The purpose of the present study is to investigate the lipid peroxidation, creatine kinase activity and cortisol hormone levels following the training intensity in elite judo players. Six elite Judo players participated in the experiments (3h repetition judo program), which include stretching, judo skill practice and cool down without recess. Blood sampling were taken at the judo gymnasium at the time of resting, 1h training, 2h training, 3h training, 2h recovery, and 24h recovery time and this were analyzed for CK, MDA and Cortisol levels. The results obtained were analyzed via repeated measures of ANOVA using SPSS package program (ver.10.0) and a value of p<.05 was considered statistically significant. The results from this study were as follows. In the CK levels, which reflect the contribution of creatine phosphate and muscle damage degree, there was a significant difference (p<.05) after judo training in every period. Recovery 24h showed the highest level. In the MDA levels, which reflect lipid peroxidation, there was a significant difference (p<.05) after judo training. Recovery 2h showed the lowest level. In the cortisol hormone levels, which reflect stress status, there was a significant difference (p<.05). In this study, we can conclude that For the trained athletes, MDA level was lower at the time of exercise compare to the other period, this is caused by the increased antioxidant defence mechanism.
An automated signal-acquisition method for the NASA's space geodesy satellite laser ranging (SGSLR) system is described as a selection of two system parameters with specified probabilities. These parameters are the correlation parameter: the minimum received pulse number for a signal-acquisition and the frame time: the minimum time for the correlation parameter. The probabilities specified are the signal-detection and false-acquisition probabilities to distinguish signals from background noise. The steps of parameter selection are finding the minimum set of values by fitting a curve and performing a graph-domain approximation. However, this selection method is inefficient, not only because of repetition of the entire process if any performance values change, such as the signal and noise count rate, but also because this method is dependent upon system specifications and environmental conditions. Moreover, computation is complicated and graph-domain approximation can introduce inaccuracy. In this study, a new method is proposed to select the parameters via a conditional equation derived from characteristics of the signal-detection and false-acquisition probabilities. The results show that this method yields better efficiency and robustness against changing performance values with simplicity and accuracy and can be easily applied to other satellite laser ranging (SLR) systems.
The application of ML approaches in determining the resisting capacity of fire damaged RC columns is introduced in this paper, on the basis of analysis data driven ML modeling. Considering the characteristics of the structural behavior of fire damaged RC columns, the representative five approaches of Kernel SVM, ANN, RF, XGB and LGBM are adopted and applied. Additional partial monotonic constraints are adopted in modelling, to ensure the monotone decrease of resisting capacity in RC column with fire exposure time. Furthermore, additional suggestions are also added to mitigate the heterogeneous composition of the training data. Since the use of ML approaches will significantly reduce the computation time in determining the resisting capacity of fire damaged RC columns, which requires many complex solution procedures from the heat transfer analysis to the rigorous nonlinear analyses and their repetition with time, the introduced ML approach can more effectively be used in large complex structures with many RC members. Because of the very small amount of experimental data, the training data are analytically determined from a heat transfer analysis and a subsequent nonlinear finite element (FE) analysis, and their accuracy was previously verified through a correlation study between the numerical results and experimental data. The results obtained from the application of ML approaches show that the resisting capacity of fire damaged RC columns can effectively be predicted by ML approaches.

This experiment aimed to find out the most effective condition of drawing method when making tea by determination of the contents of minerals infused from four kinds of green tea samples of market with its different drawing time and temperature. The mineral contents in 100 grams of raw green tea leaves revealed $1737{\sim}3000\;mg$ potassium, $178{\sim}205\;mg$ magnesium, $171{\sim}201\;mg$ calcium, $54{\sim}71\;mg$ manganese, $24{\sim}50\;mg$ sodium, $11.6{\sim}12.3\;mg$ iron, $3.4{\sim}5.3\;mg$ copper and $4.6{\sim}5.9\;mg$ zinc. The values showed some variation in their contents according to the kinds of raw green tea samples. The decreasing order of the amounts of minerals infused from the green tea samples was K, Zn, Mg, Mn, Fe, Na, Cu and Ca. The amount of minerals infused from the green tea leaves increased with increase in the drawing time and temperature. The total infusion amount of minerals was remarkably larger when drawing time was three minutes with three times repetition than when it was eight minutes without repetition at the same temperature.
Cross-talk artifacts occur in two adjacent groups of axial imaging of lesions lumbar 4-5 and sacrum 1 in lumbar spine MRI. This causes problems in reading lesions in areas corresponding to the posterior vertebra. In this study, we are going to completely remove the cross-talk artifacts through optimal concatenation TR. The region of interested were measured by averaging them into fat (ROI1), erector spinal muscle(lateral tract: iliocostalis lumborum muscle) (ROI2), erector spinal muscle(lateral tract: longissimus muscle) (ROI3), and spinous process (ROI4). The mean signal intensity (SI) was 163.43 ± 25.08 at C4 for ROI1, ROI 2 and ROI 3 at C6, 67.89 ± 11.75 and 69.99 ± 10.91 and ROI4 at C5, respectively (p<0.000). The mean signal to noise ratio (SNR) was 135.45 ± 35.90, 56.92 ± 15.90, 58.77 ± 15.59, and 54.91 ± 118.95 for SNR 1, 2, 3 and 4 (p<0.000). The contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) was CNR1 78.52 ± 24.11, CNR2 was 76.67 ± 24.38 and CNR3 was 80.54 ± 26.33 in concatenation 6, respectively (p<0.000). The SNR, CNR, and the most efficient concatenation TR value over time are 6, and it is considered to help reduce cross-talk artifact if this is applied to T1 axial images.

An anti-collision algorithm is very important in the RFID system because it decides tag identification time and tag identification accuracy. We propose improved anti-collision algorithms using Bin slot in RFID system. In the proposed algorithms, if the reader memorizes the Bin slot information, it can reduce the repetition of unnecessary PingID command and the time to identify tags. If we also use ScrollA11ID command in the proposed algorithm, the reader knows the sequence of collided E bits. Using this sequence, the reader can reduce the repetition of PingID command and tag identification time. We analyze the performance of the proposed anti-collision algorithms and compare the performance of the proposed algorithms with that of the conventional algorithm. We also validate analytic results using simulation. According to the analysis, for the random tag n, comparing the proposed algorithms with the conventional algorithm, the performance of the proposed algorithms is about $130\%$ higher when the number of the tags is 200. And for the sequential tag ID, the performance of the conventional algorithm decreases. On the contrary, the performance of the proposed algerian using ScrollA11ID command is about $16\%$ higher than the case of using random tag ID.

A modular exponentiation( E$M^{$=varepsilon$}$mod N) is one of the most important operations in Public-key cryptography. However, it takes much time because the modular exponentiation deals with very large operands as 512-bit integers. Modular exponentiation is composed of repetition of modular multiplications, and the number of repetition is the same as the length of the addition-chain of the exponent(E). Therefore, we can reduce the execution time of modular exponentiation by finding shorter addition-chain(i.e. reducing the number of repetitions) or by reducing the execution time of each modular multiplication. In this paper, we propose an addition-chain heuristics and two fast modular multiplication algorithms. Of two modular multiplication algorithms, one is for modular multiplication between different integers, and the other is for modular squaring. The proposed addition-chain heuristics finds the shortest addition-chain among exisiting algorithms. Two proposed modular multiplication algorithms require single-precision multiplications fewer than 1/2 times of those required for previous algorithms. Implementing on PC, proposed algorithms reduce execution times by 30-50% compared with the Montgomery algorithm, which is the best among previous algorithms.

High-speed high-resolution terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) is demonstrated using the asynchronous-opticalsampling (AOS) method. A time-domain signal with a 10-ns time window is rapidly acquired by using two femtosecond lasers with slightly different repetition frequencies to generate and detect a terahertz pulse wave, without a mechanical delay stage. The spectrum obtained by the fast Fourier transformation (FFT) of the time-domain waveform has a frequency resolution of 100 MHz. The time resolution of our spectrometer is measured using the cross-correlation method to be 278 fs. A transmission spectrum of water vapor is measured and the absorption lines are analyzed in the frequency range from 0.1 to 1.2 THz.
The development of IT has contributed a lot to enhancing administrative efficiency. In particular, it enabled administrative agencies to be able to upgrade the effects and efficiency of public services by saving unnecessary time, labor, and equipment that might surely occur in delivering routine services in repetition. As the concept of governance and knowledge-based administration assumes a pivotal value in the 21 century administrative innovation, sharing information among agencies is a key to building effective governance system. However, current extent of sharing information in public agencies is below the level of expectation and thus the need exists for the steps to making information shared more widely and effectively among public agencies. This paper gives a snap shot on the extant status of information sharing among public agencies and seeks ways to facilitate it from the perspective of electrical government.
