초고층 건축공사의 특수성을 고려한 최적 자재 재고 관리 방안에 관한 연구 -철근공사를 중심으로- (An optimal inventory management system for high-rise building -Focused on Re-bar Works-)

  • Since high-rise building construction sites are usually located in crowded city areas, sufficient spaces for the inventories of key materials are rarely available. This spatial constraints have been one of the critical challenge that may cause productivity loss and increasing costs of the high-rise building construction projects. The proper material inventory management is certaing a key to the success of high-rise building construction projects as it handles difficulty of securing material stock yards, changes in demands, uncertain delivery time through integrating the construction schedules and actively responding to the key materials attributes. In this light, this research analyzes the latest inventory model, (Q,r) model, in accordance with the high rise building characteristics. This research suggests an optimal inventory management of re-bar considering various demands and lead times. The case study is also presented with regard to the re-bar inventory management.

SD500 고강도 철근용 커플러이음의 경제성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Economic Evaluation Method of Coupler Splice for High Strength(SD500) Reinforcement)

  • 우리나라의 초고층 건축물은 초고층아파트가 대도시 주거건축의 대표적인 유형으로 등장하면서 점차 증가하고 있다. 최근 건축되고 있는 이러한 초고층 건축물에서는 건물의 안정성과 내구성 등을 감안하여 사용재료의 강도도 점차 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 철근의 경우 SD500철근을 사용하는 공사현장을 쉽게 볼 수 있게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 건축공사에서 사용되는 SD500철근의 사용 실태를 분석하였다. 또한 SD500철근의 이음방법으로 많이 사용되고 있는 겹침이음과 커플러이음에 대한 경제성 평가방법을 제안하고, 이를 2006년 12월 서울을 기준으로 평가하였다. 경제성 평가 결과, 커플러 이음은 철근직경이 클수록 콘크리트의 강도가 낮을수록 겹침이음에 비해 공사비용 측면에서 상대적으로 유리한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • If the mechanical development be applied to the Nuclear Power Plant Structures instead of the standard hook development, the problem of overcrowding re-bars in the anchorage zone can be solved and the construction quality of the concrete work will be improved. But there are some problems in applying it to the NPP structures because of the restriction on the re-bar yield strength and diameter. After the performance evaluation test for the mechanical development, we can develop the new design equation of the mechanical development length in order to solve the limitation and apply it to NPP structures.

  • 철근 선조립형 복합 데크플레이트는 거푸집 작업을 없앨 수 있기 때문에 건설현장에서의 발전을 가져왔다. 복합데크 시스템의 해석에는 2D해석법과 3D해석법이 있다. 지금까지 2D해석법을 사용하였으나, 선경축소에 따른 비렌딜 거동을 보다 정확히 표현할 수 있는 3D 해석법의 사용이 요구되어진다. 본 연구에서는 하부근의 선경축소, 아연도 강판의 유무, 경간, 슬래브 두께 등을 변수로 8개의 실험체를 제작하여 거동을 파악하였고, 2D해석법 및 3D해석법을 사용하여 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 2D해석법은 D10의 하부근을 사용하는 경우에만 적용하는 것이 타당하고, 비렌딜 거동을 포함한 상세한 거동을 표현하기 위해서는 3D해석법을 사용하는 것이 타당하다.

  • To minimize construction quantity of nuclear facility, it is required to reduce reinforcing bar amount and solve reinforcing bar concentration and for this, it is necessary to develop application design technology and modular of high strength reinforcing bar. Hence, KHNP reduces excessive reinforcing bar amount which can cause possibility of poor construction of concrete through design standard development and modular of nuclear facility structure using high strength reinforcing bar to raise economics and has its purpose to maintain high-level safety and durability as they are.

  • Objectives : Consumption is a chronic wasting disease and major portion of Oriental Medicine's therapy. However, there is no standard diagnostic method for consumption that is $q{\grave{i}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $xu{\grave{e}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $yang-x{\bar{u}}$, $y{\bar{i}}n-x{\bar{u}}$. Methods : A questionnaire which includes symptoms and signs for diagnosis of $q{\grave{i}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $xu{\grave{e}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $yang-x{\bar{u}}$, $y{\bar{i}}n-x{\bar{u}}$ was evaluated by Delphi technique. Each question was valuated by interviewing 27 oriental medicine doctors. Then. we choose questions given over 5 points and reorganized some items according to the recommendations by interviewed-doctors. We then accessed the value of re-organized questions composing of the questionnaires. Conclusion : We finally chose each 9 items of $q{\grave{i}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $xu{\grave{e}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $yang-x{\bar{u}}$, $y{\bar{i}}n-x{\bar{u}}$'s questionnaire. Further study is necessary for modification of questionnaire by statistics and certification by clinical trial.

RELATIONS IN THE TAUTOLOGICAL RING BY LOCALIZATION

  • We give a way to obtain formulas for ${\pi}*{\psi}^{\kappa}_{n+1}$ in terms ${\psi}$ and ${\lambda}-classes$ where ${\pi}=\bar M_{g,n+1}{\rightarrow}\bar M_{g,n}(g=0,\;1,\;2)$ by the localization theorem. By using the formulas, we obtain Kontsevich-Manin type reconstruction theorems for $\bar M_{0,\;n}(\mathbb{R^m}),\;\bar M_{1,\;n},\;and\;\bar M_{2,\;n}$. We also (re)produce a lot of well-known relations in tautological rings, such as WDVV equation, the Mumford relations, the string and dilaton equations (g = 0, 1, 2) etc. and new formulas for ${\pi}*({\lambda}_g{\psi}^{\kappa}_{n+1}+...+{\psi}^{g+{\kappa}_{n+1}$.
