성취가용도를 고려한 최적 수리횟수 결정모델에 관한 연구 (A Determination of an Optimal Repair Number under Achieved Availability Constraint)

  • A preventive maintenance model, caller FNBM (${\alpha},{\delta},{\gamma}$) model, is proposed to decide an optimal repair number under achieved availability requirements (r) along with taking two types of failures (repairable or irrepairable) into account. In this model, the current system is replaced by a new one in case when it doesn't meet the achieved availability requirement, even though it is repairable failure; Othewise it is replaced in time of the first irrepairable failure. Assumed that the j-th failure is repairable with probability ${\alpha}_j$ minimal repairs are allowed for repairable failure between replacements. Expected cost rate for preventive maintenance model is developed using NHPP (Non - Homogeneous Poisson Process) in order to de term in the optimal number $n^*$, also numerical examples are shown in order to explain the proposed model. Since the proposed FNBM (${\alpha},{\delta},{\gamma}$) model includes Park FNBM model (1979) and Nakagawa FNBM (p) model (1983) m this proposed model is thought to be better than previous model, especially for weapon system which requires availability as primary parameter.

공동주택 결로 하자 사례를 통한 개선방안 도출 (Study on the Improvement Plans of Condensation Defect Examples in Apartment Building)

  • There are main issues of defect type that condensation, concrete crack and noise in apartment buildings. Especially, according to the Apartment Defect Dispute Mediation Committee in Korea (ADDMC) at Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport in Korea (MLIT), condensation defects are great importance (14 percent) on whole number of reported cases of faults from 2015 in Korea. Most condensation defects have many different causes that take a toll on the resident's life and space. So it is very important to early detection and repair. For preventing the condensation in apartment buildings, there are building codes in Korea such as 'Standard of Method and Judgment for Apartment defect of investigation, Repair cost Estimate'. This research aims to study on the improvement of preventing the condensation aforementioned korea standard. Types and characteristics (opaque wall, windows, doors) of cause of occurrence and existing state condensation defect is analyzed from evaluation of real application 100 case in 2015 ADDMC data.

  • Analysis data of basics which are used for LCC(Life Cycle Cost) analysis of buildings and maintenance plan, are demanded to secure according as replacement cycle of repairs of apartment houses has come. However, investigation techniques and systems for investigating condition of deterioration of apartment houses, have not been made yet in Korea. For this reason, this study was wanted to make investigation techniques and systems, so the process for maintenance of apartment houses was researched and the required quality and deterioration factors of interior/exterior materials were investigated. As a result Check-List for investigating condition of deterioration, was made. if this is used during a nonscheduled, a routine, a regular and a urgency check, the methodical investigation will be achieved. Furthermore, if this is used for maintenance of apartment houses, it will be helped to select the repair cycle and the long-term repair plan.

Controller Backup and Replication for Reliable Multi-domain SDN

  • Software defined networking (SDN) is considered to be one of the most promising paradigms in the future. To solve the scalability and performance problem that a single and centralized controller suffers from, the distributed multi-controller architecture is adopted, thus forms multi-domain SDN. In a multi-domain SDN network, it is of great importance to ensure a reliable control plane. In this paper, we focus on the reliability problem of multi-domain SDN against controller failure from perspectives of backup controller deployment and controller replication. We firstly propose a placement algorithm for backup controllers, which considers both the reliability and the cost factors. Then a controller replication mechanism based on shared data storage is proposed to solve the inconsistency between the active and standby controllers. We also propose a shared data storage layout method that considers both reliability and performance. Besides, a fault recovery and repair process is designed based on the controller backup and shared data storage mechanism. Simulations show that our approach can recover and repair controller failure. Evaluation results also show that the proposed backup controller placement approach is more effective than other methods.

  • Grenfell Tower was renovated in 2014 and 2016 at a high cost to replace the exterior materials, windows and co-heating facilities of the building. The exterior materials used during the repair work were sandwich panels filled with polyethylene and plastic, which were expanded on the aluminum metal surface. It is a product called Celotex RS 5000, a low-resolution but inexpensive repair material, and is currently an external material that cannot be used in high-rise buildings. Similar domestic fire cases began to focus social attention on the safety of high-rise buildings through the Busan Residential Complex Fire (2010), Uijeongbu Urban Living Housing Fire (2015), and Ulsan Residential Complex Fire (2020), and residents' safety concerns are increasing. In Korea, the occurrence and risk of similar fires are high, so setting up fire prevention measures through fire case investigation is considered the most basic measure in securing human safety. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the status of fire damage caused by domestic and foreign eruptions, domestic and international research status and related regulations on external materials and windows starting from the Grenfell Tower fire in England.

제약만족 탐색과 휴리스틱 교정기법을 이용한 최적 선석 및 크레인 일정계획 (Optimal Berth and Crane Scheduling Using Constraint Satisfaction Search and Heuristic Repair)

  • 컨테이너 터미널에서의 선석 및 크레인 일정계획은 일정 기간 동안 입항 예정인 선박들을 대상으로 선석을 배정하고 접안 시기와 기간을 결정하며, 또한 각 선박별로 컨테이너를 싣고 내릴 크레인을 배정하되 각 크레인의 서비스 시작과 완료시간까지 지정하는 전 과정을 포함한다. 이 문제는 본적으로 서로 시간적 공간적으로 복잡한 제약 관계에 있는 여러 선석들과 크레인들을 충돌 없이 각 선박에 할당하여야 하는 제약조건 만족 문제인 동시에, 각 선박의 희망 입출항 시간을 최대한 존중하면서 터미널의 운영비용을 최소화할 수 있는 계획안을 도출해야 하는 최적화 문제이기도 하 다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제의 해결을 위해 제약만족 탐색기법을 동원하여 먼저 제약조건을 만족하는 해를 찾은 뒤, 제약조건을 만족하는 범위 내에서 보다 최적의 해를 유도해 내기 위해 휴리스틱 교정 기법을 제약만족 탐색기법의 틀 내에서 반복적으로 적용하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 실제 부산 신선대 컨테이너 터미널의 데이터를 이용한 실험 결과 현장 전문가가 만족할 만한 수준의 일정 계획을 신속하게 수립할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

부속품의 계약제도 적용방안에 관한 연구 (Research on Applying Contracting Systems for repair parts)

  • Supply units in each command are multi-tiered and each supply unit keeps a supply level independently, which can cause excess stock, leading false reports to the Logistics Command and increasing difficulties in managing user needs. This causes excess assets and the excess then causes deformation in demand. therefore, the supply support systems of our armed forces have become high-cost/low-efficiency and are insufficient to meet the needs of users in combat units. Civilian corporations and the US Department of Defense are downsizing the aforementioned multi-tiered supply systems thus revolutionizing efficient and effective logistics by adopting Supply Chain Management(SCM), and Prime Vendor policies. Prime Vendor policy is a logistics support method that allows users to directly request and receive supply items from suppliers, based on supply contracts between suppliers and central maintenance organizations like KDA. In other words, it is a system that allows for users to make orders to suppliers directly and suppliers to deliver goods to the users directly, cutting out the middle stage, thus allowing an efficient supply. This is a way forward in finance that cuts costs in net supplies and allows an efficient utilization of civilian assets. which is also known to fasten the speed of logistical support and stripping down the logistical structure. therefore, this report will explore Prime Vendor policies adopted in certain number of units for medical supplies that were taken in consideration of improvements in stock management in civilian organizations and the US Army, and aims to apply such policies for repair parts.

Fast R-CNN을 이용한 객체 인식 기반의 도로 노면 파손 탐지 기법 (Road Surface Damage Detection based on Object Recognition using Fast R-CNN)

  • 도로 관리 주체는 도로 파손을 보수하기 위해 적지 않은 비용을 투입한다. 이러한 파손은 자연 요인과 노후화로 인하여 필연적으로 발생을 하는데, 효율적인 보수를 위한 유지보수 기술이 필요하다. 이런 수요에 대응하기 위해 여러 가지 기술들이 개발되고 적용되고 있지만, 최근 들어서는 차량용 블랙박스 형태로 수집한 영상 정보를 바탕으로 도로 노면 파손 유지 보수기술이 개발되고 있다. 이 파손 영역을 추출하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있지만, 본 논문에서는 최근 활발히 연구되고 있는 심층 신경망 구조의 영상인식 기술에 대해 논하고자 한다. 특히 영역 기반의 합성곱 알고리즘을 이용하여 영상 내에서 도로 파손 유무와 그 영역을 추정할 수 있는 새로운 심층 신경망을 소개한다. 이를 개발하기 위해 실제 주행을 통해서 600여장의 영상 데이터를 수집하였고, 이를 활용하여 학습을 수행하였다. 그 결과 기존 모델과 성능을 비교하여 10.67% 향상된 신경망을 개발하였다.

FMECA와 HAZOP을 활용한 가드레일 코팅차량의 안전성 향상 (Safety Improvements of Guardrail Coating Vehicle Using FMECA and HAZOP)

  • This study uses FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) and HAZOP (Hazard and Operability), which are widely applied in industrial areas, among risk assessment methods, and applies them to the same system. While FMECA evaluates system failure conditions and analyzes risks, HAZOP evaluates the system comprehensively by evaluating operational risks that may occur based on system parameters. According to data released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, as of December 2021, the length of roads in Korea is 113,405 km, and the repair of guardrails that have expired must be fixed urgently in terms of traffic safety. Replacing all of these guardrails with new ones requires a very large cost, but if the guardrails are repaired with a vehicle equipped with the G-Save method, carbon emissions are reduced, the repair period is shortened, and great economic benefits can be obtained. However, risk assessment for guardrail coating vehicles has not been done so far. Focusing on this point, this study aims to evaluate the risk of these coating vehicles and describe the results. Finally, we found that the Risk Priority Numbers(RPN) in the FMECA risk assessment were greatly reduced, and 6 risk factors from HAZOP risk assessment and actions were taken.

휴먼에러를 고려한 추가 CSP 산정 방안 (Additional CSP calculation method considering Human Error)

  • 최근 전력화되는 무기체계들은 최신 기술이 반영된 고가의 장비가 대다수이며, 운용유지비도 지속적으로 증대되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 무기체계들을 효율적으로 운용, 유지하는 요소로서는 정비계획, 경제적 비용 및 수리부속 소요 등이 있으며 그 중 수명주기 동안 수리부속 소요를 사전에 예측하는 것이 운용유지비 효율성 증대와 운용가용도를 높이는 중요한 방식이라 할 수 있다. 수리부속 소요 분석의 시작으로는 무기체계 배치 시 동시에 보급되는 동시조달수리부속(CSP: Concurrent Spare Parts, 이하 CSP) 산정이라 할 수 있을 것이다. CSP는 무기체계가 초기 일정기간 동안 재보급 없이 주어진 운용임무를 성공적으로 수행하고자 하는데 목적이 있으므로 이 기간 동안에 운용가용도를 달성하는 필수요소이다. 현재 CSP 산정 방식은 품목의 고장율과 운용 시간 등의 반영하여 분석하고 있지만, 분석된 CSP는 기술적 고장을 대비하는 목적이며, 초도 운용환경에서 휴먼에러 등으로 인한 예기치 않은 고장 발생에 대처하는 부분에서는 제한적인 것이 현실이다. 해당 고장은 무상정비 범위에도 포함되지 않으며, 초도 운용기간 중 무기체계를 운용 불가 상태로 만드는 심각한 요소에 해당된다. 이러한 무기체계의 운용 불가 상태를 예방하기 위하여 초도 운용환경 중 휴먼에러를 고려한 CSP가 필요하며, 그에 대한 산정 방안과 기준을 제시한다.
