To execute a construction project, many construction participants are engaged in the project. Especially many subcontactors role is very important, but their contract statute seems weaker rather than prime contractor. So to protect the subcontractor and to activate fair subcontract, Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act was enacted. Direct payment to subcontractor clause of the act can protect subcontractor from the fear of insolvency of prime contractor, on the other hand can cause dispute about the interpretation of defect liability. Therefore the positive act and regulation were examined, and the effects of direct payment to subcontractor were analyzed. And the treatment direction of direct payment were suggested in this paper. Summary is as follows; (1) Statute of subcontractor for the ordering subject must be considered (2) Contract relationship must be reflected in the performance bond, subcontract bond, and subcontract construction conditions (3) To clarify the defect liability for the direct payment, retainage to guarantee the repair during contract period may be reflect on the subcontract construction conditions.

The complexity of constructing medical institutions is higher than that of general buildings, and many change orders in the design and defect repairs in the construction phase are required due to strict government regulations. The priority control of constructions and impact factors of medical institutions were analyzed in this study, and difficulties in the control in the design and construction phase were identified. First, the priority management factors that were identified were as follows: architecture, facilities, and electricity. Second, 1) priority management in constructions and factors resulting in change orders and 2) priority management in constructions involving defect repair were analyzed. Third, the importance recognized by the construction managers were analyzed. The priority management in constructions and factors that were recognized by the construction manager were deducted as having low importance, although there were many change orders and defects. The work of finishing, wall building, joining, office automation and communication function, and lighting were analyzed in the design phase, and waste, the office automation and communication function, ceilings, contamination control, and plumbing were analyzed in the construction phase. The results showed that there will be a decrease in change orders and defects if the concentration of the manager was elevated and priorities were managed.

The purpose of this paper is to study for fire example by fuel leakage in LPG Vehicle. At first example, the car was repaired the fuel line that was connected with pressure hose between fuel regulator and injector in engine. But the service man was not very tighten with regular torque. At a result, the gas leaked on hot parts of engine. It verified the production of fire by engine heat. At second example, when the repair man, after replacement the injector, inserted the injector in a assembling part of it, he didn't the transform condition of fixing part. Therefore, the tearing phenomenon of O ring producted the controlled leakage of fuel by the injector deflection. It found the fact that the fuel leaked with gap of O ring. At third example. the fuel-cut solenoid valve was lined with pressure regulator unit. But the service man didn't throughly certify the leaked work of connected parts after repaired it. As a result, it certified the fire by engine heating leaked liquefied petroleum gas. Therefore it have to minimize the fire production that the driver should do no problem to throughly manage the fuel system.
The plasma and serum of Crocodylus siamensis have previously been reported to exhibit potent antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities. During wound healing, these biological properties play a crucial role for supporting the formation of new tissue around the injured skin in the recovery process. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the wound healing properties of C. siamensis plasma and serum. The collected data demonstrate that crocodile plasma and serum were able to activate in vitro proliferation and migration of HaCaT, a human keratinocyte cell line, which represents an essential phase in the wound healing process. With respect to investigating cell migration, a scratch wound experiment was performed which revealed the ability of plasma and serum to decrease the gap of wounds in a dose-dependent manner. Consistent with the in vitro results, remarkably enhanced wound repair was also observed in a mouse excisional skin wound model after treatment with plasma or serum. The effects of C. siamensis plasma and serum on wound healing were further elucidated by treating wound infections by Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 on mice skin coupled with a histological method. The results indicate that crocodile plasma and serum promote the prevention of wound infection and boost the re-epithelialization necessary for the formation of new skin. Therefore, this work represents the first study to demonstrate the efficiency of C. siamensis plasma and serum with respect to their wound healing properties and strongly supports the utilization of C. siamensis plasma and serum as therapeutic products for injured skin treatment.
YoungDo bridge is the first suspension bridge in Busan which experienced several times repair and reinforcement after completion in 1934. The bridge is under demolition for extension and restoration work since 2011. The purpose of this research is to establish data base about modern concrete. The mix design of the concrete is like that cement : fine aggregate : coarse aggregate = 1 : 2 : 4 or 1 : 3 : 6 by the parts. The compressive strength is in the ranges from 50 to 55 MPa and the elastic modulus is in the ranges from 25 to 35 GPa. From the fact that the deviation is less than 10 %, considerably high quality control was conducted in those days. The carbonation depth is 5.92 cm at the bridge post and 14.3 cm at the machine room. That is why ocean environment keeps the high humidity. The diffusion coefficient of chloride ion through the pores in concrete is 1.052e-12 $m^2/s$ from the regression analysis using the experiment data. The water cement ration is estimated at approximately 35 % in case if the concrete using ordinary Portland cement.
Purpose: Adipose-derived stromal cells (ASCs) are readily harvested from lipoaspirated tissue or subcutaneous adipose tissue fragments. The stromal vascular fraction (SVF) is a heterogeneous set of cell populations that surround and support adipose tissue, which includes the stromal cells, ASCs, that have the ability to differentiate into cells of several lineages and contains cells from the microvasculature. The mechanisms that drive the ASCs into the osteoblast lineage are still not clear, but the process has been more extensively studied in bone marrow stromal cells. The purpose of this study was to investigate the osteogenic capacity of adipose derived SVF cells and evaluate bone formation following implantation of SVF cells into the bone defect of human phalanx. Methods: Case 1 a 43-year-old male was wounded while using a press machine. After first operation, segmental bone defects of the left 3rd and 4th middle phalanx occurred. At first we injected the SVF cells combined with demineralized bone matrix (DBM) to defected 4th middle phalangeal bone lesion. We used P (L/DL)LA [Poly (70L-lactide-co-30DL-lactide) Co Polymer P (L/DL)LA] as a scaffold. Next, we implanted the SVF cells combined with DBM to repair left 3rd middle phalangeal bone defect in sequence. Case 2 was a 25-year-old man with crushing hand injury. Three months after the previous surgery, we implanted the SVF cells combined with DBM to restore right 3rd middle phalangeal bone defect by syringe injection. Radiographic images were taken at follow-up hospital visits and evaluated radiographically by means of computerized analysis of digital images. Results: The phalangeal bone defect was treated with autologous SVF cells isolated and applied in a single operative procedure in combination with DBM. The SVF cells were supported in place with mechanical fixation with a resorbable macroporous sheets acting as a soft tissue barrier. The radiographic appearance of the defect revealed a restoration to average bone density and stable position of pharyngeal bone. Densitometric evaluations for digital X-ray revealed improved bone densities in two cases with pharyngeal bone defects, that is, 65.2% for 4th finger of the case 1, 60.5% for 3rd finger of the case 1 and 60.1% for the case 2. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that adipose derived stromal vascular fraction cells have osteogenic potential in two clinical case studies. Thus, these reports show that cells from the SVF cells have potential in many areas of clinical cell therapy and regenerative medicine, albeit a lot of work is yet to be done.

The entire duration of the long-term continuous construction contract project cannot be expected when calculating the initial budget as the construction of the contract is carried out annually according to the budget composition. In addition, the statutes related to the defect liability and execution of contracts have not been established systematically in relation to the contract. Therefore, there are many problems at the actual construction site with regard to the defect liability or the performance of the contract in relation to the contract. In this study, the following improvement directions were presented for the efficient operation of the contracts: First, the defect liability is legal and should be specified in an Act rather than an enforcement decree. Second, if the parties to the contract vary in the following order in the contract, the special agreement should be specified in the enforcement decree. Third, in the event of an indirect cost due to the extension of the period of the long-term continuous work, the contingency items of the total project cost management policy should be utilized. Fourth, in the case of general construction contract conditions, clauses related to the purchase of the premium of the CAR, inspection, taking over, defect repair, and defect inspection shall be supplemented.

Regular or irregular situations such as traffic accidents, damage to road facilities, maintenance or repair work, and vehicle breakdowns occur frequently on highways. It is required to provide traffic services to drivers by promptly recognizing these regular or irregular situations, various techniques have been developed for rapidly collecting data and detecting abnormal traffic conditions to solve the problem. We propose a method that can be used for verification and demonstration of unexpected situation algorithms by establishing a system and developing algorithms for detecting unexpected situations on highways. For the detection of emergencies on expressways, a system was established by defining the expressway contingency and algorithm development, and a test bed was operated to suggest a method that can be used for verification and demonstration of contingency algorithms. In this study, a system was established by defining the unexpected situation and developing an algorithm to detect the unexpected situation on the highway, and a method that can be used verifying and demonstrating unexpected situations. It is expected to secure golden time for the injured by reducing the effectiveness of secondary accidents. Also predictable accidents can be reduced in case of unexpected situations and the detection time of unpredictable accidents.
In the railroad rolling stock depot, long-term maintenance tasks is done regularly every two or four year basis to maintain the functionality of equipments and rolling stock body or for the repair operation of the heavily damaged rolling stocks by fatal accidents. This paper addresses the computer simulation model building for the rolling stock maintenance shop for the CDC(Commuter Diesel Car) and Generator Car planned to be constructed at Daejon Rolling Stock Depot, which will be moved from Yongsan Rolling Stock Depot. We evaluated the processing capacity of two layout design alternatives based on the maintenance process chart through the developed simulation models. The performance measures are the number of processed cars per year, the cycle time, shop utilization, work in process and the average number waiting car for input. The simulation result shows that one design alternative outperforms another design alternative in every aspect and superior design alternative can process total 340 number of trains per year 15% more than the proposed target within the current average cycle time.
PE piping, which has advantages in terms of construction convenience and economy, is widely used for underground burial in the domestic urban gas field. These PE pipes use squeeze-off in many sites to block gas flow during maintenance and repair work. Squeeze-off refers to a method of compressing a PE pipe to block fluid flow, and damage may occur due to the nature of construction in which the pipe is deformed by physical force. In order to prevent damage to PE pipes due to squeeze-off, the main points to be reflected in the squeeze-off operation procedures such as proper compression range, use pressure, and diameter were derived through damage assessment and confidential test according to the compression rate. The compression experiment for PE pipe damage assessment was conducted while changing the compression rate (20%~40%), the pressure of use (2.8 kPa, 25 kPa, 70 kPa), and the pipe diameters (63 mm, 90 mm, 110 mm). As a result of damage assessment according to the compression rate, damage occurred in pipes with compression rates of 45%(110mm) and 73%(63mm), which are for analyzing the effect of excessive compression. In addition, the leakage test was conducted using Ar(argon) during the squeeze-off, and as a result of the experiment, leakage occurred under the conditions of 70kPa and 110mm of pipe. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that squeeze-off for airtightness should be carried out in pipes within a range not exceeding 25 kPa and 90 mm pipes, and the appropriate compression rate to prevent damage to PE pipes is 30%.
