In this study, we intend to evaluate image quality and provide to clinical basic data by applying to 2D TSE (RT) and 3D GRASE (BH) techniques using Fast MRCP testing methods for application to patients in poor patient condition. Data were analyzed for 30 patients (15 males, 15 females, and 64±4.26 average age) who underwent MRCP tests. The equipment used was Ingenia CX 3.0 T equipment and Ds anterior coil was used for data acquisition. SNR and CNR of each image were measured through quantitative analysis, and the quality of the image was evaluated by dividing it into 5 grades for qualitative evaluation. The image evaluation was performed on the paired t-test and the Wilcoxon test, and when the p value was 0.05 or less, it was considered to be significant. As a result of quantitative analysis of SNR and CNR, 3D GRASE (BH) was measured high when comparing the two techniques, 2D TSE (RT) MRCP and 3D GRASE (BH) (p<0.05). The qualitative analysis result is a sharpness of the bile duct: 3D GRASE(BH): 4.12±0.03, Overall image quality: 3D GRASE(BH): 4.21±0.91 was high (p=0.001). The motion artifact of the bile duct showed no significant difference with two techniques(2D TSE(RT): 4.41±0.04, 3D GRASE(BH): 4.53±0.14(p=0.067). However, the background suppression obtained significant results with 2D TSE(RT) of 4.14±0.55(p=0.001). In conclusion, as a result of using the Fast MRCP testing method, MRCP images obtained by 3D GRASE (BH) had an advantage over MRCP images using 2D TSE (RT). However, there will be useful results of 2D TSE(RT) MRCP technique in patients who have difficulty holding their breath.
Among noninvasive approaches for the evaluation of left ventricular performance, radionuclide ventriculography (RVG) has been shown to be of particular values. Phase analysis, recently introduced as more objective means for evaluating the temporal sequence of systolic ventricular wall motion than cine image of RVG comprises a pixel by pixel Fourier transformation of the time activity curve of a multiple gated acquisition equilibrium blood pool study. To examine the regional wall motion of ventricles in myocardial infarctions, we evaluated the phase image and histogram constructed for each ventricle by total phase angle range and full width of half maximum (FWHM). This study consisted of 7 normal subjects and 23 subjects with acute myocardial infarction. Contrast ventriculography and coronary angiography was performed in all partients with myocardial infarction. And we compared the result of phase analysis with cine image of RVG and examined the interrelationship between phase analysis and contrast ventriculography with coronary angiography. The results were as follows; 1) The total phase angle range and FWHM of LV phase histogram in myocardial infarction ($86^{\circ}\;and\;32^{\circ}$, repectively) were wider than those in normal control ($38^{\circ}\;and\;18^{\circ}$, respectively p<0.01). 2) RV phase angle range and FWHM in patients with right coronary artery (RCA) occlusion ($79^{\circ}\;and\;37^{\circ}$, respectively) were wider than those in normal control ($39^{\circ}\;and\;18^{\circ}$, respectively p<0.001) and the patients without RCA occlusion ($52^{\circ}\;and\;19^{\circ}$, respectively p<0.01). 3) Phase analysis was more sensitive (95%) than cine image of RVG (70%) for the detection of regional wall motion abnormality of LV.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the meanings that pre-service secondary physical education teachers attach to learning-centered teaching through metaphor analysis and to examine their perceptions of the application of learning-centered teaching in physical education. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted to express the perception of learning-centered teaching in metaphors. The data analysis was processed through the process of coding, metaphor classification, determining the unit of analysis, and categorisation of the sample according to the metaphor analysis method. As a result, four major categories of educational needs, educational goals and contents, teaching and learning methods and evaluation, teacher education and roles, and eight content types were derived: lessons for self-actualisation, lessons for preparing for future society, lessons that foster creativity, open and diverse lessons, lessons that stimulate curiosity and interest, lessons that are suitable for individual development and characteristics, lessons that are burdensome to implement, and lessons that require teacher creativity and originality. The results of this study provide implications for the necessity and direction of learning-centered class.

The scarcity of time is negatively related to perceived social support and app trust. Provisional coupon is positively related to perceived social support and app trust. But, scarcity of quantity is not related to user evaluation factors. Most of the system qualities are related to app trust, however, privacy concern isn't related to app trust. the paper's demographic characteristic is lack of experience frequency. User evaluation factors that are perceived social support and app trust are positively related to user satisfaction and WoM intention. User satisfaction is individual impact and WoM intention is organization impact. Two factors are the net benefit in car sharing service. The area of sharing economy should more study about correlation among experimental various factors. Thus, the paper has different significant from antecedent research. because of trying to experimental analysis.

This study diagnoses the maturity level of local government's spatial information policy in the face of the digital transformation period. To this end, by using the stratification (AHP) analysis technique, for the spatial information expert group, the importance evaluation is performed along with the selection of measurement indicators of the level of spatial informatization. First, the current status and indicators in terms of spatial information policies of local governments are studied through theoretical considerations. In addition, by examining previous studies, differentiation from this study is presented. In this study, 3 indicators and 18 detailed items of spatial informatization level evaluation indicators could be selected. As a result of the evaluation, the overall importance ranking for the measurement index was 0.125 (12.5%) for the establishment and utilizations of GIS Systems provided by local governments, 0.109 (10.9%) for the quality management of basic spatial information, 0.107 (10.7%) for the establishment and utilization of its own spatial information. 0.073 (7.3%) for the collaboration and sharing within the institution, 0.071 (7.1%) for the operation of education and support system on spatial information, 0.065 (6.5%) for the securing a dedicated organization and professional human resources, and interest at the institutional level were derived in the order of 0.053 (5.3%). The results of this study are expected to be usefully utilized as basic data to evaluate the level of spatial information policies promoted by local governments. In addition, if the local government's spatial information policy is pursued centering on the major indicators derived from the study, it is expected that efficient policy operation will be possible.

Standards suitable for local conditions on deciding one-way road are desperately required to solve traffic congestions at the backside roads in the old downtown areas which were not designated as a road by urban planning. Therefore, this study intends to re-establish a standard to decide one-way road which is regarded to be of the greatest effect among traffic system control methods in order to control one-way road system more efficiently. Also, this paper suggests a standard for such decision to improve efficiency of using backside roads and expand designation of one-way road. AHP (analytic hierarchy process) was carried out among the traffic experts to find out the factors to decide one-way road system. Its result reveals that importance of causing accident to walking quantity and traffic was high. 10,000 cases out of all the possible scenarios of accident by combining detailed evaluation items and scales were extracted to draw the outcomes of analyzing the scenarios, which were schematized in a graph. As a result, division by three sections of point of inflection was verified into $1{\leq}$ section A<1.91, 1.9$1{\leq}$ section B<2.08, and $2.08{\leq}$ section C<3. In other words, priority of deciding one-way road should be given to section C, the highest total point, while posterior to section A, where relatively low points are distributed. The standard on deciding one-way road suggested in this paper may be used for designating one-way road and basic data to re-establish the relevant system in the future.
The purpose of this research is to find the effect of the lesson using open-inquiry report Lubric on open-inquiry standard and science process skill; to find the change of cognition on open-inquiry for elementary school 5th grade students. Two classes (elementary school 5th grade) were selected which located in a small and medium-sized city for this research and they were separated as an experimental group and a comparative group. Open-inquiry lesson was done by referring teaching method which introduced through the curriculum. The procedure was understanding about open-inquiry, making open-inquiry subject, planning, and performing inquiry, mid-term, performing inquiry, making a report, presentation, and evaluation. Open-inquiry report Lubric which developed by Sook-Kyung Kim et al. (2010) was provided to the experimental group. Comparative group was instructed by using open-inquiry report which introduced to the elementary school 5th grade science text book. Interview paper was developed in order to check out the effect of the research by using a test paper of science process skill. The following could be found out through the research. After open-inquiry lesson, 10 open-inquiry reports(5 reports from experimental group, 5 reports from comparative group) have been drawn at random as samples from the total 62 sets (30 reports from experimental group, 32 reports from comparative group) and evaluated by a researcher and two elementary school teachers who have master degree. The reliability of the 3 scorers was 0.923 of mean correlation coefficient. And then the researcher evaluated all open-inquiry reports. The average score of open-inquiry report was 66.78 for experimental group, 54.27 for comparative group, respectively. And there was a significant difference at p<0.05 level as a result of the t-test. The experimental group rated high at p<0.05 level according to the analysis of post-science process skill test. According to the result of survey, both experimental group and comparative group had understood open-inquiry activity. It was especially rated high for experimental group on understanding scientific inquiry process, interest and satisfaction in open-inquiry and re-participation rate. By interviewing experimental group, it is recognized that the students utilized Lubric very well through the overall process. Finally, self-evaluation was done during open-inquiry activity and it was reported that the students gained more knowledge about science and changed to positive about science. As a result, the lesson using open-inquiry report Lubric was effective for students to improve writing skill of an open-inquiry report and science process skill and finally changed the cognition to positive about open-inquiry lesson.

This study demonstrates the investigation of zooplankton communities (e.g. rotifers, cladocerans and copepods) and environmentally related driving factors (e.g. elevation, area size, water depth, types of dike construction, and bottom substrates). We hypothesized that zooplankton community structure and composition would be influenced by ambient driving forces in different scales of the irrigation ponds (Dumbeong). A total of 66 zooplankton species/groups (56 rotifers, 9 cladocerans, 1 copepods) were found and identified at 45 Dumbeong of Goseong region (i.e. Goseong-gun) in 2011. The rotifers occupied 84.9% of the total zooplankton abundance. We could categorize a clear separation of zooplankton communities into 4 different patterns based on cluster analysis. Zooplankton diversities in Dumbeongs were lower than those in natural ponds or wetlands. In addition, community structure of zooplankton was also simpler and had a broken stick distribution based on SHE analysis. Species composition in each Dumbeong was not significantly discriminated each other. The result of canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) pinpointed that significant influential variables upon zooplankton community were dissolved oxygen percent saturation, pH, and Dumbeong's material. This study indicated that morphological type of the Dumbeong and its water quality could determine the community structure of zooplankton. Furthermore, the connectivity between ambient habitats and materials could be necessary to be rigorously considered in respect to producing the Dumbeongs to subsidize alternative habitats for wetland ecosystem in freshwater landscape.
The purpose of this study is to develop risk assessment techniques and institutional analysis of domestic and international, the management techniques that can efficiently manage the harmful factor of the laboratory and to present the institutional measures that can be efficiently implemented. Due to a variety of adverse factors of laboratory, accidents of laboratory of various forms have occurred, but there is no risk assessment system in order to manage this effectively. So, we investigated this domestic existing risk assessment methods and the outside of the risk assessment system, and also analyzed accidents of domestic laboratory that occurred in 2014. In addition, we targeted the 24 laboratories in 21 universities to investigate the management of harmful factors of the laboratory and performed applying test for 12 domestic laboratories. Existing risk evaluation system, such as PMS, SMS, off-site impact assessment, since the industrial site is the subject, is a difficult problem to be directly applied to the laboratory of the research institute. So, we implemented management status and harmful factors survey and classified the research and development activities based on this data. Finally we developed "pre-hazards risk analysis method" to create each of the safety management measures. In addition, research activities personnel conducted voluntarily risk assessment, which is shared by institutions and government. It is presented the institutional system for safety management of laboratory. Its result, pre-hazards risk analysis method and institutionalization scheme will be able to achieve laboratory accident prevention system.
In current Web 2.0 environment, one of the most core technology is social bookmarking which users put tags and bookmarks to their interesting Web pages. The main purpose of social bookmarking is an effective information service by use of retrieval, grouping and share based on user's bookmark information and tagging result of their interesting Web pages. But, current social bookmarking system uses the number of bookmarks and tag information separately in information retrieval, where the number of bookmarks stand for user's degree of interest on Web contents, information retrieval, and classification serve the purpose of tag information. Because of above reason, social bookmarking system does not utilize effectively the bookmark information and tagging result. This paper proposes a Web contents ranking algorithm combining bookmarks and tag information, based on preceding research on associative tag extraction by tag clustering. Moreover, we conduct a performance evaluation comparing with existing retrieval methodology for efficiency analysis of our proposed algorithm. As the result, social bookmarking system utilizing bookmark with tag, key point of our research, deduces a effective retrieval results compare with existing systems.
