본 연구는 중소기업에 있어 외부의 지식서비스 활용이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검정하고자 진행하였다. 지식서비스 활용을 경험한 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소기업을 대상으로 한 정부지원 지식서비스 제공 사업에 있어 지식서비스 전문가 집단의 역량과 정부지원정책은 지식서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치며, 지식서비스 전문가 집단의 역량이 정부 지원정책보다 지식서비스품질에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 지식서비스품질은 경영성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치며, 확신성과 관련한 지식서비스품질 요인이 고객과의 관계성 강화와 지식정보화 부문에 유의하게 작용하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 시사점과 의의는 다음과 같다. 본 연구 결과는 정부의 지식서비스산업 육성 정책에 있어 중소기업에 대한 지식서비스 지원 사업, 지원체계 등 개별기업에의 지식서비스 지원과 더불어 지식서비스 제공 회사 및 전문가 집단을 위한 제도적 지원 등 지식서비스산업 기반조성 정책을 강화할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있으며, 이는 정부의 지식서비스 제공 사업에 대한 효과적이고 효율적인 정책 방향성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 향후 본격적으로 도입되고 확산될 P2P 기반 차량공유 서비스에 대한 소비자의 기술수용의도를 파악하여 향후 새로운 비즈니스 모델로 자리잡게 될 P2P 차량공유 서비스에 관한 전망적 고찰을 수행하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, P2P 차량공유 서비스의 품질특성은 모두 사용자의 인지된 유용성과 사용 용이성에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치고, 품질특성 중 서비스 특성이 인지된 유용성과 사용 용이성에 각기 상대적으로 강한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 인지된 유용성과 사용 용이성은 모두 사용자의 P2P 차량공유 서비스에 대한 사용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치고 있었고, 사용 용이성이 보다 P2P 차량공유 서비스에 대한 사용의도에 강한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, P2P 차량공유 서비스에 대한 사용의 용이성은 그들의 인지된 유용성에 강한 정(+)적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과로 P2P 기반 차량공유 플랫폼을 구축함에 있어서 가장 고려해야 할 요인은 해당 서비스가 갖는 유용성과 다양한 기능보다는 사용자의 편리성을 가장 최우선시 고려한 유니버셜 디자인의 형태로 구축되어야 하며, 서비스 환경요소인 주변적 단서를 고려한 UX 디자인 설계가 이루어져야 함을 제시하였다.

Social media such as Twitter and Facebook have become popular. In the age of social media, many people have become more active online. For example, about half of all global active Internet users are on Facebook (Perry 2012). Personal branding is a very important strategy to build on an individual's strengths, and this kind of branding is expected to contribute to self-actualization. Therefore, the presence of mentors who advise users to discover their own strong points for self-actualization is necessary. In this paper, we propose a personal branding support service, Mentors, which connects mentors and mentees. The core concept is: "Everyone has the face of both a mentor and mentee." The key function is sharing stages of self-analysis in human life design: Determining value, creating a mission, and forming a strategy. From this function, a good match between a mentor and mentee can be found. The program aims to improve human life by understanding the client's strengths and using social media effectively. Future work includes launching Mentors and evaluating its service.

The Sido.Saeol system, a local government information system cost too much for having been designed and developed during last four years but the effectiveness of this system is still open to doubt. Also maintenance cost is still too high and become increasing year by year. To find out the reasons and to suggest how to solve these problems, a service quality of an Sido Saeol system and the public servant's job satisfaction were investigated based on the Delone and McLean's updated IS success Model(2003). To investigate of the effectiveness of the Sido Saeol system, 8 variables are analyzed to test 3 main hypothesis. After all the analysis, we found that Sido.Saeol systems have many aspects to be improved for system use and job satisfaction and have to be revise in the aspects of system qualities.

ADSL은 일반 가정이나 SOHO에서 Internet access나 Remote LAN Access와 같은 application을 대상으로 사용하기에 적합하다. 제 2장에서는 CPN에서의 configuration, usage scenario를 알아보고 splitter configuration들과 PDN, SM, TE간의 interface가 어떻게 정의되는가를 살펴보았다. 제 3장에서는 central office의 configuration을 간단히 살펴보고, DSLAM 및 service provider network의 requirement들을 알아보았다. 제 4장에서는 원활한 network adaptation 및 service를 위한 Frame based 및 ATM based ADSL architecture들에 대해 언급하고 가능한 protocol stacks들에 대해 간단히 알아보았다. 또한 home network이나 corporate network에서 필요한 tunneling protocol이나 firewall의 구현가능성도 검토하였다. 현재 이러한 내용들이 ADSL Forum에서 활발히 논의되고 있으나, UADSL을 비롯한 ADSL의 대규모 설치에 따른 field trial 및 service를 통해 장단점이 검증될 것으로 보이며 따라서 앞으로 $1\sim2$년 후에나 좀더 효율적인 ADSL architecture, interface 및 protocol이 표준모델로 정착될 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study was to develope the scale for measuring the five languages of couples. A 50 item instrument was analyzed with responses from 100 persons(50 couples) dwelling in Kwangju. Data were analyzed by the method of Pearson＇s Cronbach＇ $\alpha$ test. Items were loaded five categories such as quality time, words of affirmation, receiving gift, acts of service and physical touch. The test is shown to have internal consistency reliability and satisfactory content validity. The result proposed the 27 items constructed scale. (Korean J Human Ecology 1(2):1~11. 1998)

분산 시스템에서는 정보가 공중망을 통해 교환되므로 쉽게 도청되거나 또는 변경될 수 있다. 따라서 분산 시스템에서의 보안정책은 전송 중이거나 또는 단말기 내에서 정보를 보장할 수 있어야한다. 이 논문에서는 두 단말기 내에 각각 존재하는 두 AP(Application Process)들 사이의 통신은 Open System Interconnection(OSI-RM)을 위한 ISO Reference Model[2]에 따라 일어난다고 가정하였다. OSI 보안 services와 Biba 보안모델 사이에 관계를 만들어 내는데 Public Key Systems(PKSs)가 사용되었고, 대칭과 비대칭 cryptographic systems에서 어떻게 하면 key 분배가 최소화할 수 있는지에 대하여 연구되었다.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions and educational needs of pre-service teachers for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. To this end, we collected survey data from 25 undergraduate students who were enrolled in a teacher education college in Seoul. The purpose of the survey was to measure the importance and current performance for instructional AI use based on the technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK) framework, and to explore the priority of educational needs using Borich's needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model. The results of the study confirmed that Ethics and TPK competencies are prioritized. Additionally, the results indicated a high demand for practical knowledge that can be implemented in the practice of education. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop a teacher education program that focuses on ethical aspects and teaching strategy competencies in AI-based education.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 모델 중 하나인 PaaS(Platform as a Service)와 행정안전부 전자정부 표준프레임워크는 모두 웹 서비스 개발자가 개발 목적을 만족하는 핵심 기능 개발에 집중할 수 있도록 기본 공통자원을 제공하기 위한 컴퓨팅 환경이다. 웹 기반 공간정보 서비스를 구축하는 경우에도 이러한 기술들을 사용하면 미들웨어 소프트웨어 또는 플랫폼 공통 기능들을 바로 활용할 수 있다. 그러나 공간정보 서비스 개발 분야에서 이러한 기반 기술들의 적용 가능성을 검토하거나 적용 시스템의 성능을 평가한 연구는 아직 발표된 사례가 없다. 따라서 이번 연구에서는 공간정보 서비스에 대한 적용 가능성을 살펴보고자 성능평가 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 대상 시스템은 OGC WPS 2.0 표준을 적용한 공간영상 정보처리 서비스를 대상으로 하였다. 실험 시스템은 Cloud Foundry 오픈소스를 이용한 PaaS 환경을 구축한 뒤 전자정부 표준프레임워크를 적용한 웹 서비스로 설계, 구축하였다. 실제 성능 평가실험은 영상처리 기능을 PaaS 클라우드 환경에서 구동하는 경우와 PaaS에 전자정부 표준프레임워크를 같이 적용한 경우를 비교하는 방식으로 수행하였다. 실험 조건은 300명과 500명에 해당하는 동시 사용자가 3,600초 동안 이 시스템에 접속하여 정보처리를 요청하고 실험 환경으로 구축한 웹 서비스가 이에 대하여 응답하는 시간을 기록하는 방식으로 하였다. 성능 측정 결과 PaaS 클라우드 환경에서 전자정부 표준프레임워크를 기반으로 시스템 구축하였을 때 성능이 우수한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 앞으로 공공 부분의 웹 기반 공간정보 응용 서비스 구축에서 PaaS 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 전자정부 표준프레임워크가 중요한 요소가 될 것으로 기대한다.

The role of Customs Service has changed significantly in recent times, and what may represent core business for one administration may fall outside the sphere of responsibility of another. This is reflective of the changing environment in which customs authorities operate, and the corresponding changes in government priorities. Since the terrorist attacks on the United States in 2001, customs administrations around the world have been developing AEO programs in which they grant AEO status to operators who are well-compliant with the supply chain security standards. These programs also provide such operators with trade facilitation measures under the customs procedures, acknowledging the importance of ensuring secure and facilitated trade. Thus, this paper analysed leading countries's AEO program regime focused on the two fold : (1)provide an overview and present a implication of its AEO program ; (2)offer an appropriate proposal to Korea Customs Service's new program.
