This study identifies the present status of multicultural broadcasting programs as multicultural phenomenon is spreading throughout Korean society and it discusses how a local broadcasting has to reflect locality and multicultural characteristic. A notion on the local of multimedia and multichannel time is expanding as a concept of emotional and psychological territory over geographical space. Therefore the locality should reflect attachment and interests of its members as well as disseminating multicultural reality. A locality for broadcasting should accept differences, reflect a cultural diversity, and satisfy its dynamics. The purpose of this study is to inquire whether a local broadcasting is performing its function as a local press and a place forpublic opinions by examining how they reflect reality of local, where an inflow of Immigrants and their cultures are altering the place as a multicultural society, and what Programs they propose. This study also presents media education for immigrants, revitalization of community, multicultural education about local citizens, and practical use of multicultural contents and small output radio as a source of supply for local broadcasting program in order to harmonize production of multlcultural media contents In local society.

The comparision of sunshine duration meter was carried out on the roof of Korea Meteorological Research Institude by comparing Pyrheliometer(Eppley NIP model) to sunshine duration meter(Reflection type) during from Nov. 8, 1989 to Feb. 19, 1990. In the observation Period, daily mean sunshine duration time difference of Jordan sunshine duration meter was recorded 0.47hour and Reflect sunshine duration meter was recorded 0.39hour. More than one hour time difference was observed 15 cases by Jordan sunshine duration meter and 11 cases by Reflect sunshine duration meter.

Recently, for solving a math problem, and I reflect back, so much emphasis on activities which reflect the activities conducted in schools is necessary to look for. In this study, the 7th Mathematics Curriculum textbooks (10 - a, b) and 7th in mathematics and modification of curriculum textbooks (math) in the reflection type of activities that explore the resulting problems and the measures we discuss are. Therefore, textbooks reflect the type of activities were analyzed before and thinking strategies, and we will examine various types of reflective activities.

최근 산업계를 비롯한 다양한 분야에서 대상물에 대한 3차원 측정과 형상화에 대한 요구가 급증함에 따라 측정 및 3차원 모델링을 위한 3차원 레이저스캐닝 시스템의 활용이 급증하고 있다. 그러나 3차원 레이저 스캐닝 시스템의 역할 및 활용의 증가하고 있는데 반해 스캔에 의해 획득되는 결과에는 다양한 원인에 의한 오차가 포함됨으로 인하여 고정밀 측정이 요구되는 분야에서 활용에 부분적인 제약으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 레이저측정방식을 채용하고 있는 3차원 레이저스캐닝 시스템을 이용하여 오차발생의 가장 큰 요인으로 조사되고 있는 측정대상을 표면물질의 반사율에 따른 오차발생특성과 발생비율을 분석함으로써 3차원 스캔자료의 정확도 향상을 꾀하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 측정대상물의 표면물질에 따라 반사량이 다르게 나타남을 확인할 수 있었으며, 표면반사율과 레이저파의 반사량 사이에 비례관계가 성립되는 특성을 확인할 수 있었다.

VOCs have been used as the most definitive resource to reflect customer feedback when developing products and services. However, due to the development of the Internet and the emergence of SNS, VOC is no longer the only channel that represents customer opinions. There are also a number of studies showing that many customers express complaints through channels other than VOCs. In this paper, we analyze the difference between the official VOC data and the data collected through the external channel, and suggest ways to reflect the various opinions of customers. To do this, this study uses keyword analysis that can identify differences according to frequency through social network, modular analysis to distinguish topics according to centrality and similarity, and emotional analysis to confirm word polarity (positive and negative). The results of this study show that the opinions of the customers were different depending on channels such as VOCs and external channels. Therefore, the collected data through VOC as well as external channels should be used in order to reflect the opinions of customers. In particular, this paper confirms that the results of one channel may vary depending on the channel characteristics even for the same channel. This confirms that collecting voc only on certain channels may differ from what real customers require. Therefore, data collected through VOCs as well as external channels must be used to reflect various customer feedback.

This paper reviews search methods of multiple reasonable paths to implement multimodal public transportation network of Seoul. Such a large scale multimodal public transportation network as Seoul, the computation time of path finding algorithm is a key and the result of path should reflect route choice behavior of public transportation passengers. Search method of alternative path is divided by removing path method and deviation path method. It analyzes previous researches based on the complexity of algorithm for large-scale network. Applying path finding algorithm in public transportation network, transfer and loop constraints must be included to be able to reflect real behavior. It constructs the generalized cost function based on the smart card data to reflect travel behavior of public transportation. To validate the availability of algorithm, experiments conducted with Seoul metropolitan public multimodal transportation network consisted with 22,109 nodes and 215,859 links by using the deviation path method, suitable for large-scale network.

This paper reports generating creative ideas based on customer needs using Kano Model and Importance-Differentiation Matrix (I-D Matrix). Nowadays, every customer demands creative ideas on product innovations in order to be satisfied her needs. However, most existing methods are limited to get creative ideas that reflect customer needs. Any creative ideas that do not fully reflect customer needs are obviously more difficult to succeed in the market than those that reflect customer needs. This paper distinguishes each quality elements the customer needs in terms of Kano Model. And it presents the effective ways of generating creative ideas by I-D Matrix in order to overcome current uppermost limits.

This study addresses the behavior characteristics of diesel spray injected on the impinging disk with the room temperature. The models of impinging spray are the stick, the reflect and the wall jet model In the initiative of the fuel injection the impinging spray was the reflect model. because the momentum of droplets was very large. This model developed to the wall jet model according to the time approaches. On the low temperature disk the fuel film was made by the attachment of the droplets with low Weber number. The thickness of impinging spray was increased when the disk approached to the nozzle tip. Mathematical analysis for calculation with the behavior of impinging spray have to consider the reflecting effect and the influence of the fuel film.

본 논문은 근거리에서의 차량간 통신에 밀리미터나 광전파를 분석하는데 효과적인 Ray Tracing방법을 도입하여 오율특성을 분석하였다. 분석환경으로는 간섭신호에 강한 장점을 지니며 산소흡수에 의한 감쇠가 크며 주파수 재사용효율이 좋은 60㎓ 대역에서의 비트오율을 분석하였다. 전파모델로 지면반사파, 콘크리트벽에 의한 반사와 옆 도로를 달리는 차량에 의한 반사를 고려한 Two-Ray 라이시안 채널에서의 다중접속자에 의한 DS/CDMA 시스템의 비트오율특성을 분석하여 검토하였다. 성능 개선 기법으로는 MRC 다이버시티를 채용하였다.
