The purpose of this study was to investigate in the Age-Specific Choice Attributes of Bakery Product Purchasers on Gyeongbuk. The results were as follows : The findings of survey showed that in general characteristics of respondents, the number of males was 194(33.4%) and females 387(66.6%), so the number of females was slightly higher than that of males. On the matter of bakery purchase attributes, in the case of food life by ages, the 20s belonged to more 'taste-interest type'(44.7%) and the 30s~50s were more 'health-interest type'(p<0.001). When purchasing bakery products, consumers had different importance factors such as taste 61.8%, nutrition 17.6%, price 9.1%. In terms of taste, by ages the 20s were 73.9%, the 30s 65.8%, the 40s 55.8% and the 50s 46.0%(p<0.001). In bakery-using type, franchise bakery was 70.4%, window bakery 16.0%, in the case of franchise bakery by ages, the 20s were 70.2%, the 30s 78.1%, the 40s 72.1% and the 50s 56.0%(p<0.001). In their preference of bakery products, various kinds of sandwich the 20s liked by 37.3%, the 50s by 12.0%(p<0.001). Natural fermented bread accounted for 14.9% in the 20s and 37.0% in the 50s(p<0.001).

The aim of this paper is to study the class of ${\Lambda}$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over the finite commutative chain ring ${\mathcal{R}}_a=\frac{{\mathbb{F}_{p^m}}[u]}{{\langle}u^a{\rangle}}={\mathbb{F}}_{p^m}+u{\mathbb{F}}_{p^m}+{\cdots}+u^{a-1}{\mathbb{F}}_{p^m}$, for all units ${\Lambda}$ of ${\mathcal{R}}_a$ that have the form ${\Lambda}={\Lambda}_0+u{\Lambda}_1+{\cdots}+u^{a-1}{\Lambda}_{a-1}$, where ${\Lambda}_0,{\Lambda}_1,{\cdots},{\Lambda}_{a-1}{\in}{\mathbb{F}}_{p^m}$, ${\Lambda}_0{\neq}0$, ${\Lambda}_1{\neq}0$. The algebraic structure of all ${\Lambda}$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over ${\mathcal{R}}_a$ and their duals are established. As an application, this structure is used to determine the Rosenbloom-Tsfasman (RT) distance and weight distributions of all such codes. Among such constacyclic codes, the unique MDS code with respect to the RT distance is obtained.

Angiogenesis is essential for tumor growth and vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) plays a key role in this process. Conversely, sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) is a biologically active sphingolipid known to play a key role in cancer progression by regulating endothelial cell proliferation and migration. In this study, the authors found that S1P increases the level of VEGF mRNA in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and immortalized HUVECs (iHUVECs). Additionally, S1P was found to increase VEGF promoter activity in MS-1 mouse pancreatic islet endothelial cells. Furthermore, a pharmacological inhibitory study revealed that $G_{\alpha i/o}$-mediated phospholipase C, Akt, Erk, and p38 MAPK signaling are involved in this S1P-induced expression of VEGF. A component of AP1 transcription factor is important for S1P-induced VEGF expression. Taken together, these findings suggest that S1P enhances endothelial cell proliferation and migrat ion by upregulating the expression of VEGF mRNA.

단순 다각형 P에 대한 새로운 화량문제인 경비가능충분집합(Guard Sufficiency Set:GSS)에 대하여 소개하고 정의하였다. 집합 S P가 P의 경비가능집합이라는 의미는 P의 각 점들이 최소한 S에 있는 한 점으로부터 보인다는 것을 의미한다. 집합 G P가 P의 경비가능충분집합이라는 의미는 G를 경비 가능한 임의의 집합 S P가 P 역시 경비 가능하다는 것을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 꼭지점에 대한 GSS가 다각형 전체에 대한 GSS가 되는 다각형 부류를 제시하고, 또한 에지에 대한 GSS가 다각형 전체에 대한 GSS가 되는 다각형 부류를 제시한다. 그리고, P의 꼭지점에 대한 GSS의 크기에 대한 하한과 상한을 제시하고, 기하학적 요소에 특정 제약조건을 주어 대체 GSS을 정의할 수 있음을 보인다. 이 외에도 다양한 GSS 문제들을 소개하고, 기하학적 요소에 제약을 가한 대체 GSS를 정의하고 그와 관련된 가설을 하나 제시한다.

In this paper we study the small-data scattering of the d dimensional fractional $Schr{\ddot{o}}dinger$ equations with d = 2, 3, $L{\acute{e}}vy$ index 1 < ${\alpha}$ < 2 and Hartree type nonlinearity $F(u)={\mu}({\mid}x{\mid}^{-{\gamma}}{\ast}{\mid}u{\mid}^2)u$ with max(${\alpha}$, ${\frac{2d}{2d-1}}$) < ${\gamma}{\leq}2$, ${\gamma}$ < d. This equation is scaling-critical in ${\dot{H}}^{s_c}$, $s_c={\frac{{\gamma}-{\alpha}}{2}}$. We show that the solution scatters in $H^{s,1}$ for any s > $s_c$, where $H^{s,1}$ is a space of Sobolev type taking in angular regularity with norm defined by ${\parallel}{\varphi}{\parallel}_{H^{s,1}}={\parallel}{\varphi}{\parallel}_{H^s}+{\parallel}{\nabla}_{{\mathbb{S}}{\varphi}}{\parallel}_{H^s}$. For this purpose we use the recently developed Strichartz estimate which is $L^2$-averaged on the unit sphere ${\mathbb{S}}^{d-1}$ and utilize $U^p-V^p$ space argument.

B. Conrey et al proved that $$\sum\limits_{{h=1}\atop {(h,k)=1}}^k\;s^{2m}(h,\;k)=fm(k)\;\(\frac{k}{12}\)^{2m}+O\(\(k^{\frac{9}{5}}+k^{{2m-1}+\frac{1}{m+1}}\)\;\log^3k\).$$ For $m\;{\geq}\;2$, C. Jia reduced the error terms to $O(k^{2m-1})$. While for m = 1, W. In this paper we give some formulae on the mean value of the Dedekind sums and and Hardy sums, and generalize the above results.

Biogeochemistry of a 34-year-old red pine plantation on a Typic Udipsamment was investigated in the central sand plains of Wisconsin Biomass and net primary production were $106Mg\;ha^{-1}$ and $11.0Mg\;ha^{-1}y^{-1}$ respectively. Concentrations of elements in the vegetation were greatest in the 2- to 3-year-old needles, followed by current needles, current twigs, bole bark, live branches, dead branches, bolewood production, and bolewood. For a given tree component (excluding the current twigs), elemental concentrations were greatest in the upper one- third and least in the lower one- third of the tree. Total elements in the vegetation are ranked: N($222kg\;ha^{-1}$), Ca(217), K (85), Mg(38), S(31), and p. The soil contained from 60 to 89% of the readily available P, K, Ca, Mg, and S in the ecosystem. Whereas precipitation was the major source of N and S, weathering supplied the bulk of the Ca, Mg, P, and K. Output of a given element by leaching was less than $7kg\;ha^{-1}y^{-1}$ except for S which was $12kg\;ha^{-1}y^{-1}$ Whereas throughfall returned the greatest amounts of N, K, and S to the forest floor, litterfall accounted for the greatest returns of Ca, Mg, and P. Because of foliar leaching, net loading of all elements studied in the throughfall exceeded that of the precipitation. Ammonium in net precipitation was reduced by a factor of three within the upper 7.5cm due to uptake by fine roots.

Purpose: Laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy (LPG) is a viable choice for treating proximal gastric lesions. However, the occurrence of severe reflux has limited its widespread adoption. To address this issue, the double flap technique (DFT), which incorporates artificial lower esophageal sphincteroplasty, has been developed to prevent reflux problems after proximal gastrectomy. In this study, we aimed to investigate the usefulness of this technique using high-resolution manometry (HRM), impedance pH monitoring, and esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). Materials and Methods: The findings of pre- and postoperative 6-month HRM, pH monitoring, and EGD were compared for 9 patients who underwent LPG with DFT for various proximal gastric lesions at Incheon St. Mary's Hospital from January 2021 to December. Results: A total of 9 patients underwent proximal gastrectomy. Approximately half of the patients had Hill's grade under II preoperatively, whereas all patients had Hill's grades I and II in EGD findings. In the HRM test, there was no significant difference between distal contractile integral (1,412.46±1,168.51 vs. 852.66±495.62 mmHg·cm·s, P=0.087) and integrated relaxation pressure (12.54±8.97 vs. 8.33±11.30 mmHg, P=0.27). The average lower esophageal sphincter (LES) pressure was 29.19±14.51 mmHg preoperatively, which did not differ from 19.97±18.03 mmHg after the surgery (P=0.17). DeMeester score (7.02±6.36 vs. 21.92±36.17, P=0.21) and total acid exposure time (1.49±1.48 vs. 5.61±10.17, P=0.24) were slightly higher, but the differences were not statistically significant. Conclusions: There is no significant functional difference in HRM and impedance pH monitoring tests after DFT. DFT appears to be useful in preserving LES function following proximal gastrectomy.

Previous studies have shown that the heterocycles including thiazoles are efficacious in inducing phase phase II metabolizing enzyme as well as certain cytochrome P450s and that the inductin of these matabolizing enzymes by the heterocyclic agents is highly associated with their hepatotoxicity. In the present study, the effects of benzylisothiazole (BIT), which has a isothiazole moiety, on the expression of microsomal epoxide hydrolase (mEH), major glutathione S-transerases and cytochrome P450s were studied in the rat liver in association with its hepatotoxicity. Treatment of rats with BIT(1.17 mmol/kg, 1~3d) resulted in substantial increases in the mEH. rGSTA2, rGSTA2, rGSTM1 and rGSTM2 mRNA levels, whereas rGSTA3 and rGSTA5 mRNA levels were increased to much lesser extents. A time-course study showed that the mRNA levels of mEH and rGSTs were greater at 24hr after treatment than those after 3 days of consecutive treatment. Relative changes in mEH and rGST mRNA levels were consistent with those in the proteins, as assessed by Western immunoblot analysis. Hepatic cytochrom P450 levels were monitored after BIT treatment under the assumption that metabolic activation of BIT may affect expression of the enzymes in conjunction with hepatotoxicity. Immunoblot analysis revealed that cytochrome P450 2B1/2 were 3-to 4-fold induced in rats teatd with BIT(1.17 mmol/kg/day.3days), whereas P450 1A2, 2C11 and 3A1/2 levels were decreased to 20~30% of those in unteatd rats. P450 2E1 was only slightly decreased by BIT. Thus, the levels of several cytochrome P450s were suppressed by BIT treatment. Rats treated with BIT at the dose of 1.17mmol/kg for 3 days exhibited extensive multifocal nodular necrosis with moderate to extensive diffuse liver cell degeneration. No notable toxicity was observed in the kidney. These results showed that BIT induces mEH and rGSTs in the liver with increases in the mRNA levels, whereas the agent significantly decreased major cytochrome P450s. The changes in the detoxifying enzymes might be associated with the necrotic liver after consecutive treatment.
