Recent advances in computer technology have brought more dependency on software to railway signalling system. While much efforts have been reported to evaluate embedded software safety for railway signalling systems, not so much systematic approaches to evaluate software safety testing. In this paper, we propose a adaption of automatic software testing tool in terms of the design & coding standard for railway signalling system. The test items for the design & coding standard suggested in this study related international standards and MISRA-C. It is anticipated that it will be greatly helpful for the evaluation on the software for railway signalling system.

As entering the information age of the 21st century, Korea is actively processing many digitalizing businesses related to information source of the Korean academic science at the government level based on the Korean advanced digital technologies, which makes them more evolved through the internet networks in Korea. The definition of 'Newly found ideographs(新出漢字)' are made by researching and extracting from the old Chinese documents through the digitalizing process and they are not registered yet among the block of Unicode & extended Chinese characters those are existent international standard. Presently Korea is in the middle of brisk developing computerized old documents in the huge scale. Meanwhile, the international standard of Chinese characters in mostly Asian countries where using them is processing and developing by IRG. Therefore, Korean processing works is very important which are included extracting precisely 'Newly found ideographs' founded from building its database, organizing as an international standard code, submitting the International organization and finally registering as the best standard code.

Today's society requires companies to act more and more effectively for the general good, by respecting human rights and the environment. Innovative and enlightened companies try to meet this need through the adoption of several initiatives. Accordingly, the International Standard Organisation is now working on attempts to unify these initiatives and to formulate an internationally recognised standard, providing guidance to companies on social responsibility. Currently the SA8000 international standard is the most often used tool-based on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) philosophy - which guarantees the respect of fundamental workers' rights. Since 2003, Italy holds the world record for its number of SA8000 certified companies. This paper discusses the findings of a two-stage survey of the Italian SA8000 certified companies carried out over the last two years. The focus of the survey is on both reasons and effects of the implementation of SA8000 standard. In the first stage the rate of response was very high while in the second stage it was satisfactory. The results provide a clear picture of the companies and their degree of achievement and awareness of the fundamental principles of human resource management. A section of the survey deals with some issues related to the Public Sector.

The Consultation about Energy Use Plan is prescribed by the Energy Use Rationalization Act. This study calculated the Standard Data for Energy Use Plan of Industry Complex by the 9th Korean Standard Industrial Classification Divisions so that the energy demand reflecting the industrial technology change and characteristics of Manufacturing Divisions would predict. To achieve this aim, analysis on thousands of data in Energy Consumption Report Forms reported from industries which annual consumption of energy exceeds 2,000toe from 2009 to 2010 was carried out. The results showed that calculated overall mean fuel basic unit decrease, electricity basic unit increase and energy basic unit increase compared to that of the Notification No. 2002-130 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, therefore it means that heat source of energy facilities transferred from fuel to electricity. Also resultingly suggests that the related notification, code etc. are amended as soon as possible.

Purpose: Obesity is already a major clinical problem in Korea, so obesity prevention and treatment practices are gradually interested in Korean Medicine doctors. Moreover subjective body shape image entered as a important medical topic recently. To make a graph system for clinical tool which based on the Korean national standard physical scale in 30yrs Korean women. Methods: Physical data of the girth of upper arm, abdomen, hip, buttock, flank, calf, and body weight were statistically analyzed, which collected through the fifth national standard physical scale research. And then reviewed those statistical validation. Results: Relationship of the each body scale data and those graphs were fit and right statistically. Conclusion: These new achieved graph system of Korean standard body scales could be adopt as a useful clinical tool for body image related patients such as obesity, PCOD and postpartum patient in 30yrs Korean women.

The environment of Information and Telecommunication industry has rapidly changed. This is leading the growth of the world economy. Because of the characteristic of the information and communication, the standardization plays a important role in this market. The company that owns the standardization in its industry has dominant power like Microsoft in personal computer software, and Qualcomm in digital cellular phone system. Therefore, to take advantage of this standardization power, it is important to find which technology will be set up as a new standard. This paper presents how to capitalize the standardization as a market strategy. To perform this strategy, we take two steps. The first step is to strategically choose the most important technology or service which would lead the information and telecommunication market. We used modified AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to set the priorities among the various standard related technologies and services, We interviewed with the information and telecommunication experts to find out some criteria and the weights of them. The second step is to select the standard to realize the technology. Actually, this is very hard to decide which technology we should select, because there are lots of alternative standards to develop the technology. In this step, we use a strategic framework for choosing the standard. This framework provides how the research institution and company do to get a maximum benefit from the standardization strategy, Finally, we applied these to Korea's situation simply in order to show how to take advantage of the framework.

CMMI is composed of 22 process areas by 5 maturity levels and each process area consists of specific goals and generic goals. Since there are many relations among process areas, organizational standard processes tend to contain overlapped contents. In this paper we demonstrated that 60 out of 528 specific goals are highly related (11% relationship) in CMMI maturity level 3 process areas by using pearson correlation analysis and proposed to a scheme for defining organizational standard processes based on the results. As a result of defining organizational standard processes by using proposed a scheme, we achieved a significant improvement of 25% in process defining productivity.

Number Portability means that one can use his original telephone number when he change telephone service provider, region and the kind of service. Number portability is not necessary when only one telephone service provider exist in korea. But it is necessary to guarantee pair competition among the service providers as new communication service provider comes. The law which is related number portability is established by government as number portability is considered a tool to guarantee pair competition between old service provider and new service provider. A national standard on number portability with which all service provider can agree is needed. We developed functional standard for that purpose. Functional standard includes call processing structure, network requirement. This paper handle functional standards.

Interest in conformance and the issues related to conformance and interoperability testing in ebXML products are rapidly gaining momentum among standards developers, implementers, and users. The goal is to obtain implementations of the standard that correctly perform the functionality specified in the standard. Conformance testing helps to achieve correct implementation. In this paper, we design and implement the CPP(Collaboration Protocol Profile)/CPA(Collaboration Protocol Agreement) and registry for ebXML conformance and interoperability testing tools that observe the standard specification in conformity with ebXML Message Service v2.0, ebXML Registry Service v2.0 and ebXML CPP/A v2.0.

Realistic media comprised of metadata of the five senses to provide enhanced experiences by stimulating our memory and sensations have had an increasingly pervading effect in our daily lives. Many researchers and companies are in the process of developing their own authoring systems running on different platforms to serve realistic media, resulting in compatibility issues among the systems. To tackle these issues, the International Organization for Standardization have standardized the interface, data format, protocol, API, etc. required to provide the realistic media. In particular, the ISO/IEC 23005 standard, which is called MPEG-V in SC29/WG 11, has defined XML schemas for olfaction interaction based on electronic nose (E-Nose), and scent display. In this paper, the MPEG-V standard for olfaction interaction is reviewed, and a data flow diagram that can be used for olfactory interaction based on the MPEG-V standard was designed. In addition, the necessary schemas related to the E-Nose sensor for olfactory interaction was provided.
