바텀애시 재활용 인공토양 적용 옥상녹화 유니트 시스템의 열특성 (Thermal Property of the Roof Green Unit System Using Artificial Lightweight Soil Recycled with Bottom Ash)

  • 본 연구에서는 바텀애시 재활용 인공토양을 적용한 옥상녹화 유니트 시스템의 표면 온도변화를 계절별로 측정하여 바텀애시 재활용 인공토양의 열특성을 분석한 결과, 바텀애시 인공경량토양이 기존 토양보다 우수한 열차단 특성이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 기존 옥상녹화 유니트 시스템과 개발 옥상녹화 유니트 시스템의 열차단 효과를 분석하기 위해 계절별 일교차를 측정한 결과 기존 녹화 유니트 시스템은 현장 포설형 녹화시스템보다 열차단 효과가 낮은 반면 격막을 탈거하여 바텀애시 인공경량토양을 연속된 층으로 형성하는 개발 유니트 녹화 시스템은 기존 현장 포설형 녹화시스템과 유사한 열차단 효과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 기존의 다층으로 구성되어 시공성이 낮은 옥상녹화 공법의 개선을 위해 개발한 방수 방근 시트 일체화 옥상녹화박스 유닛공법의 일체화를 위해 사용하는 전자기 유도가열방식의 금속 고정구와 콘 형상 고정구의 부착성능을 평가하기 위해 엔지니어링 PE, TPO, PVC 시트 등 3종류의 시트에 가열온도에 따른 부착성능 및 동일한 시험체로 냉열반복 후 부착성능을 측정하였다, 그 결과는 엔지니어링 PE시트에 부착한 고정구의 부착성능이 가장 우수하게 나타났으며, 금속고정구는 가열온도가 올라갈수록, 콘 형상 고정구는 가열온도가 낮을수록 우수한 부착성능을 보여주었고, 냉열 반복 후 부착시험 결과는 상온 부착시험 결과와 동일하게 나타났다. 기존의 양면 부틸테이프 고정방식의 콘 형상 고정구는 낮은 부착하중과 냉열반복에 의한 뚜렷한 성능저하가 발생하는데 비하여 전자기 유도가열방식의 고정구는 우수한 성능을 유지하였다.

엔지니어링 PE방수.방근시트가 결합된 박스 유닛형 옥상 녹화 시스템 적용을 위한 성능평가 (Performance Evaluation for the Application of Roof Green Box Unit System Combined with Engineering P.E.Waterproof and Root Penetration Sheet)

  • 도심지 건물의 증가는 친환경 공간에 대한 요구를 발생시키고, 이에 따라 옥상 및 인공지반 녹화의 보급이 급속히 증가되고 있다. 본 연구는 녹화시스템의 보급 확대를 위해 공법의 단순화, 일체화, 프리훼브화 개념을 적용, 연속 토양층 형성 박스 유닛형 녹화시스템을 개발하고, 이 시스템의 주요 성능으로 부착성, 내풍성, 단열성을 평가하여 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 부착성 및 내풍성 시험결과, 설계 풍압 및 풍속과 비교하면 100m 높이의 건물에 설치해도 안전한 것을 확인하였고, 단열성 평가를 위해 120일간 측정한 내부 온도의 변화를 분석한 결과, 개발 시스템이 연속된 토양층을 형성하여 기존 유닛박스 시스템보다 주간은 17%, 야간은 45% 우수한 단열성능을 보여 주었다.

아파트의 웰빙요소 도입현황과 선호도 (Present Condition and Preferences on Well-being Elements in Apartments)

  • The purposes of this study were to summarize the concept of well-being and well-being apartment, to grasp the present condition of apartments which were introduced with well-being elements, and to find out the consumer preferences on well-being elements for apartment planning. Library and internet surveys were performed to summarize the concept of well-being and well-being apartment and to grasp the present condition of apartments which were introduced with well-being elements. Questionnaire survey was carried out from 2nd to 22nd of June 2005, to investigate the preferences on well-being elements for apartment planning. The respondents were 250 residents who are from thirties to fifties and living in urban area. As results, respondents think that 'living for health of body and mind' about concept of well-being and 'certificated apartments by green building rating system' or 'apartments introduced ecological factor' about concept of well-being apartment. They answered that 'yes' about 'Do you have intention to buy well-being apartment?'. The elements in aspect of complex planning having the preference were revealed that promenade for complex design, ecological garden or walking space for landscape design, outdoor exercise space for outdoor design, and security system for foundation equipment. The elements having the preference in aspect of public facilities were fitness room for sports & health facility and study room for cultural facility. The preferred elements in aspect of building and unit design were roof garden for building design, multi-functional room for unit floor plan, natural surface material for interior surface, ventilation system for indoor environment, control system for home automation, and food waste machine for home electronics.

단독주택에 대한 울산시 거주자의 주의식 연구 (A Study of Potential Buyers' Consciousness of Single-Family Housing in Ulsan)

  • The purpose of the study was to identify the potential buyers' consciousness of single-family housing to provide useful data to help future single-family housing supplies in Ulsan. The study selected residents in Ulsan, who were over twenty and had an interest in living in a single-family housing. A survey was conducted from September 11, 2008 to September 25, 2008. The sample consisted of 364 persons who are currently live in Ulsan metropolitan area. The results are as following. About two thirds of the sample had the desire to live in a single-family housing. Moving into a single-family housing had financial preparation as the greatest issue. When moving into a single-family housing, the convenience of the residential district was the greatest consideration, whether or not it is a green environment, pollution level, etc. The potential buyers valued environment-friendly features and also had a very strong desire to own their own house. Many of them wanted to design and build their own single-family housing within a budget of 100-200 million KRW. In terms of the location, there was a higher preference for the riverside or lakeside rural areas outside the city. In terms of size, the preference was less than $330m^2$, which includes $99-132m^2$ for residential. When considering a single-family housing the direction was the most important feature, along with eco-friendly and safer materials and equipments. When building the single-family housing the potential buyers considered the community spaces first with a preference for having three bedrooms and two bathrooms. For the exterior, they wanted a unique shape of roof and there were high preferences for brown and beige colors. In terms of housing complexes, the potential buyers preferred individual unit types over complexes. If they preferred housing complexes, they wanted the cluster form complex with about 10-30 units. The complex also required a park-like setting with a guard system, which shows that convenience and safety were the most important features. In terms of complex management, they considered environmental management as the most important feature. The potential buyers were willing to pay belw 200,000 KRW, which showed their desire to minimize financial burdens.
