암 환자의 치료에 대한 요구도와 관련된 요인분석 (Analysis of the Factors Related to the Needs of Patients with Cancer)

  • Objectives: Limited research has investigated the specific needs of patients with cancer. This study was performed to explore patients needs and the related factors. Methods: The data were collected by 1 National Cancer Center and 9 regional cancer centers in Korea. An interview survey was performed with using a structured questionnaire for the subjects(2661 patients who gave written informed consent to particiate) survey 4 months after diagnosis and review of medical records. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results: When comparing the relating factors related with patient needs to the sociodemographic characteristics, the female group showed a higher level of recognition for physical symptoms, social support needs. The younger group showed a significantly higher level of recognition for health care staff, psychological problems, information and education, social support, hospital services needs. In addition, the higher educated group showed a higher level of recognition for health care staff, physical symptoms, social support needs. The higher income and office workers group showed a higher level of recognition for hospital services needs. When comparing the relating factors related with patient needs to the cancer, the breast cancer group showed a higher level of recognition for all needs excluding physical symptoms, accessibility and financial support needs. The combined radiotherapy with surgery and chemotherapy group showed a higher level of recognition for psychological problems, information and education, social support needs. Conclusions: This study showed that needs on patient with cancer was significantly influenced by female, higher educagion, lower income, having religion, office worker, liver cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, chemotherapy, and combined therapy.

대학교 3학년의 치매 인식과 보건교육 요구도: 보건계열과 비보건계열 비교 (The Third Year Students' Recognition Level for Dementia and Health Education Needs in Universities: Comparison between Health Major and Non-health Major)

  • Background & Objectives: The purpose of this study was to offer basic materials for the correct comprehension of dementia and of health education needs by comparing the students' recognition level of dementia. Methods: Three health major departments(the department of nursing science, physical therapy and occupational therapy) and three non-health major departments(the department of English, early childhood education and biology) were randomized in universities. And the 180 juniors students involved in this study and their level of educational experience and of recognition of dementia was analyzed. Results: There weas no difference about recognition of social welfare services between the students of health departments and non-health departments, but there were differences between them about other health education needs. Conclusion: Students of non-health majors who learn the subjects unrelated to dementia should get an education on dementia so that they can understand and recognize health education needs on dementia.

장기요양시설 요양보호사의 직무에 대한 수행도, 교육요구도 및 전문직업성 인식 (Job Performance, Educational Needs, and Recognition of Professionalism among Care Workers in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the job performance and educational needs, and recognition of professionalism among care workers, and to organize educational programs according to the priorities of care workers. Methods: The participants were 119 care workers who were working in long-term care facilities. Data were collected from May 31 to June 7, 2019 using self-report questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, and Spearman's Correlation Coefficients. Results: The performance aspects of the job were as follows: care for safety and infection-related, communication and leisure support, and excretion. The most demanded educational needs were in first-aid. Care workers had more than average professional recognition. Job performance and educational needs, and recognition of professionalism differed significantly according to several general characteristics. Conclusions: The educational needs of the areas with low frequency of job performance were high. First-aid is low in frequency, but it is important to cope with emergencies, so it is necessary to continue education. Also, there is a difference in recognition of professionalism according to the career. It will be necessary to develop individualized education programs to meet the needs of care workers.

소비자의 사회적 책임 인식에 따른 사업자의 사회적 책임에 대한 소비자요구 (Consumers' Needs, for Corporate Social Responsibility According to the Perception of Consumer's Social Responsibility)

  • An increase in interests in consumers' social responsibilities, or ethical spending, starts from a recognition that the consumption of an individual does not stop with the individual, but also affects overall society. The recognition of consumers' social responsibilities leads to demands for corporate social responsibility. Therefore, this study analyzed how social responsibility recognition affects consumers' needs for corporate social responsibility using college students. All data was analyzed with the SPSS Windows 18.0 program in terms of frequency, Crobach's ${\alpha}$, factor analyses, paired t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression. The results are as following: first, the recognition level of consumers' social responsibilities in college students was at an average level and the consumer's needs for corporate social responsibility were higher than usual. Second, the grade level, military experience, and economic status of the college students changed their views on consumers' needs for corporate social responsibility. Groups with higher consumers' social responsibilities had higher consumer demands for corporate social responsibility. Through this, we can see that consumers' social responsibilities affects the consumer's needs for corporate social responsibility.

대전시 중·고등학생의 다문화사회 인식과 다문화교육 경험이 문화적 민감성에 미치는 영향: 다문화교육 필요성 인식의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Multicultural Society Recognition and Multicultural Education Experience on Cultural Sensitivity of Middle and High School Students in Daejeon: Focusing on the Mediating Role of Multicultural Education Needs Perception)

  • The objective of this study is to underline the important role of needs for multicultural education in the formation of middle and high school students' cultural sensitivity for the sake of coping multicultural society. This study focuses on how adolescents' multicultural society recognition and education experiences shape and influence their cultural sensitivity, with the mediating role of multicultural education needs perception. A survey 303 middle school students and 236 high school students Daejeon was conducted. The results of this study as follows. First, high school students' open minded and social participation were significantly higher than those of middle school students, while the latter multicultural education experience level was higher than the former. Second, it was found that multicultural society recognition and education experiences have an indirect impact on cultural sensitivity mediating multicultural education needs perception as well as have a direct effect. However, adolescents' cultural sensitivity was shaped by mediating role of multicultural education needs perception rather than by direct effect of multicultural society recognition and education experiences. A major contribution of this research is the identification of the role of multicultural education needs perception in fostering adolescents' cultural sensitivity.

어떤 사람이 보험을 필요로 하는가? - 보험 인식 및 사회경제적 가치관을 중심으로 - (Who Needs Life Insurance? - Focusing on Recognition of Insurance and Socioeconomic Values -)

  • 본 연구는 최근 1년 이내 생명보험을 가입한 경험이 있는 25-54세 성인소비자 1,500명을 보험 필요성 인식 수준에 따라 필요성 인식 상위, 중위, 하위의 3개 집단으로 유형화하고, 유형별로 보험 및 금융에 대한 인식 및 사회경제적 가치 인식에 차이가 있는지를 실증하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 보험 및 금융관련 전반적 인식 요인, 보유 보험 개수, 보험 만족도 이외에 사회경제적 가치인식 요인의 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 보험 및 금융관련 전반적 인식 요인은 '보험을 전문관리 및 재테크 수단으로 인식', '자기주도적 보험 설계 및 가입', '보험에 대한 경제적 부담 인식'으로 구분되었고 사회경제적 가치 인식 요인은 '사회경제적 자족감', '워라밸 가치추구', '경제적 가치추구'로 구분되었다. 보험 필요성 인식 상위집단을 준거집단으로 필요성을 보다 높게 인식하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하였다. 특히 중위집단에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 보험을 전문관리 재테크 상품으로 인식하는 것이었으며, 상위집단은 워라밸 가치추구 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째로 영향을 미치는 요인은 두 집단 모두 자기주도적 보험 설계 및 가입 요인이었다. 향후 보험 가입율 증진을 위해 워라밸 가치 추구를 위해 보험이 필수적인 상품으로 인식될 수 있도록 교육, 소통해야 하며 소비자들이 스스로 정보를 탐색하고 상품을 비교할 수 있는 정보탐색 여건의 지속적인 개선이 보험시장 활성화를 위해 중요한 요소일 것이다.

장애인복지를 위한 정보통신의 발전방향 (New developmental direction of telecommunications for Disabilities Welfare)

  • 본 연구는 장애인이 일반인과 똑같이 정보사회에 적응시키기 위해 장애인복지를 위한 정보통신의 발전방향을 연구하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 델파이기법을 도입하였으며, 조사방법으로는 문헌적조사방법과 면담조사방법을 병행하여 연구분석의 틀에 의해 분석하였다. 정보통신에 대한 장애인의 문제점을 살펴보면, 정보통신 접근의 불편, 보편적 서비스 저하, 장애인의 PC 통신 이용 저조, 장애인복지의 낙후, 정보통신요금의 부담, 정보화교육의 부족, 장애인정보의 부족, 장애인복지 정책결정에 장애인 미참여 등으로 분석되었다. 장애인에 필요한 정보통신기술을 살펴보면, 지체장애인에게는 음성인식기술ㆍ화상인식기술ㆍ호흡압력감지기술, 시각장애인에게는 표시기술ㆍ음성인식기술ㆍ문자인식기술ㆍ지적변환처리기술ㆍ화상인식음성합성기술, 청각ㆍ언어장애인에게는 음성신호처리기술ㆍ음성인식기술ㆍ기적변환처리기술ㆍ문자인식기술ㆍ화상인식기술ㆍ음성합성기술이 필요하다. 장애인복지를 위한 정보통신을 발전시키기 위해서는 장애인정보통신위원회의 구성, 보편적 서비스의 제공, 정보화교육의 실시, 연구개발의 지원, 중소정보통신기업의 지원 육성, 소프트웨어산업의 육성, 장애인용 표준화 작업 추진이 요구된다.

응급실 간호사의 법의간호 교육에 대한 인식과 요구도 (Emergency Department Nurses' Recognition of and Educational Needs for Forensics Nursing Education)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this survey was to investigate emergency department nurses' recognition of forensics nursing and their educational needs for forensics nursing education. Methods: Data were collected via questionnaires from 167 emergency department nurses who were working in 7 university hospitals. Nurses' experiences of trauma or accidents and their recognition of and educational needs for forensic nursing education were assessed. Results: All subjects reported having suffered bodily injury due to falling or serious traffic accidents; 92.2% reported having suffered bodily injury caused by suicide attempts; 91.6% reported having experienced physical violence or abuse; 76.0% reported having experienced sexual assault or abuse; 68.9% reported having experienced some difficulties during their nursing care due to lack of forensics knowledge; and 88.6% reported never having been trained in forensics nursing. The educational needs score for "forensics nursing" was 3.61; the needs score for "abuse- and violence-related education" was 3.65; the needs score for "incident data collection related education" was 3.47; and the needs score for "forensics theory related education" was 3.34. Conclusion: The findings of the study underscore a strong need to develop an educational program on forensics nursing for emergency department nurses.

Environment Modeling for Autonomous Welding Robotus

  • Autonomous of welding process in shipyard is ultimately necessary., since welding site is spatially enclosed by floors and girders, and therefore welding operators are exposed to hostile working conditions. To solve this problem, a welding robot that can navigate autonomously within the enclosure needs to be developed. To achieve the welding ra나, the robotic welding systems needs a sensor system for the recognition of the working environments and the weld seam tracking, and a specially designed environment recognition strategy. In this paper, a three-dimensional laser vision system is developed based on the optical triangulation technology in order to provide robots with work environmental map. At the same time a strategy for environment recognition for welding mobile robot is proposed in order to recognize the work environment efficiently. The design of the sensor system, the algorithm for sensing the structured environment, and the recognition strategy and tactics for sensing the work environment are described and dis-cussed in detail.

대학생의 진로인식에 따른 진로 교육 요구도 차이 분석 (An Analysis on the Educational Needs of the Career Education according to the Career Recognition of the Undergraduates)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로인식이 진로개발역량에 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 진로인식 여부가 교육요구도에 어떤 차이를 가져오는가를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학교 학생 362명에게 진로개발역량에 대한 교육요구도를 조사 및 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 교육요구도는 경력개발에 대한 교육요구도가 가장 높았으며 그 다음이 직업정보탐색, 경력전환기술, 긍정적 자아개념형성, 진로계획 수립, 효과적 대인관계 형성 순이었다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로인식 여부는 역량 보유도에서는 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 역량 필요도에는 영향을 미치지 못했다. 셋째, 두 집단의 교육요구도의 순위는 1위에서 3위까지는 동일했으나 4위부터 6위까지는 달랐다. 즉, 두 집단 모두 교육요구도 1위는 경력개발, 2위는 직업정보탐색, 3위는 경력전환기술로 동일하였으나, 그 뒤 순위는 진로인식 집단은 긍정적 자아개념형성, 효과적 대인관계 형성, 경력전환기술 순임에 반해 진로 미인식 집단은 진로계획수립, 긍정적 자아개념형성, 효과적 대인관계 형성 순이었다. 본 연구 결과는 대학 진로교육의 효율성을 제고하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
