It is necessary to arrange and analyze the collected research date to get regularity such as characteristics, merits and demerits, and possibility in city when constructing land information by analyzing linkage and utilization of cadastral information as the fundamental data for land information around the acreage of a lot and by expressing the purpose of each digital data construction with map. In short, that is the work to classify data, to make chart or map, or to analyze using statistical technique. Some information in land utilization had been used by computerization, but several problems were found in common use of total divisions. The most important problem is, in the case of drawing information, that topographical map with building boundary and land registration map with acreage boundary cannot be used together. In the case of property information, common utilization of property information that is basically needed and standard measurement of usage classification are necessary. The characteristics of the land usage data by the rearrangement of the cadastral information. etc. is presented as the basic data for the land information orientation, and the analyzing result of the data should be expressed and controlled on the map as the fundamental survey for the establishment of the land information oriented planning supports the physical space planning of the land cadaster finally. In this research, the problem in establishing current land information around acreage of a lot was found to research data to be needed in land information for utilizationof space based digital information, and was studied the method in relation to GIS.
As part of an effort to leap smart cadastre system by doing rearrangement of various mismatches in the land register, the cadastre renovation project is being recently conducted. In response to this demand, this paper proposes an image-based rapid parcel boundary demarcation plan using the high resolution aerial image with a GSD (Ground Sample Distance) of 5cm that matches to real ground boundary situation in residential area. To review the feasibility and accuracy of this proposed methodology, we compared the accuracy of parcel boundary point and parcel area extracted from the digital stereo plotting on the basis of results of cadastral boundary surveying and land register over the selected two test areas. The comparative accuracy result of all boundary points by digital stereo plotting is satisfied with accuracy requirement according to the criteria of the enforcement regulation of cadastral surveying, whereas it exceeded allowable error of ${\pm}0.07m$, more strictly specified in the Special Act on Cadastral Renovation. And about 20% of the total 70 parcels extracted by digital plotting are out of area tolerance in Jecheon study area, and 10% of the total 19 parcels in Suwon study area. The parcels exceeding accuracy limit are mostly due to the occlusion caused by building roof or eaves, and the obstacles such as trees existing on the boundary. Furthermore, an object identification is impossible in image because of vague boundary reference in case of nonexistence of man-made structures or natural features. Therefore, the utilization of boundary identification stickers is recommended as a solution for these types of land parcel.

The molecular orientational dynamics of the nonlinear optical(NLO) side-chain polymer N-(4-nitrophenyl)-(L)-prolinol-poly (pphenylene terephthalates) have been studied using nonlinear optical responses as measured by second harmonic generation (SHG). A new pulsed corona poling is used to orient the NLO chromophores and the polymer segments into the noncentrosymmetric structure required to obtain the SHG signal. By corona poling of negative high voltage pulses with variable repetition rates (between 0.5 and 10 ㎑) at temperature between 25$^{\circ}C$ and 80$^{\circ}C$, well below and about the glass transition temperature 70$^{\circ}C$, the side-chain chromophores and the polymer chain contour rearrange themselves and create the domain structure observed by atomic force microscopy(AFM). The pulsed corona voltage enhances the orientational ordering of the NLO chromophores and also significantly influences the growth of SHG signal and the improved relaxation behavior after the poling field is removed, reducing the visible damage to the polymer film dramatically. This new pulsed corona poling experiment gave direct in situ evidence that the NLO chromophore and the polymer backbone undergo anisotropic rearrangement during the poling process.

Alumina (Al2O3) is mainly used as a structural ceramic material and to have good mechanical properties requires a dense microstructure. In commercial fabrication, the liquid phase sintering process is adjusted to reduce the sintering temperature of alumina. In this study, the effect of added amounts of cobalt oxide as a coloring agent on the microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated in the CaO-SiO2-MgO-system liquid phase sintering of 92 % alumina at various sintering temperatures. When 11 wt% Co2O3 was added, a rearrangement of alumina particles, which is the main densification step in liquid phase sintering, occurred from a sintering temperature of 1200℃. Solution re-precipitation and coalescence steps followed from 1300℃ with the grain growth of alumina particles. The addition of excess Co2O3 and sintering temperatures above 1400℃ resulted in a decrease in sintered density and Vickers hardness, because of the low viscosity of the liquid phase. In 92 % alumina with the addition of 11 wt% Co2O3, a sintered density and Vickers hardness of 3.86 g/㎤ and 12.32 GPa, respectively, were obtained at a sintering temperature of 1350℃.

The development of modern science and technology has a tremendous impact on culture and communication. Therefore a library that typically serves to collect, arrange and provide information is required to perform more diversified roles to stay abreast with changing modern society. Recent surge in demand for public library construction or remodeling is expected, but we still are in an actual condition that there is no model about the library spatial operation which considers the type and a service size of library. the purpose of this study is to examine the conditions for the rational and systematic spatial management of public library in today`s changing information society, to make a case study on the state of spatial management, and to suggest the efficient rearrangement of spatial component as a solution. In this study, for rapid assembly and remodeling business plan of the library can be referred to, we should do following things for the development of a standard model which has a rational space operations that correspond to the library features and services size. Firstly, analyze the space configuration of our nation's public libraries. Secondly, collect and analyze the libraries' spatial configuration in our nation and at abroad. Thirdly, define the next stretch of public library buildings by their types and develop a reasonable model as to the spatial configuration and present it.
The variations of the glass transition, melting peaks, molecular weight and its distribution (polydispersity index: PI) due to the annealing temperature and time have been investigated using the thermoplastic segmented polyurethanes (TPUs) and its blends based on the contents of hard segment. The position of the melting peak and its magnitude have been increased with the annealing temperature and time. This may be arised from the rearrangement of the microdomain structure due to the long-range or short-range segmental motion, the order-disorder transition of non-crystalline microphase, the variation of the domain size or the degree of disorder of crystalline structure by given different thermal histories. The annealing temperature and time affected the molecular weights and polydispersity : the number and weight average molecular weights were increased, while the polydispersity index (PI) deceased at certain temperatures : for TPU-35 at $135^{\circ}C$, for TPU-44 at $170^{\circ}C$ and for TPU-53 at $180^{\circ}C$. The temperatures which give the variations in molecular weights and in PIs are consistent with the annealing temperatures of which $T_3$ solely exists for each sample. Thus it is suggested that the chain dissosiation and recombination simultaneously occur at the above mentioned temperature for each sample.

In this paper, the authors calculate GDOP(Geometric Dilution of Precision) with the mast and slave transmitting stations at the past and present and simulation positions in the 9970 chain and 5970 chain of the loran C system, and analyzed variations of the GDOP and effective ranges in accordance with the shifting of transmitting stations. The results obtained are as follows; 1) The line 3.0 of equi-GDOP map that the Z slave station of 9970 chain is Guam island is falled on with line 2.0 of it's map that it is Yap island approximately, and units of GDOP of calculating with Guam island are increased then them with Yap island on the south parts of mast station. 2) If the control right of Z slave station of 9970 chain could be not transfered to japan and be closed on account of the territorial problems, the units of GDOP to calculate without it's station at any positions are very increased and the accuracy is down on the south parts of mast station. The line 5.0 of it's map is falled on with line 2.0 in case of Yap island, its Z station, and line 3.0 in case of Guam island with Z slave station approximately. 3) The X slave station of 9970 chain and 5970 chain are required rearrangement for the purpose of accurating position fix and expending service area in view of propagation route of wave and arrangement of transmitting station.

SPIN90 was identified to farm molecular complex with $\betaPIX$, WASP and Nck. This complex shows that SPIN90 interacts with Nck in a manner dependent upon cell adhesion to extracellular matrix, but $SPIN90{\cdot}{\beta}PIX{\cdot}WASP$ complex was stable even in suspended cells. This suggests that SPIN90 serves as an adaptor molecule to recruit other proteins to Nck at focal adhesions. SPIN90 was phosphorylated by ERK1, which was, itself, activated by cell adhesion and platelet-derived growth factor. Such phosphorylation of SPIN90 likely promotes the interaction of the $SPIN90{\cdot}{\beta}PIX{\cdot}WASP$ complex and Nck. It thus appears that the interaction of the $SPIN90{\cdot}{\beta}PIX{\cdot}WASP$ complex with Nck is crucial for stable cell adhesion and can be dynamically modulated by SPIN90 phosphorylation that is dependent on cell adhesion and ERX activation. SPIN90 directly binds syndapin I, syndapin isoform II-1 and II-s via its PRD region in vitro, in vivo and also associates with endocytosis core components such as clathrin and dynamin. In neuron and fibroblast, SPIN90 colocalizes with syndapins as puntate form, consistent with a role for SPIN90 in clathrin-mediated endocytosis pathway. Overexpression of SPIN90 N-term inhibits receptor-mediated endocytosis. Interestingly, SPIN90 PRD, binding interface of syndapin, significantly blocks internalization of transferrin, demonstrating SPIN90 involvement in endocytosis in vivo by interacting syndapin. Depletion of endogenous SPIN90 by introducing $\alpha-SPIN90$ also blocks receptor-mediated endocytosis. Actin polymerization could generate farce facilitating the pinch-out event in endocytosis, detach newly formed endocytic vesicle from the plasma membrane or push out them via the cytosol on actin tails. Here we found that SPIN90 localizes to high actin turn over cortical area, actin-membrane interface and membrane ruffle in PDGF treated cells. Overexpression of SPIN90 has an effect on cortical actin rearrangement as filopodia induction and it is mediated by the Arp2/3 complex at cell periphery. Consistent with a role in actin organization, CFP-SPIN90 present in actin comet tail generated by PIP5 $kinase\gamma$ overexpression. Therefore this study suggests that SPIN90 is functional linker between endocytosis and actin cytoskeleton.

Since ancient times, Korea has been called a land of beauty. Scenic sites under the Cultural Properties Protection Act include picturesque places that are famous for their natural scenic beauty as well as their historical and cultural value. Scenic sites are managed as natural assets to promote their preservation and use. However, the management of scenic sites can produce adverse effects on regional development and ownership rights. Moreover, the purpose of their designation as cultural assets is not fully understood because scenic sites are managed by focusing on restraint on users' act the same as was applied to historic sites. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to protect inhabitants' rights of ownership by arranging the boundaries of designated areas and by providing standard permission for condition changes in the Buryeongsa Valley, which was designated as a Scenic Site in 1979. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, arranging the boundaries of the designated area includes the arrangement of the edge lines standardized on the visual range of the mountain ridge, preventing the loss of landscape beauty in the designated district; the internal clearing district focuses on the existing settlement. Gearing the designated areas after the arrangement of the boundaries results in $11,928,932m^2$, 38.6% compared to the existing designated areas. Second, it establishes a 500m buffer zone inside the radius of the boundary of the cultural asset as a standard for condition changes that seriously affect landscape preservation. Third, the standards for permission on building 'height regulations' are divided into flat and gable, according to the roof shape. The adopted standard is 8m high for 2 story flat roofs, and 12m high for 2 story gable roofs.

Vacant houses are increasing across the country, but the appropriate measures have not been set up yet. Accordingly, vacant houses are left unattended for a long time, and become deserted to degrade the residential environment. They are often used as the space for the deviation of youth or even for crimes, threatening the safety of rural society. Vacant houses are not only personal properties but also public assets that form the residential environment of a town. Therefore, the problem should be better taken care of with appropriate policies. In this study, the present situation of vacant houses in Korea, the causes of the vacant house and the limits and lessons of the improvement projects were reviewed, along with the vacant house improvement systems in the UK and Japan. The most significant difference between the cases in Korea and other countries are the method of vacant house improvement. In terms of policies and support, Korea focuses on demolition, whereas other countries focus on reuse. In addition, the vacant house improvement projects in Korea are performed mostly by government agencies, whereas local governments and private organizations in other countries cooperate to improve vacant houses and go beyond mere residential environment improvement towards the local revitalization. Based on the study results, the following are proposed to efficiently improve and use the rural vacant houses. First, the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act, which allows the vacant houses to be left unattended and not improved, should be revised. Second, the intermediate support organizations that connect the demand and supply should be fostered and supported so that the use of vacant houses can be vitalized and privately led. Third, the best practices of using the vacant houses should be found and promoted, and the vacant house remodeling technique should be developed and propagated. Fourth, a special law should be enacted to comprehensively plan, support and execute the vacant house improvement, as in Japan. Finally, the value of the vacant houses as public properties should be shared in public so that all citizens can participate in addressing the vacant house issue to derive the detailed plans to solve the problem.
