In this paper, using large deviation results for Gaussian processes, we establish some functional limit theorems for increments of a fractional Brownian motion in the usual sup-norm via estimating large deviation probabilities for increments of a fractional Brownian motion.

Purpose: To develop the standardized record forms for home hospice team members, made up of nurse, doctor, social worker, minister and volunteer, to share information and communicate efficiently in their specialized field. Methods: A methodological study revising and complementing initially developed record forms by obtaining content validity from the experts in each field. Results: Reflecting total 27 experts' opinions, final 11 types of home hospice team documents (registration form, visiting record form for a nurse, initial assessment form for a doctor, progress note for a doctor, initial assessment form for spiritual care, visiting record form for a minister, care note for social worker, visiting record form for a volunteer, final summary note, initial assessment form for bereaved family, and follow-up record form for bereaved family) have been developed. Conclusion: It is believed that this study initiated of effective communication between home hospice team members and enhanced quality of home hospice service and its records.

Purpose - To control exorbitant interest rates, implementation of an interest rate ceiling is a standard practice in microfinance. However, there are pros and cons of such market intervention. Hence, the aim of this short note is to highlight issues and challenges regarding the interest rate cap in microfinance, both from the perspective of clients and institutions. Research design, data, and methodology - While the nature of this short note is explanatory and descriptive, the research methodology used relevant data from the MixMarket and Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) annual reports in Bangladesh. Results - We argue that an interest rate ceiling is detrimental both for the clients and microfinance institutions (MFIs). This market intervention substantially reduces the outreach of MFIs and clients are most likely to pay a higher price in the long-run. Additionally, an interest rate cap also puts severe pressure on new-born and high-cost MFIs to cope with the interest rate ceiling. Conclusions - Although market intervention may be necessary in the short-run, it should not be the ultimate solution to abate high interest in microfinance. Understanding the operational dynamics of MFIs, as well as promoting productivity, efficiency and competition could help to lower the interest rates.

논문이나 문서를 작성하다 보면 주로 자신이 사용하는 개인용 컴퓨터(PC)에서 작업한다. 다른 PC에서 문서 작업을 하게 되면, 자신이 사용하던 PC의 자료나 작업 환경이 틀리기 때문에 불편함을 겪게 된다. 다른 PC에서 작업해야 하는 경우에 워드프로세서 등의 기존에 작성된 문서 프로그램을 일일이 설치해야 한다. 그리고 모아둔 문서 자료 또한 번번이 이동 저장 매체 등으로 자료 이동 작업을 해야만 한다. 이 외에도 아주 사소한 문제들이 자신의 PC 이외의 환경에서 문서 작업을 힘들게 한다. 요즘은 인터넷이 발달해 있기 때문에, 인터넷의 특정한 공간에 자신의 자료를 저장하는 방식으로 해결하려 한다. 하지만 인터넷이 대중화된 아직까지도 인터넷 장애는 빈번히 일어나거나, 뜻하지 않는 일로 인터넷 연결을 보장 할 수가 없으므로 이러한 방법에도 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 모든 작업 환경을 맞춰주지는 못하지만, 자신이 수집한 자료와 문서 작업이 동시에 한 시스템에서 이루어지도록 하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 본 시스템은 이동형 저장 매체에 자리 잡고 있어서 이를 휴대하기만 하면 웹브라우저가 있는 다른 PC에서 자신의 작업을 그대로 이어갈 수 있는 그러한 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

Research ethics is the basic attitude for researchers. Thanks to our predecessors we are able to conduct systematic studies. The current trend of results and the amount of study-oriented assessments make the side effect that researchers conduct SCI (Science Citation Index) studies. Since the Declaration of Helsinki, the importance of the right, safety and welfare for human participants have improved. In the present study, I looked into other countries' standpoints concerning the subject of the responsibilities for research ethics and compared them with Korean's standpoint. Recently, the Ministry of Health and Welfare revised the laws for bioethics and safety. In the point of bioethics, I checked out the function, exemption and process of the Institutional Review Board for the future researcher. It is suggested to use the research note to verify a study procedure and protect oneself from research misconducts.

A fungus that grew over bed-logs of shiitake(Lentinula edodes) and caused damage was isolated from mushroom-growing farms. The fungus produced extensive mat-like dark subiculum with ascomata in it and was identified as Nitschkia confertula. This is the first report in Korea and morphological characteristics are fully described.

During the study of mushroom flora in Hongneung Arboretum, Ileodictyon gracile was confirmed as new to Korea and described based on morphological and microscopic characteristics in here. This species has subhypogeous, clathrate structure, and obovoid spores. The clathrate structures have $4{\sim}12$ polygonal meshes.

A new classification framework called 'support feature machine' was introduced in [2] for analyzing medical data. Contrary to authors' claim, however, the proposed method is not designed to guarantee minimizing the use of the spatial feature variables. This paper mathematically remedies this drawback and provides comments on models from [2].
