According to statistics from the National Police Agency, smishing crimes using texts or messengers have increased dramatically since COVID-19. In addition, most of the cases of impersonation of public institutions reported to agency were related to vaccination and reward, and many methods were used to trick people into clicking on fake URLs (Uniform Resource Locators). When detecting them, URL-based detection methods cannot detect them properly if the information of the URL is hidden, and content-based detection methods are slow and use a lot of resources. In this paper, we propose a system for URL-based detection using transformer for regular URLs and content-based detection using XGBoost for shortened URLs through the process of determining shortened URLs using GRU(Gated Recurrent Units). The F1-Score of the proposed detection system was 94.86, and its average processing time was 5.4 seconds.
For decades, creating a desired locomotive motion in a goal-oriented manner has been a challenge in character animation. Data-driven methods using generative models have demonstrated efficient ways of predicting long sequences of motions without the need for explicit conditioning. While these methods produce high-quality long-term motions, they can be limited when it comes to synthesizing motion for challenging novel scenarios, such as punching a random target. A state-of-the-art solution to overcome this limitation is by using a GAN Discriminator to imitate motion data clips and incorporating reinforcement learning to compose goal-oriented motions. In this paper, our research aims to create characters performing combat sports such as boxing, using a novel reward design in conjunction with existing GAN-based approaches. We experimentally demonstrate that both the Adversarial Motion Prior [3] and Adversarial Skill Embeddings [4] methods are capable of generating viable motions for a character punching a random target, even in the absence of mocap data that specifically captures the transition between punching and locomotion. Also, with a single learned policy, multiple task controllers can be constructed through the TimeChamber framework.
The purpose of this study was to investigate how constructs of job embeddedness (fit, links and sacrifice) affected innovation-related behaviors. This study also investigated the relationship between innovation-related behaviors and turnover intention. The samples of this study were employees of Daegu City restaurants who visited the 2010 Daegu Food Tour Expo on October 7-10. A total of 302 questionnaires were analyzed with the statistical methods of factor analysis, reliability test, and covariance structural analysis. There were two findings of the research. First, we found that fits, links, and sacrifice were positively related to innovation-related behaviors. Second, we found that innovation-related behaviors were negatively related to turnover intention. Therefore, restaurant managers in Daegu City should pay attention to providing employee organization that helps them to first in, makes sure that they have lots of links with other employees, and bestows as many wage and fringe benefits as possible. Also, restaurant managers should reward the innovation-related behaviors of employees.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of psychiatric and community mental health nurses' job satisfaction. Methods: This was a descriptive and correlational study in which 151 psychiatric and community mental health nurses (PCMHNs) took part between September and October 2009. Results: The mean score for job satisfaction of the participants was 3.25. In job satisfaction, there were significant differences between psychiatric and community mental health nurse practitioner (PCMHNP) and nurse in community mental health center. All variables except role conflict were positively correlated with job satisfaction. As a result, factors influencing job satisfaction were reward system (${\beta}$=.46, p<.001), self-esteem (${\beta}$=.35, p<.001), leadership (${\beta}$= .27, p<.001), career as a PCMHNP (${\beta}$=-.12, p<.007), job-related characteristics (${\beta}$=.11, p<.24), and career as a nurse in community mental health center (${\beta}$=.09. p<.045). These factors explained 70.3% of the total variance. Conclusion: The results indicated that the comprehensive understanding of job satisfaction to the independent variables could suggest the way how to increase the job satisfaction for psychiatric and community mental health nurse who are a catalysts promoting mental health in community mental health center.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the practical experiences of childcare experts, parents, and daycare center directors who participated in the 'Daycare Centers Monitoring Program' carried out in K city. Methods: Participants were three childcare experts who belong to the monitoring group in K city, three mothers with infants and children, and three daycare center directors who were selected for the 'Daycare Centers Monitoring Program'. Results: As a result of the research, the childcare experts experienced the following; 1) sharing interesting experiences with parents, 2) a perception of the monitoring program for taking advantage of mutual strengths, 3) the opportunity of maintaining a sense of presence in early childhood education institutions, et al. The mothers' experiences were shown to include, 1) resolving small questions about the operation and management of a daycare center, 2) feelings of relief through observing the life style of infants and children, 3) the joy and reward of being a member of the monitoring group, et al. The directors' experiences were indicated to include 1) a psychological discomfort recognized as a target of the daycare monitoring and as 'another evaluation', 2) the confusion caused by different reviews, 3) an ambiguity on the unfamiliar indexes and contents electronically documented, et al. Conclusion/Implications: Based on these results, there was a discussion about actual suggestions and educational implications on the daycare monitoring program in order to improve the quality of daycare services in childcare centers.
Objectives : This study was conducted to test the influence of job stress and calling on the organizational commitment of clinical nurses. Methods : 220 clinical nurses at two university hospitals in Busan were recruited. They were asked to complete a questionnaire, and 192 data sets were included in the statistical analysis. Results : The mean score of the clinical nurses' organizational commitment was 4.0. All subdomains of job stress and calling were found to have correlations with organizational commitment. The organizational system (t=-6.099, p<.001), lack of reward (t=-3.990, p<.001), purpose/meaningfulness (t=3.624, p<.001), and occupational climate (t=-3.581, p<.001) were revealed to have influences on the organizational commitment. The model was statistically significant, explaining 52.2% of the variance (F=47.808, p<.001). Conclusions : To help clinical nurses become committed to their organizations, administrators need to build fair and rational organizational systems, strengthen various types of rewards, and help nurses reconcile nursing and the meaning of their lives. In addition, every nurse should endeavor to change the nursing organizational climate which is based on vertical collectivism, to a rational climate.
