  • This study will explore the reenactment of visual special effects used in TV dramas. The subjects of the study are images that are reproduced in visual special effects through and . Accordingly, we looked at the changes in the way TV dramas were produced according to the times, and looked at the changes in the market. Also, we looked at cases of visual special effects of Korean dramas, and looked at expressions according to the degree of completion of visual special effects. For the purpose of the analysis of the research targets, the images of reproducibility and the flow through reality were analyzed. In the case of , the period setting is realistic, but visual special effects were used to maximize the actor's safety and expression, and in the case of , the visual effects were used to maximize the aesthetic of the period background. In addition, it can be seen that the visual special effects were used for the effect of PPL on the export of images. This shows that the emphasis of reality and image montage techniques are being used to pursue hyperrealism. It is now possible to actively express and use the beauty of TV dramas rather than technical limitations. In addition, the pursuit of realism can actively express the changing times of digital age. This is an active representation of the camera's angle, lighting, and perspective that coincides with the background. The environment of video production is crucial for realistic expressions. The study examined various visual directions and applications. In TV images, we looked at reproduction, which can make a natural period of time by combining. As a follow-up study, we are going to study the changes in the new quadratic image based on the present image representation.

  • This study explores mime elements of court Hagmu(鶴舞) in literature and what is expressed in the practice of current Hagmu and examines what has been changed while others are kept intact. The content of Hagmu is that "attracted by lotus flowers in a pond, cranes dance around and peck at them, when the blossoms open wide with a girl [dancer] inside, upon which the surprised cranes fly away." The dance consists of 4 steps: the first step is for the entrance of cranes; in the second step the cranes dance moving across jidang(池塘) and the north; in the third step the cranes are curious about the lotus calyces, yeontong(蓮筒); and the cranes withdraw in the fourth step. The literature suggests that the dancing courses on the stage are limited to the east, the west, the south, and the north. The movement is limited to naeson (內旋) only in mujin(舞進) and mutoe(舞退). Furthermore, the gaze is only allowed toward the north and jidang. Motions are limited to naejog(內足), oego (外顧), and naego(內顧). However, the mime elements of current Hagmu are attributed to the effort of translating crane's life into a realistic story. It relates the life of cranes to that of human beings and implies love in it. Finally, the court Hagmu has entered the real world out of the literature, enriched with new elements. Under the transition from literature to practice the diversity of expression is added while the elements related with court codes such as courses, movements, directions, and motions are kept intact. These limitations, however, are coupled with the sensitive 'love' and the exposure of dancing instruments intrigues audience and creates dramatic effect. In conclusion the significance of mime elements in court Hagmu is in enhancing communication with audience.

  • This study is to suggest the considerations in the rules for authorized access points for collocation of music work by figuring out the directions of authorized access points in FRBR, LRM, ICP 2016, RDA, and BIBFRAME, and by analyzing RDA rules for attributes and authorized access points of music works and expression and VIAF examples. First, an aggregated authorized access points were suggested as the direction of authorized access points, and original title may be selected as preferred title and the authorized access point may be based on forms in one of the languages suited to the users, if the original title is not normally suited. Second, music works's authorized access points is consisted of composer authorized access point and preferred title, and of adapter's authorized access point and preferred title in case of lacks of responsibility in composer. Also, the authorized access point of Korean traditional music work must be reviewed according to work types considering the responsibility of composer. Third, the controlled vocabularies for name of music type, medium of performance, and key could be considered for describing the attributes of work and expression. This study would be the foundation study for the authorized access point of music work, and additional research should be completed through surveying music user's need.

  • Pallancata Ag mine is located at the Ayacucho region 520 km southeast of Lima. The geology of mine area consists of mainly Cenozoic volcanic-intrusive rocks, which are composed of tuff, andesitic lava, andesitic tuff, pyroclastic flow, volcano clasts, rhyolite and quartz monzonite. This mine have about 100 quartz veins in tuff filling regional faults orienting NW, NE and EW directions. The Ag grades in quartz veins are from 40 to 1,000 g/t. Quartz veins vary from 0.1 m to 25 m in thickness and extend to about 3,000 m in strike length. Quartz veins show following textures including zonation, cavity, massive, breccia, crustiform, colloform and comb textures. Wallrock alteration features including silicification, sericitization, pyritization, chloritization and argillitization are obvious. The quartz veins contain calcite, chalcedony, adularia, fluorite, rutile, zircon, apatite, Fe oxide, REE mineral, Cr oxide, Al-Si-O mineral, pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, galena, electrum, proustite-pyrargyrite, pearceite-polybasite and acanthite. The temperature and sulfur fugacity ($f_{s2}$) of the Ag mineralization estimated from the mineral assemblages and mineral compositions are ranging from 118 to $222^{\circ}C$ and from $10^{-20.8}$ to $10^{-13.2}atm$, respectively. The relatively low temperature and sulfur-oxygen fugacities in the hydrothermal fluids during the Ag mineralization in Pallancata might be due to cooling and/or boiling of Ag-bearing fluids by mixing of meteoric water in the relatively shallow hydrothermal environment. The hydrothermal condition may be corresponding to an intermediate sulfidation epithermal mineralization.

  • The Dresden Elbe Valley of Germany was delisted from the World Heritage List after a long dispute amongst the city of Dresden, UNESCO and the World Heritage Committee upon a plan to build a four-lane bridge within the boundaries of the property. The plan was claimed to threaten the Outstanding Universal Value of the heritage embedded in the view of the river landscape. However looking back on the necessity of the bridge in order to maintain the city dynamics and the needs of the local population, it is possible to diagnose that plans for the bridge had a rather different nature from the usual urban 'development' plans appearing in the vicinity of other World Heritage properties. This article examines the process that led to the delisting of the Elbe Valley from the World Heritage List and assesses the problems arising between the entities which determine the value of the heritage and the entities that implement conservation measures. Recognizing the necessity of involving the local residents, this article stresses the importance of the role of communities in heritage conservation. It is also important to set up dependable directions for establishing conservation policies which takes into account the changing dynamics of the living environment, and sound methods for assessing the impact of future projects on the heritage.

  • The purpose of this document is to explain the revisions of the Protection of Cultural Properties Act and its sub-laws which have been mad from Jan. 1999 to Sep. 2001. The Protection of Cultural Properties Act and its sub-laws have been revised three times from 1999 to 2001, before and after the Office of Cultural Properties was raised to Cultural Properties Administration on May 24, 1999. The main points of the revisions are as follows. First of all, the role of the local autonomous entities has been increased. The governor of the local autonomous entities is entitled to announce administrative orders related to the preservation of State-designated Cultural Properties. Also, the local autonomous entities has the authorities to examine whether the construction work which will be made in the outer boundaries, which is provided by regulations, of the protected area of the cultural properties might have any effect on preservation of cultural properties or not. Second, preventive actions to protect the cultural properties have been strengthened. If the scale of construction work is more than some scale, the preliminary survey of the surface of the earth to confirm the existence of buried cultural properties and their distribution is obligated. One who is promoting the development plan more than some scale must discuss the plan with the Administrator of Cultural Properties Administration in the process of planning. These actions would be effective to prevent the cultural properties from being damaged because of the development. Third, relaxation of the restrictions has been proceeded. On the basis of regulations which specify the actions to affect the preservation of cultural properties, negative system that does not limit the actions which are not specified in the regulations is introduced. The appropriateness of both protected structure and area should be regularly reviewed and adjusted. Also, most of the restrictions which was made only for administrative convenience and over-regulated the people's living have been revised. Finally, the number of cultural properties to be protected has been increased. Besides the State-designated Cultural Properties, the other cultural properties which are worthy to be protected as City-or-Province-designated Cultural Properties can be designated provisionally and protected. The system of registration and maintenance of the buildings and facilities which are not designated as the Modern Cultural Heritages is established. The penalty for damaging and stealing the cultural Properties which are not designated to be protected was strengthened. Even a dead natural monument can be acknowledged as an natural monument and it is limited to make a specimen or stuffing of the dead natural monument. All of these actions are fit to the high level of understanding of the public about the cultural properties and as the result of these actions, the number of cultural properties to be preserved has been increased. To sum up, the directions of revisions of the Protection of Cultural Properties Act and its sublaws which have been made from Jan. 1999 to Sep. 2001. are the localization of the protection of the cultural properties, the strengthening of protective actions, the relaxation of various regulations and the increasing of the number fo the protected cultural properties. Also, various problems raised in the processes of implementations of the laws have been reviewed and revised.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify possibility of a mathematical problem posing ability by presenting problem posing tasks with different degrees of structure according to the study of Stoyanova and Ellerton(1996). Also, the results of this study suggest the direction of gifted elementary mathematics education to increase mathematical creativity. The research results showed that mathematical problem posing ability is likely to be a factor in identification of gifted students, and suggested directions for problem posing activities in education for mathematically gifted by investigating the characteristics of original problems. Although there are many criteria that distinguish between gifted and ordinary students, it is most desirable to utilize the measurement of fluency through the well-structured problem posing tasks in terms of efficiency, which is consistent with the findings of Jo Seokhee et al. (2007). It is possible to obtain fairly good reliability and validity in the measurement of fluency. On the other hand, the fact that the problem with depth of solving steps of 3 or more is likely to be a unique problem suggests that students should be encouraged to create multi-steps problems when teaching creative problem posing activities for the gifted. This implies that using multi-steps problems is an alternative method to identify gifted elementary students.

  • Legislative stability of the production and management of electronic records and the enhancement of infrastructure have reached significant levels through relentless efforts of academic and public institutions in the field. In addition, appraisal and disposal of records also have to be done by retention periods, business functions, administrational and historical values, and certain procedures. The law specifies that public institutions must assign record managers. The underlying reason is for record managers to arbitrate the review process when records are to be evaluated and discarded and to prevent unauthorized disuses. It is also for just evaluations with the professionalism. Evaluation and discard of records have significant meanings in record management. Thus, these processes need to be handled properly in the standard record management system. Evaluation should be proceeded by the law enacted under the task functional and social agreement. Since, the record discard is decided through the technical and logical process, the support for evaluation and discard works are important above all things. In this paper, I deducted functional requirements of standard record management system by analyzing methods including the analysis of legislation and standard related to electronic records and the examination of the user's manual of record management system. I researched through the interviews of the record managers in public institutions. Based on this research, I deducted the implications for the evaluation of standard record management system and the estimation of functional requirements for discard. I also discussed future directions of improvements and follow-up studies.
