The purposes of this study were to: a) investigate how other countries brought up their traditional food into the commercial market for tourists b) analyze present marketing status of the Korean traditional food in dealing with foreign tourists as consumers. Present marketing status of the overseas and domestic tourism products focusing on traditional foods was investigated through literature reviews and face-to-face in-depth interviews conducted with professionals in tourism business. As a result, the foreign tourism products focusing on traditional foods were diverse and these products were representative of the regional heritage brought together in an effect to increase understanding of traditional foods. In case of the tourism products focusing on Korean traditional cuisine, the popular programs were 'Making Kimch', 'Making ricecake' and 'Making Bibimbap' in which tourists participated have expressed great satisfaction. The results of this study would be used as an important data in developing unique tourism programs focusing on Korean traditional cuisine attracting foreign tourists.

The purpose of this study is proposing a method of developing experience program for organizing continuous 'Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village'. Therefore, with having purpose of developing experience program which is deeply related with residents organization and architecture in the village, the researcher has participated in '2005 An-dong Gunjamaul Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village', accomplished developing experience program which can continuously manageable by residents and space and facilities which are accompanied with program. The results of this research are as follows. The developing process of experience program has four phases, selecting program, planning program, growing and changing program, and practicing and firmly establishing program. Moreover, the relationships between space planning and setting up a resident's organization and the experience program need to be considered. The things that experts have to consider are come up with three subjects. First, planning experience program with citizen participation. Second, designing experience program with spaces which will contain the programs. Third, developing programs which are accompanied with rediscover village's resources through continuous feedback.

The purpose of this study is presentation of architectural planning direction and program space of youth training center. For this goal, surveyed the characteristics of youth and local residents who the main user of the center Through this survey, it could be accommodated about the needs of youth training facilities and seek user-centered planning methodologies. To this end, this study conducted a survey of users of youth training facilities in Cheonan-si to suggest the importance of architectural planning direction and space to reflect users' needs and regional characteristics. In the process, this study conducted a consciousness survey and importance influence factors assessment focused on commonalities and differences between youth and adult groups, which are the main user groups of youth training facilities. It is believed that the results of consciousness survey and importance influence factors assessment will be used as basic data to select the scale and programs of space that reflect the needs of users when planning youth facilities and related facilities in the future.

This study was conducted to research the status, history and prospects of farm scale milk processing and to develop a management strategy for small scale milk process plant in Korea. Also it aims to provide ways to apply it so as to vitalize the farm made milk products market practically. This study was also treats the practical development of dairy farm school programs through the farm scale milk processing. Farm-scale milk plant (FMP) should be some of the ideas to develop small scale and using the resources according to the local features, limited expanding in regional market, produce by consumers order amounts, management policy will be transferred organic dairy farm. A few policy suggestions to put FMP system of financial support would not from beginner, it is better to settled FMP system by government or co-operation group in practical support programs were proposed. What the state needs to do through direct involvement were to put efforts at demand expansion on FMP system products, to certificate and safety the farm made milk products marketing system settings, to build more variation chance of the milk products. What was more important, however, was support policy, to create the network of FMP market and to develop of training program contents for each FMP operation unit. The ideal FMP model for the development of Dairy Farming proposed in this research will be applied as a relevant reference in managing and realizing environmental friendly and sustainable dairy industry at the national level.

The present study aims to monitor three of the community empowerment projects implemented as part of the community central revitalization projects in Yeongwol. We used an established indicator (i.e., quantitative evaluation) as well as an interview (i.e., qualitative evaluation) throughout the monitoring process. The PM (project manager) committee members, consisting of six interdisciplinary experts, carried out the monitoring from $24^{th}$ of October until the $26^{th}$ of November 2018. We categorized the results of the monitoring into the aspects of needs, software, and hardware, and analyzed them as follows: First, although the locals were willing to take part in programs, they were in overall not well informed about the ongoing programs and the program that suits their needs the most. The service organization should therefore actively publicize the program and provide sufficient information about it .Second, instead of a one-off program, the locals should be empowered to take over the program eventually and develop it as a local business model. Last, the locals from the center as well as the outskirts of Yeongwol should organize a learning net, collaboratively develop a further program, and assess its effectiveness by employing a thorough monitoring system.

Recently, residents' community center is trying to combine with various program and facilities as the residents self-government program's development. This is due to the reduction of administrative tasks, the computerization of programs, the importance of community participation activities, the activation of community, and the increase of welfare projects. Therefore, previous studies on program complexity have been actively carried out. Nevertheless, spaces and programs studies of considering regional characteristics are lacking. Therefore, the community centers' program and spaces need to change. Therefore, this study propose an improvement direction through analyzing the situation of the residents' community center. For this study, the precedent research and institutional limitations are examined. In addition, this study selected and analyzed the 15 local community center. Thirdly, interviews were conducted with users and officials of the 5 residents' community centers on major changes. Finally, This study suggests direction of program improvement and architectural design direction. As a result of this study, integrated management measures with overlapping agencies should be sought. Surplus space will have to be rearranged into a new program through prior examination. Above all, the proposed remodeling guidelines require user requirements to be reflected and designed with the residents.

The purpose This study was conducted to explore the procedures and plans to establish a university-based lifelong education support system for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University. The research method consisted of expert consultation. Chosun University not only has various units of major(department) that can deepen and integrate knowledge and technology related to lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, but also has various leadership and various infrastructures that can lead the practice of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. The contents of this study were presented five procedures and plans such as the establishment of maintenance and convergence of majors (departments) units, the development and operation of department-led regional-linked education programs through extracurricular education, the introduction of majors in connection with extracurricular education program-linked courses, the selection of core departments, the establishment of cooperative courses between university and graduate schools, and the establishment and operation of lifelong education programs for the individuals with disabilities centered on lifelong education centers. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the academic foundation of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, the guarantee of educational opportunities for the individuals with disabilities, and the lead of linkage between local related organizations can be expected through the establishment of the support system for lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the health-related factors of the elderly in rural village in-depth and comprehensively based on the socio-ecological model. Methods: The data were collected from 22 elderly people through four focus group interviews and analyzed by deductive content analysis using four themes of the socio-ecological model (SEM) as an analysis matrix. Results: A total of 10 categories corresponding to the four themes of SEM were derived as follows: Intrapersonal level, "Awareness of Aging and Health", "Inefficient practice of health behavior", and "Daunted self-efficacy", Interpersonal level, "Social relations maintenance", and "Changing sense of community", Community level, "Local resources requiring improvement", "Problems caused by regional characteristics", "Disadvantaged group", and "Leadership and residents participation", Public policy level, "Health-related facilities and programs". Conclusion: We proposed the development and application of intervention programs that combined individual activities to improve self-management capacity and group activities to enhance social support and solidarity for rural villagers.

The Purpose of the study is to analyze present state of the volunteers in cultural program activities in Korean libraries and for reinforcing library volunteer activity. 2,349 volunteers were asked questionaires for the purpose looking into present state. The factors were number of regional participants, libraries which have partaken, number of participants per program, and participating programs. The programs that volunteers have partaken, its kind, relative importance of the partaken program, "non-reading" program's contents, preferable program by each targeted users, and the most participated program were analyzed.

Green tourism has recently focused on an alternative plan for activating a rural economy and coping with an income inequality between urban and rural areas. The Rural Development Administration has supported farm restaurants with the aim of increasing the income of farmers, determined unique native local foods and developed programs based on the experience rural life since 2007. Farm restaurants, which are the new type of local food restaurants, have unique food and various experiencing programs that reflect their own regional characteristics. We would like to understand how the farm restaurants have been developed and what types of characteristics they have based on the currently operating farm restaurants. The management situations and value of farm restaurants as tourist attractions were investigated as well in the tools for rural development.
