As mentioned above, I have acquired some valuable results about medical treatments with acupuncture for "Trigeminal neuralgia" after studying oriental medical books. 1. The course of medical treatments with acupuncture was, first of all, applying general ones, and then, assisting ones based on occuring area of pain and the cause. 2. For general treatments, "Chok-yangmyong-Wi-Kyong", distributed widely on the face, was used in great numbers. The order, according to the number of using times, of spots for acupuncture was Ha-kwan(11 times), Hap-kok(10), Chan-juk(7), Hyop-geo, Tae-yang, Sa-baek(individually 6). 3. For assisting treaments based on occuring area of the pain, spots of the Kyong-rak, passing through occuring area of the pain, and Kyong-woe-ki-hyol were used in great numbers. 4. The order was O-je, Chan-juk, Yang-baek(individually 8), Tae-yang(5) for the pain of first branch of the trigeminal nerve; Sa-baek(12), Kwan-ryo(6), Go-ryo(5) for the pain of second one; and Hyop-geo, Ha-kwan(individually 6), Dae-young, Hyop-seung-jang(individually 5). Seung-jang(4). 5. For assisting treatments based on the cause, "One-hyol(原穴)", "Rak-hyol(絡穴)" and "5-soohyol(五輸穴)" were used in great numbers. 6. The order was Pung-ji(10), Hap-kok(9), Woe-kwan(5) for "Woe-Kam(外感)"; Nae-jong(12), Tae-chung(10), Chok-sam-ri(7) for "Kan-Wi-Hwa-Seung(肝胃火升)"; Tae-gue(7), Sam-um-kyo, Pung-ji(individually 2) for "Ho-Hwa-Sang-Seung(虛火上升)"; Pung-ryung(4) for "Pung Dam-Jo-R ak (風痰阻絡)"; Kyok-su(2) for "Ki-Che-Hyol-Ho(氣滯血虛)".

A rhodium-catalyzed reductive cleavage reaction of carbon-cyano bonds is developed using hydrosilane as a mild reducing agent. A wide range of nitriles, including aryl, benzyl, and $\beta$-hydrogen containing alkyl cyanides are applicable to this decyanation reaction. The method is also applicable to organic synthesis, in which benzyl cyanide is used as a benzyl anion equivalent and a cyano group functions as a removable ortho-directing group.

In this paper, a brief discussion on I-PD position controller design for step motor drive is presented. The proposed method mainly focuses on the robustness property of the controller, which is very important for this type of system in which the variation of external load affects plant parameters. It is considered in this paper that two types of controller design methods namely; Coefficient Diagram Method (CDM), and arbitrary Pole Assignment Method (PAM) are treated and compared them. The control plant chosen for our study is a SM inherently is comprised of some non-linear elements. A the scope of the design method is limited to only linear time invariant systems, the SM modeling is approximated to linear system.

Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption ionization Time of Flight (MALDI-TOF) was used for enzymes identification related to B -1,3-glucan synthesis. Agrobacterium sp. ATCC31750 was cultivated with two stage Continuous Stirrer Tank Reactor (CSTR) and the cells were harvested and their protein profiles were analysed by two dimensional electrophoresis. The specific enzyme spot was treated with trypsin and ana lysed by MALDI-TOF to get peptide molecular weight. The peptide molecular weights were matched with Agrobacterium tumefacience's Data Base from the matrix science site, then could identify the avaliable key enzymes. In this study, we identified key metabolite of synthesis of beta-1,3-glucan, such as glucose-6-phosphate isomerase, phosphoglucomutase, B-1,3-glucan synthase and glucokinase, and we also identified uracil phosphoribocyl transferase and Ribosome recycling factor also.

When user wants to find objects which have the nearest position from him, we use the nearest neighbor (NN) query. The GIS applications, such as navigation system and traffic control system, require processing of NN query for moving objects (MOs). MOs have trajectory with changing their position over time. Therefore, we should be able to find NN object continuously changing over the whole query time when process NN query for MOs, as well as moving nearby on trajectory of query. However, none of previous works consider trajectory information between objects. Therefore, we propose a method of continuous NN query for trajectory of MOs. We call this CTNN (continuous trajectory NN) technique. It ran find constantly valid NN object on the whole query time by considering of trajectory information.

The purpose of this study is to categorize Program Provider(PP) outside and inside of the country systematically under the notion that the categorization system of the strategy group for PP is not properly organized. In this paper, not only Commercial PP but also Public PP and Homeshopping PP are also included and PP Company is consistently classified and reorganized as a strategy group in the level of contents, because existing positive study does not entirely deliberate over the characteristics of the PP contents industry inside the country. According to this frame, it is classified into 6 contents group-oriented PP strategy groups using 14 variables including vertical integration, horizontal integration, the sales, advertising revenue, license revenue, total net revenue, the number of employees and history.

This paper proposes a method for generating a basis translation matrix between isomorphic extension fields. To generate a basis translation matrix, we need the equality correspondence of a basis between the isomorphic extension fields. Consider an extension field $F_{p^m}$ where p is characteristic. As a brute force method, when $p^m$ is small, we can check the equality correspondence by using the minimal polynomial of a basis element; however, when $p^m$ is large, it becomes too difficult. The proposed methods are based on the fact that Type I and Type II optimal normal bases (ONBs) can be easily identified in each isomorphic extension field. The proposed methods efficiently use Type I and Type II ONBs and can generate a pair of basis translation matrices within 15 ms on Pentium 4 (3.6 GHz) when $mlog_2p$ = 160.

Barium titanate ($BaTiO_3$) nanoparticle is one of the most promising materials for future multi-layer ceramic capacitor and ferroelectric random access memory. It is well known that electrical property of nanoparticles depends on the atomistic structure. Although surface may possibly have an impact on the atomistic structure, reconstructed structure at the surface has not been widely investigated. In the present study, Ba-ion position near surface in a $BaTiO_3$ nanoparticle has been quantitatively characterized by scanning transmission electron microscopy. It was found that some Ba ions at the surface were greatly displaced in non-uniform directions.

Even though several methodologies for SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) have been proposed, in practical aspects most of them have some problems since they fail to propose specific policies in definition and identification of a service. This paper proposes a service modeling methodology. SOMO(Service Oriented Modeling using Ontology), which draws proper services in the process of defining and identifying services. SOMO defines a service ontology based on service definition and characteristics in SOA. The service drawing process consists of 3 steps : requirement analysis, service identification, and service definition. SOMO is expected to increase the degree of reuse and facilitates the definition and search of services by using service ontology. In addition, it clearly allows the definition and identification of services, satisfying the user requirements.
