study because it can be made up inside home, security and entertainment. On the other hand, there are patterns of user behavior by scenario experiment mainly in auto-tainment, security, and it showed that it is insufficient for interaction between TV and home media peripheral. Through this paper, we analyze context of home user, and based on this, we could suggest effective use of service development. Also after analyzing user form, we could know it also should be considered of ratio between activity inside home and activity outside home.
In AI chatbot service via a messenger, a profile image of the chatbot is the first thing that users see to communicate with the chatbot. This profile image not only manages an impression about the profile owner in SNS on followers, but also makes an important impression about chatbot services on users. Thus motivated, this study investigates proper profile images tailored for the types of chatbot services and users. Specifically, I reviewed the preferred images and expressions of chatbots for each purpose of chatbot service. Then, in a case study, I collected and analyzed the representative chatbot profile images for the purpose of fun and counseling. The profile images are categorized as robot, human, animal, and abstract images. Based on these categories, I surveyed the preferred profile image of the chatbot service in either the text type or image type alternatives. For the purpose of fun, in the text version, I found that both men and women preferred a human image to others. However, in the image version, men preferred woman and robot images while women preferred cute animation character and robot images. For counseling services, both men and women preferred woman and animal images most, which is similar to the results of the text version of questionnaires as well. While both genders consistently preferred real photo images, women tend to like abstract images more than men do. I expect that the results of this study would be useful to develop the proper profile images of AI chatbot for each service purpose.
The development of social media in the 2000s led the unspecified individuals to band together for common interests. Social networking services served as a far-reaching tool for sharing different thoughts and interpretation of the pop culture and helped people build up close relations driven by their common interests for certain works of the pop culture. This Study introduces the TV Series as a case that displays specific patterns of communication between its producer and viewers. Producer Bryan Fuller of the Series as well as key production staffs were quite active on social networking sites with the understanding of what the audience desired and the willingness to sympathize with them, which were eagerly welcomed by the dedicated audience whose number, though, was not big. For the Hannibal production team, SNS was a means for them to just be consumers who appreciate the work instead of solely being the content provider. Their approach is quite different from unilateral marketing approaches employed in the past. Through this case, the Study aims to suggest that social networking sites serve as a powerful medium connecting producers and viewers or as an information hub, and that how interactive contents shall be delivered in the new media environment to be effective.
This study systematically analyzed types of fashion brand application focusing on accounts created in Korea. While referring to 'Chanel' which has developed a fashion brand app for the first time in August of 2008, not only for App store by Apple Inc. of the greatest market share but also for Android market, the one and only competitor of App store, the study examined cases of fashion brand app in Korea and foreign countries which have been in service till August of 2013 since the year of 2008. To achieve the research goal, the study conducted a literature research and a case review, categorizing the app by their distinctive functions which were Basic Information, SNS, AR, LBS, Entertainment, Mobile Shopping and Live Streaming. As for the first function, Basic Information, it was considered to provide information on a brand such as prices, sizes and colors of products which should be the most fundamental function of a fashion brand. The function would include look book, catalogues, photographs and others of products, helping users of the app with their understanding on images and concepts of the brand. Second, SNS function was considered useful for its mobility and communication and with the help of theirs, the users share fashion information with each other. Third, AR function as in a filed of virtual reality would edit virtual objects to look real in an actual environment. This would eventually offer the users a chance to try for clothes virtually. The fourth function, LBS, would work with GPS to find a store closest from a present location. This would be a help when the users try to find stores holding promotion events or trails while hiking in mountains. The fifth Entertainment function would include all sorts of games and chances for the users to listen to music and keep fashion diaries. The sixth function, Mobile Shopping, would help the users purchase items online via the app as they would not visit a store in person. The seventh function, Live Streaming, would give the users chances to actually see fashion collections in real time, held all over the world in every season. Because of this function, not only fashion experts but also regular people have become able to enjoy the fashion shows. The distinctive characteristics of the fashion brand application discussed in the study will be a useful reference when any relevant fields try to design other new fashion brand application.

To compensate for limited the satisfaction survey currently conducted by Korea Metrological Administration (KMA), a sentiment analysis via a social networking service (SNS) can be utilized. From 2011 to 2014, with the sentiment analysis, Twitter who had commented 'KMA' had collected, then, using $Na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes classification, we were classified into three sentiments: positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. An additional dictionary was made with morphemes appeared only in the positive, negative, and neutral sentiments of basic $Na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes classification, thus the accuracy of sentiment analysis was improved. As a result, when sentiments were classified with a basic $Na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes classification, the training data were reproduced about 75% accuracy rate. Whereas, when classifying with the additional dictionary, it showed 97% accuracy rate. When using the additional dictionary, sentiments of verification data was classified with about 75% accuracy rate. Lower classification accuracy rate would be improved by not only a qualified dictionary that has increased amount of training data, including diverse keywords related to weather, but continuous update of the dictionary. Meanwhile, contrary to the sentiment analysis based on dictionary definition of individual vocabulary, if sentiments are classified into meaning of sentence, increased rate of negative sentiment and change in satisfaction could be explained. Therefore, the sentiment analysis via SNS would be considered as useful tool for complementing surveys in the future.
Damages have occurred in various fields such as agriculture, industry, and citizen's health due to the yellow dust. Therefore, it is urgent to take measures against it. In this regard, this study collected data of yellow dust over 11 days on a basis of Feb. 23. 2015 when yellow dust was the greatest after 2009, issue words analysis and recomposed health related tweet data. After testing the significance of yellow dust related diseases by association rule analysis with diseases, it obtained the study results as follows: As a result of significance test for the patients with rhinitis, asthma and conjunctivitis by acquiring the condition data of patients from the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, conjunctivitis appeared to be significant in 13 cities for 16 cities at 5% significance probability, while asthma and rhinitis showed a significance in 3 and 6 areas. As described above, it is possible to obtain information about citizens' health from SNS data, such as Tweet data and it is judged that these data will provide useful information for establishing measures of citizens' health care.
The advent of Social Journalism coincided with the rise of social media to create and deliver news information; as a type of civic journalism, social journalism may be characterized as a new form of information gathering and news reporting which is fed by citizens creating news information through their use social networking services (SNSs). The current study analyzed a Facebook page called, to determine how this page was utilized during the onset of the citizen movement for the Egyptian democratic revolution to produce news, to facilitate interaction among the public and to deliver the news under the form of networked journalism. Each post uploaded onto the Facebook page from January 27 till February 2, 2011 was coded in its category, content and the contextual frame of the news. The results of the study showed that during the first week, straight news rather than those with opinions was produced most frequently. The research findings of the current study suggest that in a society of political turmoil, such as in Egypt and other Arabic countries, when the institutionalized media are controlled severely by the government or other forces, SNSs can perform journalistic media roles which create and distribute news information representing facts and reality, and simultaneously facilitate the public's interactions on social and political issues.

One kind of crowdsourcing techniques which allow drivers to collect and provide traffic information using smartphones and applications is being introduced to ITS system as well. The introduction of crowdsourcing techniques requires changes in the existing ITS based on Insourcing which provide traffic information generated by detectors through VMS. ITS Information have had two problems, one is the high cost and the other is an interrupted service. Experts expect crowdsourcing technique which is created SNS, will overcome problems of ITS. But, there are not many examples and research results. Crowdsourcing technique was utilized in Jeju ATMS project to install ITS on the coastal round roads around Jeju since ITS to install point detectors turned out to be non-economic method in case of the coastal round roads with low traffic volume. However, there existed links in which traffic information cannot be generated as there were no smartphone users (crowds) even in the cost-effective crowdsourcing techniques, which indicates the fact that the crowdsourcing method is suitable for urban roads with many smartphone users, but not for local minor roads. On the contrary, insourcing-based ITS is considered to be non-economic method in applying to all roads in the city, but it can be effectively utilized in the local minor roads. Accordingly, Inter-sourcing based ITS operating system in which insourcing is connected with crowdsourcing was suggested in this study.
